I was at Topeka Kohl's over the weekend I found Bra's on sale, the Olga's were nice, I had four. When I went to check out, two of them rang up for 13.99 and two for 29.99. I was told two should of been back on clearance. I said ok, so you'll price match your own product? She said no. She called Manager up and she said NO, sorry it was just a mistake, were sorry. I said, ok, but not my mistake, I can't help it if your employee's can not do the job right. That is your fault not mine. You still need to make this right. She said No I don't, it was only a error. I told her, fine, take the rest off, and I won't be back, and as I work for the school's I'll be sure to let them know as well.

I purchased an Armitron watch (ladies) sometime ago (maybe 2 yrs. ago) and wore it a few times. I recently pulled it out to wear and both sides of the watch fell off. I took it to the Kohl's in Turnersville, NJ to replace or give me credit (had no receipt) and they said they didn't have a skew no.

so they couldn't do anything. They didn't even try. I believe I should get some kind of credit for the watch. At the time, I paid $40 for the watch on clearance. Thank you for hearing this complaint. I hope you can accommodate for this complaint.

I usually don't have ay problems with Kohl's.

I shopped at Kohl s this morning I found Bra s in woman's on sale I got four there Olga s when I went to pay two rang up gold price like 14. $. I asked manager why would you not price match your own product?

She said cause that was a clearance price. I said so it s not my fault you guys did not move those to the clearance rack but on the rack with the rest they should all of been the same price.

She said well we're sorry bout that I said ok still not my fault. Seems the employee is right at Kohl s sad too I have spent almost 1,000. In that store on the last 6 mo s but now not only will I not return I will let everyone I know so they won t either.

I was attempting to return or replace a belt which I bought from kohls a few months ago as its leather material was falling apart and degrading. I walked in the store, walked to the belt racks in the men's dept, looked at the choices like any normal customer would.

I looked At several choices, picked out two new belts, one of which was Identical to the belt I bought and one new one of a different brand which I was going to trade my old one for if possible. At this point I took off my own used belt during the time period which I was trying others on and set it on the belt rack; deciding on which one fit the best as I compared several choices.

Including my used belt, I walk over to customer service with it and two new belts for my refund or return process. Loss prevention then promptly walks…

When the recipient opened the box the grill had been used and was dirty from a prior grilling. Obviously the store failed to check it before putting it back for sell. Inexcusable! Kohls needs better quality control of products.

Today, Sunday February 28, 2016, my wife an I went to the Kohl's store on Harrison Ave, in Cincinnati, OH. The purpose of our visit was to replace the battery in her watch. We have done this several times over the past years.

The person behind the jewelry counter (Pat) took the watch, asked if we purchased the watch from Kohl's, and my wife said she thought it came from Kohl's. She said that if we didn't purchase it from Kohl's that Kohl's would not replace the battery.

The associate then called someone and asked if the brand of watch (Carriage) was sold by Kohl's. We were told that our watch was not sold by Kohl's. I asked what difference that made. We were told that it was Kohl's policy to not change the battery in a watch that came from a different store.

I was looking for a shower curtain today at the Olean store(NY) They have a lot of sample curtains out with the big rings sewn in, but they did not have a stock of those curtains! I purchased a TT cross gold heart shaker bracelet with bangles as a birthday gift for a friend. 99. My friend put it on her wrist and within about a minute, one of the little bangles just fell off. Imagine my surprise and disappointment that a brand new item, never out of the box, wasn't just right.

Luckily, she found the bangle and, when we returned to her house, her husband was able to put it on the little loop and tighten it with needle-nose pliers. I was quite dismayed that your quality control missed it. Honestly, I am very happy that I didn't pay $50 for that bracelet. sigh

I had an issue with a Kohls gift card that was dropped (wallet) at a gas station and I found out the next day from the manager it was picked up by attendant and thrown out. 00. I contacted Rite aid with my receipt information.

I also stopped in the Langhorne Kohls store asked to speak to a manager, Maureen came up and I explained what happened she said when you get the information go to any Kohls and they can flip the card. Rite Aid contacted me they gave me numbers of the gift card purchase showing on their POS.

I bought a (levi) jacket in clearance that had an extra 20% off sign. I also had a 30% discount coupon. On the way home I noticed the 30% wasn't applied. There was NOTHING on the actual coupon that said there were any exclusions. I went back and the manager of the Kalamazoo store said levi was exempt from the discount. There were no signs indicating this, and I was told that was how it is. I came home, and tried to get through to corporate headquarters, and TALK to someone, which took almost 1/2 hour to get to someone who could discuss this. She said I should know that there are exclusions, and it is written somewhere in the 40 page catalog.

com 1/12/16. I received them through 3 separate deliveries. One on 1/19 a white mock turtleneck, 1/22 an orange striped top the wrong size, and 1/23 the same orange top but the right size now and a pair of Bermuda shorts.

