This happened to me TWICE now, I order something and a day or two later they say they don;t have it. It's very frustrating cause you had it at the time I ordered. It seems you give it to someone else and I was the first one to order it.

This is NOT a way to run a business! I send Kohls a email and they never got back to me. Depending how I make out I may not do business with you!!!

I had went into the store in Tulsa, ok on 71st to purchase some jewelry for my wife. The lady at the counter took out the necklace as I went to hold the necklace, she abruptly told me I couldn’t touch it.

Because of COVID I told her seemed unusual for someone that is purchasing an item not to be able to physical inspect it. I’m sure the Kohls would have a process in place for cleaning items being though everyone handles all items in the store.

I have purchased most of her jewelry at kohl’s and will no longer do business with Kohl’s. It’s the little things that matter.

I was told last summer that I needed to replace my Kohl's card, so I called customer service and asked for a new card and was told that it would be sent to me. I never received it, so I called again, and again and again, SIX times I called Kohl,'s requesting new card, was told I would be receiving one and then it was never sent.

Finally in December, I just gave up. Now I am attempting to get another card, I tried calling corporate offices to complain, was told that line was not open and no one could take my call, and then disconnected (great customer service).

Then I called a customer service number, and ended up in Mexico, and that gentlemen {andre} told me he would send me a card. I don't know if andre from Mexico is even legitimate or not, but all I want is a new credit card and it…

I purchased order #6144820567 Cuisinart toaster broiler on line on 3/25. I called about the failure to receive the item about April 3 and was told the item was out of stock and would i like to cancel? Meanwhile I HAD-HEARD NOTHING FROM KOHLS AND TO THIS DAY HAVE HEARD NOTHING FURTHER. I do not want to cancel as i purchased at a discount and do not want to lose the discount by reordering later. I am complaining about your total failure to contact me to bring delayed delivery to my attention, which as i indicated is true to this day. Furthermore i still want to receive the item at the discounted price and i wish to be informed as to when i might receive it.

Recent payment was less than 30 days late. In an attempt to make a payment online I found my account was locked so could not make a payment. Contacted customer Service and spent nearly 90 minutes with no resolution as to getting my account unlocked so I could make a payment.

Their primary resolution was to provide customer service with my payment info. Customer service was located in Belize, in El Salvador, someplace in the Caribbean and possibly in the Philippines. Went through all procedures recommended to unlock my account and needless to say still frozen.

it would be one thing if I was trying to make a charge. will now call the CEO at corporate...

Having to return a forever ring purchased for my son's birth month. The prongs came loose and at first the stone fell into the sink elbow-- Though I had help getting the stone out, no one- not even Kohl's could reset it more secure.

The agent even wanted to laugh about the value when returned. I did purchase it at 70%off and during Christmas. I missed the inside joke from your employees..??...

I quit buying anything at your stores because you will not open the dressing rooms you have employees in the store standing around doing absolutely nothing I see ever time I walk into your store now those employees can be supervising the dressing rooms making sure the is kept clean . You let people buy clothes take them home and bring them back you call that being careful and clean I think that is absolute filthy after someone takes things home.

There many things I would buy but I refuse because I am not bringing it home having it not fitting coming back standing in line to return and taking a chance and getting another size and than maybe having to return again .

I had a Kohls card since 1990's and used it in store and online often. I moved to small Colorado town so went to online only in 2005 and use the account there. Two Years ago the online account had me put in a passcode along with password for security.

When I went to use card I couldn't get the passcode right so I called your customer service. They couldn't help me since I couldn't give passcode, when I asked to have account reset or in any other way until I could give passcode.

What a catch 22 it was. I went on making payments as my Password for that part of my account worked. I checked account often and receice emails even through today Happy Birthday email. This week I was notified that my credit score in TransUnion and Equifax dropped from 725 to 672 because you closed my account do…

Because I could not try them on in store(dressing rooms closed) I purchased many pairs of pants to try on at home. Then I was told that when I return them I will be given credit on my Kohls card.

I paid off the bill in store with my personal Visa card. I need to return ALL the pants, but will need my money back. What good will credit be if I cannot find what I want there. I would have only purchased what fit if I could have tried them on.

On 3/20 I placed a order # 6143595814 total price should be $161.39 I was never chatted this amount from my order. Kolhs took money from my bank acct 4 times charges of $143.76 $113.09 therm on 3/23 charged me more $48.36 $53.99. This charges add uo to be $339.24. Not the $161.39 So Kolhs over charged me by $177.85 back to my bank acct. I don't understand why the took so many different amounts of money from my acct. Worst customer service ever!!! Made online purchase got tracking info noticed ship to address was wrong and isn't due to deliver for another day so I called ups they said I couldn't change address the shipper kohl's would have to call them to change it so

I called kohl's and told them ups said you need to call them to change the address I'm told we'll we can't do that what we can do is IF your package is returned to us we will issue a refund in 30 days. Seriously you would rather lose a customer and a sale and give me a refund instead of taking the time to make a 5 minute phone call to have my address changed.

