I been driving truck 29 years and have been delivering to kroger dist in Atlanta Ga and setting to get unloaded for 7 to 8 hours is very unprofessional they tear your trailer up and don't put load locks back in trailer it is one of the worst company to deliver to if it weren't for drivers you would not have a company drivers do their best to deliver how about doing your best to unload us we have appointment else where thought we are all a team hope this company fix it before to late

Your Kroger stores in Savannah GA need more rider carts for customers. Many people can't walk around the whole store. I understand that you have curb- side assistance but, I like shopping for myself. Your riders are old and raggedy and every time I go there, the charge on the machine will be low which hinders a person to shop.

I live in BG, Ky and shop at the Kroger on Campbell ln, Nov. 2 my pickup time for my groceries was between 4 and 5. I got here at 4 and a guy came out and said they were running behind if I could come back at 5.

No problem, I came back at 5 and checked in 20 minutes went by I called, some guy apologized said it would be 10 more min. I now have been here a total of 40 min and still no groceries, this is inexcusable.

I’ve made 2 trips and still no groceries.

I have sent an email one time before and still no response. This was roughly 30 days from today's date?? I think. Anyhow I'm eating dinner with company and part of dinner was Kroger frozen mixed vegetables when all sudden something was stuck in my throat and I couldn't get it loose.

I also could barely breathe choking gasping even start bleed little finally I was rushed to emergency room in Brighton colorado. I was there for 4 maybe 5 hrs they x rated talked amongst 5 er physicians and an anesthesiologist who decided not to risk trying to remove object there in their facility and had me sent to university Denver by ambulance as they were better equipped or specialized.??

Kroger (pharmacy department) 9140 Forest Ln. Dallas, TX 75243 214-221-0939

At 12:55 PM, October 30, 2021, I dropped off two prescriptions to be filled at the 9140 Forest Ln. Krogers Pharmacy. I waited the 25 min I was quoted then went back to the counter to pay. I had my phone my out to show the cashier I had a Kroger EGift card, pointing to the bar code for her to scan. She looked confused , and scanned the bar code and it beeped once. She then tells me my total is $21.49, which is the initial cost of my meds. I had to find the problem, so I checked the balance it was good. Approaching the cashier again, she looks away annoyingly and eyeballs the assistant manager to come see if he knew how to process this type of payment. I have not received any coupons in the mail in the last 4-5 months. When I first moved and changed my address I was told that I would have to wait up to 6 months before I would receive any coupons.

March this year I received some, and have not gotten any in since then.

Meanwhile, I have been continously shopping with no savings outside of using my Kroger card. This is ridiculous and I refuse to hold another 2 hours to be told the same thing.

I'm Unable to get customer service to explain why the digital coupons for fuel points do not work. The qr code doesn't work. I've called, gone to the store, nobody knows why. I called, got transferred to the wrong dept.

That rep said the first rep was supposed to help. I couldn't get transferred due to long hold times. I sent messages on Twitter. I'm ignored, they reply to others. I requested help thru email 4 days ago. I need help!

You have a sell for 12 pack Coke and Dr. Pepper products for 3/$11 no limit in the ad or in store.

However the managers say they reserve the right to limit to only 3 times the sale amount. How is this not false advertising. If there is a limit it should be posted in the store or in the ad. I was attempting to purchase 12 Cokes and 12 Dr. Peppers.

I even offered to just purshase 9 of each brand and I was told no it was only 9 total. To put the icing on the cake I had picked up all the cases at the front door and walked thru the store where I passed several employees and no one said anything until I was at the front to check out.

I have worked in retail for 20 years. I have never had an issue like this. If a limit was posted I would gladly buy the posted limit. I wasn't trying to buy all…

Don't Tread on Me. 50 for gas on a holiday weekend so you took out every penny in my bank for the whole Memorial Day weekend. The worst thing is you don't care, it's in your account drawing interest with all the other people you robbed today.

How wrong is it, that I called and was told it's printed on the gas pump. In FINE PRINT! Who cares, you could just write, "We're taking your car and your children" on the pump if that was how business worked.

50 and I'm never coming back to kroger again, if my friends say kroger I'm going to get sick. GO out of business before you steal another dime.

I don’t normally complain about anything and I know you really don’t care what one person thinks or says BUT the Kroger Westlake, VA is the worst Kroger store I have ever been in. I am a local resident not a tourist and I’m in that store 2-3 times a week.

I am constantly having to dodge stockers during the day no matter what time of day it is. The shelves are NEVER stocked and if you ask about it the go to answer is the truck didn’t come in. The deli area has the worst customer service ever.