I contacted on 1/27 the Customer Service Dept. com to explain a top that I purchased was not in any of the deliveries. I was given her name and case number by the young lady I spoke to. I also was told I would be receiving and email stating that the complaint was forwarded.

I never received any email. I finally heard back from a Niel D but with no title on 2/1. He told me that all deliveries were made and I should check with relatives and neighbors to make sure no one had the top.

I was in the Kohl's store in Lawrenceville, New Jersey today and was shocked by it's condition. In the clothing area, men's women's, there were clothes piled up on the floor, nothing was put back on hangers!!! In the kitchen department, Food Network boxes were opened, the shelves looked terrible!

there was total disregard for the items. The clearance items were strewn about, very messy, like no one cared. I know the customers in that particular store just pull things off hangers and leave them there. I know you can't follow people around, but it looked like a flea market!!!

Shoes were tried on and left all over, and forget the toy area. There was no one around. I have been shopping at Kohl's for at least 20 years, and I have never come across such a mess as this in any other Kohl's.

i bought 3 man's Chaps wrinkle shirts today. washed them as soon as i got home . the clerk said they would need to be ironed when i bought them, i didn't heed his advice. cause the tags says wrinkle free stain release.

Was in shoe department found a pair of boots I liked was looking for box couldn't find it so I took the one on display along with another pair. I was looking around store I forgot about the two different size boots I had got to check out and cashier says I got the pillows code I guess didn't think about it until I got home and looked and wow I had both the size 8 boots.

I placed this order below and found out the next day via email that it had been cancelled by your Fraud Dept for some unknown reason. A simple phone call to me and any issues Kohls had with the order would have been resolved I'm sure. I have been holding my gift cards to use on this vacuum as I was recently widowed and am supporting myself and my grand daughter on just my salary. My boyfriend purchased a sonic clean plus spin brush for Christmas, and not even one month later I had to return it when the brush would not stop spinning till it died. When I went back all of the brushes were broken in the box(see attached), the girl at the counter was very rude and the manager was of no help, they would not give money back. All I got was an attitude and the girls were staring me down the whole time as if I should not be returning a broken product. I am writing a complaint to let it be known that customer service at the Kohl's in Havertown, 250 W Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083, has seriously declined to the point I will no longer shop there. I don’t know who is doing the hiring there but they are certainly not setting the bar high. I’ll give you a few examples: It’s the holidays, so I have made roughly 3 trips there since mid-December. About 2 weeks ago I was paying for my items. The female at the cash register just sat there chewing gum, very loudly, mouth open, and acting like she was doing me a favor. I was totally grossed out with her loud gum chewing and attitude. God Forbid somebody say “Hi, can I help you,” or “Thank you,” when the transition is complete.

Today's experience, unfortunately, has made me seriously reconsider ever shopping this retailer again. I am a mother of just one child. ) I always use my economy sized stroller to shop with my son. It assures me that he will not get into anything that I don't want him to get into.

I don't have a hard time getting through aisles in other department stores.

However, I had an extremely difficult time getting anywhere inside any of Kohl's departments this trip. There were items thrown all over the floor. Merchandise that was overflowing shelves, were stacked and lined up on the floor. Racks and shelves squeezed so tightly together, I couldn't shop the departments with my son.

00 of gifts on Black Friday. I gave my sister-in-law and brother-in-law there gifts early since I wouldn't be seeing them on X-mas. She informed me that she returned several of the items (did't fit) and she was hoping to buy items which she did like but they didn't give her a store credit, instead she received a corporate refund and was told she would have to wait for credit 7-10 days.

She never received refund in mail. On New Years she told me what happened and I was embarrassed I took receipt and tried to call but was closed. 00. This was a gift they are sending my sister $85. 00 credit to spend at Kohl's.

I started purchasing the St. Nicholas Village a few years ago. I have been very happy with your St. Nicholas Village Collection until this year. I have some buildings that still have their original light bulbs in them. They work great they are 4 years old.

Between last year and this year I have been having a lot of trouble with these buildings. I have taken back the log cabin three times because the bulb burns out within 4 days of use. I only have my village on 3 to 4 hours a day due to my work schedule.

I put the village up December 5th and all of this happened before December 25th. I also had the bulb for the Christmas Tree Farm burn out 3 times, Village Skate Shop burn out 2 times Santa’s Workshop burn out 3 times.

Village Market burn out 2 times. It was impossible to find replacement…

I was shopping on December 31, 2015 with my wife looking for some new Dockers. The men's department was a complete disaster. It looked like no one had worked in the department for weeks. It took 45 minutes to find 2 pair of pants in my size.

The dressing rooms were also a disaster with a mountain of clothes in the corner and 6 to 10 articles of clothing in each changing area. I felt like I was in a thrift shop. Thrift shops don't charge $58 - $70 for a pair of Dockers.

The interesting part of this experience is that the other areas of the store looked very organized. I don't think I will be going back to the North Logan Utah store.

