I purchased a large dresser from Kohl's online. The next day I realized it would make my space look too crowded and I needed a tall dresser rather than a full-size one so I called to cancel the order. It was not processed for shipping yet (the estimated delivery was two weeks from now).

They informed me that there is literally nothing they can do to stop delivery. I have to wait two weeks for the item to be delivered and then I can return it to a store. A very large dresser is much different than a t-shirt. How am I supposed to fit this in my car, and ask someone to help me lift it to bring it into a store to return? They suggested that I do a return label and have it shipped back for a return. How long is that going to take? I was also informed that I may be charged for the shipping and…

I was at the Kohl's on Rte 9 in Old Bridge NJ and witnessed two men rob the store in broad daylight and the store did nothing. This location needs security in there parking lot and store. Not safe anymore, will not shop there unless they have security.

On September 9 2022I was in Newburgh New York when I asked cashier who’s name is Amber to scan a price for a jacket I wanted to purchase off the clarence rack. She said she didn’t have to scan the price was on there already.

After going back and forth with her because she refused to scan the item stating I don’t understand the price is the price. I asked her if she liked her job and her reply was “yes but I don’t like customers like you” .

And walk off the register using inappropriate language. I immediately asked for a supervisor who's name was Jennifer and I explained what happened. In good faith she offered an additional percentage off of the item in an effort to bypass the. Ambers unprofessional behavior/ attitude.

The representative at customer service, Diane in the Setauket New York Cowles center was downright rude to the person in front of me. When I approached I tried to be very polite and kind but she was nasty to me as well.

I was returning a George Foreman grill that I spent over $50 for she told me the price is only $20 because I didn’t have a receipt. I explained that I have an account and she basically said that doesn’t do anything.

I will never go back to the Kohl’s again.

I have a complaint about a very rude clerk who was working on August 25,2022 at the Indiana, PA Kohl’s on a front of the store register. I was not able to see her name on her tag, but it was between 2-3pm.

She is either late 50’s or early 60’s, thin and has long straight black hair pulled back in a ponytail. I had 3 items to return with the tags still on and with a receipt and in the same Kohl’s bag from purchase.

The rude clerk insisted the capri jeans I was returning were wet on the bottom. They were not wet! I said they felt cold to me and that they were never worn! All three items were dry! She treated me like I was trying to scam her!

I shop and purchase A LOT of items at Kohl’s and did not appreciate her rudeness!! I also had purchased a beach towel that still had the packaging…

They put some rude comment on the back ot it. I took the check right to my bank and there was nothing wrong with it. The bank manager voided and shredded it. I have never been in such an unprofessional store in my life.

I have returned a few things to Amazon, through out the years. I choose to do the returns at Khol's. I like the customer service and convivence of the locations. Usually I have a pleasant experience with Kohl's employees and enjoy shopping there.

I have four boys , that I take shopping for school clothes there every year. Yesterday, I created a return on the Amazon app , went into the location at 22557 NE Park Ln, Wood Village, OR 97060 where I stood in line behind a man who was already being helped by the employee at the Amazon return counter.

I went to the beaver dam store and I was waiting in line with nobody behind me and the only cashier available saw me and ignored me, saw me again and kept ignoring me for 7 mins until finally she went to her register very slow and said “ I can help who’s next” with the worst hate tone of voice.

I order school clothes for my kids. 3 of the shorts I ordered for my daughter were tight even though I ordered 1/2 a size larger. I spoke to a supervisor about getting a return slip because I don't have adequate transportation to return to store.

She said that I have to go ship it because it's not their fault it wasn't true to size. Now I have to either risk breaking down or pay out of pocket to return even though Ive had their credit card for a few years.

I have sent payments to my charge account, I have my account verification that two payments were posted, yet, Kohls says they were received.

I have been trying to talk to someone about this for two months, can’t get an answer or even talk to someone who can assist with this. NADA, :ZERO.

