I really use to love shopping here at this location. I was talking to the GM manager this Friday about some hotwheels cars for my grandson. She didn't really have time to speak to me!! She was given me very Rudely face like I was wasting her time!!

A lot of the hotwheels package are smashed or rippe!! 75% of the cars are in the wrong place on the shelf and when u take pictures and show the employees or manager, they always say we can't give it to u for that price because most likely a Customer put them in that place.

It is always amazing to me that every time us Customer get the blame forever thing!!! So I guess when food us proceed wrong the customer did it. OMG I have been told this. The Kroger's on Hardwood in Bedford Texas should be shut down!!!!

Hello Krogerfamily The employees name is Angela Cherry from Macon Georgia she is working under Chris Ferguson and she is Married and I’m sure she has a son and a daughter who is in the academy. She has been stealing some stuffs and numerous gifts cards from the Kroger store where she works.

This is a crime for an employee to work and steals from the same company. I order from you guys everyday or every other day. 44 I also used ebt to pay for my groceries. I had only $1 to cover the authorized hold. The Rest was covered by the ebt amount. I have placed orders using same ebt card number an never been charged any amount extra.

I spoke to customer service and the lady I spoke to said the reason my acct. Was charged due to substitution. Well they have never charged My acct. Before my acct didn't even have money there to charge. That transaction should've automatically declined.

Kroger digital coupons are a scam. I clipped a coupon for $22 off $175 purchase and within a week I went to Kroger and spent $200. No coupon came off my order. I contacted Kroger customer service via live chat on their website and someone named Aileen joined the chat.

She put me on hold for over thirty minutes and then told me my coupon had magically expired within a week and the best she could do was $10 off my next purchase. I explained to her that $10 was less than half of what I was expecting to have saved and that I spent over $200 on the transaction to be able to use the coupon.

Kathlin from the Kroger store on Geyer Springs in little rock ar. Refused to allow my daughter to pick up my medicine because she asked a question to the employee there a question. mine u I have been getting my prescriptions from Kroger since 1992 when I moved here.

It turns out that your assistant pharmacy tech started this situation to occur in the first place. Kathleen the store manager refused to let my daughter who is one of my caretaker my medicine because she said she can refuse service at any time.

m. to get cigarettes. The employee told me he cannot sell me anything because he already counted the money. He said he has to leave by 10 because he will be on overtime. He told me to go in the store and get them. m.

She was very rude to me and told me they quit selling cigarettes at 10. I told her that it was only 9:55. The employee then told me that she was the only one there and cannot get me cigarettes.

This is not right to yell at me in front of everyone. All I did is stand up for what is right. I consider this false advertisement. The Kroger gas pumps and the store would not sell me cigarettes even though they are supposed to until 10.

Me and my family spend so much money in both places every month but after this, I doubt if we step foot in either one anymore. It's just not right.

Bellaire Kroger is terrible with customer service. Especially since I do instacart. I try to avoid. They had no baggers I bagged all 100 plus items I had shopped for an instacart customer. They were no help and they didn’t scan my pop before paying online and I couldn’t take the pop the costumer wanted. Very poor attitudes.

They avoided helping me bag by literally walking away from me. Over this place and somebody needs fired.

I've been shopping at Kroger, 3101 Richmond Road for 25 + years. A few days ago I bought groceries & the kind cashier named Vickie noticed the bag employee was putting my bagged items in someone else's basket. 00. I returned today & asked customer service for a merchandise credit.

I asked politely in a kind manner. I wasn't angry as mistakes happen. I was told I couldn't have any cash back. I reiterated I only wanted a Kroger credit. I was then told that didnt exist & I would have to go get all the items myself from the grocery shelves.

I explained I use a mobile cart to shop for to a breathing problem & there were no carts available. I was then told I'd have to wait for a cart to become available. No offer for an employee to retrieve the items.

I worked at a krogers for a short while after I retired. The employee dress code was very specific back then. What happened? Now you go in and it's hard to distinguish between sloppy ass customers and sloppy ass employees.

I placed an order for delivery for Saturday, July 29 between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. For over a year Kroger kept posting on their website that the driver will contact you when they arrive. But Kroger customer service representatives, supervisors and corporate office personnel kept telling me that it's not their policy.

I have been going to Kroger by my house for 15 years. At 1st it was a clean n updated store but as the years have come n gone, the store has gone completely going downhill. The parking lot is horrible, so dirty with trash on the streets, the baskets r all over the place, which r old, dirty n can’t even roll because the tires r filled with dirt n hair, the store is dirty, dingy n ugly.

This is a great store but desperately needs some TLC to bring it to the 21st century n be more productive again. Staff is not friendly which brings me to believe you have poor management is that store, as well.

I used to love Kroger. Went there for everything..... Gas, RX, and of course the main store I shopped at for groceries. 00 more because they wouldn't honor the sale prices or coupons I had when I placed and paid for order....

I made a large purchase at one of your stores that is an hour away from where I live. I wanted to return the item because I had my receipt. So I went into my local store near me and noticed a better offer.

So I purchased more . My purchase was on 07/08/2023 using my number 901-672-8730. Attempt to return the unused unopened product. Was informed by the store manager and James from the meat department that I could not return because the item was expired.

I shop at Kroger store L-780 on Dixie Hwy in Valley Station (Louisville), KY. since it is close to my house. Valley Station is a working class area of Louisville that Kroger has always treated the customers like second class citizens.

1. Not counting the bascarts with wheels that are locked because of the cart security system, I usually have to go through at least six before I find one that rolls. I can go to one of the Louisville east end stores (well to do area) and all the carts have new wheels and roll.

