my wife buys chicken and mashed potatoes while I just get the large fry.

They are constantly short to fill up the box that cost me $5….

I try and call only to get hung up on…

Honestly, with such high price and terrible service, I have tried to give up on this entirely….

Went to KFC in Troy Ohio. Waited 20 minutes with 9 other people behind us and didn't receive recognition of even being there. Manager hollors no one wants Krispy and I said if you took our order we would. She says oh you haven't been waited on and I'm like none of us 9 have.

She goes back to the back and 5 minutes later after getting no service my husband says someone needs to get out here and take these orders and she finally sends someone out and took our order. Then after 5 minutes of waiting the supposed manager comes out and says I cancelled your order you can leave my store now.

My husband is like why? She says you disrespect me and my children. We didn't disrespect no one but got told to leave her store. All they were doing was waiting on drive thru. There were numerous people…

Walked in to order food to go. Tried to order double down sandwich and was only told that they were out of fillet and wasn’t even told if there was a wait time or nothing. And also tried to order Mac n cheese was told they were out and fries Just told they were out.

Ordered a family meal instead and got 2 orders of mashed potatoes and one of them was only half full. 2 of my 8 biscuits were rock hard

I purchase a chicken dinner (white) from the KFC located in Brunswick Ohio off Rt 303 yesterday within a few hours I got violently ill and vomited all over my carpet. It lasted for an hour until my stomach was emptied.

Based on my call to Urgent Care they told me it was likely food poisoning from old chicken. Does anyone monitor your product and how long it is being stored and at what temperature? I am inclined to call my local health department unless I get some results back from your Corporation.

Went to KFC in Troy Ohio and stood in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged and the manager said anyone want crispy I told her yes if you would takeout order she said oh well and walked away. There were 6 people standing waiting to get there order taken being ignored the whole time so I said try taking our order.

There are 8 people here and no one acknowledging anyone of us. The manager finally had someone takeout order and we said finally and after we were rung up the manager said we were disrespecting her and her children and said she was giving a refund and then said leave my store.

We ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. We received 4 thighs 2 legs 2 wings. No breasts Out potatoes had one scoop, for 3 people. 3 biscuits says 4. Coke slaw was 1/2 full. The chicken was very old! It was so dried out. Very disappointed.

Wednesday March 29, 2023 I ordered 4 chicken pot pies. From the Belvidere, Illinois location. Three of these pies DID NOT have a SINGLE piece of chicken in them. That is a veggie pie not a chicken pot pie. That is so upsetting I feel I was scammed .

Rating 1 to 5 stars, if I could remove the 1 star I would. I've tried calling your corporate offices twice and never got an answer. But my biggest complaint right now is with your KFC Store on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson Texas.

I went through the drive thru, placed my order and was ask to pull forward to the front of the store to wait and they would bring it out to me. I watch 3 orther vehicles go thru the drive thru and get their food, which I understood, they may have ordered on line, etc.

But there was no one else in the drive thru and no one in the dining room at this time but I still had to wait 13 minutes, per manager statement, and still had not received my food. I ordered 2 "chicken littles" sandwiches with an order of fries.

I ended up having to go inside to get my order myself.…

Main Street. Had to pull up to wait for chicken. Once home, couldn’t eat chicken too hard. Just called Manager, states he fried himself, we need learn how to let chicken set, & was accused of just wanting free meals.

I went into the Kentucky fried chicken on Wednesday afternoon 3/27/23 I ordered chicken only 10 piece I asked the girl if I could get fresh and she told me know that they didn't have it up right now that I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before I can get fresh chicken so I agreed I said OK and I took what they had.

The KFC location in Yucca Valley, CA is reallty the very worst one there is. Lousey service and when you buy orders there. You get home and they always forget something for sure. They are not a good location at all.

This has happened every time we go there, we're done with that place. The people working there are not at all friendly, and obviously not trained very well. The owner should be taken away from there and get someone in there that knows how to properly run a business.

I ordered a 12 piece bucket last night through Door Dash. The driver fot there at 9:15pm and stood there waiting for my order. I call him @ 9:25pm because he had not moved. He told me KFC didn't have my order.

Ordered two, three piece chicken meals. When I got home one meal had a container of gravy only - no mashed potatoes. This is the second time I have gone to KFC and my order was wrong. When you call the store to complain they don't care.

It seems as if KFC no longer cares about the service or quality of food they service. I will no longer go to KFC.

Ottumwa Iowa 52501 KFC An on duty KFC employee’s child was sitting on the floor and banging a KFC drink cup by the entrance to the kitchen. She took our order and continued arguing with child. Her son wanted her phone and didn’t want to wait outside in truck with his grandma.

He made quite a scene screaming and throwing himself on the ground, which was unsettling and distracting for the KFC staff and customers. She finally left with her child. Tables were dirty needed wiped off and bathrooms had overflowing trash cans and needed tidying.

It was around 3:30 3:45 pm We eat at the Ottumwa KFC regularly and would hate to see unprofessional behavior by the staff to continue to the point that customers no longer eat at KFC in Ottumwa. Thank you, Marc Howe 641-799-2630

I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken on Pendleton Pike this here was my second trip the first trip my chicken was not good it was hard and cold I couldn't even eat it today I thought well I'm going to give him another chance and I told him about it and my chicken was the same way it was hard and I couldn't even eat it still again this is ridiculous how to run a restaurant

I did place the order a bucket chicken today around 5:30pm at 4961 mowry ave, fremont, California and my order number 10114018. The food quality is very poor and it cooked wih old oil and my stomach got bloated after i ate the chicken. I am suffering with food poisoning and severe stomach pain. i am not able to sleep with this pain. seems you guys prepared the giod with old oil.

I dont know where i need to give a compliant. If something goes wrong i am going to write a email to food and safety department about the poor quality of serving food to the customer.

Walk into KFC on 86th St. in Castleton, Ind. There was a female and young male with an durag on his head. Both contiued doing what they were doing w/o acknowledging us. I went in to the Ogeechee KFC to pick up an order. the girls working were extremely rude. They were scratching their hair, eating the food and not using gloves when preparing orders. One girl even scratched in her pants!

They were cussing out customers under their breath and on their phones. I will never ever order from there again. my business order from there again. I will relay this to other businesses as well and make sure no one else orders food from this disgusting establishment.
