If I could go below I would to 0 stars when you go to your store and spend thousands over the years and my kohls cash of 80 disappeared called to get it reissued (yes I know your policy it was explained) but here it is 80 means we spent a lot for us at one time and sometimes life gets busy that when we go back to spend the cash 9 times out of 10 we spend more then

Purchased an order for pants which was to be delivered to Kohls between March 21,2025 and March 24 2025. I was to be notified by email when to be picked up. I starting call on March 21, 22: and 24.

Was told not in yet but would be notified. Call on the 25 and told that it was there. Being I’m an amputee I had my caregiver go to pick it up on the 26th of March. Only to be told it was put back and they had no way of finding out what it was.

I had an engagement to go to and now have NO pants. I am very disappointed with this Kohls o Staten Island. This isn’t the first time I have ordered and received wrong items,no items or broken china multiply times.

Sorry to say I won’t be doing business with them anymore. Very disappointed

Tried to find an order placed on 12/3/2024. Already received an email with order number. Was unable to track on website, online chat was literally useless, survey feedback couldn't be submitted.

Finally called and tried to speak to and understand the representative- English was not her first language in any way, & I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said because her English skills needed work. What I think she told me was that I checked out my purchase as a guest which was the reason I couldn't track the order.

Didn't make sense to me so I don't know if I understood her reason. Anyway, I will not be placing any orders from Kohl's on line in the future . Too bad, Kohl's- your customer service is sub-par.

I had a $10 kohls cash and then had to return a $5 shirt which negated my $10!!! I could have exchanged it for something, but cashier failed to let me know that. I went back at a later date to shop with my $10 kohls cash only to be told it was worth zero!!

I placed an online order. Some of the order was sent to my house and some to the UPS store. Why was any of it sent to the UPS store? I did not ask for it to be sent there.

In addition I was just notified at 3:30 yesterday via email that I had to pick it up the same day. ge t it. Then I'm told I had to pay $5 to get the package because they held it for a day. Wth!

I asked an employee for help finding the box associated with a sample shoe. " Antonio came over grudgingly, slowly, and stood at the opposite end of the aisle as if I had cooties--so bizarre! I asked him to show me the box associated and he wouldn't budge, he just kept saying, "It's over there somewhere," pointing to where I had been already standing, looking. It was insane.

I had been in various social situations all evening and can assure you I did not look weird , smell, or anything like that! Antonio honestly seemed mentally ill or something, to act this crazy. Kohl's will not get my business.

I applied for a Kohl's credit card approximately 30 days ago and was accepted but with an Insultingly low credit limit on card, that I really can do nothing with. I was shocked to get a $300 limit, which of course immediately lowered my credit score even further due to the inquiry hit and the lowest limit of all of my cards (many in the double digits, long-term, all in good standing, and a decent score).

Difficulty with the Kohl's system in registering the card, kept getting errors and could do nothing there. Just in general a complete waste of time and one inquiry. I just canceled this worthless card and that was a torturous experience as well, with 20 minutes wasted on the phone and their failure of a system there.

A complete and utter epic failure.

I have been without my kohls card since May 6, 2023 and they keep saying they are going to send me a new card and I never receive it. I have wasted so much valuable time. They say that they have now sent me at least 5 or 6 cards that I never received. I need to know how I can get in contact with someone that cares. I have been contacting the customer service number several times in the last 6 months and never get to talk to an american. It would be fine that they outsourced if the people actually helped and did there job.

I had a Kohl's card but for some reason your system had my number with the same first 10 numbers but with 3 different last 2 numbers (12,13, and 14). It got so messed up that I could not use it online. I called on 11/21 and asked that they issue me a new card with a new number. I was told that it would take 3-5 weeks to get my new card. I asked if I could call customer service in a few days to get the new number. I was told no! i missed all of the Black Friday sales because I didn't have a Kohl's credit card to take advantage of your offers. Now I have a 30% off coupon that starts 11-30 and I won't be able to take advantage of that either.

I have shopped with kohl’s for a number of years now, and have always found them to be professional, and have not had any issues with my orders, until today. I received 2 cavernous boxes containing 2 orders, which are picture frames.

The boxes looked like someone had either sat on them, and burst them open, or maybe a dog got hold of them and took them for a drag around the streets. I have photos, I hope I can share with you?

I checked the UPS website and found the delivery information, and low and behold there were no photos available to act as proof of delivery, it displayed a message stating they were not available, I wonder why? The contents were undamaged, which is a miracle.

I received 7 items ordered online and was unhappy with 4 of them, so brought them to a local Kohls to return them. I was expecting about $37 credit because that's what I actually paid for the 4 things. But I only received $27 credit because I'd used Kohls cash to purchase.

