At the beginning of December I placed an order (order #3535094617) for a Men’s size Large Reebok Boston Bruins Jersey. It was a gift for my husband for Christmas. The SKU number was 89162136 and the price was $104.00. After applying Kohl’s cash of $25.00 and a discount of $19.75, the order came to $62.81 after tax with free shipping.

Several days later I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because the item was no longer available. A week or so after that, I did a search on kohls.com for Boston Bruins merchandise. I thought maybe I could get my husband a t-shirt or something instead. I was surprised when the same jersey came up! This time the SKU was changed to 78056726 and the price changed to $200.00!

I have several complaints but the first and main one is , I placed an online order on 12-02-15 and as of today 12-22-15 don't have it even though you supposedly shipped it on 12-3-15. I have called FedEx 2 times and they said they would trace it and get back to me within 72 hours and did not.

I called your customer service number and talked with 2 different very rude people who were no help at all and were very hard to understand . when I asked if I could please speak with someone else because I was having trouble understanding them they just kept babbling.

Your mail order department needs new management. Box was torn up in 3 different spots, lid was torn up so bad you could not tape it up. Will be returning it to the store and showing every customer in line the crap that was sent out to me.

Received a discover card ($250) for my 25 year bonus at work. Decided to get a set of Circulon pots and pans (lame, I know). Found a great deal at Kohl's and about 4 days later the package came. Only problem was it was a set of ear buds ($25), not my pots and pans. No problem, I can live with the delay a few more days although I really wanted them for the holidays. Called customer service, I was informed that they WOULD NOT send out a new set until I either dropped that package delivered erroneously at the store or waited 3-5 extra days for a UPS label to come my then, THEN for the package to be returned and processed.

Went into store last night in Bozeman Montana, pick out a jewelry armoire, associate told me if I signed up for a credit card I would get an additional 30% off. But I would have to pay it off with cash, check ,or debit card.

I received an email stating we had won a 50.00 Kohl gift card or an equivalent visa card. It asked for a survey of our shopping experance, which I took. The gift card turned into choose your item from a list of products we do not use. Not only did we not use any of them but you are required to pay shipping. I am sure the cost of the product is included in the shipping cost requiring Kohl to probably make money.

Then I notices a link to another offer. There it was, an application o fill out to win the gift card my email said I had already won. You fill it out and submit the application for a chance to win the same card you were originally told you won.

I went into the Auburn, NY location tonight and NEVER have I been treated so poorly. I had some items that my daughter and I were given as gifts and no longer wanted/needed. I had moved and found a few of the items which were from 2011(4 years prior) but all pieces had the tags on them and were never worn. Upon arriving at the customer service department, I had the items in a plastic bag(probably 6-7 items total) and the woman looks at me and says "you need to return ALL of these items?" in an extremely snotty voice. I was a long time frequent shopper at Kohls. I mean 12 years. But, I moved at the end of June from MA to VA and spent $29 mid-June was paperless for my billing. The email to pay my bill did not find me.

It's funny because our other bills found us just fine. I went to use my Kohls charge around Christmas and found out they had takes on late fees and interest, closed my account, and reported me to the credit bureau.

I paid my unpaid balance but I am still waiting for them to re-open my account and remove it from the credit agency.

my mother and I have been shopping at Kohl's since they opened a store in our location (Narcoosee, Orlando) and love shopping there. Unfortunately, my mother is older and has problems walking and getting around so we count on using a wheelchair or electric cart where ever we shop.

Our Kohl's location has only 1 wheelchair for the whole store and when it is able to use, the store displays are so close together it makes it impossible to move around and forget about getting down the isles. Kohls should make all of their stores more handicap friendly for everyone who is shopping there....

Need more wheelchairs; or electric carts and the store needs more room in between each display!! Thank you Tammy 40-832-1118

I had ordered a pair of snow boots and a hooded unicorn shirt top in November. When I went to open up the package only a pair on non snow boots were in the package plus the packing slip was to a totally different person.

I called customer service and they acted like I was lying when I could clearly see the mistake was they sent me somebody else's order so somebody else must have mine. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was conveniently busy and never returned my call.

I have been a loyal customer for years and would like a resolution to this issue. I'm sure by now the boots are no longer available which is not good. This was not my mistake and I don't like the implication that I was lying. The boots that were sent wrong were returned to the store by me.

99, plus there was a rebate for a $12 Kohl's Visa Prepaid Card. I submitted the order and received an email confirming the order. By 12/2, I had received the shipping confirmation and had received all of the other items in this order.

