I understand supply demand and shortages what I don't understand is putting something on your weekly ad that store doesn't get. I go daily to look for big red sodas because kroger is the only store that carries it and I am lucky to find it once every 2-3 months.

It shows on your weekly add over and over. I place pick up order and don't get email that your out. I drive to town to pick up and there is sundrop instead. Don't advertise something you can't offer. I dont live in town so it's a waste of my time and gas driving there to find something else in my order.

I do almost all my shopping at kroger and normally will substitute other items but this is not something I will substitute. I'm totally frustrated and angry today because I didn't need to go out in these fridge temperatures. Thank…

Multiple concerns Out of prime rib roasts. I went this morning to purchase a rib roast and was told you were out of rib roasts. I tried to locate a store manager and didn’t find one. Does Kroger offer rain checks when they run out of advertised specials? I also looked for rib eye steaks or t bones and didn’t find any. Very disappointed. I wanted a rib roast for Christmas.

Filthy women’s restroom. My wife said the restroom wasn’t cleaned from beyond yesterday. Also out of soap.

Locking one of the two main front doors. Locking one of these doors is against the fire code. They do this to minimize heat loss. If they continue locking these doors, I will report it to the Duncanville Fire Dept.

Was in Kroger’s in Proctorville Ohio two weeks ago. There was only one checkout open with one cashier, so I went to self checkout. 00 for my bananas I asked the employee on duty to help me and he said read the directions which I did and I told him I did, his response was for me to read them again he done this to me three different times and

still never helped me so I just left the fruit and was walking out of store when he grab my arm I then told him to let go of my arm or I was going to press charges against him. I had NO FRUIT ON ME AND I HAD NOTHING FROM KROGERS ON ME.

HE WAS SO RUDE AND NOT ONLY ME WALKED OUT BUT SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS WALKED OUT TOO.

Stor 0501. Visited today and got a pineapple from a box near the entrance. 77 cents. 50 even with my Kroger card. I should have left all groceries at self scan and walked out. WILL YOU STOP WITH THE DIGITAL COUPON REQUIRED.

If I wanted to shop dugitally, I would do it at home with a computer. Requiring a phone inside a store to get a digital coupon is BS. Half the time you have no or minimal internet access internally. You are pushing people to shop at you competitors.

Your prices ate higher so convenience is all you offer, this type of inconvenience/deception negates any convenience.

I don't understand why the boost program doesn't accept EBT as payment. I canceled the free trial the same day I got it when I found this out. Most of my purchases through Kroger or EBT so it wouldn't be of advantage to me to pay per month since you do not include EBT.

Walmart has basically the same program but they're shipping and delivery except EBT as payment. But I was going to change to Kroger because of the extra fuel point until I found this out. And I also don't understand why the amount that I spend of my EBT doesn't count toward fuel points. That's not right.

It's the same as getting a cash payment to you and if we choose to spend them in your store we should be rewarded like everyone else. I just wanted to voice my opinion of some changes Kroger needs to seriously consider

My wife went to Kroger on Yankee Rd in liberty Township Ohio yesterday alone with other goods she purchased a 6pk of gift cards for money for the holidays, when she got home they weren't in any bag, so she called and asked for the store mgr to report this and got a gentlemen by the name of Damien, when she explained to him what happened apparently he got disrespectful with her and

Kroger at Crossroads, Acworth Hwy. Dallas, GA I purchased a $300 Visa gift card Sunday afternoon (12/18/22). I called the number on the back of the card to register it and the number on the front of the card didn’t match the number on the back.

Xenia, Ohio Kroger Pharmacy. have issues getting my Vitamin D medicine. I called Kroger a week prior to refill my medication. I was sent a email it was ready. I go to pick it up and its not ready. pick it up and was told they had to order it then she said it woukd be 25 minutes.

Kroger Foods uses Sedgewick to administer claims against their own employees. Sedgewick has routinely denied mediacal treatments, they use more money to sue past employees who have complaints than anything else. If Kroger is unaware of this, they need to adjust who they use.

Sedgewick is the most well known abuser of employees in the United States,. Responsible for making more people homeless and crippled in the United States just because they made the mistake of accepting employment from Sedgewick. If Kroger is unaware. ok.

To start, Kroger at 6055 Old National Highway, College Park Ga. 30349, has the most unprifessional managers and employees. When you call, a lady answers the phone with the nastiest attitude. She even says please hold in a very rude way.

Today I called about an Overnight position. The same lady answered the phone as rude as ever, and I asked to speak to Sydney the hiring manager. He gets on the phone and I introduced myself and told him about my application, wondering if he would take a look at it when he had time.

He told me his AA handles that and would transfer, but immediately hung up. Ok some may say it could have been an accident but I have encountered him in person for the same reason, and he was very rude to me, telling me that he is a manager and he is busy.

