I had a hospital procedure yesterday, and stopped into the KFC in Norwood, Ohio for my first meal of the day. Much to my surprise, I felt treated like a criminal. They all were so very rude. The person taking my order, did not know about what I wanted, which was the classic double down.

She was not rude, just maybe new. 75 for the cup. They put my order on the countertop in a bag, and another customer took the bag, and was rummaging through it so I told the staff I did not want that food, would they make another.

They visually displayed their frustration. (was not my fault) I also ordered 2 tacos, and asked for extra hot sauce, and she said I was only allowed 2 more. They were very mean people. There are way too many choices…

Ordered meal at drive thru. Got wrong order. Backed up to window told the girl she said she told manager right when she gave it to me I was getting wrong order. Manager came to window HOT asked what did I want.

I said what I ordered or my money back. 15 short and slammed the window. She would not come back to window to give me the money would not give her name. I should have called the cops. The dine in was closed so I couldn't walk in.

This all happened at KFC in Troy Ohio at 2:40 pm the Manager was a heavy set black woman with names tattooed up and down her arms. Never been treated so rude in my life. We eat there once or twice a month this is not over!

The absolute worst customer service I've seen. No one at the service counter, when they did show-up they never spoke directly to me. I had to request a cleaning towel to clean the table and chair before I could eat.

Your service person didn't want to assist with doing that. There were no napkins or any addition condiments for the customer, I had as ask for them and the service person shoved them in my hand. As I stood there and watched her through my food in the bag, never said thank you!

We went to our KFC ,111 E Wisconsin Ave. Appleton Wi, on 3/22/23 and ordered an 8-piece chicken meal original recipe. The potatoes and gravy were great as usual, but the chicken was the worst we ever had. We ordered original recipe, and it was so dark we didn't know what it was. The skin was so tough we couldn't even eat 1/2 of it, the worst chicken we ever had. We were so disappointed we probably won't ever go there again.

Every time I go there I’m told “ we don’t have this” we don’t have that” we can’t give you that. I’m a paying customer and to be told you can’t have a breast, we don’t have a lot of white meat. Telling me I have to have thighs and legs. I’m a paying customer and if I ask for breasts and ribs, I expect to get it. I say I’ll pay extra and I’m told no. Will never go there again. Managers and staff need to learn what customer service is. Completely unacceptable. I go to Mary Browns and it’s sure Sir no problem! Whatever you want !. Great customer service.

The Grafton, West Virginia KFC did not give me my KFC sauce when I placed an order through door dash. They wanted me to drive up and get some when I don't have a vehicle. I think it is ridiculous that I should have to go get a mistake they made.

This Grafton KFC needs to shut down and be replaced with some things new, like long John silver's, plus we have also got raw chicken before.

03/23/23 @ 6PM - KFC in Melbourne, FL on corner of Lake Washington and Wickham Rd.

Walked into dining room. Manager was in kitchen (10 feet behind front counter) and was yelling about how overworked and under staffed she was, constantly complaining about how she’s overworked because she doesn’t have enough employees. Kept threatening to close the front doors (3 hours early) because she’s overworked.and overstressed.

Manager goes into small office next to front counter, calls someone on the phone, and loudly complains about how busy it is, how over worked she is, and how short staffed she is.

Waited in line at the counter for 25 minutes before the manager finally walked over, looked at the front parking lot, and generally said “can I help who’s next?” After placing my order, the manager…

My experience was horrible! A lady name Jaylan was the employee that turned my visit into a nightmare. Her tone is pleasant when you pull up to the window to order, but it ALWAYS changes when you get to the window.

(Maybe she is not the same person that takes the order). 3/22/2023 was the second time I had a bad experience with Jaylan! She doesn't greet you when you pull to the window to pay no matter how pleasant you are or even if you are happy and smiling.

On 3/22/23 and on an earlier date this month she treated me poorly. I asked her for hot sauce as she was taking my payment while loudly speaking with another employee and she ignored me, so I asked a second time overly politely.

Got your 8 piece bucket along with mashed potatoes and biscuits. The chicken had to of been sitting in the warmer for a very long time,for original,skin was crusty and chicken was rubbery and greasy on bottom, poor poor quality especially about 6 pm would think would of been fresh.

Sent 2 messages and still no one has addressed this issue. Apparently they have no customer service

Love our Derby ks KFC store. But tonight we ordered 2 pot pies. I ordered an individual mashed potatoes. We add green beans at home. We put the pies onto plates. Neither pie had any chicken and it was thick and gummy.

Slipped on black ice due to negligent of not put ice melt down. Had a black and blue eye that also had a cut. My knee was also injured along with my elbow. I have medical bills that need to be paid.

