Kraft smooth peanut butter. During the last 6 months I have noticed a consideral amount of tasteless, thick lumps in your smooth peanut butter. There usually located along the sides of the jar. Otherwise I enjoy the product very much.

I'm concerned about the globs because I'm not sure what they consist of. Are they there upon filling the jar or do they form over time. Please have your quality folks pull some older jars from the warehouse and check along the sides for these lumps. Thank you

I have used Shake n Bake for decades and like all the coating mixes.. 00 and the shaker bag has been removed. I may have to look for another product even though your product works well in my air fryer.

Your product is difficult to use without the shaker bag.

I am an young 82 year old female customer of more than half a century. I opened a jar of Miracle whip purchased from a grocery chain. The underneath of the sealed top under the lid had a Carmel looking substance on it which was shocking in itself.

Also, the texture Of content were different, no a pleasant experience. I was trying to make a dish for consumption. Absolutely disgusted and pissed, I took the product back. The young lady behind the courtesy counter said her father had mentioned similar experiences.

I do not know if your quality control is broken or the formula is changed. I do know that you have a problem. As an owner, I would want to know because you are going to start loosing customers. Please take this seriously,…

What did you do to the 3 cheese Ranch dressing ? It used to be my favorite, but now it tastes like a diet dressing, It has more vinegar & is more of a thin consistency, I honestly don`t like it anymore, I will be going to a different brand.

Why change something that was good, I used to buy it all the time, it had a rich flavor ,thicker , so it would coat your salad. Please reply , as I don`t know why changes were made ? Herb

I have been eating your Mac N Cheese (in the box) for over 50 years. Something is different with the cheese it seems. I’ve noticed it more since you changed the box on the thick n creamy. The cheese will not melt completely. No matter how long you stir it, you still have clumps of cheese. Sure, someone who works for craft has eaten it and noticed it too.

What has happened? I’m so sad…

I have always purchased Kraft Shake'n Bake (as in for 50+ yr) but I may have just purchased for the last time. There are no longer shaker bags included in the packages. I am not purchasing large size freezer bags to use for this and am quite sure that this is a convenient cost cutting measure being blamed on single use plastic.

Since there are still many plastics available everywhere I shop, that excuse won't fly. Your competition still puts bags in their packages so I guess I'll be switching brands. Pity. N. Haslam

Used to have a Squirrel peanut butter (which became Kraft) and jam sandwich every day when I worked. Now I am more sporadic in retirement, but recently got a jar PC#6810008423 which had a hole in the foil top so the peanut butter was very dried out on top particularly.

I thought that it was an anomaly but just now opened another which had a slightly smaller hole and not as thick peanut butter at the top. This jar says 2023 JN 25 M 22:26 and retrieving the previous one from the recycle it says 2023 JN 25 M 22:27.

My wife must have bought two at the same time. Does this happen often? Are they safe to eat - have already eaten the most deteriorated? Should you have thicker foil coverings?

I bought a12 count box of Taco Bell crunchy taco shells and every one of them were broken! UPC 02100004694. Purchased at Jewel on 5/12/2023. I will stick with the brands that use more secure packaging from now on.

I bought a taco bell dinner kit and half my crunchy shells were broken. If I pay $4.00 for a product I expect better quality.

For the past several months,I've found your Maxwell House instant coffee to be consistently burnt,to the point of being absolutely undrinkable. Having,already,thrown away several jars,I'm very,very close to switching brands,after over 25 years. If the product doesn't return to a consistently drinkable quality,as it had always been,previously,you will lose a customer,permanently.

I shop at the Co-Op grocery store in Taber , Alberta. The last 2 boxes of Shake n Bake I purchased had no plastic bags inside. Thankfully I was lucky enough to have some large baggies to coat meat. Pretty Mickey Mouse for a company as big as Kraft , or are you so big , you just don't care ?

Is it machine packaged without inspection ? You need to be better.

