Am very concerned about the weekly newspaper insert to Montrose, CO Daily Press longer being included in delivered newspapers. Being forced to use electronic version of weekly deals is discrimination at its best for older adults who depend on a printed version of the Weekly Deals. As a lifetime City Market customer, shame on Kroger.

Good evening,

Complaint Order #1223337642323238802 I am writing you to advise you of my disappointment in the correspondence response received regarding the above order. This was a home delivery order that was supposed to be delivered on 12/02/2022 between 12:00-1:00 pm. My husband was at our home awaiting the delivery. I was not there. He contacted me at approximately 1:40 advising no one had arrived with the order. I then call your customer service number to ascertain what may have happened. I spoke with a representative (Chantal) who after being on hold advised the driver was stuck. She stated that the driver had one delivery before they would deliver to my address at 3:00 pm. Lines are ridiculously long. every single time I visit ANY store. I hesitate going in for one or two items when I know it’s gonna cost me at least a half hour to get in and out. Unacceptable, kroger. You’re winning the grocery game.

You should be a better shopping experience. You are understaffing your stores and Inconveniencing people every single day. Feels like I’m on the verge of an apocalyptic era. You can do better than this. Take care of your customers.

I enrolled in Kroger's BOOST membership on 11/10/22 because I take care of my 95 year old mother who has vascular dementia and getting our groceries delivered (free of charge, or so I thought) would make it easier on me to care for her and still be able to get groceries without having to leave the house.

On 11/11/22 Kroger withdrew the $59 fee from my checking account. I placed my first delivery order for 11/17/22. 95 delivery fee. 95. I was told they would post a $10 credit to my Kroger card instead. A couple of days go by and I received an email confirming the $10 credit and that I could use it in any way I needed, ie; online shopping, in store shopping, self-checkout, etc.

I tried to use the credit on 11/222/22 picking up a couple of last minute items for Thanksgiving in the store in…

I am having a problem with the Middletown Kroger pharmacy. The last two prescriptions I received did not have all my medications in the box.

First time 1/2 my estrogen patches were missing. This time I opened the box to find there were none in the box at all. I get them 3 months at a time and assume when they give them to me marked 1 of 3 , 2 of 3, and 3 of 3 that they are all there.

I’ve paid for this medication and want my medication.

On November 17 I ordered groceries on line for home delivery. Those groceries were never delivered. I have called twice about a refund. Each time I was told my refund was processing. I have still not received my refund. This is the second time this has happened. It is unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will no longer be a Kroger customer.

I've gone to 2 Kroger stores in Little Rock, AR. To purchase pork chops the Kroger on Roosevelt RD. Had rotten chops. Went to Kroger on Markham St. They also had the same smelly rotten pork chops. Since I live right up the street from the Markham St.

I took them right back. They were very nice and compensated me. I'm letting you people know. This is a problem I've never had with Kroger stores. Maybe the pork products need to be recalled or checked. I'm 71 years old.

I know it's petty but we use Krogers all the time. But today we bought butter with a coupon and they would not honor it. It was for 1 pack you had no single packs left so we bought a 2 pack.

This a sad thing with the cost of food now days. Guess we just might go to meijers where there stores are stocked and they give discounts no questions asked. Food is out of control but the big wigs get there cut.

the last few times that i have visited your store it has been a terrible disappointment! friendly people, never a long line,good price on whatvi want ! but here lately that has changed. i was there on Thursday, 2 lines opened and people lined way back to check out. wrong answer!!

5 out of the 7 items rang up the wrong price! the young man watching over the self checkout was pleasant but not real helpful. i had to stand there with the other customers staring at me while he found someone to do price checks!!

come to find out 2 of the items a employee put the wrong signs on the product,so he wouldn't change those prices. i politely ask him to take thise items off. and he did with no problems. the other items he kindly changed the price.

A medication that my 13 year old daughter is allergic to was filled. The allergy is clearly listed in her profile. The pharmacist lied and said she had contacted the doctor and that she was able to get the medication changed in which she did not.

One pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians failed the process.

I cannot access my online account. After spending over 1/2 hour in chat, (11/30/22) they said they would credit my account $15, for the inconvenience, which they did. While I was waiting for them, I opened another window and tried again, for about the twentieth time, so I told them I was finally able to sign in.

In the past I really like your donuts, especially the white cream filled bars with maple icing. , but it tasted like a day old donut, dry and with hardly any cream filling. Then I bought a donut at the Kroger on Madison Ave.

