I shop at your Kroger stores on Jones Rd or off louetta in Fairmont at least three times a week. 98 each. I get so frustrated that the chicken is either under cooked or over cooked never just right.. I’m sure I’m not the only one that stops by Kroger, after a long day at work, picks up a rotisserie and side dishes for dinner and again the chicken is a disappointment.

Has anyone at your company ever stopped by your stores to try to get your cooks to get it right?

Since Covid hit the store on 3035 Scenic Hwy S #19, Snellville, GA 30039. CAn not provide BAked chicken at the counter. MAnagers at the store say we have trouble with poeple showing up. Other stores do not. This manger told me to day that they did not even turn on the ovens today ... no help.

To whom it may concern, On Monday, 27 March 2023, I was the recipient of what I believe to be racially motivated mistreatment by a white, female manager at Kroger. I had placed an order for grocery pickup at the Wesleyan Station store in Macon, Georgia.

It had been raining non-stop since the day before and the streets were flooded, traffic lights were out, and it was taking a long time to arrive due to the traffic and confusion caused by the rain. I sent someone else to pick up the groceries, as I often do.

I have shopped Krogers for years I get my medicines there also my complaint is every time I stop to get them I have to go back at least twice and sometimes 3 times no matter how far ahead I order today I went to pick up my medication I went to drive through and it was busy but I waited in line the 2nd line had light on closed but

a car went in that line and was waited on before me and there were 3 cars behind me then another car drove in that line and was waited on them a 3rd car I waited for over half hour and 3 other people got waited on befor me I let the employee know but it wasn’t big deal but it is for me as soon as I can I’m moving all my medication s some where else where I feel I’m appreciated I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated and

I rushed to Kroger for a last minute item. I arrived at 10:53. Their hours say they are open until 11:00pm. The door was locked. When they say they are open until 11 they should be open until 11. People rush to get there for a last minute item only to find them locking the door early. Its frustrating.

It might be frustrating to your workers for people to come in at the last minute but it's their job. What they were hired to do. What they are paid to do. Shows very low business standards. The Kroger I visited was in hot springs Arkansas located on airport road.

This is a follow up to my complaint with Kroger’s online inadequate Customer Service Representative, that I filed March 20, 2023. I phoned Customer Service one’s again this morning March 21, 2023 and to my surprise I was connected to another Customer Service Representative with a extremely nasty disposition.

Not much of a complaint as a request to make your Mesquite Smoked BBQ chips in a wavy or ripple form for dipping. I love these chips but then have to buy the regular Ripple or Wavy chips for dipping.

This is an ongoing concern. I am a loyal click list customer. Once again my order was incorrect and when calling the store I was on hold. I got the wrong item and was shorted an item.

Managers really don't care. Even when you call there response is the same, "I am sorry for your inconvenience. If you come in, we can help you!" You have not set up a way to rectify these issues unless the customer goes in. There is a reason I use click list, SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO INTO THE STORE! Yup, I'm yelling. Customer satisfaction means nothing to you.

I've been buying the Kroger brand Sesame Nut Mix for months on end and the last 2 containers didn't have but one cashew in the entire container. It's now all peanuts and sesame sticks. 79 plus tax anymore. I'm very disappointed now and will not be buying this Kroger brand any longer.

Unless it returns to additional Cashews, I will not be interested in buying it at all.

Manager Mike rudely told a Starbucks barista that she was going to be punished for not taking trash back at an inconvenient time, she was alone and wasn’t able to leaver her kiosk. He needs to be removed from the store, he has also yelled at the same barista on a separate occasion, it’s sad that this 40+ year old man is yelling at and being a bully to a teenage girl. Kroger Store: 1707 University Dr, McKinney, TX 75069- several times myself and other paying customers are greeted with a very rude and disrespectful checkout personal by the name of Michelle. You have people that will change checkout lines just to avoid her.

The Manager Ingrid Grable, have been notified several times, there have been 0 changes with customer services. I would hate to take my money to another grocery store, not just my money but my my friends, my business partners, my family and many more if this problem is not fixed.

I was returning a defective Keurig coffeemaker to Troy, Ohio store that was a Christmas gift. I talked to Kuerig service department and was told I could take back to Kroger in Troy, Ohio for an even exchange because I didn't have receipt but had bank statement where I paid for it.

