I found a comforter set I was looking for on line at Kohl's website. I used to have Kohl's credit card years ago but no longer had one. I decided I would get a new Kohls card and order it.

My approval for credit card took only a few minutes and a coupon for 30% on first order also popped up on line. I put my order in but the 30% coupon wouldn't go through. I tried and tried to no avail.

I decided to call customer service but when I dialed the numbers and used the extension that I needed and ultimately tried every extension with no response on any of them. I just go repeats over and over, I decided to use ASK on line for Kohl's.

I typed in my problems and received an answer that said ASK consultant couldn't help me and gave me the same customer service number to try. When I try to…

Have been a customer over 20 years. Used your Kohls card, always paid my bill even before due. Over holiday, must have been busy and put a receipt in my checkbook and did not pay. Suddenly get emails asking about my tax return which I assumed was a scam.

then received phone call from your company telling me my account was past due. Ok asked to remove late charges, this was just a one time mistake and person said they would remove if I gave my bank account info which I would not over phone.

She then told me to go to store and pay balance and late charges would be removed. I immediatly went to store paid in cash and asked for receipt. A week later receive call saying my account is past due.

After going back and forth person said oh yes we will remove late charges but you now owe 86 cents.…

Kohl's customer service really sucks! I see an awful lot of 1's on here and like in my case, I'm sure most of these 1's probably wanted to be 0's! Kohl's do you not care about how many people you are pissing off?

Stood in line for 10 minutes to be told I couldn’t use a 25% coupon on the shoes I was buying. The coupon never said I couldn’t use it on the shoes! Inform your customers better! Don’t make them wait in line just to be told they can’t use a coupon what they’re purchasing!

Well, first off, I've been a valued (now de-valued) customer since 2013. I made my payment as I always do every month I have a balance. I don't pay off the balance, I make payments. They received my $50 pmt. 3/20.

I am growing extremely weary of receiving spam emails offering free products from Kohls only to find that in order to collect said products one has to sign up for an automatic payment for future months.

This is a scam and one that Kohls should shut down and prosecute the offenders.

I will not continue to shop at a store that allows their name to be dragged through the mud.

I went to kohls in Northfield to buy specifically some shoes and a candle and sunglasses. As soon as I walked in I looked at a couple sweaters and then I headed to the shoe section where I was rudely and unjustly treated and accusations were being made that I was being sketchy and

I'm reaching out because I was told to do so by Khols representative , I requested to cancel my Khols's credit card last January, and I was told that it was canceled at that time; however, when I was reviewing my credit score; I found out that the card is still active and there was an overdue unpaid amount, and that harmed my credit score.

I purchased towels online from Kohl's and within 24 hours the towels went on sale. When I called Kohl's for price adjustment they're telling me they Don't do that. I have always loved shopping at your Waco store until 2 days ago. Why are we hearing ONLY Spanish music in the store? It seems as if Waco AND Kohl’s are catering more & more to illegals. WHY IS THIS??

I haven’t received a bill since before Christmas when I asked for an upgraded account I got sent a new card. Of course they accepted my request immediately I was able to pay by my debit card like I always have paid since however, long since I had 2018 today I am home sick.

On Feb 23 my wife and I went to the norman ok kohls location. I wanted to buy 4 resturant gift cards. Clerk said I can't use my card to purchase. I said check my account, I've done it before and my wife also.

She asked if I had another way to pay for the cards. I went to cust. Ser dept and spoke to a manager. Asked if I could use my Kohls card to purchase gift cards. She said. Sure you can.

Went to the Amazon line. Two associates were busy attending to customers. Once a customer walked away, one female associate said hello but was still packing supplies so I waited. Looking at my phone, I still waited to be called next (like at the main registers) as there is no number to look for next available register.

The other customer walked away, I looked up and both associates were just looking at me. The other male customer asked next please. I asked if they do not call people up when they're ready. The woman said nothing and the man just shrugged no.

I feel there is a better way to direct customers and not just as is deemed to ones own liking.

I made instore purch. two Xmass’ ago. When bill arrived I thought fraud. I didn’t recall opening cr card. Fraud alert was placed. I called Chrissy Graybar & after MANY months she identified the purchase & I recognized it, but she had a prob getting fraud alert released I rec’d bill after bill Chrissy said it wouldn’t be rept to credit agencies. It was.

She also gave me $100 credit for my probs. I did 3 disputes, all were denied. I reached Chrissy thru Facebook - she reversed it fr cr reporting agencies. All Kohls had to do was contact her to verify but DIDN’T BOTHER.

I’m closing acct - never purchase again.

I use to go to Kohls all the time. Especially when I was a smaller size after serving in the Army. Then I stopped going because I started to put on a lot of weight and had to go to Burlington and DXL to get big and tall clothes.

Then I found out kohl's now had big and tall clothes. I went to 3 locations looking for a button down shirt. The location in Oak Creek had one rack of very poor material shirts will wall paper designs on them.

