99 for 5 years of protection on my purchases prior to the expiration of my warranty I called the La- Z- Boy warranty company and filed a claim. As instructed I sent pictures via email. They informed me they would get back to me in two or three days.

About 10 days later I never heard from them so I called them gave them the claim number. They said my claim was not covered and they were going to get back to me in in the order they received my claim.

Guess they have a lot of furniture complaints. I called the store explained everything including what the sales person told me when I bought all the furniture which was and I quote. " Anything that goes wrong in five years is covered free.

Their response was "We don't do upholstery anymore" I thank them for their time and took them…

This is in regards to sales ticket #38-36407 It was impossible to reach anyone to schedule a delivery time. I finally had to take off work & go to the store. After waiting 16 weeks for delivery (which was understandable ), part of the sofa came with a slit in it.

It was impossible to converse with the delivery staff as they didn’t speak a word of English. I was never contacted regarding the next step and again it was impossible to reach anyone. Once again, I had to take off work and physically go to the store. They had no answers.

The person I dealt with emailed someone & said he’d get back to me. As of today, I have not heard a word, not even a courtesy email with some sort of an update. 00 I think good customer service is expected.

I have spent a lot of money on lazy boy furniture. When you have an issue and you try to call their comfort care they never answer the phone I've called several times waiting anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes the last time I called was just a few minutes ago I waited 45 minutes with no answer just a lot of music.

This is highly disrespectful to the customers that have paid a lot of money for the furniture. I would like for someone to call me to discuss the issues that I have with my furniture. 636-675-1596.

Ordered couch on 12/15/22-rec on 2/3/23- was damaged -(we should of refused it)-called the store & was told -Tri County would come 2/17/23. Theyt took pictures & it would take 5 days-never heard back-we called Lazy Boy 2/24/23-were told to call Tri-County, that went back & forth.

I ordered a recliner from the store in Draper, UT. It was delivered about the middle of January. The second day I sat in it, the lever that raises the leg rest just dropped down. I tried to call service a couple of times as suggested by the store. The first time I got disconnected about an hour into the wait. The second time I waited about an hour and then, disgusted, I just hung up.

I have made a special trip to the store twice because nobody answered. A service guy came one day and said there was nothing wrong with it. He turned the screws on the back a couple of times but never looked at the mechanism.

The Mesa Az store sent out the wrong recliners.Was supposed to be wall hugers,for one thing,they added height extensions and we can not get out of recliners .Have tryed for several weeks to have store correct the problems just to name a few.We have tryed talking to store personnel and they just say it’s not their problem and hang up . I bought the trooper series loveseat, and couch. My loveseat still looks like new because we never use it. My couch is all wrinkled in the front and looks awful. I had another La-Z-Boy before I bought this one for about 12 years and it looks better than the one that I bought just a few months ago.

We are not hard on furniture but I do not like the way this couch wrinkles in the front. I would like a full refund. We spent almost $4000 on this.

I have a lift chair. I am partially disabled, elderly & I sleep in the chair also. In early Nov 2022 I called for service as the back would not come back up & the control wire was fraying. They could not service me until 1/9/23.

I was upset for sure. On the 9th I called to see when they would arrive only to be told the appt was cancelled. I don't know why it was canceled. A new appt was scheduled for 1/23/23. He came on that date just to "diagnose" what the problem was & he would order parts.

2/20/23 a repairman finally came & replaced all the wiring system. By this time the back had dropped further down making it barely possible for me to get in & out. 3 1/2 mos is not very acceptable for this chair repair as no one spends for a lift chair unless they need it for physical problems.…

Purchased a lazy boy recliner with a lift platform in nov 2022….. was good I would have in early Jan 2023….. the wrong lift attachment was ordered….. so since Mid January I have been waiting for the correct one. I have made numerous calls to Royal Furniture…..

and told something every time…. As of today I still don’t have an expected date of shipping….. nightmare! My dad is 90 years old and needs that lift on the chair. …. And this order was for over 2000$. And Royal has been paid in full. Please help me.

My 2,000$ recliner broke in October of 2022 & called same month to have it fixed. They didn't come out to fix it until late February 2023. They put new parts in but that didn't work & the recliner is still broken.

Now I am being told 16-18 weeks to get a new chair or I could pick a chair of lesser value for 6-8 weeks. This is unexeptable. The manager will not answer or return my calls now.

Chair squeaks and clunks when rocking. Went to store where purchased in December asking for help. They passed the buck to a phone number. Been on hold for as long as 45 minutes with no answer. Now it is mid-February and still no help or repair on my rocker recliner.

