After having a routine transmission service at my local certified mechanic in Weiser Idaho, they were conducting complimentary diagnostics for the month of December. My mechanic after servicing my transmission at 102k miles had a code reading issue with my head gasket.

At this point I had it parked in front of my house because I knew further issues would arise if ai continued to drive it. My mechanic in Weiser which is over a hour away from Kendall Kia printed me out a long and detailed report of the code reading and the transmission service I had complete with photos. I then took this paperwork down to Kendall Kia via a different vehicle knowing there had been recalls for defective engines as a result of a MANUFACTURER DEFECT. The Kia in Bathurst, NB is the worst to deal with. The have no people skills what so ever and April and her boss is the worst to deal with. I purchased a new jeep and it's making noises and all they keep saying it's in my head.

A brand new vehicle is not suppose to make noises and the noises are loud and it's only making the noise when you are driving and they keep refusing to go for a drive with it. they are a bunch of idiots.

this is my 4rth kia and never had bad service like this but this is my last kia.

Belt molding on my 2022 Kia Sorrento was discolored after it was cleaned after an accident.. talk to 2 people at Kia in Fort Pierce Fla about it getting fix.. was told they would look into it since this is a problem with other Kia’s ..

I have left several messages and went to Kia dealership in Fort Pierce at least 3 times and was told that some cleaning solution they were seeing if that would fix the issue… no one has ever called me back and after personally contacting them .. I still haven’t received an answer… it’s been 6 weeks with this back and forth..

not very happy with your customer service.. I want an answer ASAP as to what can be done and if nothing can fix the problem I want it in writing that this won’t affect my lease when the time comes to return the car

Purchased a 2017 jeep used vehicle Mohsin Hydari and he said vehicle was not in an accident. I sent pictures of right side and he denied it was in an accident. He said it was safety check and it wasn’t he said the brakes were just done they were not.

I got the vehicle safety checked and it failed badly and was not road worthy. I had to fix : Front and back brakes no brake pad on front right and damaged rotor right side. Upper and Lower ball joint.

They were surprised the wheel held on. Right tie rod end. I understand it buyers beware but he didn’t care about his customers to risk my life is unacceptable. And to lie about this is unacceptable as well this is the type of person that you have in your dealership I can almost guarantee you will have a huge lawsuit against you.

The 2023 Kia Soul I'm leasing went into "limp mode" while sitting in my driveway on 8/30/23. It was fine when I parked it the night before. This my only source of transportation. I am very disappointed with this. It's a new car, so ??. This happened with the 2020 Soul I had before and they replaced the entire transmission. It took itself out of limp mode but the Check Engine light is still on and I'm not supposed to drive it much when it's on.

To make this even worse, through experience I've found that the Folsom Lake Kia Service dept. Very seldom will ANSWER PHONE! I tried at least 8 times on the 30th with each time ringing at least 5 minutes and nothing. I third again this morning with the same results. Unfortunately this seems to be normal for them.

Withiams Auto, who I have purchased all my KIA for the last 30 years, sold me a 2021 Kia Soul G-Line in the beginning of 2021. In 2023 it began to USE oil, the recall is because some values were not hardened.

My Soul did not have a VIN # for the recall. So in March after I finally figured out what was happening, I took it in to them and they said it would have to use 1 Quart per 100 miles for KIA to do anything, so

after going through 2 test and it do this both time they then did some flushing out and filled it with oil again, and because it only used 1/4 quart in 1000 miles they said it was fixed and could do not more. That was in July.

My car was towed to Kia from the Chevrolet dealership with the motor apart. I was told to have it moved to the Kia dealership in Morristown, Tn by one of their service employees, Chloe. She knew it was apart and that the Chevrolet dealership wanted 400 dollars to put it back together.

Imagine my surprise after I have it towed there to get a phone call from Kia telling me they want 2100 dollars to put it back together before they can diagnose it. I believe my motor is in a recall but they refuse to do anything about it without the 2100 dollars.

This dealership is trying to rip off a 64 year old disabled vet with a terminal illness and we are not going to allow this to happen without people knowing about it! He has been without his car for almost 6 months now.

I have a 2014 Kia ​​Sportage. In August last year, I had an engine problem as a result of a recall. I took it to the dealer ship, and the engine was replaced with another rebuilt engine. About a year later, I had an engine problem, and I had not driven it 10,000 miles.

When I checked with the same dealer that installed the engine, they dealt with me. It was as if they did not care about the matter and told me that we cannot do anything for you. This is your problem.

Worst customer service and service period! I love our 2014 kia optima but will never be purchasing a Kia again due to our experience here! They have had our car for 9 days now and its gonna be at least another 3 days as its about to be weekend!

They screwed us around and failed to keep us updated! We called and got a quote for $398 to replace 1 fuel injector, dropped it off and was quoted the same price at drop off then the next day aftercalling multiple times we finally get to speak with someone who says there 1 time hose that has to be replaced thts $70 and

that it would now be $690 but this was not mentioned when we were given standard quote n didnt add up to which they said tye guy that quoted us was off and would be monday before he was back and theycoyld honor price.

