Took placing my order three times, still got it wrong. Put fries in with dry cole slaw which made them cold. Gave me reg when I requested three times extra crispy. Stopped eating from this location a year ago and now will never visit any KFC again.

Chicken didn't have the kfc spicie herb taste and tasted like it was cooked in very old oil. Was really bad and wondered if since I ordered it online that they gave me leftover chicken from the day before. Will not be back.
I wrote this all out and you erased it before I could uploaded my receipt. A couple of months ago my daughter went to KFC and the girl gave us our food. My daughter got home we checked it I had ordered a 4 piece original recipe.
She gave me extra crispy for 2 of the pieces. I called and asked why she said we didn't have enough original. I said shouldn't you have asked if it was ok? She says rudely excuse me. I sent a complaint and never heard from you.

I arrived at 12 noon and they were supposed to be open. No one came to help me. Employees were working but no one would wait on us.
4-7-2023 I placed an order on the kfc app. 8 pc. Meal with Mac and cheese, potatoes and gravy. Only got chicken 1/2 container of Mac and cheese and no gravy.
Also had a whole crispy chicken meal that I never got. Drove 20 mins home to have to drive 20 min back. When I went back to get the rest of my order, it looked like a bunch of middle school kids running horsing around, place was dirty, and no supervision.
I will never go back to KFC. Looks like good help is hard to find!
Upon arriving at drive thru there was no customers in line. Possibly 3 customers on the inside of the building. Ordered 2 chicken legs, chicken soft taco and nachos and cheese. Upon paying had to wait ~10 minutes before order arrived at the window and the food was cold!
While sitting in drive thru noticed the floor in the restaurant had multiple pieces of food, liquids, was very dirty and unsanitary!!! Employees were all walking slowly and had the attitude of not caring about the food service or customer service.

We went to KFC in paola, KS around 9 pm on a Monday night. It was a kfc/taco bell combo. They close at 10pm btw.
First of all we pull up and there's a dog and a bunch of teen age kids in the lobby. Dog on the tables too. We were told the lobby was closed and we would have to go through the drive thru.
So then when go to the drive thru only to find out there is no hamburger beef for taco bell. And I had a coupon but I couldn't use it because they didn't have enough chicken to honor it or sides. No fries, no biscuits.
The manager was very rude. If the store doesn't close til 10pm then how is it that they can't accommodate enough food until then? The store down here is getting ridiculous. Two times I've gone and had problems with the wrong order or not having chicken. I'm done going there.…
1st the cook dropped the chicken that just finished being cooked. I waited 30 minutes. 79 I ordered 12pc Extra macaroni and cheese and extra coleslaw. The two mash potatoes that it came with it doesn’t feed but only 2 people.
They put the gravy on top of the mash potatoes. I loved going to KFC but not it seems not worth the price. The coleslaw was only only 1/4 filled maybe have 4 regular spoons. 89. Sorry that’s ridiculous. No receipt given to me but I had the receipt of my bank account.

I did an order online through the app I went to the store to pick up my chicken. They said they were out of chicken gave me a one 800 number to call I have called it repeated times they put me on hold for about 20 minutes and
hang up or prompt me to leave a message I’ve left many messages no one has ever gotten back with me. I’ve also left complaints and no one has gotten back with me there. It said that there was a complaint filed made and that they would get back with me shortly.
No one’s ever returned my call or email.
Also my card was charged and I never got any chicken. Please do something.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to the Wilkinsburg KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN and my order has been wrong or I’ve been missing things
99 and they told me they only had extra crispy left. i asked why such a high price . 99. i needed to feed my family so i accepted . when i got home , i noticed that the pieces were overcooked and cold and looked like they were probably sitting for hours which means they gave me scapes for my money .
then i noticed that the biscuits were undercooked. some were half raw. it was the end of the night or else i would have drive it back to the place s d demanded a refund . This is unacceptable and every customer should be given the high quality they deserve.

We ordered a 12 piece dark meal and sat and waited as they didn’t have it. Nobody was in the restaurant at the time. It was like 2 pm. After like 20+ minutes my husband went up. The manager said she called us. She lied. They never did.
In fact never made the chicken. Then she proceeded to continue to yell at my husband saying it was his fault. Say what? At this point I get up to see who is yelling. My husband finally said Just refund my money, The manager never even apologized!

I placed an order for online to be picked up at 10:30 pm payed and got a confirmation. It said the location I was ordering from in Bushnell, FL was open till midnight. After driving 12 miles to pickup my order and the people asking me my name, I was told they closed at 10:00 pm and they didn't have any food for me.
So I told them they could refund my money when I was told they had nothing to to with the website and it wasn't their problem to email the address on the website. That was 3 days ago and I haven't got a response to my email and I just sat on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a rep and was hung up on when they closed.
This is the most incompetence I've ever experienced from any business and I've had enough!

