Hello me and my son just went to the KFC on Dabney Drive in Henderson North Carolina and when we got home with our food to eat there were hardly any chicken nuggets in the Famous bowls we ordered and the bowls were not put together like they are supposed to be done. And my son got a chicken pot pie and he couldn't eat it cause it tasted like someone had sprayed perfume or body spray on the pot pie!!

The KFC located 5080 N 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504 I went in for a chicken sandwich only. I was there for approximability 1 - hour waiting on one chicken sandwich. The store had a funny smell. The floors were sticky and gross.

THE MANAGER PREPARING ORDERS WAS NOT WEATING GLOVES OR DID I SEE HER USING TONGS. The entire store made me sick to my stomach. I got my sandwich went back to my office and I opened the sandwich and all I could smell was that same awful smell that the store had.

I did not eat it - I was afraid I would get very sick - needless to say I am hungry and will have a bag of chips for lunch. I am surprised that this store passes any kind of inspection.

I went to this establishment to try your Chicken and Mac Bowl that you have advertised for $5. Upon getting there I asked if the bowl was for $5 because I did not see it posted anywhere. The associate told me no, that's an old deal.

I said no I literally saw the commercial that morning and it said it's 5 bucks. She said well we don't offer it here. I was very disappointed and a bit discourage with her attitude. Another customer that was getting her food even said, no I it should be $5, I saw it too.

79 because that's all that was offered. If this is not going any more clearly this is false advertisement or this establishment is just charging what they want. If it depends on participating location perhaps you should indicate that in your commercial so you don't have people like me see it…

I went to KFC at 2030 Central Park Avenue Yonkers. The chicken was dry and tasted rotten, it must have been cooked for many many hours. The biscuits were dry like rocks, had to throw this food out. I didn’t go return it because I live a few towns away from this KFC.

The food there has been getting bad for a few years but this is the end for me. I don’t think it’s safe to eat in your restaurants anymore. I will not be eating at any KFC from this day forward.

It’s a shame because my husband and I used to like eating there. You don’t deserve one star, it’s a zero from me! Terrible experience

I ordered 3 famous mashed potato bowls. The first one had 4 pieces of chicken and no cheese on top and so few mashed potato's. It was about 8 bites. It was delicious but it was supposed to be my dinner but it didn't come close to being a meal.

The other 2 were better but not much. I just wanted to let you know that we were very disappointed.

Husband and I Ordered a new 12 piece chicken nuggets combo and he drive thru guys hand bag to husband and says, "We managed to get everything into the bag", then husband said. "check the bag, did so and found with not only did we get the new 12 piece nugget combo we received a kids 5 piece chicken nugget with applesauce, no fries in my spicey chicken sandwich combo, just a Lage fries for my dogs.

we are life long customer's and are very disappointed. I do understand a shortage of employees and I have the patience many times to order. I am tired of fighting the employees to read receipts to prove what was bought.

I was told to drive around front and they would bring my order to me out front. I asked how long it would take and was told 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I got my order and was given about 3 different reasons why it took so long.

I got home and took my order out of the bag and my side order was wrong and looked at my receipt and it was right on the receipt but not what ordered in the bag.

I ordered nuggets twice last week, today I got a eight piece bucket and omg. I don't think the oil has been change for awhile the coating was almost all at the bottom of the bucket it was so greasy and nasty. m. store on peirce st.

Went to kfc in belton sc on 23rd. Went to drive thru an ordered an 8 piece family meal. Waited 24 minutes for My meal while 3 other cars behind me had 12 piece meals an 8 piece meals. They got there’s first.

Got home an only 4 pieces of chicken in box a sides were only small bowl of potatoes with no slaw.

I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece nugget meal and the quality of the food was awful. The fries were hard with no filling and burnt little fries. The nuggets was hard, cold and dry and the soda was flat with a funny aftertaste.

This is the third bad experience I’ve had at this same location. I was excited when the restaurant came close to my home but it has been a big disappointment. Someone may need to visit this location.

I go to the Kentucky fried Chicken in Clare, Michigan. I love Kentucky fried Chicken and enjoy it very often. But the last three or four times that I have arrived there and obtain chicken. It is overcooked very hard and dry.

I placed an order on line telling me it would be ready at 9:42pm upon arrival it was not ready. I had do wait until almost 10:00pm. Then when I received my order and drove 15 miles home to find out that my order was not complete.

Ordered kfc famous bowl and there was 2 small pieces of chicken no potato and a lot of gravy. The bowl was almost all gravy ive ordered several of these in the past and have never seen one like this.

Old tasting chicken barely any potatoes and a bowl full of gravy. Very disappointing I didn't even receive a cookie with this meal which I've gotten everytime I've got this meal. Pay that much for something and get a terrible meal is frustrating.
