com. Order did not complete but I was charged total amount $122. Since order failed I did not received any order confirmation or order no. Since than I made 5 calls to their customer cares. Each call took around 30 mins. But result is simple.

Customer care answers is simple since my order didn't complete I will be refunded. But they didn't able to mention when I will be refunded nor any confirmation mail that I will be refunded. I called each time their mentioned deadline ends.

Once a lady promised me that I will be called back for refund processing but surprisingly their is no call from Kohl's.

When I was at Kohl's tonight there were already two people in front of me in line. The lady who was at the checkout was having trouble with the customer because she didn't bring her Kohls cash that she wanted to apply it to her order. So the cashier called somebody else up to help her with this problem. That person had to call somebody else to figure it out. Meanwhile there are three more people behind me in line. I'm not complaining about having to wait. When it was my turn to be served, I was explaining that I wanted my order into orders I was going to use the Kohl's cash on the one that I knew I was keeping. the second order I wasn't sure which items I was going to keep. The cashier rang everything together because I'm sure she was feeling pressure because of all the people in line.

I usually love Kohl's and you can tell by how much money I spend in their store and on their website, but when a plate that I ordered and had shipped to my daughter arrived broken, we had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. I assumed that when I called about the broken plate, they would just send a new one. No questions asked.

I mean, it was their fault the plate wasn't properly packaged for shipping. Instead, my daughter had to take the broken plate to a store (which is in the process of closing and had very little merchandise left), and ended up having to pay additional money to get a replacement plate ordered.

I would expect better customer service from Kohl's.

Of note, I normally have wonderful shopping experiences at Kohl's. Today, however, I am almost as angry as I have ever been after my shopping visit to the Kohl's at 13725 Foulger Sq, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

As a gift, I received several hundred dollars’ worth of Kohl's gift cards from my husband. Excited to get new things, I went to Kohl's today and shopped around. Upon checkout, I attempted to use the 30% coupon I received in the mail (I am a Kohl's CC holder) along with my gift cards (GC) to pay for my order. At this time, I was unceremoniously informed that I could not use my GC with that coupon which is evidently only good if I put the whole order on my Kohl's credit. THIS is my first issue. What the heck is the benefit of being both a Kohl's CC holder and a person who has GCs to spend?…

After a few days of thinking about this I have decided to express my dismay. 99 worth. 00 in Kohls cash. After getting home I thought about this and thought had I known I would have reached over and grabbed one of the candy bars or other trinket that is always on the counter to make me over the 100 and legible for 20 Kohl's cash.

The cashier has no problem asking if I want a credit card so I believe she could have made the same effort to mention the fact that if I saw something here I could but my sales over the 100 and get an extra 10 in Kohl's cash. Not really mad about this just a little up set when I think about helping the customer.

Recently ordered from the wedding registry. The package was sent to the wedding couple not to me! The gift messages that were supposed to be included with each gift (3) were not there. And the price of each item was shown on each package!

What a mess and embarrassing for me as the gift giver. The wedding is in October and these gifts have already been sent to the couple.

First and last time I will shop at Kohl's.

I'm upset about this kohls yes rewards program. yet I had spent enough to receive $5. I called and the rep said yes I had more than 100 points and all I had to do was tell the cashier and they would look it up and deduct it. No mention of expiring.

Yesterday I called and the rep said I only had 86 that I should get an email when it gets to 100 with the bar code. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. Not once have I received an Emil like that. This is a bogus program that should be done away with. Email is not reliable.

Wake up Kohls and reward your customers better

I am filing this complaint with Kohls because before starting my job they told me that they are flexible with hours and would work around my schedule. Being that I am a student-athlete, that was the number 1 thing I was looking for in a job.

Everything was fine in the beginning until I went on a drought with opening store credit. I understand this is very important to you all. Their attitude towards me completely changed and became very impatient and aggressive in the way they spoke with me both in person and on the phone.

They also disregarded my availability and continued to schedule me on the days I had summer school. I am now in the regular fall semester of my senior year in college and have a really compacted schedule of classes not to mention I also play basketball for my school.…

I just got off the cell phone after calling Kohl's Customer Service. I spoke with a person who was not helpful. I have been a Kohl's customer for many years. I was attempting to order "on line" but my email and password would not go through. (kept telling me incorrect). I have had this problem with Kohl's several times and always end up getting a new password, which I write down for next time. However when "next time" comes around, my password or email or username, I'm sent "incorrect". I am at my "wits end" with Kohl's. While on the phone, I used up a lot of my minutes just trying to get satisfaction and order.

I purchase several hundred dollars worth of Patio furniture three years ago and it oxidized and rusted. Coronado style furniture(chairs, chaise lounges and a table) The patio furniture is a mess and now when it rains the rust from the furniture is staining my pavers.

I am extremely disappointed in the patio furniture and the condition that it is in. The furniture is stored inside all winter. I would be happy to share pictures once I am contacted by someone.

