Really unacceptable delivery guys, not able to find a way to get the sofa in my house. When I called the store the store manager was rude and unprofessional, saying it would be my responsibility to make sure the furniture would fit through the doors.

The delivery guys only tried 1 door, didn’t even measure the other one which was 3 inches wider. One of them a Mexican guy was not even able to lift the sofa. They could not wait to leave without deliver.

Store manager advised “Omar” the sales person in the store in San Marcos would call me, but he did not. I also have a recently delivered recliner where the remote sometimes does not work. I called and asked for support, nobody was able to help.

I am so unhappy about your services and it seems nobody even cares. Where is the customer…

I'm writing you regarding an order we placed at your Clearwater, Florida showroom on March 5th of this year (See attached receipt). To date, we still have not received our sofa and end table. My $5000 sectional arrived, after 10 months, with ripples on the front of the seat cushions, dents in the arms, strange seams that weren't on the display sofa, and crooked piping. Two contractors have come out, but customer service never gets back to me.

I have been on hold for 2 hours one time, and 1 hour 45 min. the second time. I have e-mailed multiple times. I just want the sofa I paid for.

Hello, I am a disabled women who was given a Lazy Boy Model #P10746 recliner in order to assist in my recovery as I am learning how to walk again after an automobile ran over me and that left me with a crushed pelvic. I am looking for someone to come and diagnos and repair this chair so I can speed up my recovery. My experience with Lazy Boy's repair division has been like a bad nightmare.

While I am recovering slowly, the most important thing is for me to be able to elevate my legs. office box 1258 lakeside az 85929 . It was delivered July 11th and it was broken. I called the shop on the 14th to let them know that the chair needed to be changed as the mechanic under the chair was broken.

They sent two individuals to look at the chair and took some information from the chair. That was July 18th. I heard nothing from them,so I called again and they said, they have to order a part to fix y.

I understand that they would fix a chair that was older, but this was broken on delivery and it should be replaced. I called the manager of the store 24th Aug still getting no where he was a nasty individual telling me what do you want me to do about it.

Waited 8 months for furniture to arrive. Came broken. Technician came out said they never tested product at the factory before shipping. Defective from build and factory. Extensive parts ordered for repair. Have not arrived yet. Cost of furniture was approx $8,000.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with lazy boy. This is unacceptable. I am paying for a product that is not usable. Lazy boy should make this right. The couch leather was a special order.

Called for service on a recliner and spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold.

Finally spoke with a customer service representative who was very apologetic and helpful in scheduling a service appointment.

However my total customer experience was extremely unsatisfactory. PLEASE IMPROVE CALL RESPONSE TIMES!!!

The chair we purchased had problems the second week it took 4 months to get a service man to come look at it didn't even really look inside no tools was there only about 5 min told us nothing he can do he'll order a new seat but that's it I've been trying to contact customer service for weeks hours on the phone finally got a hold of someone on a text they said they would get back in to me in 4 days not a word going on 3 weeks they don't care about there customers and

Ordered a sectional in February.

Finally was delivered last Saturday 8/20. When it was delivered the delivery man said I was going to be upset because there were 2 lefts and no right ordered. He was correct. Store manager of the Tacoma, Wa store, Reece, said I had to keep the sectional because it was a special fabric but that he would get it ordered and call me in a couple of days to give me an expedited delivery date and talk about compensation.

This is Thursday and I have not heard from the manager. I have called the last three days. The manager is helping another store. No I can’t get a hold of him. No the store cannot even check to see that the right side has been ordered.

The last time I talked to customer service I told the lady, Dee, that I didn’t really care that he was helping…

Bought leather couch recliner and loveseat recliner 3 years ago! Cushions are broke down, no support. Literally using an office chair back support when I sit in the furniture. Paid $5000 on sale for this crap. I want a representative to come look at the poor quality.

Calling around looking for upholstery places to Re stuff. I bought lazy boy thinking quality. It’s not quality at all. I gave my Bernhardt furniture to my daughter and it burns my ass to go visit and sit in it and realize what good quality it is in comparison.

My lazy boy recliner broke. A technician came and could not fix it. I have heard nothing from lazy boy or comfort care. I’ve spent 3 days on hold with comfort care. They are joke. Lazy Boy must fire comfort care.

