Hi its Alayna Richards. Just would like you to know This is the second box of Kraft shake and Bake (Crispy Southern Fried Style) I really enjoy using this and all the other kinds. I find it disappointing when I find no bag inside to shake this.

My issue is not with a specific package of Velveeta "cheese", it is with the newer formula of what used to be a very nice product. I'm not a chemist so I don't know exactly what you've done other than added a whole bunch of chemical crap.

The new end product is an inedible lump of chemical garbage. I recently purchased a loaf of Velveeta and it bears no resemblance at all to the product that I used to get many years ago and like a lot.

I will never purchase this product again for the rest of my life. I'm sure that this is a drop in the bucket to you and you really don't care but I had to say my piece.

I purchased a kraft shredded cheese from BJ,s in Newcastle Delaware. My daughter ate some of the cheese and she had a stomach ache,pains in her belly. Crying the whole night. She is on medication right now for that. Very sad and dissatisfied with your product.

I bought kraft shredded cheese from BJ,s, the cheese expires on 11 \6\2022, but it smells so bad. My daughter used the cheese and complained of her stomach ache. She was taken to the ER for care. She is in pain now even with the medication she had.

The Kraft Foods distributor in Puerto Rico will not order fat-free mozzarella cheese for reasons unbeknownst. Probably because of a conspiracy theory behind fat-free products.

There is a market here for that product. Makes me mad that they whimsically took the decision to ban fat-free products. There is no explanation. I just wish Kraft had competition in that product.

I have been buying your Shake and Bake seasoning for over 40 years. Always a favorite in my home, I have never had a problem until this year. Around the beginning of 2022, I purchased a Shake and Bake at my local Publix, where I always shop and found the bags on the inside were sealed at both ends.

I laughed and just cut the ends. During the summer, I bought more and the bags were sealed in the middle making them unusable. I was perplexed and improvised with the plastic bag my newspaper was delivered in.

Finally yesterday, I brought another box and this time there were no bags at all in the box. I do understand there have been many problems in all companies since the pandemic started several years ago, but this seems to be getting a little annoying.

We buy Kraft Shells and Cheese cups for our No Kill eating granddaughter. She always loves it. This past week we went through 4 or 5 cups and the noodles would not cook. They stayed hard and crunchy. Did you have a bad batch?

We will not be buying them from here on out.

This is the 4th box out of the 8 I bought that was bad so far. I followed the instructions and cooked for just 11 minutes. The noodles turned to mush and were stringy. I'm afraid that the other 4 will be just as bad.

Kraft bought out BOCA brand a long time ago. Such a shame. I cannot eat the newly "manufactured" Boca burgers of ANY design; e.g., the Original, the Chicken, the Spicy.

I've ordered plenty of Crystal Light peach tea on the go packets. This last order that I received, 9 of the drink mix were empty. I still have them and are unopened. This is the first time this has happened.

I purchased a package of string cheese from Walmart.

However, I super disappointed with the product when I couldn’t open it. I have purchased other similar products with another company and have had no problem opening it. There wasn’t an edge separate the two pieces of plastic and the part labeled, “peel here” wouldn’t open.

The boxed Kraft mac and cheese taste horrible. Unfortunately I bought 2 cases. I thought it was just me, but when my husband and daughter complained about the taste, i knew it really was gross. Flavorless, weird noodles with a new gummy texture.

I opened the second case thinking it may be a bad batch, but it is all gross. Starchy noodles and no cheese flavor.

I recently bought a packaged Philadelphia Cheesecake Strawberry Flavored Cheesecake Cup when I open the the cup I then saw a piece of hair sticking out of the cheesecake part before I began to eat. I have attached a picture of the cheesecake cup with the hair inside ..of course the hair was moved around because I was trying to make sure that was what it was before I complained. I have been buying kraft dinner since years. In the past few months several of the sauce packages inside the boxes have a pin hole in the package. I have also had a few packages that seemed to have been sliced.

I am afraid to use these cheese sauce packages for fear of contamination. Its really weird because there is no damage to the boxes, no slices or pin holes in the boxes just the cheese packages inside the box. I will continue to buy the kraft dinner because we love it but if i keep getting damaged packages I will have to choose another brand to make sure I am consuming safe food.

