I tried to use my Kohl's cash and my "Birthday" gift ($5) to make an online purchase. Instead, because the certificates are not clear on what numbers should be used when trying to enter the codes, I must have entered incorrect numbers. I now keep getting error messages when I try to enter the certificate numbers. I called customer service twice -- both workers were very pleasant and certainly WANTED to help me -- but I still have not been able to make my purchase using the $20 that I want to use. Neither one could figure out how to help other than to tell me to log out and log back in. Which I tried 8 times.

It's nice that Kohls 'gives' money -- especially when you can't use it.

I picked up an online order from the Grafton store. The box was damaged. What if this was a gift. Now I have to take time and return this. I tried to contact some one using an online chat they were of no help.

I had to return 2 mens coats that I bought off amazon,returned them to Springfield kohls and I only got credit for one because the woman at customer service scanned them in wrong so be careful when returning to kohls,check your bank account to make sure your getting proper credit.

I placed an order online that I should have received by November 28th. I did not receive my order. I called Customer service to check on my order and they were not helpful. He informed me that they do not have the capability to check on the status of the order or tell me where it is. That is so ridiculous!

I need the dress for a photo shoot on December 3rd. Customer service proceeded to tell me to call back on December 5th if I do not receive it. That is too late and unacceptable! Now I have to go shopping for another dress because Kohls is unreliable!

Bought a gift for my husband for Christmas. Beware!!!! The gift was shipped to my house with the wording of exactly what I bought him on the damn box!!!! I mean come on kohl’s seriously! You asked if I wanted to hide the price on the box, what makes you think I didn’t want to hide what the hell I got him as well.

He texted me a full picture of the wording clear as day and said “guess it’s not a surprise. ” Get your shit together because it clearly ruined my gift for him and I will be returning it now.

I made a purchase in Menomoni Falls and was charged twice for it. I have tried for 2 MONTHS to get this taken care of. Today I was on the phone AGAIN for 30 minutes with no resolution and then sent to a survey, no one called me back!

I was told I had to pay off my card before I could get helped. you want me to pay for something TWICE???? INSANE. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Someone from the corporate office needs to call me back, refund my money, take off any late charges and make sure this is NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT!

This was an experience on 25th of November at the store at Ann Arbor, MI (48108). I was in the section with shoes and kept looking for shoes and found a Fila pair and then I asked a worker for the price because the price tag did not say a price in it.

I had to wait for few mins and that is still fine and he managed to look for a price after he took the pair and returned it back to me in a box with a sticky note with a price and a code number. Then I did purchase because it looked fine when he gave me this in the box.

As soon as I did the purchase when the next person was billing I felt something was not right and even before leaving the store, I walked back and said that it was given mismatched because the shoe sizes were 10 and 11 for two legs. Then the person in the cashier said that…

The supervisor Phillis has been very unprofessional since day one ! For starters she hired me without proper documentation, I was supposed to bring 2 forms of identification & she hired me with just one.

Second, she used my emergency contact to reach out to me when I missed a day of work & proceeded to tell my personal business to my emergency contact when that number was only provided for emergencies only. Last but not least I was being scheduled to work days & time frames that went against my availability.

11/27/22 @ 2:15 I picked out a welcome mat in the housewares department in the clearance dept. It was a grey mat and did not have a tag. I looked all over for another one but the area was pretty messy so I picked out a tan rug that was the exact same same size and matched the product.

It was not identical but very close. 99. I had a few other items in my cart but did not need to check them because they were all on sale. The cashier called over Joshua to let him know that the item did not have a tag.

I am issuing a formal complaint regarding Kohl's policy on the use of Kohls cash.

Last week I purchased a coat from Kohls for $178.50. The purchase earned me $30 in Kohls cash. The following day I purchased a pair of boots for $75 - $30 Kohls cash + tax for a total of $47.81. I decided to return the coat and boots for a full refund only to learn that Kohls policy is to not provide a full refund. Instead of the $226.31 I spent at Kohls I received a refund of $194.43 + $30 in Kohls cash.

