Multiple times pharmacy has failed us they tell us the meds are ready and when we get the pharmacy they and the deli department is horrible the staff out complains about short staff a still aren't ready and the same problem occurred at Walgreens on buttermilk and I was told they are short staffed and I don't care about your work place I want to go to pick up my meds without inconvience

I bought a game controller and not knowing the return policy, my grand son removed the tape and said this is the wrong controller. I tried to return with a receipt. The young man behind the counter explained I could exchange it.

My husband and I were shopping at the Florence, Ky Kroger store on Mall Rd last night after I got off work at 8p. By the time we were finished loading up each of our carts above the rim it was around 9:50p and we get up front to the lanes and notice only the self checkouts were open.

Afternoon, while at your store in Perry Georgia on Sam Nunn Blvd Perry Ga. 31069 on 5/12/2022 at about 3:30 pm, I had purchase gas at this location and was headed to the store to make some purchases when I saw this young man that worked at that kroger pushing buggies up the hill towards the gas station.

While sitting in my car I felt a hard bang. When I existed my vehicle there was a buggy that the young man had allowed to get away from him and ran right into the side of my driver side back door.

Complaint against employer. The reason for my complaint is that some of my change was stuck inside the pay it yourself line. I was not given the proper amount of money back. For some reason my transaction wouldn't go through.

I went to pick up prescribtion for my husband on 3/17/22. Presribtion was suppose to be injection for obesity. Pharmacy tech gave me a different medication on his profile which is in the tablet form. I try to explain to her that the medication for my husband that i need now is injection form and not tablet but she told be it was switched by my husband's doctor to the tablet form.

She gave me the pills in a staple bag and i paid $150. She did not tell me the name of the medication neither did the phamacist talk to me about any concerns. I pull aside and open the stable bag just to notice it was the wrong medication given to me.

I have been working all week with Kroger to get a duplicate transaction off of my bank account. Their only reply is that it happens all the time and it may correct itself. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Kroger and they could care less to help.

Since the pandemic, I've utilized delivery and pickup service from Kroger's. I usually pickup at the Dorothy Lane location, and the service has been exceptional. However, when my order is delivered, from the Wayne Ave., Dayton, OH., location, the service and quality of food is absolutely POOR. Every time I order, the bread is ALWAYS OLD (eating an Old bagel now), and items are extremely limited, unlike the Dorothy Lane location. This store is truly an embarrassment to the organization, it's apparently substandard to the Kroger chain.

I live, unfortunately, about 15 miles from the nearest Kroger, and while it will allow me to set up a whole order before telling me so, they do not deliver. So I decided to have a product shipped to me.

When I went on my iPhone Kroger app to do it, I realized it had a payment card on it I no longer possessed. I’m a new customer to Kroger pharmacy. I was a lead tech at a competitor pharmacy and when I quit my job I started using Kroger as it was cheaper without insurance.

I'm disappointed in the contents of a can of sliced BUTTON mushrooms that I purchased for a dinner for company. There were NO BUTTON mushrooms in the can. It looked like one of the cans with pieces in it. It says quality guarantee on the can.