I am trying to get into the Wedding Registry on Kohl's site and I keeps getting a code that says pmpSearch_header_tmpl. It will not bring anything up for me. I contacted customer service and they told me it was my browser.

It is not my browser, I have tried others and they too do not work. S.! Please have your computer services department look into the problems you are having, as I have seen other people are experiencing the same thing.

I have filed a complaint with Kohl's site and still no word back from anyone. Guess KOHL'S doesn't want to make money.

Was just at Kohl's in Delaware Ohio. Wanted to purchase a aqua colored jacket on a display because it was the only one left in that color. They refused to take it down. Never heard of a store refusing to sell an item.

00. After submitting my order, I received an email that my order did not go through. I placed a call to customer service at 11:31am regarding order #5401776021. I was told the pattern of the gift card I chose was no longer available and I would have to redo my order on line.

00 and again after I submitted the order, I received an email that stated Kohls was unable to complete the order. I called the number for gift card assistance regarding my second order #5402379148 . I spoke to a rep by the name of "Frank" .

He informed me there was no record on file of my conversation with anyone regarding the first order. He looked into the matter further and told me there was a "red flag on my card from my bank". He then proceeded to tell me he was able to remove it and I could try to do it again.…

Kohl's sent me a Happy Anniversary card for owning a card for 16 years and it said to check under for another offer. But the date on the extra offer was only a few days, and it was not as long as the gift for having a credit card . It said please take an extra 30%, but you would have thought to use both gifts at the same time. But you did not give out the coupon being the same date. It expired sooner than the original gift. I felt that was unfair that the extra gift was not the same. They would have made me come to Kohls at different times just to use the additional gift.

They just lost a longgggg time customer. Spent a lot of money to earn kohls cash and then they won't even honor it a day late? They make you wait awhile before you can even spend it and then you have a short window when THEY decide you can use it.

I ordered an iRobot Roomba 620 Vacuum Cleaning Robot from Kohl's.com as a gift for someone. Problem #1: There was a problem with the kohls.com website and I was charged twice for the same item. Ultimately, I was able to get one of the charges removed. This was my first hint that Kohls.com does not run a functional online business.

My friend Dayle and myself would get so excited to receive the Kohl's $10.00 coupon in the mail, we were always ecstatic to finally get to shop with a coupon. The day after we got the coupons, we would rush to Kohl's after the gym to happily shop. In March I purchased a luggage set. It was on sale for $119. When I was ready to pack for my upcoming trip, I found a few items in the luggage [a sock, ladies hair clips, paper clips, a dime, and a few shreds of trash].

I was disgusted that Kohls would put on the shelf this luggage without throughly inspecting it, knowing it was a returned item. The luggage was returned to the Staten Island store where it was purchased and I received a full refund.

I thought you should be informed of this occurance and put into place a system that doesn't allow things like this to happen again In closing, I have always shopped Kohls and was so satisfied until this incident occurred.

I noticed I had forgotten to pay my Kohls bill. I am very good about when buying something on my card I usually pay it off immediately at the customer service desk. The reason I had forgotten to pay my bill is because there were three deaths in my family in the last two months.

I called to get my account current and I spoke with a man named Jesus or so he said. His number he gave me was 4565. I explained my situation to him and he acted like he didn't care one bit and was quite rude.

But I assure it is true. My Cousin died of cancer last month, two days later my Aunt died with an aneurism, and this month my niece was in a bad car accident and burnt to death. Sorry for the graphics but I feel you need to know the severity of this.

I began at 7:00 central time trying to place an order and using my kohl's cash and a 20% off and I would of also had some yes 2 you rewards to apply. I could not get your side to accept by Kohl's cash number and pin, I could not get the site to change so I could pick up my order in the store and there was no place to add y Yes 2 you rewards.

Yesterday, April 26 I accidently left my wallet and car keys in the fitting room. My wallet is a plastic see through scuba diving wallet and it was attached with a lanyard to my car keys. Many people do know what a dive wallet looks like but anyone can easily see it is being used as wallet and since it is clear anyone can see the contents is cash and credit cards etc.

When I realized I left my wallet and keys about 5 minutes after I left the fitting room I returned to the fitting room to find my belongings missing. Luckily there was an employee in the fittings room by the name of Tyler and he said he had just turned in the wallet and keys to customer service.

00. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is unexceptable, I shop at khols quite often and have a khols charge, I will no longer shop at medina khols, I will go to Strongsville to shop.

The lady gave poor customer service. This store should have been on the list to CLOSE. I know nothing will be done as I work in the retail field, if I treated customers like this at my place of employment I would be written up.

Well shopping in Kolh's petite department many items were hung to high to give a short person the ability to access the product. The regular sizes were displayed on a shelf or table somehow I don't think this is right. I feel discriminated against and talking to a sale associate didn't seem to get my point across.

I bought a 3 piece suit last week at the Evansville In. Kohl's west side store. The seams on the jacket were not properly sewed, Places where the seam was not sewed. I have always shopped at Kohl's store because of the quality. The brand was Elle.

