Abuse of power and prejudice on 5/10/23 from store employee. This is 2023 and should not be tolerated.
KFC customers are primarily frustrated with poor food quality (undercooked, greasy, or dried out chicken), incomplete orders missing items like napkins and sides, and consistently rude or unprofessional staff behavior. I ordered the famous bowl and it’s awfull . When I placed my order I ask if they would make sure they don’t put spicy nuggets on them that the last time they did and we was not able to eat it.
Ordered 4 famous bowls tonight with 2 large sides of coleslaw and this is what we got. 2 half a bowl of coleslaw 4 famous bowls with no gravy very small amount of corn and only 4 hard nuggets the potatoes was dry. 22.

I purchased KFC for dinner and the chicken must have been leftover from lunch. It was tough and tasteless. The biscuits did not resemble any biscuit I’ve ever had. The fries were fresh.
Just ordered 2 chicken dinners at KFC in Evans Ga. North belair rd. One was originally and the other was crispy. Had to wait 15 minutes for crispy chicken to be cooked. After approximately 20 minutes a lady came to my window.
She said now we have another problem. We are out of original. Are you kidding me. That’s the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. Out of chicken and a place that sells chicken!!! I said just cancer my order. I’ve waited over 25 minutes and you want to know what would I settle for.
Give me my money and I’ll go to a real chicken restaurant. BOJANGLES. I ordered from this store right after it opened several years ago. The original wasn’t what I was used to, so I never went back until today and then this!!!!! Never again.

Ordered chicken online - and AGAIN, it is screwed up! I will admit the the manager of the store made good last time, and actually brought the food that was missing from our order to us - this time? We ordered a bowl, nuggets and a 6 piece chicken.

On top of that, I had to go back to the store to get the order, and the little bitch (She is lucky I don't put her name here!) told me that "mistakes are made" when I tried to explain my displeasure and slammed the drive thru window! My wife and I have occasionally stopped and ordered kfc. We live about 20 miles from the business. Last night will be the last time we will stop there for a take home meal. The past 3 or 4 times our order has been filled incorrectly. Yesterday we ordered an 8 piece chicken basket. We did not get the pieces of chicken that are supposed to be in the bucket. Got one breast, two thighs, two wings, two legs. One of the legs was broken in half. The biscuits were so hard the were barely edible. On top of that while eating, there was a black hair in the cole slaw.

My friend and I went to the KFC in Port Charlotte, Fl to try the chicken nuggets! They looked like scrap pieces of chicken but dark with no coating, they were absolutely horrible! It took us a half hour to get the food, not a very good experience!

Hello, My family loves your food for many years but past several years the store address: 200 Peppers Ferry Rd. NE, Christiansburg, VA. 24073 540-382-8957 has been obsoletely bad about orders. They never get my order right NEVER !!!!!! I can tell them to check the order after they have fixed it and they go back and pull out and still i get home and my order is wrong.

I use to work at kfc in defiance Ohio the Gm Lenae Johnson was selling weed gummies to minors during work hours in the office also the GM let one of the shift managers (Bobby Wirshup) give her a tattoo in the office also during work hours most of the mangers and crew smoke weed pens/vapes inside around the food and their dishes are never properly cleaned and usually have bits of food left in/on them.
The manager and her workers was sitting outside smoking weed while i was waiting for a door dash order. Then she said they don’t have any kfc orders from door dash. Now i just got another order for taco bell and she won’t make the orders and she’s sending all cars away.

