Ruined Christmas and still have not received my refund! My email to them. I am sending this email due to the terrible service that I received. On December 1, 2019, I placed an order for three weighted blankets. I received a confirmation email when I purchased.

I later received an email stating my items would ship and arrive by December 12th. After checking the tracking repeatedly, I received nothing. I called the customer service line on December 21, 2019, and was told that my items were now out of stock and I could get a refund.

When I asked for my items, I was told that a inquiry would be done to locate the missing packages and it would take another 7 days. I was told I would be given $50 and free one day shipping to get my child a gift by Christmas.

I accepted the offer, but again…

I bought 2 jackets on line. Unfortunately, they did not work so I used the label and returned by mail. I received an email confirmation from Kohl's OVER a month ago stating that my items were received at the fulfillment center and i should receive my refund within a month.

It has been OVER a month and I have not received a refund. I no longer have a tracking # from the courier since i received the email stating I would be issued my refund. I keep calling and each time customer service states they cannot help me unless i have a tracking # fro UPS.

So, even though I received an email from Kohl's stating that I was issued a refund Now I some how have to come up with a tracking #. Basically I am out of my entire refund. I will Never Ever order anything from Kohl's again. What a scam. S.

I was trying to place an order, using my $10 Kohls Cash, and when I clicked the final button it said that something was wrong with my payment card. I closed out the order. I decided to order something else and when I went to apply my Kohls Cash it said it was redeemed already.

I contacted customer service and they were very rude. Wouldn't even let me finish telling them what happened. I have been ordering from Kohls for years and never had an issue. If you are using rude people to talk to your customers that's not good.

This has left a bad mark for Kohls with me.

Zero stars-I was promised credits for returned merchandise two months ago-still fighting for what’s right. Kohl’s store shorted me $42 and pushed me off to the customer service number. A dozen calls lasting approx an hour each have not resolved this issue although they can see from their end this money is due to me!

My ability to view transactions was removed from the site so I have nothing to show my credit card. Another dispute to resolve this. Promises made from Kohl’s Corporate and assurances $80 would be credited to my credit card never happened.

com and store-no connective communications-no respect for the customer. Never again! I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I just ordered a pair of pants on line for my 92 year old mom. When ordering it said the order would be shipped to the Fayetteville, NY store for free and I could pick up my order there. Which is exactly what I wanted to do.

Instead, I was charged for shipping. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. I am very disappointed. I purposely wanted to pick it up in the store so I would have it by her birthday 1/7/20 and according to the confirmation it may not come in time for her birthday.

I have ordered many things on line from Kohl's in the past and have not had any problems. The customer service representatives in the Fayetteville, NY store have been wonderful to customers.

Customer Service, I do not know who to contact, but I am writing because when my husband opened his Fitbit this morning, which was his main Christmas gift, the box was empty!!! I am sick! I have never had this happen at Kohls, or any retailer. I expect a full refund. How many other Kohls customers are opening empty boxes this morning? Shame on Kohls. I am an avid shopper of Kohls but this is the second time this holiday season that i have ordered something that is extremely poor quality. The first time was an expensive knife set and the block was cracked. Kohls made it right but it was a pain dealing with it.

This time i ordered some cord leggings that I have bought mutiple pairs of in years past. I assumed they would fit the same, same size, same manufactor, same material. I washed the pairs as I always do and they are 2 inches shorter than those from previous year and are too short in the stride and they have flaws in the coloring.

I am sick of this. So off to the store I will be going to return them. What a waste of my time. So guess what? I will think twice before I order from Kohls again.

I have been waiting for 2wks to receive my giftcard back from a cancelled order. I have called 4 times to find out where my card is and all I get is that they need to put in another inquiry and it will be another 7 days.

I had my cancellation number from dec 3rd and no one will help me. When I ask if I could talk to a supervisor they hang up on me. Beginning to think I am not going to get my 50 bucks back.

Why cant I talk with a supervisor?

