Hello I was in your store located on Coliseum Drive in Hampton, Virginia 12/14/19 and received the absolute WORST customer service in all my years shopping there!!! I entered your store at 11:40pm knowing store hours posted said closing at midnight.

I went in one direction and my daughter another to get everything we needed quickly. We arrived at the self check registers at 11:53 and all were closed except 1. The customer on that register had numerous items so after a couple of minutes the rudest associate you have directed me to another register that was not working properly so in between her closing activities she decided to yell instructions on using the register..

I have had a W/Comp Rx account with Kroger for almost 20 years, with most Rxs filled at the same store. About 2 years ago I shifted my account to a store closer to where I lived. I explained to the pharmacist how the insurance company wanted claims filed in order to get the best results, and we came to an agreement that the account would be transferred to her store. After a somewhat "rocky start," I honestly thought that everything would be okay. That feeling did not last very long! I bring in seven Rxs every month which cost around $2,400. I will also have extra Rxs several times a year which increase the amount of my account with Kroger. I would bring them in around lunch time, and would have to come back 2 or 3 times in order to P/U my Rxs. I changed my doctor…

I purchased fuel cards two weeks ago along with groceries and for some unknown reason, the check we wrote would not go through. The cashier could not correct the problem nor the supervisor. They were rude and the cashier said she only had a little while before she retires.

Today I went back and purchased gift cards and groceries and hen I came home I realized that there was something wrong with the purchase so I went back to the front desk and Tina went over the purchase and found out they did not ring one of the gift cards.

So Tina corrected the purchase and charged me for the additional card which all were on the 4times fuel points. She pointed out that the fuel points were not added to the account. What was lacking is any direction on how to do it my self and why did it not go thru…

I have shopped the same Kroger forever spending about $150 a week. I was very upset today not because the pharmacy was super busy, but because when I approached the tech to pick up a prescription called in 4 hrs prior by my doctor.

The tech rolled her eyes and said we are focusing on sick meds. Little did she know my medical history. I had been having lots of problems always being told they are too busy. I am always bagging my own food, I have been asking the cashiers how to get the digital coupons loaded, no one ever knows.

Just a horrible experience the last year or so. I had no idea that the pharmacy is ran by emergencies or what they think a customers story is.

I shopped at your store at 5965 Hoover Road Grove City Ohio 43123. It is between 5-6 miles from my home and not the closest store but I do not like the store on Stringtown Road as it always appears dirty and parking is a joke.

Anyway, when I got home and was putting away my purchased I found that there was a bag missing. I immediately called the store and the customer service I received was very poor even after asking to speak with a manager.

I was disconnected while holding and feel it was deliberate. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to shop and they wanted me to come back and rebuy my items. My receipt says I checked out at 5:13.

I had worked all day and been up since 4:00 am and was not able to return last night. Some of the missing items were for my lunch today at work, so…

Seattle store, 145th and 15 ave NE... Thurs 11/21 10am. One cashier, & self check open. Cashier leaving for lunch, toll me to go to self check. NO, I DON'T GET PAID TO CHECK OUT MY GROCERIES!!! The nice cashier held off on her break, seriously, 2 minutes.

75 years I have lived in Frisco, TX I have been victimized by expired merchandise at your store near the corner of El Dorado and Custer. On 11-21-19 I am going to approach whoever in mgmt who will listen and complain, AGAIN, of the expired merchandise.

I fully expect a full refund, an apology and an explanation as to how the event happened and what mgmt is going to do to prevent further occurrences. I will also ask for punitive remuneration to partly reimburse me for my wasted time shopping at that store.

If I do not get satisfactory action I WILL take my business to the stores up the street on Custer whose names start with an S or a W. Your mgmt at this store will soon see 100% of nothing in the way of revenue and profits if I do not get my satisfaction.