11/30/22 I attempted to return soured 1/2 gallon of milk to Kroger@ 11701 S Sam Houston Pkwy 77089, customer service person, Will . Will told me that I used 16 ounces of the milk and he would only give me 99 cent and I would have to find replacement milk for 99 cent.

When I got in line for the register the light was on the cashier turned the light off there where no other registers open I had a full cart had to use the self cheek out. The Krogers I shop is nasty! The produce are not good half of the products are brown an dry an nasty. The salads on the shelf are expired or getting ready to expire. The mangers don’t care I have told mangers about this so many times.

On checkout I was not fast enough with my Kroger card and kKoger coupons and the young clerk had my order processed out before I could use my card and said I couldn't use it. The young bagger was busy with another bagger and didn't help empty my cart even though it was obvious I am handicapped and could barely reach my groceries.

I went to the service desk using my riding cart and waited in line while the young bagger arrived and processed my correction on my bill without me saying a word, as he realized there had been a mistake made. 00 cash after recalculating my bill and I thanked him for his help.

com to participate in a survey. The website wanted me to put in an entry ID, which is on my receipt. It also asked me to put in the time I made my purchase. The website did not accept my entry ID, even though I know for a fact I put in the correct entry ID.

I put in the hour and minutes of the time of my purchase, which is also on my receipt. I didn’t put in the seconds of the time of my purchase because the seconds are not on my receipt, but the website insisted I put in the seconds.

You people need to make an improvement in the website or at least have the seconds out in on our receipt! What’s the point of putting in the seconds on a feedback survey, anyway?

I would give no stars if it was possible. I want to express the customer service at your Finneytown location especially the pharmacist has become trash, the cashiers at pharmacy are rude, lack urgency, and act as though the customers are disturbing them.

The automated RX refill is a joke because if there is an issue your not told about it till you go to get RX which by then is too late. When you do send out notifications on medicine you don’t even know what medicine they are referring to.

Also the managers let the cashiers get away with bad behavior as they act busy as hell behind the counter and never step up. This is a long story but to minimize my frustration I'll get to the point. PLEASE train your managers better to not be so damn rude when someone's debit card, that's supposedly linked to my checking account even though Capito One claims that's not true, to not be a loud mouth when attempting to explain why my check was refused!

She stated I'm to call CMRTY Bank, when (in front of her I called the bank, there's plenty of money in my account! Someone committed fraud making my debit card not work so I ran home and returned for my groceries and I asked if it'd trigger another fraud alert.

Went to Columbus Ave, Springboro oh. location to fuel both of our cars. The pump recognized our Kroger rewards card, but would not accept either of our credit cards. I went to the attendant's site, he came out, reset the pump to no avail A customer at an adjacent pump was experiencing the same problem.

He suggested trying another pump with no success. My wife prepaid $75, we topped off both cars but unfortunately we used less than the prepaid amount. The attendant said they would credit the card , but after two days we have not received the credit.

We have over 400 Kroger fuel points, which would suggest we are frequent Kroger customers. We would appreciate your help.

Hello I have shopped at Kroger for years and have never encountered a problem until yesterday day. I was at the store doing thanksgiving shopping (holland rd Kroger, Virginia Beach Va 23453). As expected the lines were very long which was not an issue it’s normal on holidays.

However, when I got to the front after waiting 20 mins in line. I see nothing is moving and the employees one names Colton and I don’t know the other young lady’s names but they both were beyond rude.

I went to Kroger on 11/22/22 at 8465 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, Ga. My shopping was great, I was able to find everything I needed. I got into the checkout line behind an elderly caucasian couple and the cashier (Wanda) spoke to them and her interactions with them were friendly and respectful.

On Monday eve. main, bexley ohio store. I checked out as the store was closing and encountered the new manager, "Niki" I asked how the digital coupons worked as my cashier was brand new and wasn't sure. She said the coupons wouldn't work for 24 hours.

I said that all the signage in the store on the items indicated that the savings were available immediately.

Also I had been "clipping" coupons on the app all thru the store. She then said it takes 15 minutes. I asked how to get the discount from my phone to the register, that I had never used digital coupons before.

Just wanted to say that when I see the commercial on food at Kroger is fresher than fresh I have to laugh as I don’t know how many times I’ve bought fruits or vegetables that I have thrown away because they are rotten when I open them. 00 and had eaten some when I pulled them apart and discovered they were moldy.

