I applied for the Fernley, NV location. I was called by an associate Aurora and she placed me for an interview. Then I called back to confirm a position was open when her higher up, Amanda, to I asked if they were hiring.

Instead of answering my question she told me I had to make an interview with her, and asked me for day and time. I said I made an appointment with aurora and she said "well I'm her boss" so I'd have to interview with Amanda.

This occurred twice because Amanda refused to confirm a day and time for me to go for an interview. " When I followed up the next week she decided she only did in person interviews. So it's Jenky for a manager to use personal reasons I stead of being communicative when I did what I could to take initiative as an associate.

I was at KFC today and they forgot one of my three piece combo boxes I went back in to get it they did not give me a receipt and they refused to give me what I paid for not to mention she was extremely rude and her exact words were how do I know you're not just trying to get free food and you're not lying I found that very insulting that is not professional.

I would appreciate it if you can email me a voucher of sorts so I can go back in and get my food and also contact the store and explain to him how customer service is supposed to be it's the KFC on Edwin Miller boulevard in Martinsburg West Virginia

I was really disappointed in the new nuggets. I saw them on TV and also in the posters in the window. the nuggets I got (not breaded and crispy at all. They were plan jane. You can get them anywhere. Totally disappointed.

Went the KFC on Clinton Hwy. Ordered my food, asked for bbq diping sauce, I did not receive it what I did receive was cold fries, and chewy chicken.

I arrived at the restaurant where I was trying to order my food from located at 5145 W baseline rd. When I arrived at the restaurant I talked to a man who said was the manager, this happened on Monday May 29th at approximately 5:20 pm. He explained that he couldn't help me to place my order and there was nothing he could do. KFC Lebanon Tn. Store #J718280. We have been here twice this month for the chicken pot pies and they are still out. So we order anyway. They asked us to hold at the drive through we waited and waited until we said something to them.

We pull up we pay and we waited and waited for our food. They were not even busy and it took that long to get our food. Not a pleasant experience for us and probably won’t be back. They could use some help at this place.

I just wanted to say that I had complained about the KFC in Big Rapids. They have since made good on my complaint and made my same meal that I had that was terrible, and they gave it to me free.

The nuggets were MUCH better. They were hot, fresh and juicy, as was the biscuit. They also gave me a coupon for a free meal. It made me very happy that they care about their customers. I’ll definitely go back there.

I used to be a store manager for KFC. Back then they produced a product I was proud to be in charge of. In fact, I was supposed to have my picture taken with the Colonel, but sadly, he passed before that was possible.

I recently visited the Fort Qu'Appelle,Sask location with a young lady for lunch. I was never so disappointend in my life. What used to be a fantastic meal, was total garbage. In fact, half of my lunch went into the garbage! THAT IS NOT WHAT KFC IS ALL ABOUT!

Why would you change the breading? Everyone loves the KFC breading! Why would you change it?

Every time I come here, which is a lot as I deliver for Doordash, they have their own music blasting so you can’t even hear the overhead music. Their chosen music has swear words INCLUDING the n-word. I’m sure your older customers don’t appreciate that or the rap they play.

I also always see them on their phones where they handle food. I had one of my doordash customers scream at me because your employees kept screwing up their order while making it which increased MY customers wait time. What food they did do right just sat there getting cold while they kept fixing their screw ups on the rest of the order.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender only- not the meal. No pricing on the drive through for just the tenders, only pricing for the meal. Meal is a little over (includes side & drink) 10$. Received 4 tenders not 5 & was charged over 8$.

When I questioned the worker was told I was only charged for a 4 piece tender & that a 5 piece tender is over 9$. 99$. The $$$ don’t add up. 99$.

I ordered the eight piece meal so the manager comes to the window and says we're out of biscuits can I give you mac and cheese or l can give you mashed potatoes and gravy I said yes that would be good I should have checked the bag so when I got home no gravy who wants two things of potatoes and no gravies was very disappointed and mad $31 for what.

On May 21, Sunday, I went to the KFC by us and ordered a 12 pc meal. 42. When I placed it on the table for us to eat, I was shocked to see what the chicken looked like. The crust was dark brown, not light golden colored, like it used to be.

It was extremely dry . It tasted like old grease . I'm guessing the fryer hadn't been cleaned in a long time , nor the grease changed out in a long time. They were out of mac and cheese, said they haven't had any for awhile.

How can this be ?? The gravy was like water. I was totally shocked at how bad this meal was and that KFC has dropped to such a level as to serve food in this condition. For the amount of money I paid, I could have had a really nice meal somewhere else.

The KFC in reesburg wiscanswer has to be the worst place Ever on 4 different occasions they were out of chicken. How can AKFC be out of chickand their prices are higher than any other KFC? I've been to extremely higher.