Rating = 1 for Fry's Gas Center on Bell Rd in Phoenix AZ. On Thu 11/14/19 I purchased $30 of gas with my debit card & Fry's Gas deducted an additional $150 from my account without my knowledge. I found out about the debit when I made a purchase at McDonalds 2 days later and was denied!!

Not only should it be illegal but this is fraud! I didn't purchase $180 worth of gas! It's poor business practice and I'll tell all I know about my experience. I'll never purchase gas there again or the grocery store.

How can you keep my money for 8 days when I never purchased $150 of gas??

I have called l the 800 number at least four times now and also reported the same issue to Mr. Couch and Mr. Gladden store managers at the N. Columbia St. in Milledgeville , Ga, location. Every time I go into Shop and need a riding buggy due to my disabilities I can never get finished with my shopping before the buggy goes dead.

Most of the time the buggies are all tied up on the charger and is very difficult to tell which ones are charged up. This week I made sure I had an employee tell me that the one I took was completely charged.

Hi, I have been a KROGER customer for 60 years. The idea of having my groceries delivered to me is GREAT. The problem that I have is simple. I’m being charged higher prices and 4 or 5 items that are not correct.

I know I can approve replacements. NO replacements Another problem that has really pissed me off is Instacart shows on their website many things are not available in store. I call the store and they confirm the products I want are available. e. Hostess cakes.

Not only are they in the store, they’re ON SALE. That means I’m being given the wrong products I get to pay fill price.

On or about 11/7/2019 around 2:49 pm I am any my friend went to your Kroger locations, located at Clinton HWY, Powell, TN, to find NO workable handicap cart. There was 6 in total only one was working but not charged.

In the rain and cold, I had to go back to my car to drive 10 miles to yet another Krogers, in Powell, TN located on Emory RD. I COULD NOT FIND HANDICAPPED PARKING!! This is true with ALL your stores located around me.

Yet you will bend over backward to give Pick up service the best of parking and more of it. I WHy is this?. I am handicapped and your company isn't handicapped friendly. You make efforts but failed. In the past, I have spoken to two of the three managers in different stores.

The Sidney Ohio Kroger store has become an embarrassment to the chain. I realize hiring and keeping competent staff is difficult however the continued success of your companies stores requires doing so. My specific concern tonight was related to the handicap carts and the condition of the electrical circuits along the walls used to charge theM.

Since at least January when I first started using theses carts there have been exposed wires, outlets with broken pins blocking ground holes and other significant defects related to the power strips near the stool entrance. Tonight when I mention this to to a manager he said it to maintenance without success.

It appears that management and maintenance isn’t aware of the NEC CODES, OSHA standards and consequences of an OSHA inspection for conditions…

The new Kroger store in Royal Oak scams people. I had 9 items in my basket. When I get home and look at my receipt, there is 11 items on my receipt. Overcharging me 4$. The cashier also said she does not know how to make a rain check adjustment in price on register.

This is the second time in two weeks I experienced a cashier that is not trained properly. Last week, I gave a bottle return and she scanned it twice and said said she owed me money. I corrected her and paid the appropriate price.

It is such a beautiful store and I want to shop there but not if I get overcharged each and every time. I am contacting the state authorities to request an investigation on the scanners in that store. How extremely disappointing.

I shopped at your Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreeek Ohio store today, 11/01. I went on my way home from work to get some items for dinner, I went to the self checkout registers, as I always do. When I proceeded to pay for my groceries with my debit card it would not authorize, I tried again and the same issue.

The attendant, a young male, only said "you just have to keep trying", after several attempts to pay to no avail, I asked the young man would it eventually go through, he just shrugged his shoulders while arms were crosssed over his chest and said nothing. I left my bagged groceries at the register and told him they can put back, I was very upset and left without any groceries as this was only form of payment I had with me.