Is well known that kia have a life time warranty for their engines but when I need to replace mine . My technician said that: it won’t get cover because a code P1326. In the message I get it was very clear it says they need to change or rebuilt the engine but now that I brought up the life time warranty is not cover because of it.

My husband and I recently had our 2018 Kia Sorento’s engine blow out on 8.30.23 on our way down to Tampa, FL from Birmingham, AL. This is the second Kia vehicle we own that the engine has blown, the first being our 2013 Kia Optima- which Kia covered.

We have had this vehicle serviced regularly and there is no way at barely over 100,000 miles our engine should have to be replaced. It is currently undriveable in Tampa FL at Century Kia with the engine being replaced hopefully this week. It will cost us $5300! And Kia has refused to help us with this cost. In addition, we have incurred costs of 3 rental cars, with another one in the future back to Tampa from Bham AL.

This is more of a verification of what I was told today from my dealer. I purchased a 2023 Sportage last December. I traded my 2016 Cadillac SRX because it was out of warranty and I wanted a car with a good warranty.

Now the car has 4500 miles on it and it had 2 recalls. When I took it in for the recalls, I told the service guy the car was hesitating when the accelerator is pressed and I was afraid I was going to get killed if it stalled when I was pulling out into the street.

I left the car at the dealership and after 2 days he service guy calls and tells me it needs either "Perform Fuel Induction Service" or "Throttle Body Cleaning". He says they are working on it and of course it is covered under the warranty.

Then yesterday he calls and tells me unfortunately it won't be covered…

On Monday July 31st I brought my Kia Soul 2016 to be service due to the ABS/Traction fault warning lights were on. I also stated there is a scraping noise when turning either direction especially to the right. Kia technician sent me a list recommending operations for my vehicle.

I called at 3:30pm immediately called the service advisor #2877 Michael T. Troedel to find out why didn’t he call me to give me updates about car. I wanted to know about the noise in the wheel and the warning light.

He said he would call me back but never did. I got a ride to Kia of Hollywood. I asked was my vehicle ready, they replied we are closed for the day. My advisor should have called me about the outcome of my car.

I bought a 2018 Kia 5 months ago and now am being told it can't be insured without a software update or a push start to be installed.

However manufactured in early 2018 did not get the software installed to begin with. Therefore I can't get the software update done on my vehicle. I have also been informed that my vehicle can't get a push start installed either because I don't have the software needed to install it.

So I now have a vehicle I can't insure because the insurance companies won't insure it even with the steering wheel locking device that Kia offers as a solution.

I’ve submitted a concerning my driver seat being torn. The service manager Sam Morrison submitted my claim to his district manager Dan Howells who denied the claim after waiting over a week. I called customer care only for him to offer paying half for something that is covered under warranty.

His response I was told that it appeared to be some kind of chemical nothing was done to come to that conclusion. I’m not careless with my property at all I just want this to be taken care of as it should.

I shouldn’t have to go through all of this for something that I was never responsible for doing in the first place. I fell his and the service manager conclusion to this is not accurate or acceptable in my opinion.

All I want is this to be fixed as it should under the manufacturer warranty.

Deceptive sales practices: I was leasing a 2020 Niro from Lyft. The cost was of using their car was expensive. So. I went to Garden Grove Kia. I explained to the sales person and the manager/ writer that I drove for Lyft.

In fact, the pay stubs I provided to get the loan were Lyft. But, they had no problem selling me the 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty Knowing full well I could never use it because they had me sign an exclusion stating it would void my warranty.

Kia coprorate has refused to honor the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty on our Kia Soul because we started doing oil changes at home due to the ridiculous cost of dealership oil changes at Safford and Pohanka Kia in Salisbury MD. The thermal printed redeipts from the auto parts stores have all faded to blank receipts so they refuse to believe the oil was changed.

It should have been obvious that the oil that came out had not been in the engine for very long when the bearing failed. Nowhere in the printed warranty does it state the oil must be changed at the dealership.

Now all the sudden, engine failure. No one can explain why? They want me to pay $9000 at the dealer for a new engine OR put me in a new car and tack on my other payments. I can’t do it!

Call this morning at 11 30 made an appointment for 2 30 at Kia in Morrow Ga. David said bring in my car and they would get right on it no problem. I took my car in for oil change 2 new tires and brakes.

in for warranty work at huntsville al location. Kept car for 2 weeks they called said it was fixed. Picked up made it 20 miles down the road engine light back on and stalling out again it was not fixed.

Have tried to call service manager and service dept no one will talk to me. Have left messages with operator and voice mail. No one will call back or answer their phone.

Also paid for tire rotation did not do. They changed oil got home it was a quart low.

My 2020 Kia Soul is 32,000 miles. I took it in because I’m getting substantial decreased mileage per gallon. The service department kept my car for 8 hours and said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They did not check check the fuel pump, or the fuel filter or the fuel injectors.

