39. Three times an error message came up, telling me that "our systems are having problems", call customer service. 39. A helpful gentleman in Customer Service helped me and took my full balance payment, confirmation #182021349. 39. I called the customer service number immediately and spoke with Love.

She said that Kohl's would refund the amount and it would take 2-3 days to show up in my bank account. After the phone call, my husband called me and said that the landlord put our rent check in the bank tonight, which would mean that it would clear tomorrow morning and it will bounce!

Women's plus department in Avon Ohio is a joke. Unorganized. Have been unable to find Lee blue jeans in over a year and go weekly (16-18 size). I want to try on not order every option from catalog. Who shelfs are empty always.

I should not have to drive all over to try and find selection. Have talked to shoppers in department who agree selection is terrible at this store. Provide more room and options like Medina, or Rocky River!

I went into Kohls on 9/2/17 around 3-4pm CDT and by the entrance where the Kansas City Chiefs t shirts were. As soon as I walked in I heard and saw the manager SCRRAMING LOUDLY at an elderly customer. The elderly customer was always calm and had a soft voice but the manager just kept screaming at her at the top of her lungs. I was shocked!!

I always believed in customer service and I'm aware that the customer sometimes is not always right but to scream at a customer in a voice so loud that it even embarrassed me in just unexceptable!! I ordered apple ear pods with lightning connector on 8/5/17 online inside kohl's. o. o. box is inside of the united states post office where all package delieveries are hand to you across the counter by a united states postal clerk.

I waited until 8/18 17 for the ear pods I still hadn't received them so I called kohl's customer service. Customer Service gave me two very confusing stories to what happened to the earpods. Later that day the UPS delievery person supposedly gave earpods package to a person who appeared to have lived at the address.

1) I had a 30 % off Coupon, which was expiring on 30th Aug, I wanted to use that.

On 8/30/2017 morning, (Wednesday),We went to Kohl store located at 11785 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077. At 9.30 AM, Store was closed, we went to near by HEB Grocery store to do shopping, we went back at 10.30 AM and again at 11.30 AM, store was closed. The sign at the door said, due to storm in Houston, store will be open on 8/27/2017.

I have been a very loyal Kohl's customer for many, many years. I love Kohl's and have filled out many surveys. My being upset now is over a couple of things. A couple weeks ago when I shopped my Kohl's store, inventory was going on.

It was CRAZY in there to say the least. One could not get around the bodies which were everywhere to find the merchandise and the constant beeping of the scanners was very distracting and nerve racking. I don't understand why it was necessary to have the entire store undergoing the process during open hours.

I understand cost of labor but I could tell the people doing the job were not regular Kohl's employees and were hired for that job. The store was a mess and I couldn't find anything I went after. I ended up going to the Kiosk and placed my order.

Kohl's Customer Service is absurd. Recently I made some purchases at Kohl's which I brought home tried on the clothes and returned what did not fit. This should be somewhere in the vicinity of ~$100 credit to my account. I've tried several times to log in to the web site to look at my statement so I can make a payment and I'm locked out. For Christmas I received a comforter for Christmas gift. It was damaged and I returned it to the store with no receipt. com. 00 I spent and said the rest would go on my account as a credit. A few weeks ago I saw something I wanted to purchase went on to my account there was no credit.

I contacted customer service to explain what had happened and unfortunately lost the return number. The agent was so rude kept talking over me and kept saying check with the person who bought it they got the credit. I tried to explain it was a gift.

The rude customer service rep. Said they don't keep that info. The rudeness I experienced was worse that not receiving a refund and now I would think twice about ever purchasing at khols again.

During my previous visit to Kohl's I earned Kohl dollars. The cashier told me I would get 20% off besides the Kohl dollars. I usually give them to my sister but for the first time I decided to use them myself.

I drove all the way down to your store just for this purchase. When I made my purchase I learned they they deduct the Kohl dollar before taking off the 20%. This made the deduction actually 5% off not 20%.

This is a very deceptive policy and not what I was told my your rep when I recieved them. I did not make this purchase and as I told the cashier I will never shop at Kohl's again. I am going to close my Kohl'd charge as well.

Very poor customer service, I guess I will have to do all my shopping at Amazon.

I ordered a clock radio online that was exactly what I wanted. I even enlarged the picture to make sure, & it had the radio station numbers across the front, then on the side was a tuning dial, & a switch to turn from am/fm.

99, I ordered it, & it arrived 2 or 3 days later. It was NOT AS PICTURED, did not have radio stations, tuner dial or am/fm switch! If it had been pictured correctly, I would never have ordered it. this has happened a lot lately: today is december 19th. i just today received the sale alert that was effective December 11-24th. 30%, I would have used it. Why did i not received this in a timely manner. an entire week was lost.

it is not the fault of USPS as i am receiving all my other mail (including junk mail) in a timely manner. When i went to submit my complaint, i went to another page. put in my name and email, indicated that it was a "sale notification " problem and pushed go and the page cleared, providing no space for me to voice the specific issue.

I tried it several times and the same thing happened. a good way to avoid receiving notice of shortfalls on your part. thank you.