I tried to return/exchange 2 items on 12/5/15 between 11-12:30p at Pantano location in Tucson. Spending over 30 mins with a customer explaining the same issue, having someone else come and explain, the transaction must end. There's a need for retraining the rep with a ponytail.

Also, Kohl's knows that this is the busiest time of the year. Why aren't all the registers in working order at Cust service desk? Where's the IT rep not working on them? Only 2 registers functioning, 1 rep spends over 30 mins while the other takes on all the customers. Where is the Manager?

I expect high service at a chain like this, not to wait for 40 mins for a 30 second transaction. I have been in customer service for years, this is truly disappointing!

I have been trying to access my yes2you account for a month!!! Hours have been spent trying to get into it. When you try to get help with a lost password they send a link to your address and the link just says sorry but you time has run out. So, I spend thirty minutes on a Friday night trying to reach a customer service person and finally reach a person to get help. He explains that the account was locked and that he would email me a temporary password to get in. So my account is supposedly unlocked now however the email he sent just had the same stupid link that doesn't work!!! Last week I placed an order online. L never received an email confirmation so I called Customer Service. I was unable to get anywhere with them and they told me to contact the store. I called the store and was put on hold for a while and had to call back to talk with the manager.

I explained the situation to her and she said she would pull the order personally and leave it at the desk. I went the next day to pick up my order and it was nowhere to be found. I had to explain everything to another person at the store and was advised to pick it up later.

The rating was really a zero (0). I received two t-shirts as a gift that did not fit me and both still had the Kohl's tags attached to the merchandise. I did not have a receipt because it was a gift.

I found two t-shirts that were EXACTLY the same, just a different size and all I wanted to do was swap tee shirt for tee shirt. Nope. The computer system couldn't do that. The lady at customer service could of swapped shirts. No. 60 in credit. Really? I feel ripped off.

All I wanted was a tee shirt that fit correctly. I recently purchased a timer from a local hardware store. I didn't work. So I went back and wanted to swap for another time, the exact same timer. So they did. Easy. Not at Kohl's.

Ordered merchandise they duplicated the order and charged e again. When I told them about it I would have to return the duplicate once I received it and then wait for the money to be returned. it hadn't even shipped yet and I noticed it 10 minutes after I placed my original order. They were rude and refused to give me my money back. Told them I would initiate a fraud claim and they laughed and said they didn't care.

The original order took forever to receive and multiple items were severly damaged. I still have not received refunds or replacements yet. Kohl's in St. Marys, Ohio. We waited in line for over 2 hours Thanksgiving evening. There was only one person per register and only 7 registers for the long line. Why not have someone helping them bag and remove hanger etc.?

Other stores have baggers or helpers at register and it goes much faster. The guy with the stick saying this was end of line said the line was moving quickly. That was not true either.

Also why did you take 2 registers away and give it to people signing up for credit card. What about us faithful customers that have been loyal for years? If you wanted people to sign up for credit cards why didn't you have more registers put in to deal with that?

I have been a long time customer at Kohls. The other day I received a few emails about an order that I did not place. I copied and pasted just one example below. I immediately notified your fraud department and was told that no one would be allowed to use my email again.

I bought two sweaters at Kohl's in Oxford, Alabama. They were for a trip to New York to visit my family. I wore one of the sweaters on my trip to the city and it shedded all over everything. Everywhere I went I left lint on the floor.

I have never been so embarrassed in all my life. I couldn't wait to get that sweater off but had to wear it all day as we were in the city. They need to take all these sweaters off the shelve.

I couldn't believe the poor quality of these sweaters. I returned both of them when I got home and received my money back. I told the girl behind the counter about it. She could see it for herself when she pulled the sweater out of the bag. There was lint everywhere.

My ex-husband changed his e-mail address to mine. I talked to Kohl's customer support and reached Neal ID # 823K. He was not helpful at all. I was told to contact my ex-husband. There was nothing he could do to help me out.

I want no part of his account at all! Kohl's support staff needs to be trained by corporate to help customers out, not give them the run around. I see more complaints in the future for this company.

The Store Manager at Kohl's suggested I placed Sonic toothbrushes on a display to get a lower price. 99. I showed him the display where the toothbrushes were and there were several Sonic toothbrushes on this particular display. When asked where I could find the toothbrushes on sale he stated near the luggage department.

He did not try to help me locate the right toothbrushes he dismissed me as if I was a thief. He was very rude and dismissive. I had never been treated this way before and I wonder if the color of my skin had anything to do with how I was treated.