This service department is terrible.

Don’t expect for their service department to know what they are doing or how to fix your car. They waste my time and unable to give adequate information. They don’t listen to customers when they say there is something wrong.

No check engine light came on. But why did my car stalled in June 2021 even after I had asked them to check it a week before. They said it’s normal to burn some oil but never could give me answer why it felt like it stalled sometimes.

All they could tell me it didn’t do it when the drive it.

The Kia Dealership in Riverdale NJ apparently does not have the needed support to repair a 2017 Niro Hybrid in a reasonable time frame. It took nearly 2 weeks just to determine the problem was the Alternator. Now it is taking another 1-1/2 weeks before they can actually do the replacement. At a cost of $2600 I should not be without my vehicle for nearly a month. And that is after being without my car for 3 weeks when the Exhaust system needed to be replaced at a cost of $3600. They do not even provide a loaner vehicle to help offset this inconvenience.

I do love my car but this is completely unacceptable.

After a year of back and forth from Kia corporate to the local dealership, Kia concluded that my faded trim on my 2021 Telluride Nightfall wouldn’t be covered since it’s outside there 12 month warranty coverage (which most people don’t know even exists and it isn’t on their website). So let me get this straight.

Kia only covers a known and clear defect of their own fault probably due to their own QC error during a Covid manufacturing squeeze? I’ll never buy a Kia ever again. There are tons of threads on this issue and some are covered and others are not.

There’s no consistency in their judgement. Very disappointed in this company and will continue to complain everywhere I can. I paid over $50K for a vehicle that has worse looking trim than the biggest hunk of junk in the lot.

The time will not let you choose preferred time zone. Alabama is considered Central.

However, we are in the Eastern Time zone of Alabama. I do not have the "change time automatically" checked. I do not want it changing to Central Time. Write a software program to upload to correct this issue. I have a 2023 Sportage.

Greeting I have problems with Kia Sevis in Nova Gorica, Slovenia and I don't know who to contact. I called already the main service for Slovenia in Ljubljana, but they did not want to help me. I owned Kia Ceed and three months ago a luminous engine error began.

At the service in Nova Gorica was told that the cable from the upper sensor Lambda had eaten by animal and that they had to order a new sensor. At home, I saw that cable was cutted beside the sensor and next to the sensor connector (the first two pictures).

I had purchased my KIA Sportage (Pack+2) in April 2017 bearing registration no. 3125AP17 and is covered under warranty for 7 years (5+2 additional years warranty). A crack on the leather dashboard of my car which according to me is a manufacturer’s defect (Photos are attached). However, same has been reported to the office of KIA Mauritius (United Motors Ltd) on 02.05.2023 for immediate repairs and afterwards, I have been informed that the dashboard is covered for 5 years only.

I conclude that the life time of the leather in dashboard is inly 5 years.

In furtherance of this, the ( keyless) door lock on both front doors are not working again just after 5 years. Same was reported to the representative but nothing has been done unless i pay for replacement.

Mailed payment 6/14, web site will not open. Have mailed payments the last 3 months due to faulty website. Have repeatedly checked for payment status, to be told payment wasn't received. Spoke with a representative that kept trying to get me to make an additional payment.

Finally found out my payment was received 6/18. This is bull crap, my nerves are shot thinking I would have to pay a late fee, and that it would affect my credit. This is my third kia, with two being brand new, I will not purchase from Kia again.

Brought my Kia Sorrento to the 'Cartown Kia' Dealer in Nicholasville KY, (859) 295-3139 for various service issues, including an engine light, pulsating brakes, and head, tail light, and turn signals not working and two recall services. Since dropping the car off, I can't get anyone to answer the phone at the service department for over 4 days.

Every option to get through to someone ends up with leaving yet another message and am unable to get into contact with anyone. Since I live two cities over from this dealer, I can't be driving up there to get a status on the vehicle.

When I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager or owner, the only time I was able to get a human being to pick up the phone, they referred me to an email address for the manager. These people just will…

About the worst car company out there. Impossible to reach anyone at their customer service. I own Toyotas and in the past it was a breeze reaching Toyota's customer service for help. Kia is poorly made product. I bought my daughter a 2011 Kia Sorento with 69000 miles, the engine blew within 3 months of regular use.

The issue with engine is well known to Kia. The Kia dealer I bought it from refused to help. I found another Kia dealer who contacted the manufacturer, 2 months later the response from Kia was that they were not going to fix it.

Dealer has my car for 2 1/2 wks. Will not return my phone calls. When I did get through, got some smart answers. Have put parts on my car that did not fix the problem at my expense. Service dept. personnel very rude.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 I've never been to a car dealership to buy a new car. I'm 47 years old. Always bought 1000 2000$ cars being a single mom. Long story shortt their grown I have no car.

Heard KIA advertising radio so went for it. Theirs a lot to this but I've never ever been treated so shitty by anyone let alone 2 of them in my life. I had the worst experience in my life. Needless to say still with No car.