I have ordered twice on-line since Nov. 24 th. One shipment detoured back to kohls because said I called and reported fraudulent activity on order which I did not. I placed a phone order and even gave my password. 00 Kohls cash.

My wife & I were shopping in your Lancaster, Ohio store. My wife is handicapped in a wheelchair I push her in it. The areas the she wanted to look in the clothing racks and the other shelves that you use to display your items were to close.

Your store is not handicapped friendly I was unable to maneuver my wife around your store. The handicapped doors did not work so that was a real pain getting my wife in the store. She is a small woman with the basic sized wheelchair and your Lancaster store sucks.

I ordered several presents for my grandsons party this weekend. I received an email stating that all three gifts had been shipped; however, only two items were waiting for me when I got home. I looked on line using the tracking number and it stated that the item had not shipped.

I called Kohl's and was instructed to call the post office. The person at the post office laughed and said "They printed a label but that's it. " I called them back and was told I had to wait ten business days until they could do anything!!!

The item obviously did not go anywhere on their side yet they won't fix it and reorder the item. 00 in Kohl's cash that I used to pay for it. I have spent a lot of money at Kohl's over the years but I am done.

100 words is not enough space for my complaint. In the last two weeks I have spent over $450 at Kohl's. They sent me a defective pair of shoes and I wanted them to send me a new pair. They refused and said I could buy a new pair and credit me the money later in Kohl's cash.

Both of the gentlemen or should I say young gentleman that I spoke with were complete jerks and very unprofessional. He told me he would give me a $10 credit and free 2-day shipping on an order they screwed up.

I don't think that I will ever shop with Kohl's again. I had a package that showed it was delivered to my house and I was home during the time it shows to be delivered however the FEDEX truck never came to my door or in my driveway.

I did not receive my package and when I call your customer service department I am told it will take 2 to 3 weeks for them to either find my package or refund my money. Would like to complain about the fact that you receive Kohl's CASH for spending money at their store and it expires very quickly after you receive it. The CASH in my pocket doesn't expire, so why does the Kohl's CASH that you earn expire.

I think it absurd you call something CASH and then it expires within weeks of receiving it. With the name CASH, it shouldn't expire. Just another reason why I feel this company is nothing but a scammer to get people's money and I try to not spend my money there often.

The bottom line is this. Kohl's corporate sent my package to a diff address. Said it was all my fault would not help (with attitude ). Said it was the address I gave them and the same on my account. I passed up a great sale because I received this flyer from Kohl's for Cyber Ad. 99 for online purchase only. 99. I called customer service and after being on hold for so long and lady was helpful but it was also showing her the higher price, tried sending her a photo of ad but then my house phone went dead after all the calling and could not reach her back.

Pretty sad day when an ad has different price on it than the online ordering is. I don't know about anyone else but my time is valuable and such a waste trying to find an item that the price is not accurate.

If this is the way things are done will have to rethink where I shop at.

Also the ad did not say you could not apply the 20% coupon but in light letters online it says it , another waste if I can't apply my discounts.

I ordered my neice a pair of journee collection dreena girls water resistant duck boots. My order # was 6633837638. I received the boots and the threading was coming out of the boots. I was furious. I had to drive to the next town to try and exchange them because we don't have a kohls where I live.

Went to Kohl's to buy a Xbox was told at customer service I could use 30% off so then I go to pay my Kohls charge so I can make the purchase then get it checked out. They tell me I can't so I called customer service and talk to them told them what I wanted to purchase and they told me I could use 30% off.

I had lost over 20 lbs. due to illness so thought a quick stop in Kohl's for some better fitting bras would be a good idea. In this area there were bras and panties on the floor. I am in an electric wheelchair so it was impossible to get between the stands of bras without driving over some bras and panties.

The dressing room had only some bra hangers on the chair however the floor was a different story. It looked as if it had not been vacuumed for weeks. In two of the corners were hairballs yes, human hairballs pong pong ball in size.

How long does it take to accumulate that size of human hairballs??? My husband was shopping for a dress shirt and also witnessed shirts and slacks on the floor. The store looked more like a Thrift Shop than a Kohl's.

Placed order on line for 2 items.. Credit charged I then got an email telling me now only one item is available. Called customer service and told can't cancel order but can send it back and again pay shipping. Told her no my order was changed if they can't give me my correct order I don't want any of the order told to bad that's there policy asked for supervisor left on hold for 22 minutes and disconnected .

Called back spoke to Francisco who tells me again I have accept the order. I don think I should have to pay for shipping on an order that is in correct and pay to ship back when it's your fault the order was changed.

Been a loyal customer for several years and regularly use my Kohl's charge to make purchases. I've always liked the quality and selection that Kohl's has as well as the discounts throughout the year. Over the last year, I found a ring and matching earrings that I've kept my eye on and have waited for it to go on sale during the time that i would also have a discount coupon.

I tried to place an order online today and your system would not allow me to utilize my coupons. So I contacted customer service on line. 00, last weekend I spent $120 at Kohls. When the CSR finalized the order, I was told that I would have to pay shipping because the coupon/Kohls cash brought the order below $75.