I was in the Kroger located off of Killian Rd on Halloween day the lady from customer service was helping me out there was a long line a lady came and started cursing at her she called for a manager like 3 times and no one answered. She was very nice and in no way disrespected the customer. I was with Brambleton Pharmacy, when KROGER'S bought the client's and we, as clients, were told we would have tge same excellent Pharmacy services. Now I live in NW Roanoke City now, but since I was a loyal customer of Brambleton Pharmacy, I stayed with the CAVE SPRING CORNER KROGER'S.

I have had problems, but NEVER with the PHARMACY STAFF, UNTILL THE LAST FEW MONTH'S. I am on WORKERS COMP, as I was with Brambleton Pharmacy, and Mr. Tony, made sure that all of his "pharmacy people", were covered. Now, ask any of the old Pharmacy people, I will fight battles with worker's comp, with my attorney.

Kroger on Leestown road in Lexington, Ky. Seriously needs to be investigated for numerous reasons. Lack of professional attitude, indications of general theft through Out departments. One management employee recently wore see through leggings with thong and cheeks quite visible.

Numerous times in last year alone have thrown out items purchased for dinner that evening for being spoiled. The low quality of products is of greater concern. Customers making comments that Aldi's grocer is much better. What a comparison. Rating experience of one does not the Towne Centre branch deserve.

I tried once again to use Kroger pharmacy because it’s so convenient. Asked to have prescription transferred from another pharmacy told would be 1 to 2 hours went back next day to pick up and no associate had a clue about it.

Had not been transferred or even thought about. Pharmacist was a very smart to me about it. Was an older gentleman. I’ve been treated like this before and stopped using them. After the way he spoke to me ( the pharmacist) and associates having no clue what’s going on I promise to never use this pharmacy again in fact going to better business bureau about it.

The Kroger at San Felipe and Voss has gone downhill since you took out all the 5 express lanes and now want everyone to do self checking which is ridiculous and you lose lots of money because people dont know how to do it. That used to be most efficiently run store in the neighborhood and i told the manager at that Kroger it was a big bistake to replace express lines with self checking.

NOw you have 3 cashiers on a saturday and the lines are endless and the cashiers are being worked to death. You are poor employers and dont treat your people right..

Pharmacy is severely understaffed and does not even answer the phone. Tried for over 2 hours to confirm receipt of a new prescription. They never answered. Called the customer service department to speak to a manager. After about 20 rings it hung up.

1101 Flower Mound Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028. Sunday ( 10-13-19) about Noon.

First I had to go back into the parking lot to get a cart. The situation was still the same as I left the store after making purchases. To get to the toilet tissue I needed, I had to stand on a shelf, and reach around a 6 ft tower of Brawny paper towels placed in the aisle.

Several aisles have so many displays in the aisle they have become single cart wide in places. The produce used to be attractively displayed and enticing-now produce is passable. The blue pickup carts are another obstacle. Several store brands I used to purchase are no longer stocked.

I want to file a complaint against the Kroger location is 4918 Kingston Pike, Knoxville Tennessee. I shop at this location all the time because it is close to where I live but here lately I have traveled to other locations because I feel more comfortable at the other locations.

When I go to the Kroger close to my house and I'm ready to check out I always use self checkout and when I use self checkout the employees always hoovering over me and it has become a all the time thing and they don't do it to other customers ONLY black people.

Maybe because this Kroger is in a white neighborhood but I should not feel uncomfortable shopping at this store this has become ridiculous everybody should be treated the same I really hope this reaches somebody.

The Kroger Milk cooler has the different types of milk (whole, 2%, 1% etc) behind different doors. Great So I grab a gallon and go home only to find out that 3 shelves down in the same milk category door they are placing a shelf of organic with the same color label, THEN 2 more shelves of the regular milk. So unless your eye scans every shelf you easily grab organic by mistake. Terrible tactic. And someone right in front of me at the service desk had to come back to the store and exchange it just like me. And how long does that milk sit at the service desk and then go back on the shelves?

Smith Store 184 Jackson Wyoming 83001 I work for smith for like 5 years on Front End....... I have seen how many people have left Deli department, which is why Gema Correas feels the power to run to anyone. Gema feels that having many years of working in Deli has privileges.