That does not make sense and is a ripoff. 27 in refund on return, that is just wrong. I was looking forward to them and was expecting to keep all 7, but the clothes were not as expected going by photos and descriptions.

Anyhow, this is bad business practice, and I'm considering stopping shopping at Kohls altogether, which will be hard for me as a loyal Kohls shopper for decades, but this $10 really rankles. The 3 items I kept are okay but not quite as expected either, but I removed the tags so cannot return.

I am writing to inform you that my husband and I will be cancelling our accounts with Kohls. The customer service that you provide is not only poor but rude. We needed to return an item but were informed that you no longer provide return labels with bar codes.

We do not have a Kohls within 30 miles of where we live. The customer service reps that we experienced could barely speak English and were rude and no help at all. I got a supervisor on the phone and he ended up hanging up on me.

This is regarding transaction at New Albany Ohio Kohls Oct 25, 2023. Regarding my account number 071485506105. Took an item to the register marked $60.

Also had a valid 20% off coupon. The associate rang up the transaction as $75 and did NOT honor my discount coupon. When an operations manager named "Creighton" appeared to correct the first error he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

Tried to explain the item was EXCLUDED from 20% off.

However that item was NOT excluded on the back of the coupon nor is that item excluded on the website. This appears a violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. The coupon SHOULD have been honored and my transaction should be credited off my card in the amount of $12.

I've been a Kohl's customer for years. I have truly had nothing but great customer service. Today was a different story. I say this as a patient person, who has worked in Customer Success for over 10 years, I have NEVER had the abysmal experience that I had today. I ordered 7 glass/ceramic Disney Halloween Mickey Mouse planters as gifts for family and friends for an event I am hosting on Sunday, 10/15/23. I was very excited when my order was delivered to my home address on Thursday, 10/12/23.

However, upon opening the box, my excitement soon turned to horror as all 7 of the planters were smashed beyond belief like they were dropped from a 10-story building! These 7 items were just thrown into a box with a very thin layer of bubble wrap as packing.

I can not even believe a warehouse packer would be so clueless as to think these items would arrive safely in delivery. I wouldn't even put one of these ceramic planters in a box like this for shipment, much less 7 of them banging against each other for who knows how many miles in shipment.

I was rather surprised when I checked out today and the clerk informed me that my 30 % coupon could not be applied to 2 Carter baby items. Carter's is not a designer brand, so do not understand why it can't be applied. Not a good policy at all !!!! What is the rationale for this ? Makes no sense. I would appreciate a response. I have been requesting 2022 statements diligently since August 30, 2023.

First I am told it will be mailed to me in one to two weeks. Never received anything so called again and now they state 2-3 weeks.

Third week comes and I call again and even spoke with a manager and they were going to fax it to me. Never received anything and called back and spoke with another manager and she states they don't fax statements and I would have to receive them by mail.

I ordered a wreath from Kohls online on 8/19/23. I received a shipment confirmation on 8/22/2023. The last shipment update was on 8/24/23 item was in Ft Worth, TX in transit. There have been no updates since. I have chatted with Kohls CS several times and was given an order cancellation and refund confirmation on 9/3/23 stating I would have the refund back in my account within 7 days along with a confirmation e-mail.

As of 9/12/23, I have received neither. I actually called customer service on 9/12/23 and was told the refund had not been processed but they processed it again while I was on the phone and gave me another confirmation number stating my refund would be back in my account within 7 days and

I was in the fitting room in the WOMENS department at the Kohls in Lexington Park MD this morning when I heard a man come in. I said out loud oh is this the men's fitting room? And was told there was no difference, they are gender nuetral.

Well I am sorry I am not ok with that and got dressed and left. I could not find any employee to ask about this so I left the store. When I got to my car I called the store and was told the fitting rooms where not gender specific.

When I asked her if she was OK with that because I wasn't she said it didn't matter because it was a corporate decision. I just want you to know I am not ok with this and I doubt you care but I will no longer shop at Kohls.

I purchased a gift card at the kohls store in person using my kohls card. A few days later I received a letter from the Kohls fraud department stating there could be fraud. I contacted them and confirmed there was NO fraud.

I purchased the gift card. They insisted that they had to send a pin to the phone number associated with my account. That is a land line. Then they wanted to send a voice message to my home phone, had me hang up and was going to call me back for the pin.

However, my phone service blocked their number as spam rendering this process useless. They are making the customers jump through hoops to clear “fraud” that doesn’t exist. They held my credit card and gift card hostage until I could resolve it.

