I'd want to bring one of your drivers to your attention. My route to work required me to merge onto the 88 expressway. However, your driver observed my car coming and refused to allow me to merge in, forcing me to pull over to the side of the road. It's ridiculous, like the driver not being aware of the merge line that requires another car to merge in.

Then I phoned my husband and told him about it because I almost got into an accident. So my husband requested me to take a photo and email it to you.

Bought this leather couch May 2019 with the extended warranty, my claim was just denied because they say this is normal wear and tear. I don't this this section of the couch is a good grade of leather looks like something pleather would do not leather.

It is myself and my husband who sit on this couch and both ends have an issue. This will be the last lazy-boy furniture I ever buy unless something can be done about this. We do not misuse our furniture in anyway.

Our last leather couch lasted for 20 plus years. We shopped around for months and finally decided on lazy boy because everything else we looked at was such poor quality. Seems to me we over paid for the same poor quality.

Bought a chair in 2020 less then 3 years later they no longer carry the fabric therefore they will not repair and or let me order a new backing to my recliner. I will pay for it I dont care about the warranty at this point and I was still told no. I dont care if it matches too. I was told they can only repair or replace with the same fabrics because in their system numbers have to match. My chair broke due to a cross threaded bolt at the backet site. It cracked the wood and eventually broke literally months after the labor warranty ended. 250$ to fix it but no fabric to match means im out 700$ plus for a chair less then 3 years old

From ordering to problems with the chair to no one ordering the parts for over a month to finally getting the parts and they are the wrong ones. I am thinking I should have stayed with my first impression when I actually cancelled my order due to the local store employees then others called and smoothed things over and I did order the chair.

Does anyone actually work at Comfort Care? Ive called multiple times only to be put on hold for a minimum 30 minutes before an automated voice asks me to leave my number for a call back, which is supposed to occur within 24 hours. Didn't happen a few times I did leave my number. If you're closed, why not say so?

Operators take basic info on necessary repair, in my case electric, but repairman shows up WITHOUT ANY PARTS! Says he needs to see what problem is first. Fair enough, but shouldn't he bring even basic parts for an electric repair???!!! Then says it'll take weeks or even months for parts to arrive. It's the latter.

I call again to set up another repair. See paragraph one.

It is not like me to write complaints to corporate offices. Being a teacher for 30 years has taught me what it is like to deal with people that complain.

However, I feel that my experience with your company warrants this email. Five years ago, my wife and I went into your store and bought all of the furniture for a new house, plus a rug. The people helping us were very helpful and accommodating.

We bought the extended four year warranty for all of the furniture, as it’s great furniture, and felt that it needed to be protected in case anything went wrong. Last year, I was having problems with my power chair. It was randomly stopping as I was using it.

I bought a Edie sectional from La-Z-Boy got it in June within three weeks. The cushions started sinking in. They sent a specialist out. He told us he could see that the cushions were sinking and still they say that the furniture is OK.

when the specialist was here, he told a different story to the supervisor when he went back that the furniture was fine I would like to have a new sectional if possible or have them come and pick this up. Thank you very much I have been a loyal customer for 40 yrs

I purchased a recliner in 2021 from your Lazy Boy store in Inverness. Customer service was exceptional and so seemed the recliner I purchased. After two months the leather began to peel from the head rest, and while I was placing the chair in the reclining position, I heard plastic creaking and breaking.

I called the store and was referred to repair department. After staying on the line for 2 hours I was finally connected to a live person. I explained the problem and was promised a tech. When the tech finally arrived several weeks later, he did not have the correct parts needed to make the repair.

Now another few week go by, the repair man returns and did his best trying to make the repairs. All he could do was partially make relpacenent. The chair creaks and grunts and does not fully…

Hello I purchased my first ever LAZY BOY recliner and I was so proud of myself. Until I started to notice the seat was losing it’s support and now I don’t want to sit in it. I got it just over a year ago and I thought it would last me for awhile but I can’t tell you how disappointed I am, I though lazy boy meant quality but it is not what it seems.

We purchased furniture March 4, 2023 and had to wait for it to be manufactured. We did not get the furniture until the end of May. The quality of not worth what we paid for it. Our visitors saw how the loveseat was poorly made and after looking at the pictures this isn’t even what we purchased.

The furniture had a smell on it that has caused both of us to have awful headaches and sinus problems. We put sheets on the-couch to just be able to sit in it and not be up against the surface due to the smell.

We have complained to the Greenville Better Business Bureau and haven’t heard anything from this. I wouldn’t recommend spending thousands of dollars on poor quality furniture. This is the worst!!! We wouldn’t recommend Lazy Boy to anyone.