I have been shopping at Krogers every week for over 30 years in Richmond, MI. The last two weeks have made me decide I cannot shop there any longer. One register open with a cashier for long lines of customers with basket brimming over the top.

I used self-checkout and the thing just spun in a circle after putting my payment in.

Finally a staff member comes by, then says she will have to get someone else. and I've done this before in the same self-checkout. This time they are going to move me to the supervisors register. It still didn't work.

She then says she will cancel the order. " Yes, she is sure. I get into my banking app and they charged me twice for one item. 86 out of my account twice. I go back to Kroger. I wait for a customer service member to show up.

This review doesn't reflect the entire store, just one racist supervisor named Veronica. She is so rude and unprofessional toward guests, especially anyone of color or considered a minority. If you are not Caucasian or of Mexican descent, do not expect honorable and fair customer service.

She will tell you not to return to "her store," and she uses racial slurs, blatant and microaggressive terms to your face as if you're vermin or less than human beneath her. I have witnessed her speak poorly to even elderly people.

Lately the Kroger brand yogurt has been very runny. It used to be more like a pudding consistency. I'm writing about the Strawberry Banana, blended, Kroger brand. We purchase a lot of this as it's the only kind we eat.

Has the recipe changed? Will it go back to being thicker or will it stay this runny consistency? We'll have to find something else if it stays the way it is now. It's just not pleasing this way.

restrictions on size,flavor amount of items & the fact stores are poorly stocked on choices of food items due to the arrival of alcoholic beverages inCO. The alcohol needs to have a separate space and entrance. I used to be content shopping here for food, not overpriced toys, seasonal, makeup or alcoholic beverages .

The Isles are full of displays. If there are four to five people present in the same area, you have to either Park and wait, or choose another aisle. The new feedback site took over an hour to find and figure out.

I filled it out on a Sunday . It took 4 days to add the points , when I was getting them the same day previously . I missed out on 10 cents off of my gas purchase because of this .

The Krogers on Dowlen street in Beaumont Tx, 77706 is horrible. I am so glad there is a H‑E‑B down the street. Management let their employees do whatever they want, especially the older employees who seem to feel like that’s their store.

My family have been doing business at the Pharmacy here in Cortez CO for nearly 30 years now and now we cannot get an Rx refilled in less than 7-10 days. We used your phone answering device and our request is accepted, but results are quite variable at best.

Most often it takes several trips / calls to pharmacy before our request is even acknowledged. It is a 50 mile round trip and that gets expensive! $$$. My opinion is your answering device is a POS!!

I want to complain about a couple things.

First your system that sends refill reminders is flawed. I get texts and emails saying to refill my medication and I do so, it tells me a date to pick it up and then when I go to pick it up on said date they tell me they don’t have it cause I have no refills.

If your system can’t give me accurate information then I have no use for it. cause of your system.

Went to the 2571 Little Elm, Texas location on 5/5/23 @ 7:18 pm. Worse and rude service by Joseline. Prior to her checking out my groceries presented her with my Kroger store coupons. She checked me out and after I paid said oh here I did not use your coupons.

I asked if she need to do a credit or redo the order she said, no here take your coupons down there. She did not call customer service to assist no apology nothing. I had to go look for customer service they were not at the desk. He was helping someone.

I went to the location on Olio road and 116th street here in fishers indiana to cash a lottery ticket. Instead of counting the money before I walked away, unfortunately I turned around walked about 20 feet then it hit me I didn't count what I had.

When I did count the money that was supposed to have been 500 it was only 400. I immediately turned and went back to the customer service counter and told the gal what happened. Thats when their rudeness began. I was told they couldn't do anything until the next day.

I go back the next morning and was met by a lady who instantly started off as being rude. She told me the drawer was counted and it was fine, she said it had to been my mistake and their was nothing they could do.

My husband and I made a formal request about 2 months ago for a product at your Alcoa Tennessee store. The product we are looking for is "International Delights Irish Creme" coffee creamer. They never got back with us. We went to the Maryville TN store and was told "we won't order it".

We have called the International Delights company to ascertain IF the product is available and it is. There is no shortage of it. Your company sells other "International Delights" creamer so Kroger must have a connection to the main company.

WHY can't it be ordered? It is very popular and we would like to have it. We usually buy it by the case.

I am complaining about your store in Prosper Texas (Windsong Ranch) All customers at this store today were so upset because they had only 1 employee checking people out in the middle of the day on a FRIDAY. This has been going on for quite some time and it is getting to the point that I will be traveling farther just to not shop at Kroger!

This Kroger is always busy when I’m in there but they refuse to schedule enough people to accommodate for how busy it is. I do not know if this is poor management or if upper management is making managers do this.

I have a customer at the Newton Rd store and before that at the old location at Liberty Fairfield Rd store. I’m kidney transplant patient and get all of my meds at the pharmacy at this store. My Kidney Specialist called in a medicine over a week ago because I have been dealing with the Noro virus for several months and because of the meds I’m on for my kidney transfer my body could not get rid of the virus.

I have been harassed and discriminated against by an employee on multiple occasions at store number 00788. It is a much older woman that hovers over me and my family making me and my children very uncomfortable while other customers need her assistance.

Hello, my name is Zhanna Shchedrinsky. On 4/5/23, I bought 5 packs of Swai frozen fish at 702 Winfield Dunn Pkwy, Sevierville, Tn. Next day I went to Kroger to return the product due to my husband's previous allergy to that brand of fish, which I didn't know.

Fish was unpacked and properly frozen. When I show my receipt to customer service "Shandi", she immediately told me that if nothing wrong with fish, I can't return it back, that this is their policy.
