I was passed around by Kohl’s customer service people for over three hours today. They passed me between collections and customer service. At one point, someone gave me a phone number for customer service that was actually for collections. When I asked the individual that I was talking to if it was customer service, the lady told me it was collections and admitted to me that the previous lady lied to me by giving me the wrong number.

The purpose of my phone call was trying to gain understanding for a charge that I had on my Kohl’s account when I had zero items, because I had returned them all. ” she transferred me to collections. Needless to say, I paid money to Kohls for having ZERO items from them and canceled my card IMMEDIATELY.

I had an order that was going to my son in rehab, it got canceled when I called customer I got transferred twice to someone that had no idea and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Tried calling other numbers to no help whatsoever.

I will not be shopping g at Kohl’s. As a company you need to have some type of customer which you don’t. Social media is powerful and I intend to use it.

Also I have been trying to reset my password for hours and that doesn’t work either but won’t need it because I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Ordered an item and waited the time period. Continued to track activity and product was never shipped. Contacted customer service and was told to wait to the latest date and if not received the order would be canceled and refunded.

On the next date still no shipping activity. Contacted customer service next day and was informed I would have to wait another week and there was no record of the earlier call. Was told they would not send me email stating they would not cancel or refund until another week later.

Stated these were due to security reasons and they would provide me with a number. Asked the why I would need that when they had no record of me calling 4 days earlier.

Made payment. Bank statement shows payment. Called twice. Answered by someone who could not speak English very well, could hardly understand him, who kept saying I did not make payment. I was never late at Kohls payments and my bank shows payment.

I went to the Baton Rouge location on Tuesday 1/10/23 around 6:30 pm. There was only one entrance/exit open. As I’m browsing in the girls department, I see this man running full speed towards me with one of those tiny shopping carts and I jolted backwards.

Knowing something was not right I crawled to the corner behind some racks of clothes by the front window not knowing what in the hell was going on. A couple seconds later, him and 3 other girls ran towards the door with their arms loaded with clothing.

All I hear at this point is screaming so I’m just hiding there praying. I can see them all running towards their car being chased by 4 or 5 employees. I waited for about 5 minutes and slowly walked towards the entrance where the employees were standing all obviously shaken. I could…

I attempted to make a return from a Christma shift. I had charged it so assumed they could look it up. It was an online order. As she dug around in presumably, a lost and found she half listened and said without the order paperwork it could not be returned. 00.

Without a receipt assume it is more than 180 days. I asked she check my account with rewards and tapped in a few numbers. I could go blow by blow but enough to say she was rude and very unprofessional.

I said seemed like her day was about to end, 5:00 pm ish, and she said she had just checked in and was there for the night, i asked to see a store manager, she suddenly became very helpful and friendly, High pitched Im only telling you our policy, Walked to other area and waited.

I’ve been a customer of Kohl’s for years. Usually go to the Toms River NJ. The store is under construction which is not the problem. I was shopping with an 86 year old woman. We were in the store at least two hours.

She walks with a walker and has problems with her legs. I have back problems. After being in the store that long I was getting very hot and had to get out of the store as soon as possible. I walked to the side door by the shoes, where they always had registers.

When I got there No Registers. I had to turn around to tell the 86 year old woman she had to go to the front of the store to pay. At this point she couldn’t walk all the way back to the front.

I left my merchandise in my basket and went outside to cool off. She also left her merchandise in a basket and came to the car…

I visited Kohl's department store in Edmond, OK today. (Danforth and Santa Fe location) I went to the store to use the $250 gift card I received for Christmas. While shopping I notice about 1/2 of the items had no prices. Some had the digital price tag but not many. I was shopping for a new coffee maker, men's shoes, dishware and men's clothes. The staff was friendly for the most part but I left your store with very little relative to what I planned to buy.

Went to Kohls 1/8/23 to make a return while at counter, there's a employee I think maintenance there emptying trash cans. Leans over he had his pants below his behind I don't care to see that, I feel this is managerial issue and shouldn't be allowed in public areas inside the store in Littleton CO. on Wadsworth Bldv.

If this is store policy then I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Order got lost. Been waiting three weeks since it was 'awaiting pick up by carrier *. Have called and spoke to several people and two supervisors. They will not reship my order. Keep informing me I have to wait when it is obviously lost. Orde no 6317577478.

Common sense would tell anyone if an item was awaiting pickup by carrier past 48 hrs as stated, it is lost.

I have a loyal customer of kohls for over 3 years. Not missing a payment and making early payments each month for the entirety of my account. On December 9, 2022, I inadvertently thought I had paid. I never received an email stating any different.

So when I discovered I had, immediately made a December payment of $27 and was told, after asking, the late fee would be reversed. The associate assured me that another $27 minimum payment would be due again the following month.