A recent gift card purchase I made was flagged for fraud because it was $200. After calling and getting it straightened out and assured my boyfriend would not encounter an embarrassing moment in your store due to the card not working, that is exactly what happened.

He was completely embarrassed in the store the gift card was purchased at made to feel like a thief! Your customer service managers were a complete joke! I am a loyal Kohls customer but to be honest I am thinking it’s time to cancel my credit card and stop shopping with you.

I understand it is only one customer and in the overall scheme of things I won’t matter.

However, in my family you embarrassed us and that’s unacceptable!

I ordinarily pay any balance due on my bill each month using your online bill payment portal which I did for the month of March 2021. 98 to be paid on the 19th of March. This amount was deducted from my checking account TWICE.

I did not authorize 2 payments to be made. 03. 98 to have been refunded. 98 that you withdrew from my account was for me to pay other bills that I owed so now I don't have the money for those because you took my money without my authorization which appears to me to be illegal. How did this happen?

I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who could help me get my money back through your customer support number and no one could help. I was told there was nothing else they could do. You make a mistake, rob your customers and there is nothing you can do about it?

Kohl’s does not send notices of credit card balances to customers. When the customer (my wife) uses her Kohl’s credit card, she expects to receive some sort of billing notice within the month. Kohl’s failed to notify her of her outstanding balance and posted late payment fees to her account.

After a couple of months, she finally got a notice and called customer service to complain. The representative removed some but not all late charges. This is nothing short of a dishonest practice. Most customers treated this way will blame themselves and will not complain.

How many thousands of Kohl’s customers have been ripped off by this practice? This is highly profitable for Kohl’s.

My husband passed away last November 2020. I paid off his account and reported him deceased. I closed the checking account at our bank. We were set up for auto payment. 00. They said it would be removed. It wasn’t.

Now they are charging late fees. I was basically told too bad, not your account. I have canceled my credit card along with friends and family members. We are all disgusted Kohls would attempt to profit from a death and then stress me out on top of grief.

You have lost many customers due to this. Please retrain your customer service and change your policies.

I placed an order a month ago at Kohls and I still have not received 2 of my items, the tracking information for my order has not updated since July 15th, it is now August 7th. and I still have not yet received my order and therefore I don't think that I should be responsible for charges on merchandise I have not yet received. It is Kohls responsibility to ensure that the company they are shipping through delivers the orders to customers in a timely fashion. This is a compliment not a complaint. I’m always very happy shopping at kohl’s and using the website. This morning I decided to pay my kohl’s charge early, using the telephone system. The automated phone system was easy, however when I chose the option to use the debit card on file it said I needed to be transferred to a representative (card on file was expired).

I thought oh no I’m gonna be on hold, but was pleasantly surprised that an actual person picked up the phone immediately, updated my card info and processed the payment. It was the easiest customer service phone call I’ve ever made.

Always very happy with the service I receive from Kohl’s in store online and on the phone.

I was just in your Glenview IL location , and the was African American women there at the cashier who simply was outrageous!!!! She was huffing and puffing because in her opinion I didn't wear my mask correctly and the tip of my nose was sticking out.

I have severe asthma I have to take a deep breath every few minutes to avoid coughing and when I tell her this she said that she has asthma too, to try to insult me or make fun of me? She doesnt want to give me 20% off becouse it was on my phone , throw a back at me like I'm a thief!

My boyfriend went to Kohl’s earlier today to purchase a necklace for me. The necklace was originally priced at $100 but was marked down to $60 and another discount put it at $30. When he got ready to checkout the lady at the counter told him he was unable to buy it without an ID, mind you he’s African American.

He tries to show her a picture of his ID and she refuses it. ” When he told me everything that happened I called Kohl’s to see if this is in protocol and the manager informs me that an ID is not needed for a purchase of that small.

The manager tries to ask around to see who sold him the necklace but they all deny and he has a receipt to show that he purchased it at their location. The Kohl’s was located at 3160 Lohr Rd, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48108.

I went to the Kohl's in Northridge on Monday, June 21, 2020, shortly after it reopened. There was a limited number of people in the store but the check-out line was fairly long. There were three associates working at the check-out stands when I first lined up.

But shortly after I lined up two of the associates left their stations and did not return and the associate that was left had a very big order so we had to wait for at least twenty minutes before other associates were called. I returned a couple of days and the check-out process was also very slow.

i was humiliated discriminated an screamed at by a young lady that was about 20 years old i am of African inheritance i went to kohls in ronlankama on long island. i was shopping for bargains an a woman came stood up over me while i was on my knee looking for sale on the lower shelf an told me to get the hell out of her store.

I ordered a trundle bed from Kohl's and it arrived quickly, I had to pay someone to put it together and the cloth "headboard" was damaged with TWO holes. I contacted Kohl's and they wanted me to TAKE THE BED APART AND SHIP IT BACK TO THEM or take it to the nearest Kohl's which is 1 1/2 hours from me, hence the reason for ordering online!

First of all, I live in a condo on the top floor.