They wouldn't accept and was very rude to me in telling me I was SOL! first name is Bart. I proceeded to Piqua Kroger and they looked it up,gave me my $120 credit which I used to purchase another Kuerig.

I went to the deli at Pick n Save in Grafton yesterday. I asked for the medium container of creamy coleslaw. It was a mess, the dressing got on my hands because of how sloppy it was put in the container and the sticky price tag was just slapped on half way.

I asked for the same of German potato salad and it was messy too and not even 3/4 of the way full. Disappointing. It was like I inconvenienced her.

I have been a long-time customer of Kroger’s, always having good prices and excellent products. 90 and when I took this to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do since it was already paid for at the kiosk.

There was no option this morning for an impersonal self checkout or a more personal touch with the smiling face of a cashier. Instead I picked out all of my items then scanned them and packed them with bags that had defective handles from packaging.

After all of this when it was time to pay I had to wait for an employee standing nearby to key in a code before I could pay. Since this has never happened before I asked the young lady why did the system need her to key in a code.

i wanted to return an unopened, non perishable item that had been in the clearance section. I had the original receipt dated Jan 4 2023. Store manager said clearance items could not be returned. Kroger Company Return Policy does not state that.

I spent 45 minutes on the Kroger corporate number trying to get a supervisor. I spent 12 minutes on the chat app waiting for an agent and never got one. Very unhappy that return policy seems to be at the discretion of store manager and not followed by the corporate return policy on kroger website.

The Kroger in Forney, Texas is horrible. Not only is customer service bad, but also the food. I went shopping with my wife and we saw many products that were expired for months, but we also saw mold on the vegetables and fruits.

Made a complaint to the lead there and he didn't even take it seriously. I went back to this Kroger a month later and still seen many expired products on the shelves, for example: milk was expired, yogurt was expired for 3 months, bread was expired, etc.

This past Friday evening, 1/13/23, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was at the Kroger on Scenic Hwy, Snellville, GA, at the customer service desk, attempting to return four items that I had had my son pickup for me.

But he did not get the right things I asked for, so I chose to return them.

However, this is where I ran into the rudest CSR that I have seen in years, and because of her treatment, I will never go back to this store. I believe her name was something like Carlen, and she was a black woman with extremely long blond braids.

I've just got home from the Kroger store on Dequindre Road in Warren Michigan. I was treated horribly by the manager on duty this evening. m. While waiting forever in self checkout needing help, I had pushed the button on the register asking for help and waited and waited!

I saw the manager go to the next self-checkout line and help a man who simply said "can you help me"? I told the manager that she should help me first since I've been waiting so long and she snapped at me and told me she was helping him first.

THEN she started reciting some sort of prayer to keep the devil away from her!! don't know if that's because she is a black woman and he is a black man? Or if she just doesn't like white people in general.

My roommate and I went to the Wood Village Store at 22855 NE Park Lane, Wood Village, Oregon; to buy a birthday cake and candles. All was going well. We made our selections. Monday at 12:30pm. Stood in line with 14 people because there was 1 cashier. The bagger was having to go between bagging and self check out. The workers were doing their best but there was no help for them. Management needs to get their act together.

There were other people at customer service just standing there. I am so sick of being expected to bag $250 worth of groceries by myself when I pay outrageous prices and there’s one human trying to do the job of 3.

i visited the williow lawn location at 1601 williow drive . my card needed to be typed in manually in which I never have an issue. I had the physical card and they cashier was not able to. so when the manager came she stated it was against the law to type my card mumber in manually .

1. For the third time in several months, I arrived at Kroger to pick up a prescription that I refilled by using the phone system, only to discover that there was delay because the physician had to be contacted to approve it.

Typically, when the automated phone system is working correctly, the assistant informs you during the phone converstation that this is the case so that you can be prepared for the delay. I am becoming weary of this and hope I don't have to call the pharmacy every time I plan to pick up a prescription to see if it really is there.

Also, the automated system has recently changed and it is so much less efficient than the prior system. The voice has so much more converstation and breaks in while you are answering and she often interjects things that are not even relevant…

I have tried numerous phone numbers for my local DILLONS corporate office an KROger corporate offices and all say they do not work. I have tried to chat 3 times. 1did not respond so after 3min I quit. The 2nd time the agent ended the chat by “the agent has disconnected”.