I purchased a 10 pack of Shake’nBake from Costco when I went to batter my chicken there were no plastic bags in the box. Normally they come with the packs. It says on the box they are supplied. Lacking in quality control. Jim

We would like to complain about the deceiving packaging of the Paw Patrol macaroni and cheese. They show a regular macaroni noodle on the package and inside are a completely different macaroni. Very disappointed

I bought a pack of string cheese and there was mold in each of the 6 individually wrapped cheese! I double checked the expiration date and it said March 2023.

Your QC needs to be improved. I could have given it to my kids and they would have gotten sick. I threw out the moldy ones and the rest looked like they were dehydrated cheese sticks. I am disappointed and will not be buying Kraft cheese sticks again!

I purchased 3 boxes of Shake & Bake BBQ chicken, 2 boxes of Shake & Bake Extra Crispy chicken. None of the boxes have the bags in them!!! , you would think that you could but bags in your boxes.

Hi there.... I use your Shake n Bake quite often in a variety of recipes... The last 2 maybe 3 times that I have purchased your product, there is no plastic bags included with the product. This is kinda annoying when you are in the middle of a meal preparation and you have to stop and find something to do the "shaking" in....

I tried to tell them on their contact page that a "prepackaged box of 5" set of macaroni and cheese was bad, and the contact form won't go through. When I call the number on the box, I get a response that says "if you want to know the bioengineering status of a product, press the star key" and then it hangs up. I called another number. Same thing.

So I went back to the contact form. Double checked everything. Added a photo - has to be less than 1mb so I had to condense my file 4 times. Still won't send. Guess they don't care?? I don't want uncooked macaroni in my meal.

The whole set is like that. They need to know that.

I think the decision to remove bags from shake n bake is a blindside money saving move in the disguise of an environmental initiative....I find it hard to believe those bags have any real footprint...

I just recently purchased a box of your Velveeta shells and cheese and as I was cooking the shells the water was cloudy and as I tasted it it tasted like a cardboard box and I have been buying from you guys for years so to get some of your products and it tasting and looking like that I'm very disappointed in the quality and I would like to know how you guys can make that right.

Can of Easy Cheese "American" was abnormally thin. After putting it on a cracker it actually started settling into a flat glob. Threw it out. Has Kraft changed something about this cheese? It had an expiration date of 23 Apr 2023.

If I can't open the stupid box or foil that is extremely difficult to open, I will not use your cream cheese ever again. I refuse to fight with your foil cover anymore. You might want to think about the customers whom decide to overpay for your product, like the ones whom are up in age and perhaps have hand troubles.

Bought your shake nd bake for pork chops 3 days ago at Zehrs windsor Box was sealed. Package was broke open in the box when open. Will not b using.

I opened a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese to prepare for my family and found METAL in it! I tried to file a formal complaint, but their website said “Unable to process request “ after filling out their forms. Highly disappointed.

I have been eating Kraft mac and cheese forever, but that was when I could buy your dry cheddar cheese, the box never had enough. Now that I can no longer buy the cheese separately, I have stopped buying the mac and cheese.

I thought I would try the Delux mac and cheese, WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY. The cheese sauce was so salty, no one in my family could eat it. I know Kraft owns half the food companies in the damned world, hopefully, you are turning people to try making their own food, real food, from scratch, but, I doubt it.

I will stop buying this processed garbage now, convenience be damed. Our world is run by the greedy, humans barely exist, and the world of real people goes hungry, and you sell us crap.

In the last 2 years every box of mac and cheese has around 6 or more macaronis' that just don't cook, they remain firm. the grandkids stopped eating the mac and cheese because of it. Before we went thru around 15 boxes a month.

I miss the mac and cheese and so do the kids. What happened cause I have bought your mac and cheese for 45 years and never had this problem till the last 2 years. Sure hope the problem can be reversed so we can start eating your mac and cheese again!!