It was explained to me that Kohls changed their policy regarding Kohls cash because customers found a loophole they could take advantage of. However, now Kohls has found a loophole where they can take advantage of their customers. Your new policy allows Kohls to steal money from your customers.

I'd rate them a zero but the scale doesn't go that low. My address had been changed my shipment went to my OLD address. I NEVER received my order, yet I'm being charged for it. I've tried to contact customer support only to be cut off.

I'm a disabled person. I have balance issues and I have to walk using a walker. com. I have recently purchased a rather large item that I need to return. Imagine my horror and disappointment when I found that Kohl's makes no provisions for the disabled!

I can not bring this to the store and obviously I can not take it to the Post Office. Apparently Kohl's doesn't provide any type of pick up service through the Post Office or FedEx. So please tell me what your solution to this problem is that doesn't require me to inconvenience my friends or family?

I have always liked Kohl's and before my disabilities became so advanced I would shop in store on a regular basis. com either.

I am writing to address my concerns that I had during an interview process on the phone. I scheduled a interview received confirmation and no one ever called so I applied again received another confirmation and this time I did receive a call from the manager at the Manteca, Kohl’s, I am expressing how I felt during the interview, the manager asked me how old I was before we started , I found that very offensive and discriminated against!

Not only should she have received that information on my application I felt very uneasy during the interview. I’m 35 and that was insulting to assume or ask for my age . I have over 15 years experience in customer service so to be turned down for a seasonal position based off my voice is absolutely unacceptable.

Dear Mr. Mansell, (CEO) I have been a customer of Kohl’s for many years. I have always loved Kohls. Lately that has been changing. I recently have not been able to use a percentage discount on a number of items that I would have been able to in the past.

As a customer for years I was aware that those discounts did not apply to certain name brands, such as Nike, Under-Armour, Addias, etc… But now it seems there are even more exclusions, making it very difficult to even find items that it will work on. The most recent disappointment was when I tried to use it for men’s Lee jeans.

I had gone to the store to simply return 2 baby outfits for a larger size. com shopping cart. I went to checkout. There was 2 customers in line, i asked the elderly cashier if i should wait on this line because there was no one at the return register.

She very rudely replied returns could only be processed at that register, i replied but there is no one here. She shrugged, put her palms facing the ceiling. I was very taken aback. My mother came over to visit with me and we went to Kohls (4700 Natomas Blvd, Sacramento CA 95835) to look for new walking shoes on Sunday 10/30/22 around 7:00pm. We shopped in the clearance section, and each found a pair we liked.

” When we went to pay for the shoes, the discount did not apply. My mom asked about the sale and the cashier told us the discount was already included in the price. I paid for the shoes and went back to look at the sign.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! I frequently order online. Especially during holidays…. My latest order said - undeliverable due to insufficient address. How can that happen when I have a profile set up in the kohls app to place orders? How can that happen when I get packages every other day from kohls?

Well… I called and the representative said he had no information to help me and to call back in 7 days. When I asked to speak with a manager he said 1) he doesn’t know when a manager would be available and 2) the manager might not be available to take calls.

Lesson learned - don’t order holiday gifts from Kohls!

I keep receiving e mail to fill out satisfaction to receive 100$ Kohl’s gift card. What a scam, you show a 100$ gift card for kohl’s but when you take the survey, the choice is not a 100$ gift card, it is stupid gift choices and customer pays the shipping.

Called Kohls West York PA today and was told I could price match an air fryer with Best Buy if it isn’t a Black Friday sale. Just bring my phone to show them. Drive from East York PA to West York because East York is out of stock.

Get to the store and I’m told that I can’t price match because I had to have the store ad and because I didn’t have the name of the person who told me earlier that they would price match they couldn’t do it. I have tried over six times to fix my account logon in order to correct my logon in order to fix a logon issue to my account. Every time I call I work out the issue on the phone to pay my bill but when transferred to password account division I get disconnected.

