I went shopping today at Kohl's to use my 30% coupon. I had known that there was a Sephora there now, but was extremely disappointed in how it affected the rest of the store.

First of all, it reduced the size of departments drastically. The petite section is virtually non-existent and jewelry much smaller. If I wanted to go to Sephora, I would go to the mall. Bad decision, Kohl's. It was very difficult to find things there now.

And there was nobody in Sephora to top it off. I passed by it several times too. The clearance sections were not separated into sizes at all, making it very frustrating. I have no desire to go there again, which is sad since I've been going there for years.

The first person did not give me a direct answer as to why I could not use my account for an online order. My account has a zero balance. She asked the same questions severs time. ” The next person asked me the same questions as the first person.

By this time I was on the phone 20 minutes or more. He said that they needed an address confirmation. I received a letter requesting my physical address. I gave the address to my house but my bill information has my PO Box address.

My number on file is my home number. I feel that a letter explaining what is needed or an email sent. I have been a loyal customer for years but today made me realize I can get the same products from Belk, Dillard, Macy’s and other high end stores.

I was in the Mills Civic Store today to purchase a pair of shoes. The shoe department was a mess. The displays weren't priced nor was the shoe boxes. The shoes on display weren't the shoes below it. One shoe box had one shoe in it but was not on display one had no shoes in it the third had the wrong size in it.

One display had Nikes on display but below it had Adidas shoes. The pair I eventually purchased was not even on display. Then the line was 15 minutes long. Got to the register and she said my card had been deactivated because I hadn't used it in a while.

She would have to call and have it reactivated to b e able to use it. I have had my card for years and knew this was not true. She then voided it out reran it again and AMAZING it did not happen the second time.

On October 9 I purchased a 3 peace comforter set on clearance at Kohl's in Plymouth Massachusetts. When I brought the comforter home I noticed a faul smell like dirty socks all over the comforter along with the shams. I nearly lost it over the smell. How disappointing.

Next I noticed that I got charged twice for the same item. So I can honestly call myself a disgruntle customer. Shame on kohls for selling an old, smelly, used item.

Kohl’s refused to accept payment by way of my Visa card, because my Visa is not an American Visa card. The customer care agent told me to apply for a Kohl’s card. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for about half an hour before the call for cut off.

Not only is this irregular, but totally disgraceful. Clearly the money of international travelers is not good enough. The incident has been reported to Visa.

I tried to pay my bill over the phone. Your computer answering service asked me for my last 4 digits of my ss# an date of birth. Then i get forwarded to a live Operator. Then he asks me for all of my personal info last 4 digits of my ss# ,my date of birth, my address, ect...

I wasn't comfortable with sharing all of my personal information to a stranger.. My debit card info is stored on my account. So why would they need all of my personal info.. I dont think this is very professional way of doing business.

Maybe i should just deactivate my account with Kohls. Something isn't right about all this..

I went shopping at Kohl’s Butler Pa last night and I noticed I had a 40% off mystery coupon in my emails. However. The top I wanted to get was not in my size so I ordered it on the kiosk as nd used the 40% off coupon!

I also had other purchases to pay for at the same store when I went up to pay and use the coupon they said you already used it! If they would have had the top in my size in the store I would have been able to get it all at once and get the 40% off but since I bought that at the kiosk they wouldn’t let me use the 40% off at the register!

I am not happy about this and am considering not shopping at Kohl’s and I am a very good customer there! I would rather shop in the store rather than online but that store doesn’t have a very good selection and barely any sizes of anything!…

I purchased 3 separate pieces of swimsuits. The one piece top, had stain in the very front of the swimsuit. So I drive 30 minutes to Miramar parkway to return it. The bottom was fine, but because the top was bad, I would have to go online reorder a new one.

I asked about my shipping charge refund? The lady told me I would have to contact online. I believe she knew that I would not get my money back. So I spend 10 minutes on their website before I finally get a phone number.

I call, I was told that I can’t get my shipping refunded. Why the hell not. Your sent an unusable item. I returned it because it’s unusable. You sent me defective merchandise. I didn’t pick it out of a store, you sent it to me.

Visited your Summerlin store on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 to purchase some clothing and requested a Veteran’s Discount. I was told that Veteran Discounts are only given on Mondays. I am a Vietnam veteran with disabilities and I could not believe what the Clerk told me.