We have spent over 2 hours trying to order and print an electronic gift card from Kohl's online and still have gotten nowhere. The incompetence of their customer service is mind-blowing. We placed the order for an online gift card and, when done, clicked on "Continue Shopping" and placed an order for a second gift card. We received an email confirming that second purchase, but none came regarding the first E-card order. After an hour the second card did come through via email and we printed it out, but still nothing came with regard to the first E-card that was ordered. This is the third time that when I got home from shopping at Kohls that the security tag was still attached to clothes. I have to drive back to Kohl's to get the tag removed. The clerks are apparently not doing their job when checking someone out.

I am considering shopping at another competitor's store even though Kohl's is the closest to my home.

I found an online post about an incredible deal on something I wanted to get for my toddler for Christmas. I was so excited because it was an awesome deal and after my husband being out of work for 18 weeks this year following 2 major surgeries things have been quite "tight" this year.

I received in the mail, the usual monthly coupon. This month it was 30% off. Good i said to myself, I will go and buy my levi's that I need so desperately. I took me quite some time to finally locate my size, I then went to the check out line that was about 30 feet long. after about 15 mins.

Being a long time customer of Kohl's, I doubt if I will be shopping there in the future. The reason? The last 2 times I went to the Huntsville, Al, store (7630 Hwy 72 W, Madison, AL 35758) the men's section was in such disarray that I couldn't even look at their slacks.

The first time was bad enough, but when I went back a week later and it was even worse, it was the final straw. (See pics). This is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a diamond bracelet online using 3 promo codes. com customer service. The associate checked three stores, said no then informed me she cancelled my order prior to checking. She reordered the bracelet. When my confirmation e-mail came she hadn't used all my promo codes.

I called a second time, another associate told me that order had already been processed so she'd order another one with my 3 promos. When that e-mail came in, only 1 promo code! I called back. The third person went to enter the promo codes and asked me how to spell jewelry and seasons followed by you can't use those promo codes any longer.

I called for the fourth time and finally someone who knew what they were doing! Kohl's has always had great customer service but I almost lost it today with such incompetence!

com. 10 items ordered, 5 needed to be returned. Called and reported that the return mailing slip was missing from the invoice. After 45 minutes, rep. said that she would have UPS come and get the item. I immediately packed up and set on front porch.

Two days later, package still there. Called again. After 30 mins, rep. said that UPS didn't pick up item because I hadn't answered the phone to ensure that it was on porch. Explained no one called, but he said no worries, he would resubmit and they would pick up either Friday or Monday. Today is Monday. No pick-up.

I received an email stating that I had $10 Kohl's Cash. I checked my Kohl's app, and was given a message stating that I had been locked out. I called in, and finally managed to navigate through your inefficient phone system to reach "Terry".

He put me on hold repeatedly, and finally I asked for a customer service supervisor. He said "No, I am resolving your issue". After several more minutes, more holds and again being told there was no email, I again asked for a supervisor and was told there was not one…

My husband an I were shopping at kohls today in Kingston for a bday present.my shoulder is fractured in a sling .when we got to the checkout counter the lady said to my husband there's a line.there was no one waiting on either side of us the cashier said I've seen fights break out because of people not being in line.but that didn't apply to us she waited on us an I didn't even get the gift receipt I asked for.my husband an I felt like we weren't treated properly.walmart treats us better.

I was so upset after the way I was treated I felt like I had to sign up as no was not a option to this mans ears,he was very very rude pushy and intimadating I shall not be shopping there and shall pass this on to all I can,it was one of the worst shopping trip ever,and I am 4ft 10 and weigh about 100ibs this man was about 400ibs and

very big I was so scared..

I was having a horrible time with the website ~ spent about an hour trying to get my order done. com and spent another half hour getting it all sorted out PLUS I still can't order from my website in future and placed order.

I was told I had to pay shipping and I asked if he could please waive it for all my aggravation and he said NO!! Probably won't ever order from Khols again.

I felt like i am getting discriminate for being asian. He show up after 5 minutes. If those staff not get fired, i will make this as a national news. I would recommend kohl s put the sign in front of store , NO ASIAN.

I can not understand why people even order Kohl's online. I recently made a two item purchase from Kohl's and both items were defective, My mirror has a chip on the glass and my photo screen which was $249 looks like it came from a garage sale.

The screws were stripped and pulled apart and where the screws are the wood is cracked in two places (2 inch cracks). $249? I will not return these items but I will probably NEVER order online again and hopefully you can help with a little credit to my bill.

The screen is really to heavy and bulky for me to return. Not a happy Kohl's customer. (I can send you a picture if you want to see the damage).