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers that was delivered to the incorrect address. Order#5993074837. My fed ex tracking # is 61299995671182042059. I did an online chat with Kohls and was basically told he could not help me. I contacted fed ex and they said it was delivered and to contact kohls.

I never received the sneakers which were supposed to be a gift and I am being g charged for them. Myself and my family frequently shop at kohls but I will no longer shop there if I don't get resolution.

My daughter works at the Orange Park store and he shift was to close, however as I was pulling up to pick her up everyone was leaving and the store was locked up with her in there still folding clothes and cleaning her area. How is it that the closing manager doesn’t check the floor to see if all the employees are gone.

I had to calm her down as reassure her we would get some here to unlock the door. Long story short we called 911. Her manager came back to unlock the doors but her condescending attitude up set us as we stand in the parking space after midnight for her to make jokes that she was not the only one this has happened to.

Never in my entire life have I dealt with such incompetent, inept customer service. I ordered light fixtures through the website. I recently moved to Las Vegas so I had to change the credit card address on file and the delivery address.

I changed both, but for some reason the change in the delivery address did not go through When I received the confirmation of the order online, I noticed that the delivery address was wrong, so I called customer service immediately. After waiting about 1/2 hour to talk to someone, I was told that there was nothing they could do, (which is normal for customer service, as they have no authority to do anything) so I asked to be switched to a supervisor.

After another wait and long discussion, the supervisor agreed to change the address with the facilitator.…

com. I got 1 and someone else’s comforter. When I called to get it right. I was told they could reimburse my money. But could not send me another one. Because it was on sale. And they will not honor the sale price. This is WRONG!!! this was their mistake. Not mine. They were rude.

I placed an order for the first time online on Black Friday. About a few minutes later my online ordered was canceled. I tried again to then go through the same thing. both orders were canceled and I got no reason why.

I call to be told after about 35 minutes that two of my items are not available and I had to go through three people 40 minutes later and got no place. The person had ask me 3 times what was my mailing address and that was when I had enough.

I lost out on my Black Friday deal and my Kohls cash. Very bad experience and I really am thinking of not ordering online again.

Received merchandise in the mail and it was damaged. Only sent in plastic bags and both pieces were damaged. The glass on one was completely broken, on the cornucopia berries were off and laying in the bottom of the bag. The other flower arrangement was coming apart and flowers and leaves were not fixed in the plant. I really am surprised as I have ordered things with Kohls before and never had this problem. Please correct it. I will be taking these things back to the store. Shabby service!!!!

I was wondering if it is the usual practice for Kohl's managers to swear at the employees. This seems to be an on going problem at the Kohl's store in Snohomish, WA. The last thing I want to hear when shopping is someone using foul language when talking to employees even if they think no one hears them on the floor or off in employee areas.

The holidays are here and even if they weren't it isn't something your customers want to here. It doesn't make make for a pleasant shopping experience. It is low class and suitable for a bar perhaps but not when I want to enjoy shopping.

No one wants to see employees talk like that to other employees. Maybe you need better managment in that store. I hope that this store improves dramatically soon.

To whom it may concern, to start off, I shop at kohls a lot its my go to store. But lately I have been very disappointed on how a refund was handled. 50 which should of had been on even exchange.

I did get the same item which again it should of had been on even exchange. I have kept all my receipts. When I went to the Ridgefield CT store , the cashier had no clue What she was doing.

I should of had paid more attention but I was in a rush since I had to work. 60 I wasn’t told I would not get refunded for the tax. Since then have received a letter from Kohls in Milwaukee, stating that this matter is getting taken care.

I am hoping somebody can help me. On sept 30th I paid 80 dollars and on oct 31 I paid 300 dollars but my payments went to account 0854130739 in error not my account 048389483810 which is now showing past due with late fees.

My girlfriend and I are both active duty military (she is air force and I am army) we decided to come to kohl’s to participate in the Veterans Day event at the forum location. I have never had such a terrible experience at a shopping center.