People are lined up and only two people are sometimes working to help with deli meats mostly 1 person. Today the girl behind the deli counter had an attitude because my Mom and I were next in line to give our order - I ordered shaved ham and Mom wanted the same thing so

QFC on Milwaukie Ave; in Sellwood; Portland, Oregon.

I have been shopping here for 20+ years. In the last year they have exactly 2 checkers who are good and professional. The lady working this morning had her checkstand closed when I pulled up. Even though she was the only person checking. She looked at me and said if you want to wait you can stay here. She was only helping 1 other person. Then she said to another person: thinking it might be the manager to help. "Rob can you help her?. He looks at me; then looks at his phone.

I decided to go with my basket to the self check. He never looked at me or acknowledged me at all and was on his personal phone the whole time. When I said about paying more attention to his personal phone than customers he walked outside.

Sunday morning around 9:45am 8/9/2020. I was going through the self check out with my groceries. I started to scan my items when a Kroger employee (did not ask her name) came up to me and said you can not buy that beer until noon.

I completely forgot it was Sunday and asked her why. She raised her voice and said it's a state law. " So saving her and I any more embarrassment, I bit my tongue and left the store. Now for my information.

Regarding King Soopers Store at Uintah Gardens in Colorado Springs. My financially burdened neighbor was refused her change at said King Soopers. They did NOT offer her her change on a customer card. She has a monthly income of about $200 a month. This is wrong.

If you have to go changeless make extra sure the customer is offered the change on a card. This must be crystal clear. Otherwise it constitutes robbery of the poor. Amend, please.

In Colorado ,we have a mandatory face mask order when entering a place of business. I have been told that Kroger respects that order and expects its employees and customers to abide by that order. I live in Craig , Colorado and shop at the City Market store..

Numerous times I have shopped there and your employees are NOT wearing their masks. Some employees seem to think that wearing their mask under their chin seems to count, I do not. Since we have a Walmart in town, I will do my shopping there unless there are changes in your store.

I am wearing my mask for my protection and others. I am also wearing it so that businesses may remain open. I'm sorry that your supervisors are not monitoring your employees better. I am but one voice, but maybe things can change.

I have been a Kroger customer for over 55 years, in fact my first job was with Kroger bagging groceries. I never thought I would see Kroger price gouging but today I experienced it first hand. I went to my regular store Hwy. 20 in Covington, GA 30016) and found they had 4 packages of Toilet tissue on a relatively empty shelf because the do not really enforce the one package limit. I had wait over a month for this so I grabbed one. They were the big rolls that I am used to paying about $4 for at Kroger and Walmart. Imagine my shock when the item scanned for $8. This is unbelievably bad for a store to do this when everyone is struggling, I will do the only thing I can do, I am done with Kroger forever and will tell everyone I meet about this!

The power went out and I understand issues happen. It's been over 40 minutes. Granted they are offering water and cookies this is absolutely absurd. Instead of telling new customers that the systems are down, more people are coming in and the lines are ridiculously long.

There should be back up manual systems in place for incidents like this. It's unacceptable.

4 days ago while checking out at Kroger in Flushing, MI with a split payment of $188 going on my EBT card and $15 going on my Visa credit card, the cashier accidentally charged the entire balance of $204 to my Visa credit card. I did not notice the mistake until 4 days later because I went to pay my credit card bill & noticed the $204 charge.

I called the store and was told to call 1800krogers. I called and was told there was nothing they could do on their end that the store had to resolve it. So I called the Flushing store and spoke to a manager who told me to come into the store to have it refunded on my visa and split the payment on the proper cards.

Check next door in Frisco, Texas for many complaints on the store on Main Street. I stopped go there a year ago. every complaint they put up was real. Called the company number and they blew me off. It is in a good location for a lot of us, but are forced to use a different location.

Sorry to say both of them are not stocking supplies I’m use to using. I expect to see the store gone soon. One of the stores didn’ t have enough checkers. Was told there info only lets them put out so many at certain times. Guess the.

Only way is we are going to check out is at the self check out stand. Oh, I’m disabled so it is almost impossible to do. We have to have a care giving to do. Oh we also have to pay here a fee for her time!

My complaint is specific to Kroger Pharmacy in Madisonville KY. My daughter was diagnosed with flu, pneumonia, and strep this week. Her physician sent her prescriptions over around 11am on Monday January 13th. I attempted to pickup the medications around 3 or 330pm that same day and after waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to look for the medications, I was told they weren't ready and I could circle around the building and come back if I would like.

When I asked how much longer I needed to wait the employee told me more than an hour. Almost 2 hours later I finally received a text saying the medications were ready. So 6 hours after the doctor sent the prescriptions and 2 trips later we finally were able to give my daughter the medications needed.