Power Recliner, Sitting on left side of couch leans back about 3 inches when no on is sitting, however, when sitting, the left side reclines an additional 2 inches, 3 attempt were made to repair. The couch was replace. Now the new couch is making a noise (popping) and jerks when reclining, similar to the last one. Original couch purchased 4/2022.

This letter is meant to express to you how absolutely disappointed and outraged we are with our lazyboy recliner chairs. We purchased 2 chairs as outlined below in August of 2022. Since then and through 2023 to date we have tried to get these chairs repaired. We bought a couch, loveseat, and rocker recliner chair and so sorry we chose Lazyboy. We spent $4000 and this furniture not worth the money. We have warranty and the serviceman has been here 4 times just to service the chair.

He has put 2 bases and all new rockers and it has squeaked since we owed it. Somehow the padding on armrest has slipped down, and now the footstool part of chair is broken. We still have warranty, but good furniture should not need this much servicing.

There have been issues with the couch also.

I bought a “leather” chair and a half in May/June of 2018, can’t even remember when it was delivered, because it was most certainly delayed. I reached out to my local Laz-Y-Boy Store, only to be told that the company was under new ownership and the warranty was not the same as when I purchased the item. I took and submitted photos as per requested and NEVER heard a word from the company.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to complain about the lack of service for a 5k lift chair that I bought about a year ago. The first complaint was when I called to report a problem with the chair, I was told that they would not send anyone because they had too many repairs and not enough technicians.

What a load of crap! This time, I reported a problem with the foot rest. Actually, my wife called and she was asked if the chair was plugged into the wall as opposed to a surge protector. My wife replied the chair was plugged into a surge protector.

They then said they’d get back to my wife. Kendra, the service manager, later sent my wife a text saying that since the chair was plugged into a surge protector, the warranty we had on the chair was null and void.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased 2 recliners last year spending over $5000. I've needed repair on one of them twice now and each time it is a nightmare. You sit on hold for 30 - 45 minutes just to be told you have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come look at it then another couple of weeks for them to actually order the parts then another couple of weeks for the repair.

The reps are so used to getting yelled at they don't even care anymore.

We ordered furniture ~5k on 2/6/23 and as of today 6/6/23 still have not received it! I have called the sales rep several times and get no help in status information. When I called in May, I asked the sales rep to call me weekly, just to know he’s checking on it, but have not received any calls.

We made a large purchase of a sofa, two chairs and an ottoman. We have purchased Lazyboy before over the years and loved the furniture. I don't know what this new furniture is bit it is NOT the normal lazy boy quality.

I purchased 3 recliners in 2016 and have been more than happy with them. One was returned the day after purchase because my husband, for whom the chare was purchased, passed away the next day. The store exes. were so gracious and let me return it.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Lay-Z-Boy. I had a great experience in the sales center and the absolute worst delivery and post delivery experience. I've always liked products from this company but the customer experience on the back end is a nightmare.

Customer service is very poor. A piece broke from a Rocker Recliner that we had. I took the piece to the store and the salesman would only say that I had to call the customer service area, give them the information on the part and they would send the part to me.

I have two Kincaid sofas that started fuzzing and threads hanging off of the cording all around every cushion and the arms within two weeks. I have got no satisfaction from any angle that I have been able to pursue.

I’ve had to wait on hold for over an hour. I’ve had promises of calls back and emails back and nothing. I was first told that I needed to shave my sofa and I did that multiple times with no results.

I waited 8 months for my recliner love seat to be built & delivered. It arrived Jan 8, 2022. By December I started noticing the left seat was changing but thought nothing of it because it was a Lazy Boy well made sofa that I paid a premium price for.

The Patchogue store never told us that the only time that the warehouse can deliver our new chair was Wednesdays . Spoke to the store personal , explained to them the only way we can get our chair delivered on a Wednesday is if it was first thing in the morning .

RUN don’t walk from any Lazyboy store. We bought 3 recliners about a year ago and the leather chair we bought is falling apart. It’s my husbands chair and since he works so much doesn’t get as much use as our other two chairs.

My complaint refers to a warranty problem which they refuse to cover. In January of 2019 we purchased a 3 seater leather settee. We were told that everything was leather except for the back & sides of the unit. Just over 3 weeks ago we noticed that between the cushion on the left side that the material was breaking down.

Recently purchased a sofa from your Colerain store in Cincinnati Ohio. The scheduled delivery was for Friday April 7th. The sofa was to be picked up at the Colerain location and delivered to our home at 6464 Visitation Drive Cincinnati Ohio 45248 between the hours of 12:30 and 3:30.

Bought a electric leather recliner in February of 2019, chair broke in my eyes beyond repair in December of last year. Purchased 2 chairs with fabric protection, the other purchaser on the original sales receipt moved out and then subsequently changed the address to have both chairs delivered to himself. He has made zero payments (I paid over $4,000 for the 2 chairs) and I filed a civil suit against him for the price paid for the chairs.