In north Pembroke, there are never enough cashiers in the store, especially working at the registers. This is very unfair for customers since people have places to go and there are such bug lines due to a lack of help from the staff. My friend and I was shopping at Duluth, MN Kohl’s. We used different checkout lanes. I was using my Kohl’s card and asked the clerk specifically if there were any discounts or coupons available. She said abruptly no. My friend was given a scratch of ticket to scratch to get a percentage off the purchase.

Today is June 18th, waiting 45 mins. to have my call to customer service picked up My account is closed, it has been verified with a hard copy letter, my balance as per Customer Service today is listed as 0 dollars due. Why did I receive a hard copy invoice marked as 05/06/2022 -06/06/2022 showing a balance due of 41.98

On 6/16/22 I went to the kohl's in Canton because I needed to make some online returns and also a store return. The woman who was working in customer service was a little cold and condescending and to be honest a little intimidating.

I thought I had lost my receipt for my in store purchase so she told me that she could look it up using the card used to make the purchase. I realized that I had used my debit card instead of my Khol's card , but I had left that card at home.

Anyways, I asked her if I could just get store credit and she said I could but I would get the lowest price in last 90 days. I understood that and told her I would just take that shirt back home and look for my receipt.

I was at kohls royal palm beach location had the worse experience ever last week Saturday was helped by cashier Loren and she was sitting on a chair on her phone and didn't even see me a mgr or asst not sure had to tell her to look up and and then proceeded to call me to her register.

I was then asked if I wanted reward card I said sure. She then asked me for my license and I said why she said for ur address for regard card. It was weird I was filling out info on pin pad then I said why do u need my social she said put ur phone number in then I said forget it I don't want it she stared at me weird.

I know this will not care. I placed an order back in April. Oh they charged me. When I ordered they did not like my P O Box number so I used my real address. They did not like it either. So I put the P O Box. I usually get my stuff thru the p office. I found out it went all over the US. Now I found out it went to Mesquite, NH. No help from UPS either. I bought from Kohls before. Number 6250057963. No matter what address i use it ends up at poffice. I live in a retirement park and they go to the p office to get my mail. I am mad.

On 4-21-22 @6:13pm I was checking out at the counter in the Spring store. The pin pad said transaction approved, I removed my card and the cashier said it didn’t go through-swipe again. I told her the transaction did go through.

She argued with me and then moved to another register to help other customers. I asked to speak with a manager. A lady named Stacy came over and told me the transaction did not go through. I showed her my mobile bank app and called the bank to verify the transaction went through.

I tried ordering online but my coupon code was not accepted I tried a few times then tried calling. I waited on the phone over an hour listening to your recording. It never said office was closed, just please wait on the line.

I finally hung up and tried contacting customer service on line with no success. I had hoped to use the 30% off coupon I received in the mail but no success. Unfortunately the coupon expires today, April 16th. I became so frustrated that I could not reach anyone so I just cancelled my order.

I would still like to place my order but not without the coupon. Your website in not user friendly, it just keeps taking you around in circles. This is not the first time I have had issues. No way to contact anyone.

I doubt that I will continue to shop at Kohls at this point.

Sent in kohls rebate which I never received. When I called the number on the rebate form the automated system told me they didn't find record of submission. I could not talk to anyone because it's automated. I called customer who told me there was nothing they could do, I need to call the number on the rebate form.

I went into the Florence store to purchase perfume from Sephora. While there, I heard that the store would be closing at 9 (thought 10). After leaving Sephora, I thought I would browse Women’s clothes for 5 min. ” My husband and I met at door to leave, and I told him how rude this employee was.

” My husband says to her, do you have a problem? The woman retorts that she wasn’t talking to him. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and unless I approach an employee, I don’t expect to be approached in this hostile manner.

I won’t return to this Kohl’s. (Which is a shame since I have shopped there for years).