What is happening with a member of Deli seems unfair, she is a good person and a good worker, many customers have commented on good things. What Gema Correas is doing is unfair and personal is making the Deli department have a bad name just like the store.

Theres not enough cashiers when you go into the store to buy groceries for the week. When you spend hundreds of dollars in the store to have to do the self check is ridiculous. Then the register keeps locking up.

Then you have an employee standing right beside you her cell phone yelling across the store fixes the register with an attitude. It does it again this time she come over with her child on her him. I shopped at the Schrock Rd location in Westerville Ohio on Friday 10/4 at approximately 625pm. I picked up 4 items in the store and went to the State store for 2 items. I was overcharged by approximately $30 and ironically, did not get a receipt.

I went to your kroger facility located in southaven miss. This store is located at the corner of goodman and getwell. On a saturday at 6 pm, there were 3 lanes available for service. If I have a large quantity I do not go to self check out.

There were at least 12 people in line of the 3 lanes available. The wait was long, employee satisfaction poor and I had to bag my own groceries. To brag on your accomplishments is a bit premature considering you have forgotten the basic tenet of a community grocery store is service.

tocking of organic products has been terrible at the Monticello, IN store zip code 47960 for months now. 5 months. 19. 19 with at least weekly trips, have yet to see any. Havent seen hip chick farms organic chicken tenders for 4 months. The list goes on.

The limited organic selections at this store are already disappointing, but the inability to correctly stock the shelves has made it where we stock multiple coolers at competitors over an hour away now to bring food home.

I went to the Kroger gas station on Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason. I went to the window to use a gift card that I got from my company raffle (I had receipt of purchase). The man asked me if I knew how much was on the gift card for gas and I said, I think $30.

Apparently, that was wrong because he took the next five minutes to guess the amount on the gift card. It was $25 - he couldn’t figure out how to enter it in the system and tried to give the gift card back to me.

I asked for the receipt because I had a feeling he cleared it. He printed the receipt with the balance and it said zero. So, he cleared the card and then proceeded to not let me use it for gas - so I ended up paying for gas and I asked him to restore the gift card.

My Kroger store is in Plymouth, MI. I just went over to get some Bulgarian Feta Cheese. This is not the first time they are completely out of this product. I spoke with the ladies in the cheese area. I was told it is sporadic as to whether they will get more of this product.

They are guessing it has to do with the manufacture. She said we are not going to carry Bulgarian Feta any longer, but once in a while it comes in with the shipment. I am just wondering if someone could supply the product on a more consistent basis.

On 9/3/19 for the first time I used the pick up service at the Kroger’s at 200 S Merriman, Westland, MI. For starters the customer service for pick up was horrible and unorganized as y boyfriend had to literally call 3 times while waiting and had even been hung up on.

Cashier Marcos stole my pts. 00 and he never asked for my rewards and after he scanned I told him I have once which he entered and deleted. I checked online and it’s not there. Manager tried to make excuses said he’d make sure I got them within 24 hrs that was 8/28 today is 9/1.

I am of color and Marcus asked everyone but me. He just lifted the register and scanned the paper. Their lack of concern and respect was unnecessary. 1600 West Dravus Seattle Wa. I was visiting the city for the first time and wanted to go to the Kroger affiliate. I want my pts!

Recently called costumer service of the Kroger company, complaining that an unknown person is using my address, maybe when the person put the fry's app and registered their fry's Vip card, on their computer, tablet, phone, etc ,. The problem is not that people use your address, phone number, etc, the problem is that when a situation appears like that the company is not willing to solve the problem in question, first they make the problem look as if it were not, as if They do not understand the situation, the person who attends you is not willing to help you and

goes around the matter, it is supposed to help you, the costumer service system does not work, it needs to be updated, and if each customer helper has access to your information and is really available to help you it based on data…