I got a 2 piece meal the chicken was burnt the biscuit was too hard 2 eat. So i didnt eat most of it. I got rid of it. Odd enough i got my mom a chicken bowl and that was the best one she has ever got.

Ordered 8 piece original chicken 19$ with two sides Mac an cheese with extra coleslaw came up to 34$. Hello!! Drove 1/2 block took bite of biscuit hard as rock drove back. Got apologetic response told them why did thy serve them Waite 10 for fresh ones.

Got home Mac an cheese was burnt thought it was something new like bacon added not. Coleslaw was thick which ment it was going bad too. Needless to say I’m upset!!! I will never go thru drive window. At the drive through, lady was very unfriendly. I wanted 10 drumsticks and she said I couldn’t have that many. I had to ask several times and couldn’t understand what she was saying. I was so excited to get to the drive through and be the only car in line. I waited and waited to be acknowledged.

Finally after 3 or 4 minutes I was asked to wait another minute. Over five minutes later a young lady said they were in the middle of shift change at 520pm and to be wait a little longer. Then a man came over the pa and asked me to wait.

Finally at 534pm I placed my order. Unfortunately, I was told it would be a 35 minute wait for the chicken pot pies! I worked my way through school in the food industry. Is there no procedure for the last earlier shift to make sure there is food available for the next shift?

Went thru drive thru was told to pull around front the corndogs would take 2 mins. We waited 10 mins before going in to the RUDEST NASTIEST ATTITUDE WOMAN. she looked like possibly a manager with her mouth just disrespectful because they didn't even have the order worked on!!

I am beyond pissed we paid $32 for cold food and 35 mins later being yelled at by that loud woman!!! I am surprised people eat here this is the 2nd time I have left pissed from that same woman.

Biggest rip off ever. Now I remember why I never went to kfc for years. Added Cole slaw side to my chicken only order. And, really??? 79 for 3 spoons of coleslaw. The app didn't show size, thought I was getting the bigger size for that prize.

Never going g to kfc again. Pieces of chicken are TINY. They don't even fill have the bucket. And have breaded feathers on the pieces. I am ashamed to say I worked there as a kid. Can get better fried chicken and sides at the local grocery store. Better tasting too.....

Would show my pictures of this disgrace, but the kfc app limits the photo size to not add basic pics from my phone. No wonder the parking lot at kfc is empty everyday there

I just went to the Auburn Massachusetts KFC, 3/20/23 at 3:50pm. The young man at the drove through said they did not have the bacon chicken sandwich. I said I’ll take the chicken tenders, he said no chicken tenders. I asked him what he had and he rudely said CHICKEN.

In Idabel ok today went inside to order for take out I stood there for 15 min no one spoke to me said I’ll be with you I. A min I was totally ignored as another customer that had come in behind me .

I purchased a bucket of 10 pieces of chicken, as you can see I received 6 pieces of drum sticks…… Perhaps this should be renamed to the drum bucket…. Where is the breast and wings…. I went to KFC on Sunday and ordered a 12 piece meal when I went to give my grandson two pieces of chicken I realized I only had eight pieces of chicken. I tried calling KFC but I got no answer so I got in my car and drove back across town.

When I got to KFC the worker told me she needed to see the chicken and my receipt. They were supposed to give me one breast one wing one leg and a thigh but they have me two thighs a wing and a leg and two free biscuits but my order still was not right when I got home.

Tonite ( 3 - 18 -23) I went to our local kfc (Palestine, Tx. 75801)at 7:05 pm. 99 bucket of mixed chicken. I ordered it along with a side order coleslaw. After I paid for the order I was told to back up and park over on the side and they would bring my order to me.

There were already 2 cars waiting. After 20 minutes my order was brought to my car without the coleslaw. They quickly obtained that for me. When I got home and opened the bucket, half of the chicken was old, reheated and hard (had ordered original).

Some of the pieces were so hard they broke when trying to get to the chicken.

Also, there were no wings in the bucket - only one white meat piece and the rest were legs and thighs. The coleslaw had very little dressing in it and it too was dry. I have tried to support this Kfc but…

Rude, barbaric, ghetto behavior and this was from the manager,Lanisha. I visited the KFC location today in Houston Tx Gulfgate Center 77087. She literally yells at customers. She became upset with a customer who said she would wait 30 minutes for the crispy chicken to be ready.

When I approached the counter to inquire about my order she said you have to be patient. We are short staffed. I placed my order online at 6:05pm. I received a notification saying my order is in process. It will be ready at 6;08.
