I purchased a brand new BX 2350 tractor in 2007 from my dealer in Echo Bay, near Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada.

I love the machine however almost from the beginning I didn't like how it comes to such an extreme sudden stop after driving in reverse. I've put up with it all this time, I didn't report it to the dealer thinking it was supposed to act that way. I try to be as gentle as possible with the foot pedal, and have greased the nipple and lubed the rods and such to no avail.

I researched online and found similar complaints but there was no fix available.

Are there any newly recommended procedures or alterations from Kubota that may help the problem?

Kubota side kick (gas motor) 3 years 5 months old 240 hours use 1000 hour warranty or 2 years. No warning indicators just slowed down causing 2300 dollars in damage to exhaust parts and other areas of sidekick. This unit has never been abused or missed used.

Kubota dealership has denied my warranty due to years not hours doesn't seem fair to a senior citizen who used it to ride a little after suffering a stoke the day after I bought it. Kubota show your compassion and help please

Have owned various Kubota equipment over several years but will no longer buy another orange product. The recent service transaction experienced with a lady at the Clarksville Tn Coleman Tractor Co. was inexcusable. We were told 3 different prices for service 3 different times, and only one price of $2400 was agreed to.

The price now is over $3000 with no approval. We asked that either the owner or someone in management call us as we were told by service we were wrong and they made notes. At this point, the dealership holds all leverage and we just want our equipment.

We will pay the $3000+ billed and never return. We will also post on every social media avenue the treatment received at this facility from the service advisor as well as the lack of customer service. "

3rd complaint…. Purchased a kubota tractor with tiller and plow. Hydraulics would not lower sufficiently to use the attachments. Purchased from Shea on 301 in Statesboro, Ga. Took back 3 or more times. They would keep a couple of weeks and never call.

I would call them and they would say repaired and bring out. Would drop it off and still would not work. This is sickening!!! I want it fixed and the company needs to send out someone who knows what they are doing.

I took my tractor to my dealer cause it would not start. 00. Although the tractor was 7 years old it only had 121 hours on it. The time frame. For diagnosis and the extreme cost was a shock. I was a fork lift mechanic for 26 years with Goodyear tire co.

Purchased a tractor and took in for service on three occasions. They kept each time for two or three weeks and little to nothing was done. Hydraulics for tiller and plow will not allow the accessories to go deep enough to work.

Purchased all from Shea Tractor ln 301 in Statesboro Georgia. Worthless piece of equipment. Filed a complaint two weeks back and said take to nearest dealer which is Shea. What a joke

They have had my Tractor for two months. Each weak they tell me one more week. Or it will be ready Monday. Every time nothing. This is the second time something has went wrong with the fuel pump. And now they say it won’t be covered by warranty.

Still don’t have my tractor. It’s a 3301 and I will not recommend to anyone to buy a Kubota ever. I will be spreading the word about Reliable Equipment. Specifically their service department. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever had.

In March or April of 2021 I contacted Dan Price about purchasing a Kubota tractor. Dan informed me that tractors were hard to get at that time but we made my order. I was able to get some of my equipment by June of 2021.

I received my L4701 with bucket, grapple and bale spear. I also received my tiller, grader box and rotary cutter. I'm still waiting on a back hoe, core aerator and landscape rake. I have made several attempts to contact Mr.

Price but he will not answer or return calls or texts. Please explain why you allow this kind of customer service. I've been waiting 14 months for eguipment. Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone else experienced the recall for this model number; however, the serial number was not within the range (read below). Kubota, Model Number ZG127E serial number 12158 In 2014, I financed through Kubota, Model Number ZG127E, 27 horsepower zero turn riding mower, serial number 12158 from LeeTractors, recognized as Kubota Elite dealer, located in Biloxi, MS.

On November 16, 2021, I contacted their service department and spoke with Shandra, and she looked up the mower and the mower was no longer under warranty and that it did not have any recalls. After a brief google search my Assistant found that the Model ZG127E that I purchased was recalled; however, the serial number of 12158 fell just outside of the range provided.

I went back to the dealers and they said it was out of warranty by 11 month I told them I have only done 220 hours work and they did not want to help me as I need this machine for my work I have had to buy all the spare parts I have two Kubota tractors on the farm and are pleased with then but after this experience I will consider buying another make of tractor when I need to change them. regards mr Darryl Thwaite.

I own 4 kubota zero turn mowers. 2 of them were purchased at the same time approximately 3yrs ago. Both machines experienced keyway failures at approximately the same amount of hrs about 1 yr apart. The failures were the keyway on the rear axle.

The first failure cost me over 2000 in parts. The second one would cost approximately $1700. Right now the axle is removed from the machine at my mechanics shop. The kubota dealer is telling me kubota will pay for $700 for the parts only if the work is completed at a kubota shop.