I got a power recliner delivered in May 2022. I need this for medical reasons. Within weeks it needed service as the power was not working. A repair person came out and fixed it. Three months later, the power stopped working again. After numerous attempts I finally reached customer service by calling corporate and got an appointment scheduled for three weeks later. The repair person came on 8/20 and said he couldn't fix it and needed to order a part. He couldn't say how long this would take.. Today I have again spent over an hour trying to reach someone by phone or text to get information on the repair. This is totally unsatisfactory. I paid over 1700 for the recliner and over 300 for a service plan, I have a recliner I cannot use.

I have made multiple attempts to call the customer service number because I need a warranty repair. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I have called early, late, weekdays and weekends. I have sat on hold up to 45 minutes. It is just auto music and requests to hold stating " the comfort care representatives are helping someone else" currently 6:32 PST and I have been on hold 25 minutes.

I have just spent an hour texting with an agent to set up a service call on my Laz-y-boy recliner. When the information was finally collected and I was told I would need to pay in advance for the service call, I voiced my complaints about this being the most painful and time consuming customer service call I'd ever experienced. I was told that sometimes when a customer waits on line to speak with an agent that can take up to 4 hours! Unacceptable. An hour for a text call is unacceptable as well. The agent I spoke with, Brandy was very polite and professional, no problem with her.

Honestly, I would think twice before buying a Laz-y-boy again. By the way, my recliner is only about 2 1/2 years old. I have older recliners that have required NO service.

Ordered 2 chairs and 2 rugs in February. Everything delivered today. Chairs are great, rugs will not work. I called the Oxnard store where we purchased them and was told by a rude employee that since it was more than 3 days since we purchased the rugs we could not return them.

The rugs were literally delivered 2 hours ago.

We have had the 3power recliners for less than 2 years, plus we are gone five months every winter. The recliners clunk and quiver when power is used. One chair was “fixed” in the first year. We have a 5-year warranty which we paid extra for.

lLazyBoy sent us to “comfort care” and they sent us to a third party, Serveco. 99 +tax handling fee for parts!!! DO NOT RVRR TRUST OR BUY FROM LAZYBOY!!!

On July 8, 2022 a Lazy Boy repairman came to my home to fix my chair. He determined that a spring was broken and he had to order one and it would take about 3-4 weeks. I have since called 3 times and each time was told the tech would call me with an update.

I have never heard from anyone! I recently had surgery on my leg and have been told to keep my leg elevated which is really uncomfortable with the missing spring. When will anyone update me on when I can expect to have this repaired?

I currently own 5 Lazy boy chairs between my homes in Michigan and Florida. This lack of response is really disappointing.

We ordered our furniture the first of May and we are still waiting for parts of it. Have told different dates every time I call in to check on the status. The last time I called I was told Aug 15th.

2 days after delivery, the recliner footrest would not retract completely! It was like pulling teeth to get a date for repair, AND it will not be until 9-21-2022, 2 months after delivery!

Also, salesperson sold us wrong protection plan. Now I’m out for leather repair from pet because I now find out, it was the wrong protection plan, and they won’t cover pet bite marks and tear! Horrible experience, NEVER will I get lazyboy furniture again!

Terrible!!! I will never buy from again! Bought a couch and loveseat one 2016. Many problems! Their warranty is a joke that covers very little. we paid A LOT of money for this set thinking it would last. Yes we conditioned it regularly.

Picked up a powered recliner in July2022 from Nashua New Hampshire . It does not recline properly. It catches going up and tilts to the right. I have called Many times to customer service no one picks up. I have placed atleast 12 calls holding for fifteen min each. Purchased couch and recliners in 2011 with extended warranty. 32 cents. I went to store, salesman took all info and did NOTHING -/ went back to store a week later spoke with manager. She got ball rolling. Waited 37 min on hold care center-/ told by Crystal I was out of warranty and they no longer will be making that part but are saving the supply left for warranty customers. 32 cent part) . 32 cent part.

Supervisor wouldn’t even get on the phone, but offered me what Crystal said she wouldn’t!!! Time for retraining.

Bought two lazy boy recliners. Called for repair 6 months ago. Tech came 3-4 months ago. Frame in flawed and needs replacing. Lazy boy sent wrong part. Tech came and ordered correct part. Part never came. I contacted lazy boy to get correct part a month or more ago.

They said it would arrive in10 days. Never showed up. Customer service never picks up. Sales goes to voice mail.