I Had a horrible experience today 12-19-2022 My first complaint is that I downloaded my best customer coupon for Free” private selection coffee “and I screen shot it because I had a feeling there was going to be an issue and there was!!!! I showed the young lady my coupon that I screenshot & I even pulled it up she then asked me to pull up my Kroger Plus Number and I politely said NO THANK YOU!!!! I bought a package of Smithfield Smoked Turkey. We found a used bandage on the package. I tried to return it but Kroger refused to return the purchase to my card which I use to split the bill. They said they would only replace with the same item NO THANK YOU!

I shop at Kroger in Mt. Vernon Oh. Coshocton Ave. I changed from Walmart because your produce and meats are better. I’m debating on going back to Walmart. I’m a pickup customer and I gotta say their pickup is horrible.

I always do my pickup list on Thursday evening with a pickup anywhere from 7-9 pm. More times than I can remember I get a call saying they can’t have my order ready and I have to pick it up the next day.

How many days in advance do I have to place a pickup order to have it at the designated time! I wouldn’t care to bet that the people who wait and do their list with the same day pickup get their orders.

I do believe it’s time to go back to Walmart at least you get your groceries when you need them!

The last several months it has taken weeks to get my prescriptions refilled at my local Kroger Pharmacy. And when I call, the phone rings and rings - currently at 17 minutes 32 seconds - with no answer. I have missed multiple doses of my diabetes medications every time I try to refill them - and I order them as soon as my insurance will allow! This is totally unacceptable!

I moved to Myrtle Beach 8 years ago and was told Kroger was a good store to shop at. Now I will probably leave Kroger's. I have been a loyal customer. I spent almost an hour going thru 348 coupons to save money.

I didn't get paid for that time. I missed 2 coupons to clip. Ending up going to customer service to get help. The cashier was friendly, and courteous, and frustrated by all the people ahead of me with similar issues.

I was given a counterfeit $100 bill. I asked for $200 and one of the bills was counterfeit. The cashier was willing to help by comparing my receipt (of which I still have since Sunday before Thanksgiving) but a woman (don’t recall her title) took the situation over and made the decision that she couldn’t find it.

The cashier who waited on me offered the help first and made the comment that there are cameras all around so it wouldn’t (or shouldn’t ) be a problem seeing the actual transaction. But she told her no, that she will take care of it.

And she told us that she couldn’t find the counterfeit bill.

I am not surprised that Kroger Corporate allows Spectrum employees to bully customers into buying their product in Kroger Stores! Every week That I go shopping at Kroger's, Spectrum people are very aggressive towards myself and others trying to get people convinced of their product even though we say NO!

If this continues, I plan on shopping at Giant Eagle or Meijers. I know that Kroger's Corporate is getting a kickback on each customer that signs up, but you will be losing many customers. Shame on Kroger Corporate!

First of all I have been a very loyal and frequent shopper of at Smiths in Albuquerque, NM for nearly 4 decades. As of late, due to a family health issue I have had to utilize the curbside option. Despite rarely getting the order correct or w/o notifying me of substitutions I continued to have faith in Smiths until this past weekend.

My original issue I thought was my digital coupons did not upload that I submitted before going to the store on my laptop as this has happened on occasion in the past and was told by clerk that sometimes glitches happen in server on one or two coupons while loading.

Thinking this was the same thing as I remember loading coupon for cheese and dog food I went to service counter to adjust price. Two ladies working Ann and Ramona were behind counter. Ramona was polite and mostly quiet and I only know her name by name tag.

I tried to order a $50 Kroger online gist card 3 different times. Each time I was given an error message that the purchase did not go through. I called several times and the company could not tell me why. I checked with my bank, which informed me that 2 transactions of $50 dollars were pending. I called back and again the company said they did not go through. I asked why payments are pending and why didn't the purchase go through. I could not get an answer. I am writing to file a complaint against the Kroger located in Oakland, TN. Address 7625 US-64 38060. On several occasions, I have had pricing errors happen whenever I shop at this location. Even after we show a proof of the price, customer service ALWAYS questions us about the pricing as if we had any control over it. Each time the inconvenience occurs, they waste so much of our time waiting on them to triple check a price.

The last experience we had occurred today, December 12th 2022. This is by far the worst experience I've ever dealt with in any Kroger I've shopped at. It's frustrating and humiliating! Management was involved and even he contributed to the awful service we experienced.

Hi. I normally would never do this. The market place at hunters ridge has amazing employees and I shop there weekly and spend a minimum of $1000 a month there because I have a big family. I also hate pulling this too but I'm a hard working combat veteran with ethics.