The store on about 84th and layton had no button down shirts for big and tall. The 27th street location also had poor selection. There was X-Amor shirts and some nice Nike sweaters. Is trying to attract big and tall athletes?

00 Kohls cash, I wanted to use it before it expired as to not forfeit the reward. After attempting online with website freezing several times I bought a spatula, the shipping was almost the same price as the item. Once I finally got the site to accept the reward after multiple attempts it stated in green reward balance 0, so I thought it was accepted and applied. 00. My item shipped.

I have made many purchases before the time of kohl’s cash being given out and one purchase after. I was told a day after that I could not combine the purchases to receive kohl’s cash. Wow! I have been a VIP member all my life and spend thousands of dollars in your store.

On Wednesday February 8th 2023 at approximately 4:30pm, I attempted to do an exchange at Sophora in the Kohl's store located in Lisbon CT. The woman working in that department was unimaginably rude & extremely disrespectful towards me. I didn't have a receipt as it was a gift that I was trying to exchange.

I understand completely if the policy doesn't allow for exchanges without receipts. Unfortunately, this employee does not belong in retail. I was so upset & embarrassed upon leaving the store that I couldn't report her in fear of not being able to speak without crying.

My spouse and I used to be regular customers of Kohl’s. The last few years I started noticing the quality of cotton used in summer tops and also winter pull overs thinner and poorer quality. I have Croft and Barrow turtleneck pull overs, slacks, sweaters from 5+ years ago with quality not found on your shelves today.

purchased shorts for my daughter online and went to store to pick them up. My daughter tried them on and started scratching her leg and said something was making her itch so she takes off the shorts and see poop inside the shorts.

The manager at Kohls Evansville East is very unprofessional. She has two of her friends working under her and lets them not show up but still get paid for it. One of the managers (Ginger Taylor) two daughters work here as well and they allow them to work on the same shift and the same department.

The one (Amber Fulton) is rude, refuses to help customers, has an attitude, doesn’t help other associates and complains about being there every time she works. She gets customer complaints often and nothing is done about it. Her sister (Addison Taylor) is also very rude.

I have complained countless times to the manager of your Oceanside, NY regarding regarding your policy for pick up merchandise. I have advised them that since all the bags are out in the open with no one watching anyone can take the bag home and the original customer is charged.

I called Khols as i am not receiving the bill but when it comes to late fees as i missed payment i get that. What you have done to my credit report is something that i hold Khols responsible for.

I am very upset!!! An employee at Kohls was very inconsiderate. My grandson had an small empty box that he found on the floor. Someone must have taken out whatever was in the box. My grandson saw the box on the floor and picked it up. It had a clearance price of $5,00 on the box and with the promotion it would have been $2.50!!! I recently needed to exchange two items that were too small. Although the Cross Timbers store is closer to me I have received very poor customer service there several times. Therefore, to make the exchanges I went to the Lewisville store on Valley Ridge.

I was at the Kohl’s in Easton Pennsylvania today returning a package at the amazon return area. I waited one hour for assistance. The poor guy could barely breathe because of the excessive line. He was pleasant despite the stress of a long line and no assistance.

Found it interesting that they had staff, including the store manager, Scott, walking or standing around doing nothing. I did speak to Scott, to express my concern for his employee. I ordered sheets through the app. UPS tracking said delivery was delayed but last scanned in a local town. Then no tracking information. Kohls customer service number does not give you the option to talk to someone about an open order without you having to go through the credit card department.

I have explained one too many times to many individuals that I apologize don't speak well english. I am the power of attorney for my elderly father has called several times in regards to the matter he added me to his account.

We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars for Christmas got lost out of $200 at least Kohl's cash due to the fact that I had to stand at cash registers explaining myself embarrassed getting the third degree , or on the phone explaining myself to Google it couldn't understand what I was saying. I SENT PAYMENT TO KHOLS THROUGH BANK IT WAS DELIVERED ON THE 18TH 145.60 PAID OFF BALANCE KHOLS MANAGER SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT BANK SAID THEY DID N0 0NE AT KHOLS COUDL HELP ME KHOLS SAID THEY WOULD TAKE OFF LATE FEES..BUY I STILL OWED THE MONEY.. I received very poor customer service from the Kohl's store manager Janet at store #0521in The Woodlands, Texas. I made a large purchase during Christmas (Ninja Woodfire Grill) and received $60 Kohl's cash. I went into the store to redeem my Kohl's cash and noticed that it had expired.

I spoke with a cashier and she was told by Janet, for me to shop for the items I wanted. I shopped for 35 minutes only to be told at the register that they could not accept my Kohl's cash.

I asked to speak with the manager, which was Janet. She was very short with me, never making eye contact, and told me that my $60 would not be accepted. I asked her for the corporate number and she told me that she did not know it.

I have been a Kohl's card member for years but this incident was not how a loyal customer…