Madisonville Pharmacy has gone from excellent service to NO service. There is always a long wait in drive thru and walk in. Too few workers and their attitude is terrible. The pharmacy is junked up and unorganized. Call in prescriptions are not filled until you come for the pick up.

We have 12 regular maint. drug prescriptions that we are going to transfer to another pharmacy.

I am having many issues with the Kroger Mendenhall store in Memphis Tn 38117. 1. shelves are not stocked, always out of certain items that we frequently buy including fresh produce 2. many times there are no baskets available and I have to go to the parking lot to find one 3. long checkout lines 4. dirty floors

On several occasions we have had to go to another Kroger to find what we need ie: Poplar Highland and Poplar Kirby. Those stores are fully stocked, no long lines,baskets available and very clean. We have complained to supervisors but the answer given is that there is no leadership at the higher level as managers come and go. We have also heard other customers complaining as well. We will no longer be shopping at this particular Kroger.

Kroger supermarkets is offering a 'digital coupon' price on their store shelves for many items that are only available to people who own smartphones/computers and are willing to take the time to download these coupon price to the Kroger store card. Not everyone is able to get these lower prices.

If your poor and cant afford a smartphone or computer then you cant have a lower price and save money at Kroger. Kroger told me in person and on the phone i could not get the lower price without downloding their 'digital coupons'.

This is very illegal and discriminatory i believe.

My rating would be NO STARS. I've been a Kroger Pharmacy customer for about 8 days, my first experience with Kroger is terrible. /07/2020 to pick it up when I had other prescription to pick up after 3:00 PM. I go back around 5:00 PM and it had never been filled and the other one that was ordered also on Saturday 1/04/2020 hadn't been filled because they couldn't contact the previous pharmacy because they couldn't wait for someone to answer the phone.

There are 15 individuals in line at pharmacy... outside at least 6 cars in each line. I realize this is flu season... not my issue, here to pick up new Rx. But inside, issue a number, then patrons could be shopping, waiting to hear their number called to return to pharmacy.

Or have ALL windows inside open fir service. This is a waste of time... and listening to folks complain that are also in line or those who have returned fir a second time due to long lines, inside and out Poor customer service

I will not shop at your West State store again! I went to this store on 1/2/20 at 1:21 pm on my lunch hour. I usually shop at the Maplecrest Rd. and St. Joe Center location. I have an hour for lunch and that location on West State was the closest to my place of employment.

I deliver produce to the Denver,Colorado facility when here I’m given a door assignment then back into the assigned door 4 hours later they start to unload the trailer and 5-6 hours later I get a phone call from receiving telling to come and get my bills of lading for what I delivered to this warehouse. The only reason I shop at Kroger is because it’s five minutes away. Before we moved, I shopped at Meijer. My my. What a difference. The Kroger store in LaPorte is dirty, it has very little selection, and it’s over-priced.

The produce section is horrible. Everything’s old and soft or rotted. There are only two registers opened the majority of the time. Always long waits. but I won’t. The majority of your customers at grocery stores are Moms. So why the rap music?

It’s always hard rock or rap. And today I would think you would be playing Christmas music. But no. Rap again. I don’t think I can shop at this store store anymore. There’s other choices in town. I think I need to move on.

The self checkouts are maddening. I try to go to the regular checkout but now a days, there are only one or two of those lines open. I know you want to eventually get rid of the human checker but us old folks are exhausted by the machines. Have some pity .

Hello I was in your store located on Coliseum Drive in Hampton, Virginia 12/14/19 and received the absolute WORST customer service in all my years shopping there!!! I entered your store at 11:40pm knowing store hours posted said closing at midnight.

I went in one direction and my daughter another to get everything we needed quickly. We arrived at the self check registers at 11:53 and all were closed except 1. I have had a W/Comp Rx account with Kroger for almost 20 years, with most Rxs filled at the same store. About 2 years ago I shifted my account to a store closer to where I lived. I explained to the pharmacist how the insurance company wanted claims filed in order to get the best results, and we came to an agreement that the account would be transferred to her store. After a somewhat "rocky start," I honestly thought that everything would be okay. That feeling did not last very long! I bring in seven Rxs every month which cost around $2,400. I will also have extra Rxs several times a year which increase the amount of my account with Kroger. I purchased fuel cards two weeks ago along with groceries and for some unknown reason, the check we wrote would not go through. The cashier could not correct the problem nor the supervisor. They were rude and the cashier said she only had a little while before she retires.

Today I went back and purchased gift cards and groceries and hen I came home I realized that there was something wrong with the purchase so I went back to the front desk and Tina went over the purchase and found out they did not ring one of the gift cards.
