Ruined Christmas and still have not received my refund! My email to them. I am sending this email due to the terrible service that I received. On December 1, 2019, I placed an order for three weighted blankets. I received a confirmation email when I purchased.
I later received an email stating my items would ship and arrive by December 12th. After checking the tracking repeatedly, I received nothing. I called the customer service line on December 21, 2019, and was told that my items were now out of stock and I could get a refund.
When I asked for my items, I was told that a inquiry would be done to locate the missing packages and it would take another 7 days. I was told I would be given $50 and free one day shipping to get my child a gift by Christmas.
I accepted the offer, but again…