Raven at the costumer service counter was extremely rude to us. My mother and I stood in line for an exchange and to purchase a few items. She said we had to get back in line to purchase because her line was getting too long so my 60+ year old mother had to go back to the end of the line to make her purchase I don't like to cause a sceen but

I made an order online but was interrupted half way. I came back to find e-mail that said Kohl's had kept my items for me. But when I logged on, the cart was empty. So I started all over. I hit submit button and all seemed fine until I got confirmation e-mail.

They had added those previous items to cart so now I had duplicates being shipped to friends in Indiana. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but was advised it was already in processing and couldn't be changed. So I called customer service.

I called my local Kohl's store today and was incredibly disappointed and upset that your dressing rooms are closed. With a virus that has less than a 1% death rate, this restriction is far over reaching and highly disappointing. I would like your company to consider immediately re-opening your dressing rooms.

People that want to come and shop should have the choice. If their perception of the risk is worth it, than your store should not place these unnecessary additional restrictions. Come on! This is a revenue gap that is bleeding and I am not afraid to take my retail needs to many of your many many competitors that are open for business! Really disappointing, Kohls.

You may as well just keep your stores closed if you are not going to open fitting rooms for customers to try on items.

I returned a Christmas gift which was clothes on 1/11/2020. I told the clerk i wanted store credit so I could get the correct sizes. The amount of the return was $147.46 and the return # 1212/0026/2888. I was told the refund had to come from corporate if I didn't receive in 10 days to call 1-800-837-0302. I have tried to call twice an i'm put on hold from 30 to 55 minutes. I end up having to hang up because I have to call during working hours. I even tried to call when I got off work and the recording said they have taken their maximum calls call back tomorrow goodbye!!! It does give option to leave a call back number but I also work with people and never know when I can take a call.

Well I went shopping today at Khol's in Mansfield and I spent like 93.09 but I had a 30.00 gift card to use so I used it to put to my bill so that would leave a balance of 63.00 so I used my Khol's credit card but I also had a 30% coupon off so I asked the person if I could use the 30% coupon on the balance that I put on my credit card and the person told me NO that I had to put the full merchanise that I bought on my credit card. could someone please get back to me to let me know if this could have been done or no. Ruined Christmas and still have not received my refund! My email to them. I am sending this email due to the terrible service that I received. On December 1, 2019, I placed an order for three weighted blankets. I received a confirmation email when I purchased.

I later received an email stating my items would ship and arrive by December 12th. After checking the tracking repeatedly, I received nothing. I called the customer service line on December 21, 2019, and was told that my items were now out of stock and I could get a refund.

When I asked for my items, I was told that a inquiry would be done to locate the missing packages and it would take another 7 days. I was told I would be given $50 and free one day shipping to get my child a gift by Christmas.

I accepted the offer, but again…

I bought 2 jackets on line. Unfortunately, they did not work so I used the label and returned by mail. I received an email confirmation from Kohl's OVER a month ago stating that my items were received at the fulfillment center and i should receive my refund within a month.

It has been OVER a month and I have not received a refund. I no longer have a tracking # from the courier since i received the email stating I would be issued my refund. I keep calling and each time customer service states they cannot help me unless i have a tracking # fro UPS.

So, even though I received an email from Kohl's stating that I was issued a refund Now I some how have to come up with a tracking #. Basically I am out of my entire refund. I will Never Ever order anything from Kohl's again. What a scam. S.

I was trying to place an order, using my $10 Kohls Cash, and when I clicked the final button it said that something was wrong with my payment card. I closed out the order. I decided to order something else and when I went to apply my Kohls Cash it said it was redeemed already.

I contacted customer service and they were very rude. Wouldn't even let me finish telling them what happened. I have been ordering from Kohls for years and never had an issue. If you are using rude people to talk to your customers that's not good.

This has left a bad mark for Kohls with me.

Zero stars-I was promised credits for returned merchandise two months ago-still fighting for what’s right. Kohl’s store shorted me $42 and pushed me off to the customer service number. A dozen calls lasting approx an hour each have not resolved this issue although they can see from their end this money is due to me!

My ability to view transactions was removed from the site so I have nothing to show my credit card. Another dispute to resolve this. Promises made from Kohl’s Corporate and assurances $80 would be credited to my credit card never happened.

I just ordered a pair of pants on line for my 92 year old mom. When ordering it said the order would be shipped to the Fayetteville, NY store for free and I could pick up my order there. Which is exactly what I wanted to do.

Instead, I was charged for shipping. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. I am very disappointed. I purposely wanted to pick it up in the store so I would have it by her birthday 1/7/20 and according to the confirmation it may not come in time for her birthday.

I have ordered many things on line from Kohl's in the past and have not had any problems. The customer service representatives in the Fayetteville, NY store have been wonderful to customers.

Customer Service, I do not know who to contact, but I am writing because when my husband opened his Fitbit this morning, which was his main Christmas gift, the box was empty!!! I am sick! I have never had this happen at Kohls, or any retailer. I expect a full refund. How many other Kohls customers are opening empty boxes this morning? Shame on Kohls. I will not be ordering from Kohls.com again. So disappointed.