The shop is telling me it will take 7hrs of labor to complete the repairs. My mechanic need to reassemble the machine for transporting the machine. I would be paying my mechanic a couple hrs for the reassembling the machine.

I want my money back! 8 hours of use, I spent $700 in repair requiring two repairs. Kubota does back their guarantee on a T2090 garden tractors, I had to go to an independent tractor repair dealer to have it fixed, do not buy Kubota!

According to the independent dealer, there is too much stress on the belt to drive the belly mover and drive that is powered together. The belt shreds and the belt guild bearing burn up, don't buy a T2090 Garden Tractor, I want my money back for the repairs, parts and the landscaper to maintain the yard, I want my money back!

My complaint being sold a tractor that is in very poor condition. Notwithstanding I was told it was a “good running tractor but had a couple of minor issues”. Believing this it be the case, we purchased the tractor to mow our fields and do basic upkeep on our property.

Once I had the time I got the tractor checked out. The backhoe is welded to the main frame. It will not come off. I was unaware of this fact and it’s dangerous to now in any sort of slope with this weight on the back.

Overall I could of financed a new tractor for the price I paid for this very poor condition tractor after everything is fixed. Very disappointed in kubota and the dealership’s dishonesty

My tractor has been in your shop for 5 months I was having a problem starting it I was using a gas rag and it got sucked into the engine I got the rag out and took it to your shop in dequeen arkansas the tore it down and said the injectors were not spraying right and it had two broken rings since the rag got sucked up it isn't warranty issue this is crazy because a gas rag can't cause injectors to not spray right or bust rings I think some of this should be warranted I am considering contacting my attorney

I own a lawn business, Deer Run Ventures LLC. I love the service and sales I get for my z421 kubota 0-turn, however, the issues with the kubota credit corporation have nearly convinced me to take my business to Gravley in the future.

I first sent a check in November for my December payment on my z421. Your corporation cashed it before the end of the month and the due date on the check. I understand this was probably my fault but I had to pay a late feee and I am sure my credit score took a hit.

The big issue is that I sent in my March payment well ahead of schedule in Feb. I learned my lesson so I kept the payment money in my account before the end of the month to make sure the check was paid. However, this check never got to you or is late in the mail.

I ordered my L3301 with 2-sets of hydraulic remotes. Instead of installing female iso 5675 compatible QD's, they installed 2- male and two female. When i went to the dealer the salesman said to bring them in and he would replace but when my daughter brought them in he tried to charge $31. each for 4.

I have recently had a stroke so was unable to get into the office but my daughter had the salesman come out to the car and i asked him why not exchange? he said it was my problem and take it or leave it!

my complaint is due to disinterest by the the dealer that sold the tractor. a belt broke so i called them to get it in for service. the man i talked to asked if i couldn't fix it myself - i said, no i want the oil changed; fittings lubed and the blades sharpened as well.

the kubota service guy then said : "they may get to it sometime". i would never have bought a kubota if i knew the dealer would be like that when service is needed. it'll be the last kubota i own and a will encourage others to not buy one.

TOOK MY DRIVE SHAFT TO MIDDLEFIELD FARM AND GARDEN TO HAVE U-JOINTS REPLACED. AFTER A WEEK THEY HAD NOT ORDERED PARTS AT THAT POINT. THEM PARTS HAD TO COME FROM CALIFORNIA. THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK ME IF I WANTED AIR MAIL TO SPEED UP REPAIR TIME.

Townline Equipment in Pittsford, VT was supposed to contact me with the cost of sending the part of my tractor overnight, I had told them I needed the tractor back as soon as they could get it done, at least by today. No call from them so when I called I was told that the part would take another week to get in (hydraulic supply line) and since I had an appointment with them onct he 15th for other work they would not have the tractor done until then. Question 1 - why did I have to call them when they were supposed to call me? Question 2 - why does it take so long to get parts, considering I would pay for overnight shipping?

With my business I need the tractor, it would be nice if they had a rental or loaner I could use.

We purchased a Kubota Zero turn lawnmower approximately 2 years ago. This lawnmower barely has 100 hours of use. It’s been in the shop 3 different occasions. EVERY YEAR it’s had to go to shop. it’s always something non warranty covered and not what the problem seems to be.

Purchased new Kubota z121s zero-turn mower in July 2016: Model Z121SKH, Serial # 22536, Engine # 4610404423. Have had ongoing issue with seat shut-off switch. Once the mower is started and running for any period of time ( 5 minutes to 2 hours), and then stopped, with the PTO properly disengaged, in the neutral position, hand brake set, and ignition turned off, to mower will NOT restart immediately. Have attempted to restart multiple times but generally takes 2 hours and even over night before the mower will restart.

