At approximately 5:45pm on 4/20/2023, I drove into your drive thru and began to order. The staff person at the speaker asked what I would like. I stated that I wanted three original drumsticks and a biscuit. She repeated what sound to be 3 wings and a biscuit.

I asked for the person to repeat what they had said so that I could verify the accuracy. They repeated what sound like 3 wings and a biscuit. My family was on my car speaker while I was ordering. I said to the woman as she continue by telling me that "If you don't want anything please leave the drive thru and that she has the right to refuse me service!

At this time, I was totally offended and backed out of the drive thru and went into the store with my family still on the phone. D. Manager on Duty? The young lady at the register…

Tried new nuggets was not impressed. Paid almost $9 for meal and the fries was the only item that tasted good.

We have not heard back from you concerning a resolution to Case #01424532.

Why do they have online orders and never have your order ready on time. This is the third time I have order online and still have to wait another 20-30 minutes when I get there for my food. Madera, Ca.

Me & my husband have been to the kfc in west point, ms twice in the last week..once was Sunday around 6 pm then today(Wednesday) around 3 pm..both times the same cashier was very rude & kept telling us to hold on when we were trying to place our order..we will not be going back to that location..I would hate to see you lose more customers because of this..

I waited 20 minutes for my order, one sandwich and one order of fries, and it never came. When I asked for a refund, I was told we don’t give refunds and I could just wait as long as it “damn takes”

I had to leave and I lost my money. The KFC in Brunswick Ohio on Pearl Road is the worst do not ever ever go there.

I go to KFC most of the time to grab a lunch and food is always fresh but today I purchased the chicken sandwich with no mayo and sandwich had mayo on I also got a 6 piece wing and the wings look burnt and not fresh at all this is disappointing that I paid $15 for this and had to go to work and couldn’t go back

I got home 20 mins later and found the chicken was insufficient ly cooked ( still very pink inside ) obviously I threw it out and needless to say did not drive back to try again.

So I was told by 2 KFc employees it's is POLICY made by the big boss they take your money and have sit in the parking lot till they bring your food. Elk city,OK store should not have a drive thru if all they doing is taking money and having customers sit in the parking lot for 10 or so minutes waiting on them to get your food to you. There was no one in front of me 1 car behind me. By the time I got my food 3 of us were waiting in the parking lot for food.

The pull around method is so the clock will stop in store per customer . If they are not able to beat clock they just dismiss it and send to the parking lot. If this is policy which pretty sure it's not . Again just shut the drive thru down and have customer go into the store and wait .

99 ticket #1561 at 5:57 this afternoon. The chicken w tasted like it was sitting all dy the biscuit same. This store is on a major hyw so lots of traffic, no need for this crappy food. I asked for sauce got none what is dip cup got none.

I called the store told him i wanted a credit told me to come back. Traffic on rt 18 is bad at 3 at a later time its murder. So many of your stores are closing thats why poor customer service.

Went to kfc in owego ny tried to order two of the 5 peace tenders threw drive threw and the lady on the drive threw was very snotty about it and stated in very rude way we can’t do that we don’t have those there only a meal so that being said I said fine I’ll take sprits and fries got to window and

explained well try to explain that their menu doesn’t specify that on the drive-through she stated that’s why we were explaining it to you. I went to Kentucky fried chicken for only the second time since moving to Nevada. The first time I went they were out of chicken and I was told it would be 30 minutes before they had any. This time I was not able to even try to order because ALL the employees were behind the machines just staring at me.

No acknowledgement that I was even there despite all 3 of them were just staring at me. I was really looking forward to the new chicken nuggets. I will NEVER set foot in that location again. I now know without a doubt why it’s always empty there.

You really should hire people who give a damn about their potential customers unless you want this particular kfc to go belly up.

I have eaten at KFC for over 55 yrs.. and hollered back to kitchen and ask…of course was told naw,,it don’t…after talking incorrect order back to counter .. was told hmmm. chairs disarray… no wonder I was the only customer….

First the gal taking my order was very unfriendly, but I can deal with that. I ordered MacBowl for the first time. HUGE disappointment! Thought there was suppose to be popcorn chicken on the top? What I got was crumbs from chicken pieces? Inedible.

There were 2 pieces of popcorn chicken and the rest were breading crumbs. The macaroni and cheese actually was very good but not getting the chicken on top was a huge disappointment.

Put an order in on line and didn't get any coleslaw. I called and the girl applauigise and said we can pick it up. I asked if we could get it delivered and she said they couldn't. Meaning that they expect us to leave our dinner and pick up coleslaw .

I don't enjoy eating Kentucky without coleslaw.

I just left the store in Marianna Florida and the manager there was being very rude to customers and very rude to his staff and they were out of almost everything on the menu said they were running on one fryer.

I went to the Webster, Mass. store. At the drive thru speaker I asked for 2 3 pc. chicken box dinner. Told the girl 3 times. So when I went to the window there was only one. I checked inside and there was mashed potatoes and no cole slaw.

So asked for the second 3 pc chicken box and this time only cole slaw and no potatoes. What is the problem..... I always get the 3 pc chicken box and always get the mashed potato and the cole slaw.

If I pay full price I want what comes with it !!!! To top this off, the boy gave me my soda and he didn't put the cover on tight and soda went all over the inside of my car. Give me a break.......

I sent through drive through and there was an employee at one of the tables screaming obscenities at someone on her phone. Apparently she was having a heated argument with one of her children regarding a cell phone. I ordered 8 pc crispy chicken meal, first was told only had 4 pieces of crispy. Was told would be 17 min. Wait or get half original. So I opted for a 3 piece meal in crispy with cole slaw and potatoes, so I was offered big box she said it came with med drink and biscuit.

She asked if I wanted white or dark so I ordered dark. I get to the window and was told they only have 2 pieces of dark meat no legs so I would have to take a wing. Ordered 12 piece chicken, received 1 breast, 4 wings, 4 thighs, and 3 legs, after saying they had enough chicken and breasts, and then was substituted without saying. The mashed potatoes was only a half order. Paying over $35 for chicken we expect to get what was ordered.

I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken location on Highway 80 West Jackson Mississippi yesterday and I received some of the worst chicken that I've ever had from from KFC. It was not fully cooked. And instead of me going all the way back to the KFC I decided to wait until today which is a day after I bought the chicken too try to finish cooking it.

I didn't see the rating that this location of KFC till I was checking out. It had a B rating. They should be closed down until they are back up to an A rating. 00 on just chicken. I went home and threw it all out .

I ordered a KFC bowl and drink. They got the drink right, which is a 50/50 proposition most of the time at this location.

However, the bowl was at best lukewarm, if not actually cold.

Additionally, the corn was hard and shriveled. After numerous bad experiences at this location I will no longer be back, despite the fact it's only a 5 minute drive from my office.

As a doordash driver the Orchards KFC is unprofessional. Customers stand there for a long time before even being acknowledged or having their order taken. I've struggled two times now trying to get my doordash order. And both times it's taken way too long to get help. This is unacceptable.

Bought an 8 piece original recipe meal, with the bucket supposedly filled with 4 breasts and 4 drummies. One of the breasts was missing.