I have never been treated by a sales peson like I was treated by Jack in the Farmingdale office. It all started with Me in an EMPTY store wanting to possibly change the color of my sofa bed I ORDERED the day before. It was President"s Day and extremely crowded. Last week we had our recliner sofa delivered. I have tried to speak to someone in customer service for two days. No one answers phones. Today after waiting on hold for several minutes, a message offering a call back came on.

Since I had already waited on hold for an unreasonable long time I opted for the call back. Then the message said they would call back within 24 hours. Seriously?

Also, no one answered at the store when I had a question about the recliner chair delivered yesterday. We have purchased from Lazy Boy in the past. Looks like we will not be doing so in the future.

i am writing to complain about staff response from Manchester, CT store. we have been purchasing recliners from Lazy Boy since 2014. We have always been satisfied with the product. We recently purchased another recliner 2020. We purchased the total care + 5yr protection plan at the time of the sale. Reference # 803-2397067.

This all started back in Dec 12/9/2022. i went to the store were i purchased the recliner and spoke with the salesman (Jake). explained our situation which was that the foot rest of the recliner just opened up at the seam.

"I had high hopes for Lazy Boy Furniture but was extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and delivery process. Furniture delivery was unprofessional and disorganized. The wrong furniture was brought and it took multiple calls and visits to correct the mistake.

The pop-up table did not function properly and was extremely frustrating, I was tole by the delivery person that it would get better with use. The wrong type of recliners were ordered and did not match the style we wanted.

The end tables were the wrong finish, even though the order number was for the correct finish. After only one month, the headrest mechanism on the couch fell apart and a cotter pin was not used in the manufacturing process.

We purchased a Lazy Boy Recliner in December of 2022. It was a Christmas present for me. We picked up the chair which was in stock and when we got it home, we noticed many imperfections and poor quality in the construction of the chair.

We purchased the chair from Johnny Janosik in Delaware. We immediately contacted our salesperson who sent us to Serco customer service to resolve the problem. The chair was bunched up at the arms and was not smooth on the seat.

On Jan. 31, 2022 I purchased a recliner with a wireless remote. 72 - this includes delivery charge and HST. 00 on that date. The chair was to be delivered sometime in May. I had no contact from the salesperson when no chair was delivered - in the last week in May I initiated contact by visiting the store.

so we had to make a claim with customer service parts and have someone out a month later ( that day hasn't happened yet), the customer service said the sound the chair makes is normal mechanism sound , it sounds horrible ( not normal since we didn't hear it in store ). - we would NOT have paid $1800 for a floor model.

Our 12 year old chair we replaced looked horrible but at least it didn't sound like the spring was breaking everytime you reclined the chair!!! We have never purchased Laz Boy before but not pleased !!

Purchase in July 22 delivered 11/22 left arm recliner delivered with broken spring mechanism. Repair person came out in dec 22. Temporary repair made until new parts arrived. I purchased my leather love seat less than 2 yrs ago. The front of the console has bulged in the corner. I found out at the store from the service manager it's not made of solid wood. The service manager told me: people have been complaining about this problem.

My name is Elizabeth Rosen. I purchased Trouper Rocker and Love Seat several months ago and received less than a month ago. There are so many things wrong with them. First the rocker squeaks. The fabric has creases in it and getting worse by the day.

I ordered and purchased my chair April 30. 2021. After receiving my new La-Z-Boy chair I first noticed it when my feet would not touch the ground. I don't remember this being the case when I tried to chair out in the store but I let that go.

Now after several months I noticed that the thoracic area of the chair has caved in support wise -with the cushioning, and the lumbar support feels like a board in my back. the dealer sent a tech to look at the chair.

When the tech opened up the back of my chair I noticed ,and I showed him and we discussed that there was a portion of the lumbar cushion where it was not sewn together, leaving a gap in the seam that allowed the fiber fill on that side to bulge out more than the rest of the pillow. BUYER BEWARE! I decided to buy my 1st recliner at La-z-boy Furniture Galeries in Melborne, Fl. I thought the name spoke for itself! How sad to see that a few representatives along the way, of what was once such a prestigious brand, have destroyed its reputation.

My wife and I purchase 2 recliners from La-Z-Boy and the fabric is coming apart at the seems. We have called customer service numerous times and each time had to hold for over an hour before someone picks up. When we finally got through, we told them of our issue and they said not their problem, we needed to contact the extended warranty company (Servco).