This is my second issue with this store I feel like I’m discriminated against. The first issue I had was they got my order wrong , so I went back with my recipe the girl rolled her eyes , and turned around and walked off.

On May 19th I went to the Drive-thru of KFC restaurant in Oxnard CA, I arrived at 10:15am and I ordered a chicken potpie and was told they were sold out. I then ordered a 4 piece chicken fingers meal and was told there's a 15 minute wait.

I then ordered a 2 piece extra crispy breadt meal and was told again 15 minute wait. I ended up no getting any food. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. How can they be sold out as the restaurant was only open for 15 minutes??

The chicken was dry and it looked liked it had been over cooked and the food was just not good at all

A few weeks ago, I submitted a complint via telephone about how me with a disability was treated and have not heardany response. I was at the KFC/ Taco Bell at 5540 Univerity Pointe Blvd chsrlotte NC 28262 where my order was incorrect.

I rec eived a pepsi zero or Diet Pepsi when I asked for a Reg Pepsi. I went back around the drive thru to inquire about this and that I didnt receive any utensils. " in a condensying tone. I explained to her thast I am in a wheelchair and just had dialysis.

I visited the new Murray Ky KFC store this afternoon. I was not impressed.

1. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken Tender meal. It was original recipe. I think it only had one of the 11 spices in the recipe. 2. I ordered corn as a side, but I never received a fork to eat the corn. I had to go back and wait at counter to get a fork. 3. Since there was little seasoning in the chicken, I searched for salt and pepper to season my corn and chicken, but did not find any salt or pepper. I decided not to wait again at the counter as it was more crowded than previously. There was only one person at counter. 4. I love your biscuit, but why not offer butter or margarine to put on the biscuit, rather than a plan dry biscuit.

Restaurant #C212002 I went through the drive thru, waited at the speaker for 6 minutes! I timed it. Drove up to the cashier window, no one was there. I tapped on the window, 2 employees saw me and just walked by.

Finally the guy with the headset arrived and opened up the window. I asked him if the speaker was broke. His reply was "huh". I then placed my order, 2 pc. combo with the coupon. Waited quite a long time.

Paid for my food and when I was handed my drink, the lid was not on properly and some of it spilled in the car. Very poor attitude. When I got home, the wing looked like it came from a finch. Very disappointing.

Ordered 12 piece nugget meal on the app. Received no sauce ( should have gotten 2 as on receipt), no straw for my drink, no napkins, hard and dry biscuit with soggy luke warm fries. Disgraceful waste of $10.00. It seems like they don’t care at all at this location.

I went through the drive-through at the KFC located in Avon, Indiana The address was 7436, US 36 I think is the appropriate address I went through the drive-through ordered an eight piece meal with four additional chicken breasts two extra sides. The order came to almost $63.

It was supposed to be original recipe I get home they’ve given me extra crispy chicken two of my sides are missing and both of my mashed potatoes are grainy in the bottom of the container. I’ve tried to call the office several times I work 14 hours a day so I don’t just have time to run over there and see them.

I tried the new Nuggets last week. I was very disappointed. On TV they are big two biters. In reality they aren't much bigger than the popcorn.

Also, the Mac and Cheese with chicken bowls are only about two thirds the size they show on TV. Talk about deceptive advertising!!! If you showed the real products you wouldn't sell them. I won't be buying from KFC again until they start selling what they actually advertise.

I went to Kfc in Chatsworth GA and bought 12piece meal cost$34.98 at 5:53 pm Friday 5/12/2023 ticket number 1054 the chicken was hard as a rock couldn't eat it only about 4 pieces were ok to eat don't know If I will go back again We are in our 70s and can't afford to waist money. Our son lives with us and couldn't hardly eat it.

I wrote a complaint to headquarters a week ago got no response. The chicken I got last Friday was the worst chicken I ever had in my whole life it was burnt no taste the sides were not edible either we threw the chicken out.

It cost $28 and some odd cents for an eight piece meal that ,that Saturday. We went to Royal Farms and their chicken was awesome. The way KFC used to be it would have been nice if someone from the company would have gotten touched with me, the chicken we got at KFC was not edible we threw it away along with the sides.

Very disappointed in the response we got, I also posted something on pissed off customer I was told KFC passed over and would not read it. I can guarantee you that is the last time I will buy KFC chicken and I used to buy it two or three times a month…

May11. 7:17pm. New Kensington PA. There had been some confusion over what I had ordered and another person corrected it. The girl at the take out window rudely shoved the order at me and slammed the window shut all without a thank you.

I spent $27 for 2 meals. When I arrived home my grandson found dirty used gloves thrown with the food. At this point We were apprehensive about eating the food It is a treat for us to get take out….

Perhaps next time we will eat elsewhere.