First was the woman’s department. While struggling to find the merchandise in the correct size, no one was available to assist. After asking for assistance numerous times, no one came to assist. Since the only shirt that wanted was on the display and no one was available to assist, we began taking it off of the display to purchase it.

I unfortunately decided to go to Kohl's today (veterans day) and as usual it was mobbed beyond belief. On top of not being able to walk around inside because the few walkways that are there were filled to the brim with junk, and the older generations being rude as hell (one actually walked over my son sitting in the shopping cart and

I have been a Kohls customer for quite a long time, and yesterday I went to the Hilliard-Rome location in Columbus, Ohio. I was so surprised when I went to the petite department looking for some jeans, and was so surprised that it look like a cyclone hit, There were more clothing on the floor than on the tables or hangers.

This was in the morning and I would have thought there should have been someone straightening this mess up. To tell you the truth, I just left.

Also , there was a summer sale, and they had crammed loads of clothing on the racks, some of which were not petite, they just threw them all together. what a mess. What has happened to Kohls? I also shop in Macys and probably will stick to a store that is well organized. so disappointed.

In August 2019, I received multiple alerts on my credit report. Come to find out that your company put a delinquency on my credit for $1 being 30 days late. My bill was $28 and when I paid it online, I accidentally paid only $27. I did not receive an email or phone call to inform me that I was late until it was past due 30 days. As soon as I was aware of the mistake, I paid off the $1 balance.

Unfortunately, Kohl's already put the delinquency on my credit which dropped my credit score from 780 to 690. I am in the process of buying a house, so this has occurred at the worst possible time. The interest rate I now qualify for is significantly higher than the current rate. Because of this I will be losing thousands of dollars all because of $1.

Last week I stopped in Kohls for my weekly visit to see what's on sale. I found a cute jacket and then found 6 towels. I went to the checkout but I forgot my card. Concentrating on the card I was distracted from watching the associate bag my towels.

At this point the jacket was on the counter. I had a shopping bag full of towels and thought the jacket was on the bottom of the pile. I left the store and went home to find that the jacket wasn't in the bag at all!

Terrible service and policies! You have lost a customer for life and I will make sure everyone I know cuts up their Kohl's credit cards. 10 bill that they sent to creditors. I made multiple attempts to use their app to pay this bill (which was an interest charge that appeared after I had paid my entire bill ON TIME), and even went IN PERSON to the store to attempt to make this payment.

They were unable to process this. 10 cent bill but apparently only AFTER they sent me to creditors. 10 bill has made this impossible. No one at Kohl's cares one bit and states that this is their policy to send loyal customers to creditors regardless of the balance of the bill!

I was just in the Middletown, New York 10940 store shopping for clothing items for the residents of a non profit agency. When I presented my tax exempt certificate, which to be fair, the two salesclerks tried to enter the information several times, their computer rejected the information as not found.

A manager was called to assist, when he was told of the situation, his response was "if the computer won't take it she can't use it". He did not say wait let me see what I can do or even make an appearance to speak to me personally.

I placed an order online and accidentally forgot to update my shipping address (moved from Colorado to Florida). I placed the order during non-business hours so I had to wait to call and try to get the address changed. The website would also not allow me to change the address nor cancel the order online.

On May 27, 2019, I made a purchase with my Kohl's charge card #067-0111-376. Statement came in beginning of July, I paid the bill in full but paid it to a different account(my husband's #089-1627-861). I am that person that is aware of what she purchases, pays balances in full for the most part and always pays any bill on time, never incurring late fees.

In August, I receive 2 statements from Kohl's, which should not have happen, since my husband or myself had not made any purchases. 91, the amount of my May purchase. I had some cloths that was bought for me that didnt fit. They were too big. So I returned them, and when I did the woman who was exchanging the cloths for a gift card was real rude. The items i returnt was not the price vaule that she was going to give me credit for.

As I was walking out of Kohl's today I was chased down in the parking lot of the store at 2380 Dixwell ave in Hamden, CT by a man and women accusing me of stealing something meanwhile I just returned something I bought off of amazon in the store and had no bags what so ever in my hands.