I did return it and was treated very nice but was very disappointed that I had to return it. 00 on the suit. I'm not the type of person that normally complains, but from now on I will have second thoughts about buying anything from Kohl's.

I tried to do a return on a necklace I bought I had the box all the tags and the broken chain. I went into the Medina Ohio store and at first was told they could do the exchange because the chain that comes with the necklace pendent is complimentary and it wasn't part of the sale.

Then a Manager was called and I was told I couldn't do an exchange without the pendent . I explained what the pendent was they found the exact match and I asked why they could just exchange the chian and sit that pendent with it because I wasn't asking for an exchange on the pendent then

I bought a pair of girls black jeans and washed them and the smell from the jeans was horrible, so bad that I had to throw the jeans away. I never thought it was the actual jeans I thought I might have washed them with something that made them smell.

I bought my daughter a second pair recently for Easter, same jeans and AGAIN the same horrible smell. I had to return the jeans. its a shame!

Sent in a survey and made sure I put in I was not HAPPY AT ALL with the Yes2You Reward program. Have a been a customer for a few years - and for the last year have not gotten any Rewards.

I being handicapped visited Kohl's only to get in the front door and found "NO" handicap riding scooters. My wife and I believe that a store of your size and the prices you charge, we do not understand why you are so tight or cheap than you do not have these.

We have visited many stores a lot smaller and less expensive that have scooters or riders. Your store could be a lot better and visited more frequent if you had these. Personally, I may never stop again and feel your store is insufficiently equipped to help the handicapped as well as your own business.

Why is it so difficult to log into my account. Every time I try, I am told I need a confirmation code that will be emailed to me. By the time I get the code and go back to my account, it is not accepted and another code is sent. This has happened so many times I have lost count. Our credit union has asked for the same confirmation code in order for me to get ebills. And the same thing has happened there. I am at the point of canceling my account if this is not resolved.

my daughter ciera cell ordered and received a crib online. when received the crib had several small chips and damage she did put the crib together hoping damage would be ok but the back top rail of bed has noticeable damage that had been as baby is due within 2 weeks.

Today I was at the Orlando Store 32822. I have been a customer since Kohl's has came to Florida. And I spend a lot there through the years. Today you have most likely lost me as a customer. I had Kohls cash to use and was planning on purchasing a lot of new shirts for spring and summer.

I had probably 8 shirts, some workout items and 3 pair of jeans. I proceed to the fitting room cart with items and a young girl told me you can only take 5 items in, I said when this start, she said it's always like that I said I have never been told that before.

So I took 5 from my cart, undressed, tried on then dressed again went to the cart got 5 more and did the same, fuming as I did this. Came out and just hung it all back with the ones I didn't try on.

I would like to just let you know that the Kohl's stores in Goshen and Mishawaka Indiana need to cleaned better. I use to work for Kohl's in Goshen back in 2009 and 2010 and our Manager Christy always had us folding and straightening up the clothes when we had nothing to do. yo go into these stores now and there is more racks than I have ever seen there but is nice for price and the clothes are everywhere. I guess what I am saying is you hardly ever see anyone cleaning up the tables of clothes folding or hanging up from floor. The clothes are all out of order when it comes to the size.

I told a employee there that the same managers I had must not be there and they said no they have new ones which really shows, you would think they would make the store look better so people can shop easier…

I was at Topeka Kohl's over the weekend I found Bra's on sale, the Olga's were nice, I had four. When I went to check out, two of them rang up for 13.99 and two for 29.99. I purchased an Armitron watch (ladies) sometime ago (maybe 2 yrs. ago) and wore it a few times. I recently pulled it out to wear and both sides of the watch fell off. I took it to the Kohl's in Turnersville, NJ to replace or give me credit (had no receipt) and they said they didn't have a skew no.

so they couldn't do anything. They didn't even try. I believe I should get some kind of credit for the watch. At the time, I paid $40 for the watch on clearance. Thank you for hearing this complaint. I hope you can accommodate for this complaint.

She said cause that was a clearance price. I said so it s not my fault you guys did not move those to the clearance rack but on the rack with the rest they should all of been the same price.

I was attempting to return or replace a belt which I bought from kohls a few months ago as its leather material was falling apart and degrading. I walked in the store, walked to the belt racks in the men's dept, looked at the choices like any normal customer would.

I looked At several choices, picked out two new belts, one of which was Identical to the belt I bought and one new one of a different brand which I was going to trade my old one for if possible. At this point I took off my own used belt during the time period which I was trying others on and set it on the belt rack; deciding on which one fit the best as I compared several choices.

Including my used belt, I walk over to customer service with it and two new belts for my refund or return process. Loss prevention then promptly walks…

i returned my item in khols store and i didnt get my refund and i been await for 4 month and i went to store nobody help me and i call corp rfnd nobody answer my receipt number ; 029665162557

When the recipient opened the box the grill had been used and was dirty from a prior grilling. Obviously the store failed to check it before putting it back for sell. Inexcusable! Kohls needs better quality control of products.