I called the Lazy Boy store that the purchase was made at and requested to cancel the fabric protection plan which can be canceled at any time according to the contract. The store told me that because I filed a civil suit to recoup the funds for having paid for both chairs and not posessing either of them that the no longer can cancel my protection plan or issue a refund.

2023. The wrong color was delivered. We placed an order for one to be constructed. We were told (a) it would be ready in January 2023 and (b) we would receive regular updates on its progress. In January we were told it would be ready in February/March. It is now April.

I have never received an update. I am told (a) it is ready to be shipped (last week that it would be shipped this week) and today that the warehouse is backed up and that when things get straightened out it will be shipped.

Working on getting $7000 dual recliner/love seat repaired. I’ve been trying since December 19, 2022 at 10:50 am to get product repaired. I’ve gone through the numerous and lengthy calls, holds, elevator music, call backs, etc. I’m still waiting on last repair item which is a remote control.

10 for sofa and delivery. She later paid to have her old couch hauled away for an additional $150 on 2/26/23. The couch was delivered on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and her old couch hauled away the same day. That day her friend came over and while sitting on the new couch was bitten several times.

There were bites on her arm in a singular line. Since that is indicative of bed bugs, my mom called a pest control service who came out the next day. They found indications of bed bugs on the wood portion of the couch.

To avoid a larger infestation, my 81 year old mother moved this very heavy couch to the garage. She called the La-Z-Boy store she purchased the couch from on Wednesday 3/22 where she was told the manager was not in, but would get back to her.

I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner on 9/14/2022. Turner Power Recliner W/Headr 10X739 LB174765 007 RT. SO# 0914204XGLY. Purchased from the Kennesaw GA store. Since the purchase I have had to have a technician come out 2 times and repair the chair.

The repair involved replacing a plastic washer to eliminate the noise the recliner made due to the grinding of springs. The last time the technician came out he left 2 extra washers and said if the washer breaks again all "you" need to do it replace the washer.

My sister purchased TWO rocker recliner with heat & massage. The store only had ONE - other placed on back order SHE ONLY HAD ONE. On the fifth day the chair started shocking her SHE DOES NOT HAVE CARPETING. The salesperson knew of the problem BLAMING IT ON CARPETING.

Charging her a RESTOCKING FEE since the chair SHOCKED HER ON THE FIFTH DAY, and not the SECOND DAY. I will let other interested people in LA-Z-BOY merchandise that 1. LA-Z-BOY does not stand behind the products they sell. 2.

strictly in business to get potential customers hard earned money especially when selling DEFECTIVE Merchandise. 3. RESTOCKS so to sell the defective merchandise to others WITHOUT telling them about the PROBLEMS that even CEO KURT DARROW is well informed about - reverts back #2.

Purchased a chair and when it was delivered it was no where near the quality of the chair we saw in the store. There was no padding on the sides of the chair and the frame was showing. The seat cushion is still is so soft there is an imprint where someone sat in it yesterday.

Seams are not straight and it looks like a chair that is years old and it is less than 2 weeks old.

My new sofa was just delivered on 3/11/23 and it has holes on both arms. I called and they said they would send a technician out to look at it on 3/29! I don't want a technician, I want a new sofa that isn't damaged.

That's what I paid for and believe me, it wasn't cheap!

In January 1998 I purchased a Lazy Boy Rocker Recliner which turned out to be a great chair. In 2020 I decided to get a new chair and retire the chair I had been comfortable in for 22 years. I went back to Lazy Boy and found a comparable chair that fit my 6'2" frame.

I paid extra for upgrades amounting to about $300, padding being the largest of upgrades. Took about 6 weeks to get it. Got it home and sat in it for a couple of days and found the padding very stiff and uncomfortable.

I went back to Lazy Boy and tried to trade for the chair I had originally sat in on the showroom floor. The manager refused any deal. I even asked for an even trade disregarding my $300 upgrade. No deal.

He said Lazy Boy doesn't accept returns of upgraded furniture. He said I signed a paper that allowed only 3…

99 for 5 years of protection on my purchases prior to the expiration of my warranty I called the La- Z- Boy warranty company and filed a claim. As instructed I sent pictures via email. They informed me they would get back to me in two or three days.

About 10 days later I never heard from them so I called them gave them the claim number. They said my claim was not covered and they were going to get back to me in in the order they received my claim.

Guess they have a lot of furniture complaints. I called the store explained everything including what the sales person told me when I bought all the furniture which was and I quote. " Anything that goes wrong in five years is covered free.

Their response was "We don't do upholstery anymore" I thank them for their time and took them…