Why does it take Kohl's 7 full business days to process payment? I mailed my check payment (due Oct 7th) at the Post Office on Thursday, Sep 29th but it was not processed until Oct 11th which triggered an automatic late fee charge.

Four other business payment checks mailed on the same day and at the same time and location were all processed within 5 business days. If Kohl's staff had not taken 7 full business days to process a simple payment then there would not have been a late fee.

This is NOT good customer service.

I applied and received a Kohl's credit card by internet. Ever since that date I have been receiving between 75 and 100 junk e-mails from every thing in the world every day. Now I have to spend a half hour unsubscribing from each and every one of those e-mails.

I just want to thank you people for SELLING MY E-MAIL so I have to waste my time every day, I SO LOVE IT. I will be sure to tell everyone I know that this is your practice so they can make up their mind if getting your card is worth it.

I was a frequent shopper at Kohls and your fraud department has ruined my life and has had my child taken away by the same organization that almost killed her, neglected, and abused her. A $2.99 toy that I made a mistake thinking it was mine but was not (my three year old kept throwing stuff in the carriage.) I had purchased 4 of them already. My child had been in the custody of her aunt the whole weekend and was just meeting me at the store. Hello, I wanted to let you know about a very unpleasant experience I had yesterday (10/10/16) at your store in La Verne, California. While shopping in the store I spent quite a bit of time looking before I found a pair of clearance children's shoes.

The shoe area was a total mess, loose shoes laying everywhere, empty boxes all over the area. 99. So far, so good. No issue with the price. I picked up an empty box from the many laying about to keep the shoes in.

It wasn't the box the shoes came in, but the same size and (I believe) the same brand. I went to the front register (there was only one open) and waited. The cashier seemed friendly and was working with a customer when I walked up and…

com. Order did not complete but I was charged total amount $122. Since order failed I did not received any order confirmation or order no. Since than I made 5 calls to their customer cares. Each call took around 30 mins. But result is simple.

Customer care answers is simple since my order didn't complete I will be refunded. But they didn't able to mention when I will be refunded nor any confirmation mail that I will be refunded. I called each time their mentioned deadline ends.

Once a lady promised me that I will be called back for refund processing but surprisingly their is no call from Kohl's.

I called in August to have my billed PAID OFF!!! This was not taken care of by the customer service dept and now I am being hit with 2 late fees. I am VERY upset with the service I have received.

When I was at Kohl's tonight there were already two people in front of me in line. The lady who was at the checkout was having trouble with the customer because she didn't bring her Kohls cash that she wanted to apply it to her order. So the cashier called somebody else up to help her with this problem. That person had to call somebody else to figure it out. Meanwhile there are three more people behind me in line. I'm not complaining about having to wait. When it was my turn to be served, I was explaining that I wanted my order into orders I was going to use the Kohl's cash on the one that I knew I was keeping. the second order I wasn't sure which items I was going to keep. The cashier rang everything together because I'm sure she was feeling pressure because of all the people in line.

I usually love Kohl's and you can tell by how much money I spend in their store and on their website, but when a plate that I ordered and had shipped to my daughter arrived broken, we had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. I assumed that when I called about the broken plate, they would just send a new one. No questions asked.

I mean, it was their fault the plate wasn't properly packaged for shipping. Instead, my daughter had to take the broken plate to a store (which is in the process of closing and had very little merchandise left), and ended up having to pay additional money to get a replacement plate ordered.

I would expect better customer service from Kohl's.

Of note, I normally have wonderful shopping experiences at Kohl's. Today, however, I am almost as angry as I have ever been after my shopping visit to the Kohl's at 13725 Foulger Sq, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

As a gift, I received several hundred dollars’ worth of Kohl's gift cards from my husband. Excited to get new things, I went to Kohl's today and shopped around. Upon checkout, I attempted to use the 30% coupon I received in the mail (I am a Kohl's CC holder) along with my gift cards (GC) to pay for my order. At this time, I was unceremoniously informed that I could not use my GC with that coupon which is evidently only good if I put the whole order on my Kohl's credit. THIS is my first issue. What the heck is the benefit of being both a Kohl's CC holder and a person who has GCs to spend?…

After a few days of thinking about this I have decided to express my dismay. 99 worth. 00 in Kohls cash. After getting home I thought about this and thought had I known I would have reached over and grabbed one of the candy bars or other trinket that is always on the counter to make me over the 100 and legible for 20 Kohl's cash.

The cashier has no problem asking if I want a credit card so I believe she could have made the same effort to mention the fact that if I saw something here I could but my sales over the 100 and get an extra 10 in Kohl's cash. Not really mad about this just a little up set when I think about helping the customer.

Recently ordered from the wedding registry. The package was sent to the wedding couple not to me! The gift messages that were supposed to be included with each gift (3) were not there. And the price of each item was shown on each package!

What a mess and embarrassing for me as the gift giver. The wedding is in October and these gifts have already been sent to the couple.

First and last time I will shop at Kohl's.