Bought a 12 pcs combo and it rush hour at #f275001 and i was ask to wait 17 mins i am third on line when i got my order got home and prep to eat but the chicken is raw so i ask my wife to just cook it again in the oven for 15 mins for i dont want drive back because i am starving already I trued calling the store no answer
Your nuggets on tv are larger than the ones you actually get at your KFC store one bite and it's gone I think myself they substituted popcorn chicken for chicken nuggets I was sure disappointed I really like your chicken but that really shuns me away really disappointed
I went to the Hubble location in Iowa. The employee were cussing at each other. I'm not sure how long it's been since the restaurant had been cleaned. One of the employee was eating the food she preparing for customers.
I love KFC and get the 8 piece meal regularly; did so today. Opened the chicken and had 6 pieces after paying for an 8 piece. A couple of months ago I opened bucket and had 7; let it go, things happen.
I just feel if I need to sit in drive thru and open bucket and count pieces of chicken thats just ridiculous. Im starting to feel like is it worth it to rip people off for a couple pieces of chicken when you buy your chicken and depend on a certain number of pieces???

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. When I paid for and picked up my order at the drive through, I asked for some extra mayo. They refused to give me extra mayo and when I opened up the sandwich I found that there was basically no mayo on it.
I went inside and they still refused to give me extra mayo. I told them I wanted to return the sandwich and they told me there was no manager on the premises to process the return.
Sign on door says open at 10 30am it was 11 and called to see if they were open and she said ya maybe in a little bit stayed outside till 1110 and never unlocked door
I was disappointed when wings went away. I decided to try the "new nuggets". My first experience was shortly before closing. The quality was TERRIBLE. In all fairness, I tried them again weeks later around lunch time. Same thing. How can you advertise one thing and serve another?

I went through the drive thru on May 5,2023. I ordered a 3 PC mixed. When I my total I thought that I got charged extra for the drink that I ordered. I got charged extra for the second breast that was given to me.

I was using the restroom , went to reach for toilet paper as I was pulling it out my hand caught sharp edge of the toilet paper dispenser. I have a cut/gash in my finger , I’m concerned about infection and disease.
I have seen adds for your chicken nuggets on TV for sometime now. Today I decided to give them a try. I must say I was greatly disappointed. 00 for 24 nuggets I found them to be mostly batter very little meat inside.
They were much smaller than your adds portray them to be. Popcorn chicken at other places are much larger than your nuggets. I'm sorry KFC but I feel you have found a loser this time. I will not buy these again.
I ordered from the restaurant on Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota Fl ,it was a online order though the app this was the third time that I had to wait for my order and I set the pickup for 7:00 pm est so I arrived at 7:08 and my order was still not ready.

My visit at 2430 34th st s in st petersburg fl is always the same. No original wings, can't customize the order, place is filthy, especially the drive thru. The intercom seldom works. And the soda machine needs cleaning , the soda is horrible. I miss KFC.

The manager Tammy in the Ottumwa IA store was rude and hateful and was loud. The cashier was so nice and apologized for the managers action
I purchased KFC products and the chicken was practically burnt when I returned to the restaurant to inform the person at the drive thru that the chicken was really dark. She told me that nothing was wrong with the food and that's how it looks.

The complaint I have is absolutely not against the employee. This is definitely a management issue. This afternoon we decided to go to KFC to try the new Mac and Cheese bowl. We went to the restaurant located at 480 Boston post road in Orange, Connecticut.

I have an issue with one your employees at the store location 4250 Aloma Ave Winter Park, FL 32792. A few months ago I was confronted by this individual in the parking lot. He had an issue with me picking up a quarter from the ground stating that money on the ground is for homeless people.

3 piece meal regular chicken Biscuit, hard and cold, could not eat. Mash/gravy, most likely sitting around for awhile, very little gravy and hot, but not fresh. Chicken, 1 breast, ok but not fresh, 1 leg, (wanted all white) and 1 thigh, again wanted all white.
My bill of $15.46 while expensive would have been ok if all was fresh and correct.

Went to KFC in Ladson, SC 29456 today. They were out of chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, wings. To top it off--tried to work with them to at least get something to eat from there and they were rude and unwilling to substitute anything for what was missing.
After, they were out of chicken nuggets. I tried to get a breast & wing combo. They were out of wings. So I ask if the could give to breast or a breast & a leg. They just kept saying the same thing over & over.
We are out of wings. So, of course if left like everyone else was doing and took my business elsewhere.