But when I called to pay I was alarmed at the $45 minimum due. After being told the issue occurred because of my balance of $500+, I stated that $27 was stated as payment for January and having such short notice of an increase and being told multiple reasons for the increase, I am forced to file a complaint.

I purchased 3 items at Kohls in Santa Clarita and opened a credit card after being told about all of the rewards available. The items I bought were too small for my daughter and I returned all three items. Since then I received a bill for my credit card showing a balance.

I should have a zero balance and when I called customer service they kept transferring me to a different person. I was on the phone for 40 minutes, and the accounts specialist was not listening to me. He kept saying that he only sees 2 items returned. I finally hung up.

5, Qty: 1. 60. After making this purchase with my existing debit card, I had to cancel that card because of a fraudulent debit and get a new debit card. 5705. I told them that I wanted to send one pair back to Kohl's and get a refund on my current debit card.

)They claimed that could not be done. I proposed that they send me a check in the amount of the refund. Again, they claimed that that could not be done. Their only proposal was to send me a credit for the amount which could only be used at Kohl's.

I rejected that out of hand as ridiculous and unacceptable. I strongly urge Kohl's to come up with an intelligent solution. This is Kohl's error, necessitating a refund. I expect Kohl's to provide a resolution.

I like shopping at Kohls , what I don’t like is my kohls cash expires. I spent the money and earned the kohls cash. Usually it doesn’t bother me. This time it expired on Jan1st, between Christmas and new years I’m busy like the rest of the world.

My husband received a pickleball tee for Christmas, but needed a larger size. I checked online and the shirt was not available in any stores. Called the customer service number, but whoever I talked to could not understand me and like wise. Waste of Time.

This is Theresa Keefer , I am very upset about a call to get help with my bill that I received it was over $200 . When speaking to the employee I told her that I paid for my bill right away.

I pulled up all my orders and it showed that I paid for them. From their the employee said I did not pY for them that the bill was correct. I asked her nicely if she would slow down talking that it was hard to follow her, she had a heavy accent and continue telling me that the bill was correct.

I purchased two rope baskets online last week -and when received, one had a hole in the side from where it was not sewn correctly. I went to the store and asked for an even exchange (they had one in stock). They insisted they return the basket and recharge me for it. In addition, they were going to take my $10 Kohls Cash. I purchased the basket on sale so now it was going to cost me substantially more money plus the loss of my Kohl’s Cash. My husband n I was checking out at the front register area. It was only us, the cashier, n several (3) additional employees at the customer service area. The younger male employee was speaking loud about the bad weather alerts that were beginning n "dropped the F-Bomb"!

I recently purchased an e-gift card. I made a mistake and forgot to put the number 2 in the email for person. I called right away to let the Rep know what happened. He told me there were two ways to handle this.

I picked that he would refund my 50 dollars and I could purchase a new one with the correct email. 00 dollars. I just recently noticed I was not refunded so I called again and the rep kept me on hold till he said I could not have a refund.

His supervisor told him to tell me thats not what was written by first rep in incident report. The Reference # for the first call is 221221-037995. The Rep is Joseph( would not tell me his last name). I told the second Rep to go over the recording of first call because Joseph most certainly did tell me i could get a refund.

I received an email stating my full order had shipped. 2 weeks later and tracking shows waiting for carrier to pick up. I contacted kohls Customer service they chat. Associate had no idea where my order is. I asked to place a new order and please expedite.

They offered me wait until after Christmas and then go to a store and return the item IF I receive it. Associate and supervisor left the chat open without responding to inquiring making this experience very awful and stressful. Jonathan H stated he was a supervisor but ignored my inquiry and did not reply for over 20 minutes.

I kept typing Hello, but he was just online without replying. I was ignored on purpose so associate and apparent supervisor could get rid of me. If they ignore customers so we disconnect after desperation.

Shopping at kohls Fuquay Varinia NC store Saturday afternoon 12/17/2022. Walked by Jewelry,counter and wife suggested we check out at the jjewelry associated heard my wife and gave us an agitated expression. The store had one. check out open as we walked past the jewelry counter.

I counted 70 people in one line stretching back to the rear of the Store. We returned to the jewelry counter the associated was cashing out one woman with only a couple infront of us with a purse to purchase.

On Friday, December 16, I learned I had not made a fifty dollar payment for two months. 56 watch I wanted to give my husband for Christmas. Website indicated trouble processing payment on Saturday night. Today I made three calls and each time was told payment still was not processed.

Tonight the website says trouble processing. It has been 48 hours, and the 25% off sale ends tonight. I kept my end of the deal by paying off the card. Why haven't you kept your endby processing the payment in a timely manner.?