Purchased 2 pairs of jeans and discovered when I got home I had been charged for 3 pairs. I should have been more alert while being rung up, but I was in a hurry and only noticed my savings that the clerk called my attention to.

I don't blame her totally. I'm upset with customer service because of the clerks attitude. She strongly implied I wasn't being truthful and wanted to know why I didn't notice it immediately. She also questioned me about when I purchased them.

I went to store in JC, TN to return a Christmas gift. 80 if I exchanged it. 99 ) and I stood in line for the second 20 minute wait in the return line. I told the associate that I wanted to pay the difference and get the dog bed.

80 or they would not do the exchange. Since they even admitted that the likelihood was next to impossible to find an item for exactly the same price unless I bought the same item IF it was in stock. Why would I need to exchange this for the exact item?

Over 45 people in line for the returns department two days after Christmas. Five possible positions for returning yet only two Kohls employees working at the Kohls store in Troy, Mi. I spent over 48 minutes returning some socks because of their lazy, apathetic and deliberately "slow motion" attitude.

Once I finally reached the counter, I was met by a rude over worked employee that treated me as just another pesky house fly interpreting her work day! During the time I spent waiting in line, I noticed other employees snickering, smirking and rolling their eyes at all the "plebeians" waiting in line. How disgraceful!!

The sign on the clearance race stated that the clearance items would be discounted an extra 20%. I chose two pairs of pants. 20 clearance tag was not reduced at all. I made the clerk aware of this and she said that some clearance items were not reduced.

How is a customer to know this when they each had a clearance tag and the sign on the rack read as I stated. Not a biggie as I purchased the pants anyway, but it seems to me that the sign should indicate any difference in clearance priced items.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts. I realized that I used the incorrect delivery address (former address as we moved in May 2015). So I called Kohl's customer service to change the address (3 pkgs being shipped). The order had NOT been shipped out yet so the agent said he corrected and submitted the NEW address. Next thing I receive email that pkgs are all shipped to OLD address. I call Kohl's customer service department 4 times on Dec 19. Long holds on wait with NO updates as to where I am in the Que. I was at the kohls in knightdale nc today. I was looking a shoes. I found a pair of Nike shoes that were 79.00 then makes down to $69.00. There was a tag on the shoes that read 50%off. Did not receive an item ordered for a Christmas present. Associated did a case then told me I would get a refund. I told him that I do not want a refund, I want the item. Was informed that I would have to reorder it and repay for it after he did his case.

When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was informed they were all in a meeting shortly. I told associate that I did not have my card with me and didn't feel that I should have to pay twice for an item.

At the beginning of December I placed an order (order #3535094617) for a Men’s size Large Reebok Boston Bruins Jersey. It was a gift for my husband for Christmas. The SKU number was 89162136 and the price was $104.00. After applying Kohl’s cash of $25.00 and a discount of $19.75, the order came to $62.81 after tax with free shipping.

Several days later I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because the item was no longer available. A week or so after that, I did a search on kohls.com for Boston Bruins merchandise. I thought maybe I could get my husband a t-shirt or something instead. I was surprised when the same jersey came up! This time the SKU was changed to 78056726 and the price changed to $200.00!

I would like to have my original order honored at the original…

I have several complaints but the first and main one is , I placed an online order on 12-02-15 and as of today 12-22-15 don't have it even though you supposedly shipped it on 12-3-15. I have called FedEx 2 times and they said they would trace it and get back to me within 72 hours and did not.

I called your customer service number and talked with 2 different very rude people who were no help at all and were very hard to understand . when I asked if I could please speak with someone else because I was having trouble understanding them they just kept babbling.

the other complaint I have is how you handle Khols cash, If your going to call it that it should be used like cash not have to use it before you get the discount so that it devalues the khols cash. I am soooooooooo done with your…

Your mail order department needs new management. Box was torn up in 3 different spots, lid was torn up so bad you could not tape it up. Will be returning it to the store and showing every customer in line the crap that was sent out to me.

My first experience at mail ordering from a department store and I won't make that mistake again

Before I completed my order, I had clicked on "continue to shop for another item". When I couldn't find what I wanted, I went back in to finalize my order without noticing that the address to ship to, returned to be my son's address!

I had already submitted the order, with the wrong address for the order being submitted! ) and she said that my order was already "In Fulfillment" and that she could MODIFY the order to show the CORRECTED ADDRESS! Received a discover card ($250) for my 25 year bonus at work. Decided to get a set of Circulon pots and pans (lame, I know). Found a great deal at Kohl's and about 4 days later the package came. Only problem was it was a set of ear buds ($25), not my pots and pans. No problem, I can live with the delay a few more days although I really wanted them for the holidays. Called customer service, I was informed that they WOULD NOT send out a new set until I either dropped that package delivered erroneously at the store or waited 3-5 extra days for a UPS label to come my then, THEN for the package to be returned and processed.