I advised her that I had never heard of that before and told her “that you either do or you don’t”. She said there was nothing she could do and I requested a manager. Brian, the store manager, was very accommodating and after discussions gave me a 20% discount on my purchase.

Called on 8/16/2021 about 10am I couldn't understand the representative. It was very frustrating. I was told to go back and redo my auto pay. She didn't solve my issue. but it didn't happen. I told her to just cancel my card.

My daughter is a model and has been to Kohls photo studio in Milwaukee 3 times this year to model clothes for kohl’s. We have yet to see any of these pictures anywhere. I’ve called the studio and corporate office and everyone claims they’ll call me back and never do.

On August 6th 2021 I walked into the Bozeman Kohls promptly at 10am, I had a Amazon return. I walked up to the counter not knowing where I should go, I asked the associate where do I go for Amazon returns, she just looked at me and pointed up to ceiling where the sign says Amazon returns, like I couldn't read the sign, she didn't even greet me just stood there like I was an idiot, she had a piece of equipment in her hand and

started logging in I assumed , she scanned the box and Thru it about 10 feet into the bin, I said that was LIGHTBULBS ? She did not care and just kind of smirked. I felt her lack of customer service should be addressed.

I was at the Kohls in Dover Delaware, and I witnessed a manager, I believe he was the store manager, a Caucasian man. I looked up who the store manager is for that store and his name was Kevin Donahue.

That night I was by customer service, I see and hear him screaming at an employee that was working customer service. The manager was calling him stupid and other things. If that's how Kohl's treats their employees I would encourage everyone to quit there or never apply at that store.

It was disgusting how mean he was to that young man. That type of behavior should not be tolerated in a retail store. As long as that manager is there I will not shoo there and I will tell everyone else I know to not shoo in that store also.

I attempted to file a complaint on 7/30/21 through the corporate office. I spoke to Victor and told him about an upsetting experience on the telephone with a Kohl’s employee regarding a “restriction” on my account. Victor told me the “restriction” would be lifted in 24 to 48 hours.

I was at the Langhorne, Pa store today. Just wanted to pay a bill. I have a handicap plaque as I have heart problems with heart failure. Not one handicap space was open but all the pickup sites were open.

I had to park in one of them to go in and pay my bill. They need to open up more of them for handicap. I can’t shop there anymore. I am not a heavy person that can’t walk. I am a small built person with breathing issues.

I spoke to David from Columbia (1855-564 5748) my ref#210722-018247 on 07/22/21 in order to make a large purchase of an additional item not available in the store. I signed up for a Kohl’s credit card in order to get a discount.

My experience was totally frustrating and after several tedious hours on the phone, I decided that no discount was worth that type of stress. Therefore I made my purchase at Costco. Your telephone customer support is the worst that I have ever encountered!

It appears that they are not trained properly. It’s unfortunate as the sales people at my local store were very nice and helpful.

I was told I wasn't in auto pay but some months I was paying twice and other mouths when I would wait for auto pay and I didn't pay I would get hit with a late fee. I placed an order on Tuesday night and tried to cancel it prior to it being processed in order to receive the 25% off coupon that came via text just a couple hours later. I wasn't able to do that so I contacted Tammy at the Wisconsin customer service center and she told me she could not do that and nobody could.

She was very quick to tell me this response and didn't even take the time to check. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me they would follow the same protocol. I don't think it's right. My order was not even processed so I see no reason to honor the 25% off.

As an employee that’s always been honest and go above and beyond for every age, race and gender has been wrongfully accused of handling discounts to my color(African American) people without proper evidence that I asked for. I asked them to show the footage and was told only if I admit to giving discounts to “family members/friends” which by the way I stay a hour away and don’t know anyone or anything about Wilmington,NC nor do any of my family or friends will take that drive to Wilmington NC due to the commute.

Rudy #2884 - Texas, worst customer service I have ever received. He not only didn't want to handle my situation, which was created by Kohl's, they charged me twice for an online order, but decided to send the issue to "the Office of the President".

I will no longer shop at Kohl's and will be cutting up my Kohl's charge card! Kohl's seems to have an issue with Customer service and with all of the retail charge cards I possess, Kohl's has the most inept, useless customer service in the industry!