My parents gave me a kohls gift card on my birthday December 3 this year. We went to dinner that evening and that is when I got the $100 kohls gift card. My mom taped the authorization receipt from Kroger where she got it on the back of the gift card. It showed it was purchased on that same day at 12:32 pm, 12/3 and it had an authorization code on it.

After dinner at around 9:30 or so I proceeded to try and add my gift card to my kohl’s app wallet. This is when I found out there was a 0 balance on it. I personally could write many pages of my experience with the customer service line each person is a robot same verbiage used from each person. I've spent at least over 20 hours on phone calls without any resolution. Bottom line Kohl's sent the wrong size mattress ordered a Full and received a Queen. I don't want to say I have a complaint about kohl's just one worker. Just like every where there was a line and workers doing a little of everything. There were several of us returning stuff back to Amazon and a few people doing store returns and online pickup.

I was applying for a loan to buy a house and we were on a time constraint or I would lose the house due to the seller tired of waiting on Kohl's. Gateway mortgage lender and I contacted customer service 8 days.

We spoke to one representative after another, several supervisors, and the credit division. All we needed was a zero balance letter from kohls asap so the loan could go through. The large banks came through in 2 hours. Kohls, on the other hand promised several times it would be done but still did not receive.

One rep was ruder then the other and I was so upset right before Christmas and nobody cared (one actually laughed). Nobody takes any notes because today alone I had 3 reps and 2 supervisors and had to explain everything.

I was in the girl section yesterday about 1:30pm at kohls in highland IN. There was a worker older lady dark hair heavy set. She was straightening the clothes. There was a table with under armor sweatshirt. I was unable to see the sizes the way they were folded on the table.

So I try to keep it so I didn’t mess it up. Well the lady working at kohl’s was very annoy Just by her reaction she slam and item on her cart. And when I left she no sooner went to fix it.

I am a mother of 5 children, 2 of my smallest which was present during a shopping experience I had this past Saturday 12/18/2021 evening at Kohl’s department store in Peoria, IL. I was accused of stealing/changing shoes while in the store.

I understand that there is currently a shortage of workers but you can't treat the employees that are currently working at the store like crap. This is referencing to workers at the Kohl's in Severna Park, MD. I personally know of employees that are working 10 hour shifts and they are not even getting a lunch break until 8 hrs into their shift.

I wonder why so many employees are quitting and calling out. I personally know of 6 kids who quit recently. You either need to change your management at that Kohl's in Severna Park or they need to be more skilled in managing.

I'm receiving ads from Kohl's to my address but with an individual's name listed that I don't know. I spent over 40 minites attempting to get it corrected, without success. Even Corporate couldn't help make this correction. The only way to correct it is for the person named on the ad has to request it.

If the address was entered incorrectly, that person has no idea it is incorrect. Kohl's can't search customer information with a first, middle initial, and last name? If true, that's really surprising. I'm not saying Kohl's merchandise isn't good, just saying that their Customer Service responses and policies are bad.

I'm concerned that someone is using my address. What else are they using of mine?

I tried to purchase a Boys Roblox hooded sweatshirt xl and after hitting order item twice and nothing happing I put a call in to customer service and put the item in my cart After ther answered and asked questions and took time the item was removed from my cart and I was unable to get it.

I find it ailly to remove the item from the cart ing such a short time It was such a short time When it takes time for you customer service to ask all those question. I am very upset as it was something my grandson had ask and I cant find it anywhere else.

having waiting 22 days to watch the progress of this package and to not even receive it, absolutely the stupidest experience with Kohl's I have ever had!! How do I continue online shop and not have faith in your choice of carriers??

I spend ALOT of money here but I am thinking I will take my business elsewhere & I will relate my experiences to friends and family as well.

Treated like a criminal in the store at Elston in Chicago. Went to exchange pair of joggers. The young lady advised me the receipt did not match the prior purchase. She called security who then proceeded to yell and demean me like I was trying to do something shady.

In the end the security person told the cashier to allow the transaction. Made me feel like somehow I had done something wrong. I was totally right in this situation. What a horrible experience.