Refused to hire disabled employees. We got about 148 deaf people living in our town. Some said they tried to apply but get denied. I gave it a shot to see if it's all true. Sure enough, the person I talked on by phone interview name Lindsey.

They have a sale section set up with various swimwear and amidst the other 20-25% items they have more expensive, not on sale items deceptively placed. They is no way someone designing that set up did not plan to scam customers into thinking that all items in that area were on sale.

The suits in the sale section that were not on sale were also about $15 more than the ones on sale. They also would not resolve the issue in store.

Hello, I have been a faithful customer for 25 years. It has always been my go-to store and I LOVE the clothing, art, sales and service I've received. I am disappointed to see PRIDE collections for infants, children and adults proudly celebrated.

This skewed definition of love goes against what the God I love says is good and right. It is in my face on your website and stores and I can no longer support such a company that feels the need to display this.

Yes hi Miss Nicole 2 days ago to return some clothing items that did not fit my husband and my father.

First and foremost I had to wait like 30 minutes in line and I want to go ahead and let you know that I have cancer and I cannot stand the heat I cannot stand up too long and I just got done with treatment and I was very ill that day.

The y'all at the customer service register was very nice I could not find my receipt for my clothes but she went ahead and she rang them up and it came too close to like I believe $200 and some dollars. She then had to call a manager over there to get approval for a gift card but in the meantime the manager seem to be taking forever and I had to also run out to my car to get my driver's license.

Kohls credit card has horrible customer service. I have been a Kohls shopper for 20+ years and a Kohls card member twice in that time frame. I canceled my card a decade ago due to poor cust. service and just canceled again today for the same reason.

Why is it that every other credit card that I have, is able to send timely communications and reminders about payments/due dates/balances. I recieve reminder text messages and emails from my Old Navy card, Citibank, Chase, etc, but for Kohl's I never get reminders, only 1 statement email.

I get 30 texts a week about sales, but no text messages about my credit card. Well, after years of ontime payments, paying my balance in full every month, I made one error. 00 on my Kohls credit card that went 30 days past due.

After many,many years of paying via debit out of the blue last month was told I can only pay with a routing number via checking account. NO WARNING of this change. I do not want nor have a checking account.

I returned an item via UPS (I have a tracking number and proof of delivery) which was delivered on 2/18/2023. I called customer service twice (3/22/2024 and 4/10/2023). First, I was told to wait additional time. Next, I was told that my refund was being processed "immediately" and that my credit card account would be credited in 7 days. To date, nothing. I have been waiting over 2 months for my refund.

Also, my phone call customer service experience was awful. There was so much background noise that at times I could not hear the customer service rep.

I have been a loyal customer to Kohl's for many years. I am usually very happy, but, the Store Manager of the Burbank Store as now provided horrible service to me twice. Kohl's has signs all of the store about their 'yes, we can' philosophy.

Yet, the store manager at the Burbank, Chicago Store is all about 'no he will not' assist customers. Here is my situation: I ordered a watch online on 3/11/23. I d rate it less if I could. This is the 3rd pair of tek -gear golf shorts I ve had issues with. The first 2 the button is way bigger than the button hole!! Had to cut the hole to fit the button.

In addition I wear a 38 waiste. I have over 30 pair of golf shorts. The button on these is way far over to the right. Just ridiculous. I had to move the button over to the left. this last pair I got today same issue with the button and the length of the short came down over 3 inches below my knee cap, looks ridiculous.

Last night at about 11:00 pm I received not 1, nor 2 but 3 emails that my Kohls account had been updated. I did nothing and when I went to click in link it appeared it was a phishing or spam email.

I called customer service this morning and the rep basically checked and said everything was ok with my account and there were no orders. She also said going forward to ignore any future messages…and I questioned what would happen if they weee actual emails and to ignore them!

She stuttered around and couldn’t really say anything. Doesn’t sound like good customer service to me?!?

You are selling Vanity Fair Perfectly Yours Classic Briefs which are bound so tightly to its plastic packaging that they can't be removed without sharp scissors or box-cuttters. There is no warning on the packaging. It took me a half hour to cut the plastic off the panties, with shards everywhere.

I have been trying to order something from Kohl's. I am having trouble with the order department online. They keep freezing my screen to a blank screen for a long time. Some at which cost me to lose an item that I wanted that someone else took from me.

They did not post my payment to my account. My payment shows that it went out of the checking account April 4th, 2023 for Mary Eror. I tried night and day to place this order with no success. They just freeze my screen or say that the order did not go through.

Another problem is they keep making me change passwords. I changed it so many times I forget it. I have to keep going out of the Kohl's screen to email screen. I am tire. They kept me up at night and morning and I have no order.

This is not the first time they did this. This happens…