The 3rd wanted to charge me to chat “with an expert”. I’m about to call my goo friend David Dillon that I had in Sunday School and ask him what the heck is going on with this company !! All I want to know is how to synch the swipe and pay to his phone so he can use it when he goes to DILLONS.

The Kroger pharmacy in Salem, VA is an exercise in complete frustration! The automated system does not work, indeed the people in the pharmacy will tell you " if you used the automated system it's never right". Why bother to to have it in place then?

Prescriptions are never ready at the time I am given and every excuse imaginable is offered. I have several Prescriptions that must refilled one a set date, not one day sooner. That means I am out of my medication. That makes no difference.

I was told they were five days behind. I am not sure where the problem originates but everyone suffers. The staff is rude beyond imagination. I am moving my business and will never go back to Kroger. It's only a matter of time until someone is injured in a medication mistake.

Get these people some help…

The store in Grove City, Ohio has nothing but kids working the check out lines, they could care less about the customer experience. 00 which is more then a 10% increase in food prices. The store on Stringtown Rd is dirty.

Parking lot is always full with no parking spots avaliable because of people from urbancrest, Westside, and southend shoppers. Build more stores to satisfy your shoppers needs. Stop hiring kids that could care less about the shoppers exiperence.

Went to pick up prescription - wasn't ready, so I was told 20 minutes. Did some shopping - came back in 20 minutes to a line that stretched down to the check out area. and waited. There were at least 10 people in line and it kept growing.

There was one lady checking out customers with another clerk and the pharmacist behind the counter. and there were customers who had questions and were taking a lot of time. Why couldn't that clerk behind the counter, who totally ignored us, come up and help check the customers out and when the line was down to 1 or 2 - go back to what she was doing?

but had to leave without my medicine. This happens A LOT at this Kroger. I have been a customer for 20 years at least. Please. Fix this. I spent the night with a wet towel on my head cause I could not sit…

I have been a long time customer - for 20+ years. I am very frustrated with the pharmacy - had a prescription called in - was not ready when I got there. Had shopping to do so when I went back to the pharmacy 20minutes later the line was 10 deep - with one person checking out.

There was a pharmacist - and another person fiddling around behind the counter. Several customers took longer than usual and the line kept stacking up. Not one TIME did the pharmacist OR the other person behind the counter look up - or try and help the congestion at the register.

In fact they completely ignored us. I gave up after a long long wait and came home. (I was sitting in the chairs nursing a wicked case of the stomach flu and HOPED to get my medicine but never did).

You advertise to 2 different spots in the store that instant potatoes are 10 for 10. On a shelf of instant potatoes it says 4 for 5 . I go thru self cashier it says 4 for 5 I call attendant over show her a pic I took of 10 for 10 display. She goes to shelf where it says 4 for 5. Eventually I get proper 10 for 10 price

Groceries delivered to wrong address and I have been waiting on a refund since 12/13/22. I just found out that the refund was not issued correctly and I am now supposed to wait another 7-10 days from another error by your team.

This is 3 times I've been in store & I use electric cart as I'm on oxygen, two carts I got on were dead one wasn't plugged in, 3rd cart worked, went down by meat department & it died. I would like to start off by saying I have shopped at Kroger store for almost 50 years but today I have never been more dissatisfied with your company. 00 coupon for there anniversary online. What started to get me upset was first after answering the questions it asked me to just share with 20 of my friends online.

So I did that and to my shock it's not good enough they want more. I had to send it to almost 200 friends just to file that obligation. Then it tells me I must pick 10 deals and it just keeps going on and on.

I don't want to sign up for 10 deals just to have to pick more deals and also nobody wants to put there information out there so they can be harassed by phone calls and spam mail 24 hours a day for the next 6 month or longer. I feel if Kroger really wanted to give coupons…

The Kroger in Delaware Ohio in West Central Avenue is once again not stocked. I was there today. Barely any eggs, ,fresh lettuce, shelves empty. I got the last bag of frozen Birds Eye Broccoli florets. Milk was not there.

It is not a nice experience. The bread slicer for mmcustomers use is broken. A very cheerful man in the bakery sliced a loaf for me. Why can't Delaware Ohio st Houk and Central be a nice store?