Food has gotten almost impossible to afford then to spend money on something that can’t be eaten, (shame on you Kroger)! I did return to store and they did replace them but that is not the point. I will consider shopping somewhere else in the future.

The Kroger store at 220 Tom Hill Blvd. Macon, GA. 31210 needs cleaning up on the outside of the store facing the North side Drive side of the it. The grass is filled with trash, big pieces of white paper thrown on the grass.

I went through the checkout Thursday 11/17/23 at Kroger 9741 Dixie Highway Clarkston MI 48348 and a Kroger employee black woman running a checkout lane was nice enough to allow me to go back into the store to select an item I forgot. But her manner was so militant that I felt like I was dealing with a Russian Army General as if I was a Ukrainian which I am not.

It was very disconcerting being spoken to like I was some sort of guilty party of committing some horrific crime, of which I have certainly not done. What is her deal being so extremely stern with her customers? Maybe she needs to be sent to a psychologist for evaluation and counseling.

She just might end up hurting herself or someone. Thank you!

I used the self-checkout (CHEC 503) and wanted $20 back. There were attendants standing right next to me. I gathered my purchases and took my receipt but failed to remember the $20 for change. My car was just outside the doorway so I was not gone longer than two minutes.

When I returned to see of the attendants had taken the $20, there were not any attendants in sight but a gentleman was at the same checkout location. Because there were no attendants, I couldn't just accuse the gentleman of taking my 20 since the attendants might have had it instead.

I'm disappointed by a few things. I've shopped Prescott Valley Frys for10 years. Before that I used King Sooper in Denver Colo. since 1976. All prescriptions n groceries. It's been very convenient. But the last 2 yrs your supply is horrible. Of course Covid is to blame there. But since then you can't keep things on the shelf. I bought your brand of Vitamin Water. Loved the flavors n price. It got to be you couldn't keep it on shelves. Finally discontinued! I drank your brand instead of soda. Helped me a lot!!!! Now Vitamin Water is hard to get with empty shelves. And higher price!! I have done business with Kroger for years, food, Rx and gas. 08. My check was denied by Certefy. I called them at the store and was uncomfortable giving them, my check ID, Drivers License number, and reference number on the receipt.

They cannot tell me why my check was denied except a risk factor but they don’t know what it is. They will send me a letter within 60 days, well that’s no help. The only help they offered is to not go to Kroger and go to another grocery store.

I am 72 years old and live on $2000 a month, I have plenty of money to cover this. I am buying food for me, another family with 2 children that has no money at this time and was so excited because I was bring them food, fruit and pizza, they are so disappointed.

I have been a repeat customer at this fred myer location for a number of years. Yesterday nov 15 2022 9 am I was checking out with three bags of groceries. The checkout person- lady- left my bags on the counter for me to left into my cart.

Rather than help me she continued to check out the next customer in line, now mixing my purchases (that were not completely bagged) with that customer. The bags were very heavy and I had to strain myself to lift them into my cart.

The next morning I woke up with a sore neck from the straining the previous day at fred myer. Most times I check out the cashiers place my empty bags in the cart, then fill them, all to avoid any lifting.

I’m very disturbed about the poor lighting in the parking lot of Kroger on Hoover Rd. in Grove City, Ohio. Buckeye Grove Shopping Center. It’s always been bad but I was there last night and it is pitch black in areas and very dim on other areas.

Someone needs to be concerned about the customer and employee safety in this parking lot. For years I have thought it was dimly lit, but it is beyond ridiculous now. Not sure if Kroger is responsible or the owner of the plaza, whoever that is.

Tonight I filed complaints with Kroger, the owner of the property (I think) and the Grove City Chamber of Commerce. Went in to pick up a prescription last Tue around 11 o’clock the line was longer than usual and did not move for over 6 min. after I stepped in line. I did not see anyone who usually works there?

It seemed like everyone working was new without training? It was the longest line I have seen waiting when I finally received my refill and left the store.

Downloaded 5Xfuel points digital coupon for Veterans Day but did not receive the 5X fuel points on my grocery purchase on that day. FREMONT, OHIO Store customer service center gave me the 1-800-krogers phone number to call . That Rep, when I finally got to speak with a real person, said that the Fremont ,Ohio store was not a store honoring the coupon.

I was on the phone a total of 47 minutes with the 800-krogers number from start to finish, and was finally given the 5X fuel points on my fuel points account. What a hassle! And WASTE of MY TIME !