The 8 piece extra crispy i ordered was very dry not good at all. I purchased this order from kFC at Laurens SC on April six.

While getting food from Amelia ohio Kfc on 4/5/22 at around 6:30pm I was served extremely hot gravy in a container that couldn't hold the heat. Resulting in the lid coming off and the hot gravy coming out of paper bag onto my bare legs giving me 2second degree burns. Was told I couldn't make a incident report and was given wet paper towels and a free cake.

the kfc here really needs to improve Firstly customer service there are not enough persons working in there,sometimes there is one cashier who also has to pause the line and then go package the food which cause a huge delay in service everytime you go In there to get food.
Secondly The menu there are alot of item that have been removed from and some of the things that are currently on the menu is almost never available when you go there. and some times there isn't any ketchup.
In conclusion something really has to be done about the overall quality of the KFC here in Grenada

This is the 4th time that I have tried to get a family meal from KFC. Within two weeks. Today is 4/5/2023. It was for my 4 grands and me. The first 3 times I was told at about 4:00 each time that there is a 30 minute wait until they open.

I am very disappointed in my purchase iof an 8 piece meal. The chicken was fine but I am very angry about my mashed potatoes and coke slaw. The containers were half full and the potatoes gave two small portions.
For the price of 25+ dollars the containers should be more than half full. I have been a KFC customer for many many years. I will say that I will not purchase KFC again. I will also never recommend KFC. I am very disappointed!!!!
Ordered a pot pie, had to wait for three minutes. Went to my truck to put down my drink. Came back before the three minutes but he gave it to the person who was behind me. This was not the first time that happened.

Nothing like the KFC we once got. Only sides available were mashed potatoes and French fries. Chicken must have been cooked mid afternoon and kept under heat lamps. Biscuits could be used for building materials. And for this my husband drove 42 miles round trip to Bainbridge Ga and paid $22.00. Last penny you will get from us.

I Knew that the economy had really went up but did not know that I could get , only get small mashed potato and a drink for $5.69. I will not be throwing my money away anymore!
I went to KFC on Market Street in Bloomington, Illinois on 4/3/2023. I ordered a 12 piece meal. My coleslaw was dry. I was missing a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I was missing all of my biscuits, and 8 out of 12 pieces of chicken were tiny wings.
I do not live nearby, so was unable to go back. When I called the manager was not very friendly at all. She said she would write down my name for biscuits and mashed potatoes. As far as the chicken goes I was told thats just how it is.
I have been there multiple times and have never been so disappointed. I ended up having to go home, nad cook extra food, because this was not enough to feed my family. Allthough I paid $50 for the meal.

I just went through the kfc drive thru in idabel, oklahoma and ordered a 12pc meal first of all I wasn't asked if I wanted original or crispy the lady told me I had to get the original then I pull up to the window and there are vehicles parked every where blocking roads to businesses behind kfc the same woman takes my money and tells me to pull away from the window.

Tried to order online. Kept getting kicked out of app when submitting order. 7 times! Called store. Wouldn't take order over phone and had to go to store. Wouldn't honor $10 8 piece bucket deal because it was available online only.
Wouldn't work me despite explaining the issue with the app. 2 weeks later heard from corporate. oh well. Franchises don't have to honor online deals even if the app has glitches that prevent customer from ordering. KFC doesn't care about customer service.
Was a lifelong customer and will now never return. Do better KFC and recognize customer complaints for valid issues. How much $ is lost due to your poorly managed app?

Just visited the Kfc on Centennial Blvd in Las Vegas. I have been to this location 4 times and they have never given me the correct order. To start the wonan taking my order em we had to go over 5 times.
I ordered 3 original recipe wings a small coleslaw ,a large mash potatoes and gravy and an order of 8 nuggets. I got 3 crispy wings and only potatoes no gravy and the nuggets were so hard they were uneatable.
Only the coleslaw was correct. I never get the correct order. I will never go back. It wasn’t busy and the people are rude and incapable. I love Kentucky Chicken but I am now unwilling to be a customer. 00 away. Very unsatisfied.

I ordered a leg thigh combo and added a cole slaw. The whole meal was so small. I was still hungry after eating it. Even the biscuit was small. Back in the day slaw and mashed potatoes came with the meal.
But even after adding a slaw, it was still like a kids meal. Don't you realize that you are feeding hungry adults? That's the last straw never again kfc.
