com. Order did not complete but I was charged total amount $122. Since order failed I did not received any order confirmation or order no. Since than I made 5 calls to their customer cares. Each call took around 30 mins. But result is simple.
Customer care answers is simple since my order didn't complete I will be refunded. But they didn't able to mention when I will be refunded nor any confirmation mail that I will be refunded. I called each time their mentioned deadline ends.
Once a lady promised me that I will be called back for refund processing but surprisingly their is no call from Kohl's.