I do not appreciate being called a bitch by a cashier at the Rochester, NH Kohls on Washington Street. There was a dyed red headed employee with a nose piercing and septum piercing, constantly on her phone and getting mad at me for merely coming in at around 6pm EST. She slammed my glass products on the desk like it was trash, even though I was super nice to her. I ordered a jacket which was delivered by UPS to another address, not 411 Broad Ave. Leonia, but 411 Grand Ave. an apartment complex 1/4 mile away. When I called to report that the jacket wasn’t delivered after the email saying it had arrived, your customer service sent out another one at no charge.

Today, I was sitting by the window waiting, when an email popped up saying the replacement had been delivered. Once again it hadn’t.

So now that’s two jackets that I will not pay for, because they never came.

UPS is not a good carrier for you.

Also, my attempts to speak to someone at corporate were unsuccessful. I will now write an old-fashioned letter to your president.

Customer service is awful. I've called several times and the reps do not speak good English. They put me on hold many times because I believe they didn't know how to answer a question I had that wasn't the norm.

One hung up on me after putting me on hold several times. The other one transferred me to a survey after getting frustrated with my questions. She also put me on hold several times before tran8me to the automated survey.

Someone used my credit card to purchase items in Texas, I received an email alert on October 29, 2022. I called Kohl's right away to let them know that the purchase was not me. 05 and to wait for 30 days for resolved.

Now it is two months and I called again today; they told me that they don't have enough evidence to remove the balance. I took immediate action once I got the alert and still Kohl's was not able to help me.

They told to pay the balance that someone else purchase. I called four times and looks like they don't know what they are doing. This is not good customer service.

I just placed an order for socks online to use my $25 Kohl’s cash and reward money. When I looked on your website to try to find something other than socks there was nothing available in my size which is a medium. Your website and the store do not have much to choose from. The Kohl's in Peoria IL is so understaffed. The line wrapped around the store. Many staff members are standing around while so many customers stand here waiting. This is ridiculous there is ONE lane open. Several lanes could be open but nothing from the staff.

my account was stolen from me somehow and kohls told me they have no info or any data in their system of my account ever existing then they told me i bought something as a guest but couldnt tell me what i bought they said they had no info and finally after that i was told it was just a computer glitch and my account never existed.

It’s more like a tip , many people are Going into several khols locations entering a fake code and taking the online pick up orders 3-4 packages at a time and walking out of the store without paying a dime. They spend the entire day traveling from one khols To another.

I know this for a fact because my son and the son of one of the moms took my son to the 3 different khols and he was a witness to this theft activity. He came home upset didn’t want to tell for fear his friend would hate him so I assured him I wouldn’t drop names but I had to at least let the corporate office know what was going on so they can adress the issue.

The next day his friend said they went to 8 khols and ended up getting 16 pairs of shoes and blankets so perhaps a security guard would save you from being robbed…

I spent 4 hours on the phone this morning trying to resolve a time urgent matter regarding an order that has not been received. I was met with a host of representatives that were not helpful or compassionate to the situation. I am humbly requesting a response, as my Angel Tree Angel's Christmas depends on it!!!

Terrible customer service! Do not bother calling , if you do understand them they provide ZERO help!! They are there to buffer and not really help, I asked one if I could talk to a supervisor to resolve my issue and he said "I do not have a boss"!

I got lucky and spoke with the owner of Kohls I guess! Fact: he is also inept!! Find another store Kohls is ran by idiots at the corporate level!

If I could give negative stars I would, this establishment is not at all what it used to be. They messed up my order TWICE online, I finally decided to do pick up in store, well I’m on bed rest due to complications with my pregnancy, my husband is out of town.

I had a friend go pick up the order tor me and all of a sudden they want an ID to release the product. It was a 30$ toy, she had the email I received confirming it was mine. Instead of just giving the item to my friend they were going to put the item back unless I went and got it.

Let me just add if something happens to my unborn baby I will be suing, the email confirmation never said anything about needing an ID. Thanks for reading my rant.

I paid over 1k to my kohls card. It’s been over a week and I have called 5 times to find out WHY my balance hasn’t cleared. I’ve asked to talk with a supervisor 3x and only get a voicemail.

Worst customer experience I have ever had.

I'm very disappointed that I was on chat on 12/3/2022 with kohls for an item that came defective. The associate was very unskilled and disrespectful asking questions that have nothing to do with the issue. I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor name Jovie R was much worse than the associate.

She/he told me that his/ her asspcieat exhausted from me( I attached the chat history). And he didn't care when I told him I'll reach the kohls headquarter. I can't believe that he rune kohls reputation and didn't care how to respect