Had the mower back at the local Kubota dealership in Robertsdale, Alabama, who had the unit for a couple of weeks saying the problem had been fixed, but at the very next start up and shut down the mower will not restart.

I purchased a Kubota Z125EBR-54 from Duncan Outdoors in Conway, Arkansas on 5/21/2014. I brought it home and the engine blew up before I was completely off the trailer. The oil filter was not screwed on tight I'm telling you this because this is how my experience has been with Kubota.

The dealer did make it right and delivered another mower the next day. I have since had all the service done at the dealer where I purchased it I have taken advantage of the pre-season service specials each year. We purchased a tractor in Jan 2017. During that year we had the seat break, the pin which holds the bucket on, and a front tire go bad. We contacted our dealership to have these corrected because the tractor was under warranty.

Both Kubota and the dealership would not take responsibility for the tire. And we were never contacted by anyone for the repair of the seat or pin. We feel everyone dropped the ball. I had left a message for our dealership sales rep and heard nothing.

Since July of this year, I have attempted on three separate occasions to mail the final, total payment for my Kubota tractor. 00. For my first attempt, I attached an explanatory letter along with the account number. Unfortunately, I incorrectly mailed that first payment on July 26th to the wrong credit office, the check was returned several weeks later with an "unable to deliver" notice.

I then rechecked the web site and mailed this second payment to the PO Box 0559 Carol Stream office. I have a svl 90-2 skid steer we have a rear idler that the bearing has gone out . The machine has 750 hours on it I contacted the dealer closest to me and tried to order a replacement but there is none available.

the dealer told me that it would be late September before there will be one available. I have reached out to other dealers all over the USA and no one has this part. The idler fits the 75 75-2 90-2 and the 95-2 .

Someone needs to look in to this problem if we are down for 2 of the best months of the year I feel this is unacceptable. Having a idler with 750 hours on it go bad is enough but wait 2 months on a part?

I bought a new tractor M6060 Kubota , put less than 3 hours on it and the starter and switch went bad. called dealer they came an picked it up had it two weeks than said it would take maybe two or three more weeks to get a starter.

Than they did bring an out tractor to use after two weeks, but I didn't pay for a used tractor . The dealer said they couldn't find any starter so does Kubota only make one starter for each tractor.

I will start off with very poor customer service. When I walked in there was three people standing behind the counter. One was on the computer and two were talking to each other. I stood at the counter waiting my turn .

But when someone comes in the store after me and one of them walk up to him and ask may i help you. That was not very Professional. Thankfully the Gentleman said that i was there before him. The response was whatever, from the service Technician.

Then said someone else would help me. Went to second service Technician- He also could not find them.

I'm not sure if this is a repeat. Lost it when I was almost complete. Calls have been made stating we are behind. 1/10, spoke to representative, review payments, found check # 3067 written 9/19 and cashed o 9/25 not posted correctly, two payments sent for each account, 56731904 & 43132646 w/coupons and memo instructing such.

I recently broke both lift cylinders on my Kubota M-6800 in April 2017. I replaced both lift cylinders with new Kubota lift cylinder. I notice after replacement the front end loader would leak down. I took my tractor to Shreveport Tractor Company, Shreveport, LA , the dealer I purchased my tractor from in 2005, for diagnostic and repair on August 3, 2017.

It is now one month and nine days later and Shreveport Tractor Company has failed to service my tractor. They have not notified me one single time to apprise me or update me on the status of my tractor. I think one month and nine days is an far too long to have to wait on the repair of my tractor and it reflects bad on the service offered by Kubota.

I even sent the owner of Shreveport Tractor Company an email regarding my frustration…

Lawn mower was in shop last year for oil leak and steering rod. It took a couple weeks fro warranty repair. This year again in shop for repair engine stopped running. Dropped of at progressive in Opelousas on 3-21-17 received call mower was repaired drove to shop to pick up mower.

It still did not start. Mechanic with the name tag of Shane was one of the rudest persons I have talked to. The service manager just stood there and let him talk to a customer like that. No apology!! I would appreciate if someone could get my mower fixed and delivered to my home.

I made a 44 mile round trip pulling a trailer for nothing. Had to hire someone to cut grass which was $50.

I purchased a used John Deer ZTR mower from Kubota of Harrison. I financed and insured the mower there through Kubota. The Mower worked for three hours. I have made many attempts to get the dealership to take responsibility for the repairs. I even offered to fix it myself if the dealership would adjust the price to reflect a mower without a working engine. I feel that even a used mower that cost $3500 should last more than three hours.

Estimate from Shreveport Tractor Shreveport La. Troubleshot engine and discovered lubrication failure. Tore engine down and determined from engine condition and failure history that there is a material defect in the engine block.