I still am not able to get my account fixed to logon and fix my account to be able to make my payments to kohl’s. I will never use my kohls card again since I am not able to correct the issue with the IT password systems.

I work in IT this has been a ridiculous process to fix the issue with my account.

E Mill Plain. Within 10 minutes after purchasing my item I realized my ear pod was no-longer in my ear. Living 10 minutes from Kohl’s, I immediately called the store to report the lost and was told, “Yes we found your ear pod, don’t worry, it’s safely put away in envelope.

So I went to Kohl's after getting a notice that my granddaughter’s boots were in at self pickup. I went to the back of the store with my phone on the message and I entered the 4 digit code the sign said to.

My phone wouldn't connect so I had to get out and go to settings and get on Kohl's Wi-Fi. I reentered the code and it said my order had been picked up. So now I had to go searching for a clerk.

Finally found one in kids clothes and she was very sweet but didn't have a clue how the system worked. We went back to self pickup and she tried to call for help but no one came. I just started to look at the bags (about 10 across x 4 down per section).

as an employee in one of your stores it has become utter torture. The music you play is your stores is terrible to my particular music taste. It's not that we get any variety. It's ground hog day to put it nicely. No rotation of music month to month it's literally the same garbage every day on repeat, it's stale monotony every time I work.

I guess it's what your target clientele wants to hear mindless slow jams, with bad auto tune robot vocals, with minimal hint of any thought-provoking message.

Can you at least go to different playlists per month? Whoever curated this garbage did a horrible job. I'm not alone in this sentiment at the Kohls alone. Mass mutiny during your holiday season, if this doesn't change and the X-mas music that's coming doesn't count.

I ordered a Shark Rocket vacuum and went to the Muskego WI store to pick it up at Customer Service, when the associate handed me the box, it had clearly been opened and taped back up. I asked her if this was a return and her response was probably, but they said it was fine when they returned it.

I said do you sell things that are returned as new, and she said yes. I said I will not take this vacuum, I want a box that has not been opened. She looked at me and said are you sure, ok I will call someone to get a different box, after standing there for a few minutes, she said I guess I will go get it, and left to get me an unopened, not returned vacuum.

I have shopped at the Kohls in Lexington Ky at the Hamburg location since it was built. It has steadily gone down hill in the last 2 years. It was at an all time low this past saturday. Im not sure who is doing the buying for the Kohls stores, but they need to be relieved of their duties. The clothes are UGLY!!

No other word for it! I am a middle aged female who works outside of the home and business casual is what we wear to work. You cant find business casual at Kohls anymore. Its horrible looking clothing and the sizing seems off.

I am a small framed person but not short. A normal size 6-7, but everything is sized much bigger and baggy and I CANNOT wait for the high waisted trend to be OVER!!! Everyone does not want to wear high wasted pants. They are uncomfortable.

My husband purchased a pair of shoes only 3 months ago. One of the shoes fell apart, the sole came apart from the shoe itself. We brought the shoes back to Khols located in Lndstown Commons shopping Center in Va Beach ,VA where he purchased them.

I placed an order online last Sunday afternoon. Something went wrong & I was directed to call so I did. My person was Douglas. He cannot speak English well nor does he understand it!!!!!! After going through the four items & spelling each by it’s official name, he managed to get it wrong anyway.

I placed order online for pickup yesterday and the store manually cancelled my order. They say it’s because it was out of stock, but I know this is a lie be used I actually went and found the exact same brand/size I ordered.

I received and email to pick it up and then a 2nd order that I had one “last chance” to pick it up and it was subsequently cancelled a little after that. If the order was cancelled due to “out of stock” why would I receive a “last chance to pick up” i work until 5 and the woman (Shelly- Salem NH) was not helpful at all.

I was more upset about the cancellation because I used a gift card and I have to wait 15 days for its credit. I was messaging customer svc online and they couldn’t help they said ask the store which I already received poor service.