There is an employee at this store who is just a despicable human being. I'll find out his name and respond. One evening I was there and he drove a scooter for the disabled right into the sliding door at one of the entrances and I witnessed the whole thing and it seemed to me and

On an emergency instruction concerning online hacking by Microsoft Corporation in 8/42022 I purchase 2 Target Gift Card with $500 denomination each. Kroger store activated the cards However, within couple hours, through the store manager situated at 15802 Cham[ion Forest, I discovered the products were empty with no money in them.

I requested him to return my $1000 in full. He refused but replaced them with 2 more gift cards. I adamantly refused fearing that same problem would occur. Accordingly to Target policy when the cards are UNSUED ands ACCOMPANIED with receipt of purchase the full $ 1000 should be refunded.

I spent numerous hours with this store and my bank with no favorable result. As to this date this issue is unresolved. This complaint is my lat effort before filing suit…

E Peoria Krogers Stopped to pick a few items and ended up with a cart full. Only lanes open was self check out. All self check out open with Several people waving to check out. Attempting to complete transaction scanner stopped responding attended comes over and proceeds to speak to me as it I was low class citizen.

I had redeemed points rewards points for burger. The system didn't recognize it. The manager named Nikki then accused me of already using it. Stated she would let everyone in the store know I already used it. She did override the burger.

But not before she thoroughly embarrassed and belittled me in front of customers. I shop at this store on a weekly basis and I am appalled at my experience today. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Advertised cheap chicken wings and never called to give me a heads up about their mistake of accident on the behalf. I was charged for one price and 2 days later the order and price changed! Each time I had the same order and all 3 orders were now scammed for different prices.

After shopping for 1 1/2 hours at the Riverwalk Kroger in South Charleston, WV tonite: and spending another 1/2 hour scanning my $115 worth of groceries, I go to pay with my EBT card. When I tried to scan my card it said error.

I went and got the worker and explained my issue. He transferred me to his register and I saw the box pop up in his screen that said “to manually enter the # press OK” BUT he refused stating it’s their new policy.

He said the reason was they had been scammed before. Well I physically had my EBT card AND a valid ID that shows it’s my card so how could I be trying to scam?? I was embarrassed, I wasted 2+ hours AND had to pay my neighbor $20 for a ride to the store and had to come home with NO GROCERIES?!

I recently purchased 6 bottles of wine at my Fry's during a "buy 6 get 25% off" sale and the 25% discount was correctly credited at the register. But 3 bottles were of "Gnarly Head" wine which promised "$6 off when you buy 3". I later realized the $6 had not been credited so took my receipt today to the service desk. The person there, Laurel, argued (1) that the discount had been given (no, that was the 25% discount, not the additional $6), then (2) that it was a digital coupon (not true), and then (3) that she could do nothing about it. Her supervisor (I assume that is who it was) declined to get involved. I insisted, and showed Laurel the display in the liquor aisle that promised $6 off. She finally very reluctantly credited my card the $6 plus tax.

Kroger in Springfield, Tn. Stopped at Customer Service desk today (12/9/22). Lady with frown on her face and monotone voice, "May I help you"? After transaction, no thank you, come again. She could care less if I'm there. Continue with my shopping and at check-out, same reaction from cashier.

What the piss do you want, because that's what their face says. Bring on the robots, the ppl at customer service, the cashiers and management do not deserve jobs!

I was at the Kroger's in Monroe Ohio 45050 on Tuesday December 06,2022 to buy Shrimp. At the frozen foods area the attached sign was displayed. bag of shrimp reg. 99 each. 98 each. the Manager on duty told me that the shrimp is sold by the pound and the bag is two pounds. 99 each.

no where on the label does it state cost by weight. I know Kroger has the fine print on advertised newspaper ads that states not responsible for mis-prints; bit this is an in store label and I thought Kroger's has the "make it right" policy.

The manager of the Monroe store has the policy of want ever the register/computer states is what is going to be charged. NOT a happy customer. KrogerPlus card # 414427817576

I’ve been shopping at Kroger on Ireland Rd South Bend, In since 1995. The first complaint I had 12 yrs ago, was an employee having an affair with my husband, which ended in divorce. Today I stopped in to ask if there was a limit on purchasing cooked wings.

I saw the lady behind the Deli counter I ask her if I could ask her a question, she was walking toward another customer with an expression of not wanting to wait on me. I ask my question she said we don’t sell whole wings and no we don’t have a minimum.

and walked away talking to the customer about me. I walked to another employee to ask if she could help me, she said yes. I was going to place an order, until the other employee yelled to ask the employee if she needed some help, looking at me with an unfriendly face.

most horrible place to go shopping or the pharmacy run fast way from this place i was in the line to get my medication they close the pharmacy and went home i had to go to the hospital to get my medication

While doing early morning shopping at store #191 a representative named Danny was very disrespectful and harassed me during my short shopping trip, and to top it off he tells me that I don’t have to shop there.