I was in kohls 2 days ago with my grandkids. 87. ) So the cashier voided out the sale. I then activated my card right there and when they rang up my purchase again it was declined because the void they did was still showing as pending so I didn't have available credit.

The cashier called kohls and spoke to a supervisor who said they would have the void after removed from my account within 24 hours. That would have been yesterday. So it's been 2 days and I still cant make my purchase.

I received a notification that my credit score had dropped 45 points due to an adverse entry on 6/22/21. I pull up my Kohls bill. I have no previous balance. I owe a set amount for 7/8. So what the hell is going on!!!

Call and get South America. No help. Must wait 30 days for resolution. Call someone in Texas and she is very nice but also says you must wait 30 days. I am in process of getting a refinancing. This will seriously affect my rate.

Everyone agrees, I do not owe anything and they do not know why it happened. This happens. I get it. And I have had problems with other credit cards. With them at least, if the mistake is on their part they correct it IMMEDIATELY!

I paid my Kohls charge for April and the check cleared my bank April 28, 2021. What a surprise to receive my May statement that showed I had not paid my April bill and therefore was charged $27. 96 in interest.

i ordered online and received patio furniture from kohls including 8 dining chairs. they required minimal assembly. i received 4 large boxes each containing 2 chairs. i opened one box to assemble. there were no screws in the box. i opened the 3 remaining boxes and they all had a hardware assembly kit excluding the one i first opened.

i contacted kohls and was given instructions on hassle free returns. i tried to find a hardware package at kohls customer service and i did a google search as well. so. i now must return these chairs in my car which will take 4 trips to my local store and i don't get to have these nice chairs for the 4th of july either.

This is not my first shopping expirience with kohls. I'm am more and more discouraged and I've had enough. I will not shop at kohls any longer. I feel that kohls and other department stores gave an agenda thinly sell clothing to larger people or trying to get everyone to comform to the latest fads such as baggy clothing ect.

More than once I have tried to find my size and it's becoming impossible. I wear a 30-30 in jeans and all I can find is all the sizes lager nothing my size. Nothing smaller that a 31 waist. Why ?

On several occasions I ordered some clothing items online. When I received them they didn’t fit properly. This was funding the pandemic so we weren’t able to try anything on in the stores, so I would purchase things online. When I attempted to make a return of items I had recently received, I was told that the items didn’t even come from kohl’s, in spite of me showing my delivery paperwork and shipping container.

Just today I tried to return some clothing and had the same issue. I don’t understand what the problem is. I know I am not the only customer with this issue as I have overheard other customers having the same issue trying to return things purchased online.

I received a gift card from my son for mothers day. I am on a fixed income, do not travel much and ordered 2 shirts on line. 95. About a day later, they notified me that one shirt was sold out.

95 which was , mailed US postal . The order no. was 6159046915. It seems a bit like you are taking advantage.

First, the shipping was for two shirts. processed before I was told one was out of stock.

Tried to change our E-mail address for their information for our contact information for us! I have spent approximately 3 hours trying to do so including their web site! The foreign Co. they have are absolutely rude,and hostile. I was only asking to change my e-mail!

we are tax exempt and I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have to wait in customer service line with with buckoo others and their returns just to pay for my items since cashiers cannot do this. I was in a kohls in edmond oklahoma this morning and when I saw the line for returns at customer service I left my cart right there and went to Walmart.

I needed to return a broken picture frame and was told I had to pay for shipping. That's just wrong. Plus I had to keep typing the same info over and over again with your virtual assistant. See below.

Just received my order, what the f"*& Kohl's you're too cheap/lazy to put the item in a box-I received my purchase in the original package and it looked like it was ran over by the truck. This is the third order I've had an issue with.

I am done, closed my account and will do business elsewhere. You suck Kohl's.

Went in to buy some jeans today, but had to leave empty handed. Never in my life have I bought a pair of pants , or shorts, or most clothing without trying on first. With your rooms closed, can't do this.

No reason for these to be closed anymore. If you are still using the virus as an excuse, so sad!! Quit playing politics! Everything should be open. I guess I have to find a new store to shop at. Kohl's was always my store for clothes. Guess that's over with!