We did that and Servco sent us back to La Z Boy because they say that is a manufacturing issue not a warranty issue. So back on the phone for over an hour again, and ultimately you get a way to leave your number and they will call you back.

Purchase a Lazboy recliner/power with remote in March 2020 July 2022- The frame busted, and I couldn’t use my chair. After months of waiting my chair frame was replaced the last week of December. January 2023 one week after the repair my chair motor is not working and my chair is stuck in the recline position.

After weeks on calling the store I purchased from and waiting on a call from Comfort Care, today 1/24/23, I being told my $2,000 chair only has a one year warranty. I’ve been on hold with the comfort care call center for 1 hour 40 minutes. I’ve been given the run around for a week now. It’s my second time waiting this long on hold. I’m simply trying to have our recliners remote replaced and I can’t find someone who cares to assist at this company.

I bought a new chair in November and was told it would be delivered at the beginning of January and that they would text me updates to keep me apprised of timing. I have had to repeatedly follow up and now they are saying I won't get the chair until the end of the month.

When I called the store to ask for a corporate customer service contact I was told from the store they are not allowed to give info for corporate to customers. They also told me they can only ask for updates vis email and only get ambiguous answers so that is what I have to accept.

We have always purchased Lazyboy recliners because we think they are the best. I purchased a remote controlled leather recliner on 9/18/2020 prior to my husband's knee replacement surgery. I purchased the Guardsman plan for extra security. Well, on 12/15/22 our remote quit working.

I filed a claim with Guardsman on 12/16/22, but I inadvertently had a brain fart and listed the damage as occurring on 9/15/22 instead of 12/15/22 which put me out of their 30 day reporting period so they denied my claim. " That is not good customer service at all.

I still have 3 years left on my so called warranty. I made a mistake. Geez. I am not happy. I would love a new remote because I paid for the plan.

My service when I wanted to buy a room full of furniture was great. Let us send someone to you and make I easy for you. Ok I went along with it I was suppose to get my furniture delivery before I went into th hospital but because someone didn’t do their job correctly they didn’t have my account number that I already gave them so furniture couldn’t be delivered till after we paid.

We ordered Trouper modular furniture pieces (4 recliners & 2 consoles) from LazyBoy (LB), Alpharetta, GA on March 12, 2022. We were told the projected delivery date was September 2022. The actual delivery date was November 8. On the morning of the delivery, we received a phone call from LB advising us that one of the consoles was damaged & would not be delivered that day.

We received our sectional after about 9 months after order. The delivery/installation duo were completely incompetent idiots and had NO idea how to assemble out product. We called the store where we purchased for help, but got no answer for 3 days.

We finally clfpund and called the cell phone of our sale lady. She said she would escalate the issue... after weekly calls to check on the 'escalation' the send a tech out ( 8 weeks after delivery now)... through the few teeth he had he said it all looked fine.

On December 15,2022, I went into the LaZ Boy store at 2100 North Rose Ave, Oxnard CA to purchase a Wall-Away recliner. I was met by sales associate, Alicia Silverman. The first words out of my mouth were “I need a Wall Away recliner.

” I asked her if wall hugger meant the back of the chair stayed against the wall and reclined out? She replied with, “Yes”. She then took me over to a couple to try out. They were in the middle of showroom and not against the wall.

As I sat in them, I had no idea what was happening to the backs of them as they reclined. In assumed, since I was VERY SPECIFIC about needing a WALL-AWAY recliner that remained against the wall. I found one that I liked but they it was manual and I wanted automatic.

She said “Let me check the ware house for one. I asked again.…

I have a warranty on a recliner. The warranty company Guardsman sent a purchase order to laz-z-boy on November 7 2022 for a replacement recliner. I have not received any information or calls on this problem since. This has been ongoing since October 2022.

It seems I will have to go to small claims court if this is not resolved.

When I bought my recliner was told that Lazy Boy would provide provide all parts needed at no cost. Tyler Tx store is where I bought mine. Picked up the part once no problem. Just had to order the same part.

Now I had to pay $27-28 to get one shipped. They say I didn’t have to pay. Well yes I did. I was told it is very common to have to be replaced. Well keep extras on hand so we can pick it up and save the shipping.

Very disappointed in lazy boy. Very disappointed. Won’t buy another.

service on my broken rocker recliner from the baton rouge store and the quality of the chair. the chair has been falling apart ever sense we bought it and it is an act of congress to get it repaired or replaced.