Lazy Boy customer service finally called me after waiting over a week. Asked me to send picture of the tag. I did and they called me a week later to tell me would have a technician come to my home.

Days later, they called back and refused to honor their advertised life time warranty on parts and mechanisms for recliners. Customer service agent was rude. Chair was purchased from authorized Lazy boy retailer/dealer with a showroom. Said they couldn't find a record of it from one if six authorized stores.

Have been a loyal customer for nearly 40 years,and my parents were before me.

I purchased a La z Boy rocker/recliner with heat & massage from your store in N. Dartmouth, MA. In Jan/22. The chair was delivered in March/22. Shortly after receiving the chair it’s corded control had several functions that failed to work.

I called, and after quite a runaround, I was able to speak to a representative that said it would “take months” to send a repair person BUT she could have them send me the part and I’d have to install it myself! I had her do that and the part did come and I installed it.

Several months passed then the “heat” function stopped working after checking all connections, I call service again and after an enormous wait someone answered (Cassandra) and explained that they would need to send a “repair person” I explained to her the problem with the recliner but…

Cable broke on twin recliner and called customer care and after waiting 1:48 I hung up the phone. I dislike this double twin recliner and will never set foot in a Lazy Boy store again. You must use your legs to lower the foot rests and it's extremely difficult to do most of the time.

Do not buy! I Repeat DO NOT BUY Lazyboy! 1 out of 5 buyerbeware01 08-01-22 Verified Purchase " I ordered this chair on 11/24/21. Was shipped on 12/14/21. In June 2022 the chair started to fall apart. Screws were on the floor and not working properly.

I called Lazyboy on 6/30/22 to schedule service. I was told the first opening was on 8/1/22 and that I would get a call on 8/1/22. I did receive a call recording stating that a repairman would arrive between 10:59 and 12:59am on August 2, 2022. Thought this was great.

Then received another call message stating the driver had an accident and would not be able to come. The message asked that I call to reschedule. I am now on hold with Lazyboy for 45 minutes on one phone and just under that time on another phone.

I called your customer care department several days ago regarding aa warranty issue. I received an answer back after TWO days and as a result I was advised that a service technician would be contacting me on the day of service which is Friday 29th August 2022 sometime between 0900 and 1800 hours.

I was also told that the technician would call me the morning of the visit and give me an approximate time of his/her arrival at my home. It is now approximately 1230 hrs and I still waiting for a call .

Having tried to reach your customer service several time over the past half hour and have given up in frustration. If this is a sample of how Lazy-boy treats its customers then you can rest assured that the purchase I made of the product in question will definitely be my last.

If I could give less than a one I would. All I need is the name of someone who can fix my electric recliner. I have called and called customer service and either they are out on training or I am on hold for hours at a time...my call never answered. I called the store where I bought the chair and they said all I could do was call customer care and wait on the phone.

La-Z-Boy never again the customer service is completely non existent. At least say that and don't make me wait on a number you obviously do not ever answer.

Purchased a new recliner on clearance on 7/02/2022. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that clearance items are not returnable until I called on the day of delivery to say I was unhappy with the chair. I was told to call back on Monday and speak with the store manager which I did.

I never received a return call from him. Tried to call customer service yesterday but they close at 5 PM. Today called customer service again and left my number in the queue for a return call, that was almost 3 hours ago.

I called customer service back and have been on hold for over the last half hour. I’m beginning to wonder if there is anyone answering the phones. I purchased an extended warranty on the new chair, but if I can’t reach anyone for service, what good is it?

I’m trying to set up a service call for my new recliner. I’ve spent 2 days trying to get someone to answer the phone. Nobody will answer the phone. I called the local store and they just laugh and say it does take a while to get through.

I received my couches in December 2021. The next day the designer stopped by and immediately noticed a flaw in the set I purchased. She immediately let comfort care know. The rep form service was suppose to come out in January.

He did not show up until March and way after appointment time. He arrived at 5:30. I have not used the three cushion couch. Tags are still on it. Since March I have not heard from service nor do they pick up the phone.

At this point I want a refund of my money. 00. And this is what I get. Nothing. My entire family buy Lazy Boy. I’m so disappointed and very frustrated. I’d appreciate some resolution to this issue. Either take the set back or a refund. Issue with both pieces. Anne Gerken.