It was completely embarrassing and made me feel horrible because I didn't even do anything and when I showed them I had nothing they were very defensive and scared because they realized they made a mistake and when I went back into the store to talk to a manager they didn't help me or anything and the people that chased me out started acting like they didn't do it.

On July 25, 2019 My wife purchased a Bluetooth Weather Proof Speaker which she intended to give me as an anniversary gift. 43 prior to tax of which she used her Kohl's card. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be hospitalized at that time.

Last time the cashier told me I could use it but only for that purchase and she would have to keep it and discard it. 00 off coupon that everyone got today. She rang up my bra at full price when it was marked clearance and said it wasn't suppose to have that price on it.

It was a long drawn out experience with both my daughter and I putting things back. 00 in sales because of this cashier.

Ok, this happens too often but I just let it go. But this time I got too aggrevated. was very short staffed. One girl had a sizable line and all of a sudden turns the X on and tells the people in her line to go to customer service, she is now closed..

so I went to the other side of the store.. there too, there was only one cashier and a line. Then another came up... 00 reward and asked if it would show up. so I just gave up. She very snotty like told me to have a nice day.

I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS.. 00 REWARD BE TAKEN OFF MY PURCHASE ON 8-26-2019.... 00 reward needs to be mailed to ME!!... I feel I am a good customer and do not need to be treated and talked to this way..

I decided to shop your Cherry Hill NJ store with my daughter for back to school suit jackets for her son. You have serious issues in this store. How can anyone shop in such a mess Every single dept needs recovery Absolutely impossible to enjoy a shopping experience in your store.

Your promo codes are worthless... People use those or at least expect to use them to save money. A person would think at least once in awhile they would pan out. I bought a baby crib which was $400 plus and the promo want for that..

Well of course it wasn't them today I was going to buy a glider and guess what.. The promo couldn't be used. Sickening...

On July 3rd I spent over $200 in the store. I spend between $500-$600 a month in your stores. I always pay off my Kohl’s card in full every month. I personally am not impressed with anything about Kohl’s. The sole reason I have shopped there is because I receive Kohl’s cash.

On July 3rd I should have received $40 Kohl’s cash. I did not receive any. I emailed customer service 2 or 3 times. They refused to amend the situation. I have not been back to the store since. Since I no longer shop there, there is no hurry to pay off my Kohl’s card.

I’ll pay it off to maintain my credit, but I will not be shopping at your store ever again unless you amend this situation.

I sent in for a rebate back in October 2018. When I was cleaning out my desk in June I found the info on the rebate. I never received a rewards card so I inquired on June 19th. First I did a chat online with Adam G. Session #3177292. Then I called the Lost or Stolen # and spoke to David. He said I would receive a replacement card in 7-10 days. I realized in July I had never heard anything from Kohls. On July 23, 2019 I left information online about this. Session # 324615. On July 25, 2019 I called the Lost or Stolen #. I spoke with Jose. He looked into this and told me that this was sent to upper management and they determined that they would not reissue a card due to the card being expired. He said they had made this determination on 6/20/2019.

I visited the Kohl’s in Warwick, RI this morning to take advantage of sales. After selecting my items, I proceeded to the checkout. Alas, there was only one cashier available to serve the line of customers. There was no cashier on the men’s side, just the one on the women’s side. This was about 9:45.

I was disappointed at the long line and no other help. I put my purchases down and left the store. I hope in the future there are ample cashiers.

The Southaven MS Kohl’s store had the blankets depicted in the photos on sale (as stated in the digital sign). I chose 2 blankets, but once they were scanned, only 1 of the blankets showed eligible for the 2/$20. I spoke with 3 different associates and none of them would stand behind the advertised price.

I know that my $20 is not going to “make or break” Kohl’s, but this type of false advertising and no longer offering true customer service is why I will no longer be shopping with Kohl’s.