Curious to know what would be the cause of this.

Every time I purchase kraft dinner the package of cheese sauce has a pin hole in it and the sauce powder is coming out of the package. Is this safe to eat? This has been happening the last few months.

Kraft mayonnaise has always been my favorite. When we tried any other, we ended up throwing it away. The last three jars of Kraft mayonnaise that I bought all had good dates but tasted rank. Have you changed the recipe that you have used for years?

I bought Philadelphia cream cheese opening it tonight and it's all moldy. Bar code is #21000 61223 expiration date April 9,2022. No wonder it's so hard to find cause it's rotten. Very dissapointed. I called 800 number to file complaint about kraft Mac cheese made me sick 2 times in a week. The person answered my call then hung up on me then I called back and imagine that kraft is now closed. That's poor customer service.

I have now had to throw away my 3rd box of Velveeta boxed noodles because of tiny bits of broken noodles. Trying to eat them after cooking for the 8 minutes is like eating mush. I will NOT buy anymore.

I always buy a big bag of shredded Kraft Mexican Cheese. I went to throw it on my pizza to spice it up and it was rancid. The date is Aug. 28, 2021 and today is Aug. 22, 2021. I love this cheese but I always smell and taste my cheese before I put it on my food.

I purchased one of your products Crave lasagna alfredo with bacon and sausage, bar code 0 57000 00078 3 and it was a total disaster, you should not manufacture product like this. The dough which was rolled tasted like cardboard, no sausage or bacon in it tasted like garbage.

I have always loved your Kraft Dinner since I was a kid. I went to make some of the Kraft Dinner Spirals for dinner, opened cheese package & noticed the cheese powder was a reddish brown. I made it up anyways, tasted it, & it was disgusting.

Made up a box of "ORIGINAL" KD yesterday; followed the directions on the box for stove top cooking; amount of water, boiling, time, added ingredients. What i got was NOT original KD. The pasta tubules are or seem smaller and shorter and the finished product looks more like a blob with occasional kd like tubules.

The taste was off; not cheddary. The color was off; a kind of soft orange, washed out and not consistent when finished. And to tell you the truth the taste was a bit off; there was something funny about it.

What have you done to my beloved KD?The macaroni is like mush and the cheese has no flavour.I have eaten this since I was a kid and my kids have eaten it many many times.The last 4 boxes of KD my wife made up was horrible and she threw out nine boxes of KD because they ended up all the same...mushy and tasteless and these weren't boxes that were past their due date.As a lifelong customer I will not be buying anymore KD and will try some other brand.Who-ever change the KD should be fired immediately.

I have purchased Kraft jet puffed marshmallows for years. Recently I have been getting inferior product. The last 2 out of 4 bags I have purchased, 16 oz bags, have had no air in the bags and I could not even remove one marshmallow from the bag, The are so stuck together and sticky I have had to take them out in clumps. I have grown to expect greatness from all Kraft products I purchase and this is not acceptable quality. I have had the same problem at our Hy Vee store and Walmart store. If this is the way your marshmallows will be from now on, I will have to try other brands.

The package states 9 oz. After opening the package the portion sizes did not look right. This prompted me to weigh them on my digital Oz/Gram scale. 5 oz. 5 0z. This is deceptive marketing and angers me I am not receiving what I perceive as 9 oz of food.

I have always used Kraft Miracle Whip for my potato salad, egg salad, deviled eggs etc. and had many compliments on all of them. People asked what I used to make these things so good. I replied Kraft Miracle Whip.

We all know potato salad tastes better the second day but I have run into a problem with that. Anything left over until the next day becomes very watery. I had at first thought it was the potatoes but soon found that all of the things I made were watery if not used the same day.

Have you changed the recipe some where along the way that causes this to happen. If so you should consider changing it back. I have mentioned this to others and they have discovered the same problem. In the beginning of December 2018 I bought 6 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese. When I opened one of the packages the cheese was covered with a brown spot. 8 1412. I have purchased Philadelphia cream cheese for over 50 years and have never had this problem.

I purchased Kraft Onion Dip today to enjoy tonight. Well I am sitting here eating it with chips and it is horrible! It is runny and the onion taste is very mild but terrible. I am very disappointed. It is the worst onion dip I have ever had.
