We purchased a Makenna Duo Sofa, 2 Allegra Swivel Gliding chairs, a Cory Ottoman, a Kipling power recliner, and a chairside charging table. We took delivery (in stages) less than 1 year ago. The sofa is in it's third repair.

The fabric is pilling horribly, the cushions sag and the sofa is very uncomfortable. The recliner is on it's second repair. Each time they sent the replacement pieces to us, they were damaged. The cushions do not provide support. I was not able to attach images.

This site says the images because it "exceeds the 2 MB maximum allowed". Our last fix was supposed to be 4/28/2022. The technicians did not show up nor did they call. When I contacted Customer service I was told they didn't know why.

Purchased a couch in March 2020 with an extended warranty. In February 2021 I submitted in a claim (manufacture warranty) as the side seams of all three cushions came apart and frayed. After fighting with La-Z-Boy and working with a lawyer I finally got replacement cushions in August 2021.

Now 6 months later the samething is happening to my 3 cushions! I have contacted the Cyrville Road store on April 3, 2022 who would only provide me with a ticket number and put me through to a voicemail. A week later I called back and again was put through to a voicemail.

I called right back and I was told that the Service Department is extremely overwhelmed and cannot take any calls. They will call you back in 25-35 days. This is not acceptable as it is still a manufacturer defect with the material.…

I purchased a couch from Lazy Boy in 2020. In 2021 I had to have all 3 coshions replaced, after fighting with customer service, as the side seams let go and frayed. Received the replacement cushions August 2021. Now 6 months later the same thing is happening again.

I called 3 April 2022 was told the service department is just too busy and we will not return my call. I call Customer Service and the just transfer my to the Cyrville Road store where I bought it and I get the answering machine.

The rep from Kingston finally spoke to me and it could be another 35 days before anyone can look at my issue. Figure I am still on manufacturers warranty and I have extended warranty, but this is definitely a material defect.

I bought a sectional couch and only have had it 3 months and I’m so unhappy. I paid a lot for this couch and the Fabric is balling up already. I can’t believe you would sell this product to not last more than a couple months.

After waiting for months to get my leather recliner it was finally delivered. Only one arm was 2” shorter than the other. I called the store where the purchase was made & they assured me that it would be taken care of.

I was then contacted by a repair person & an appointment was made. Again quite a wait. When the man showed up he was filthy & stunk. His clothes were filthy as was his mask & what I could see of his skin.

He questioned why I thought one arm was shorter. It was obvious by looking at it but apparently he wanted to get out of any work. He proceeded to sit in my chair with the foot rest up to do his paperwork.

Wife and I ordered a couch on 4/9/2021. Got the run around for a long time from the Pleasant Hill, Ca store, specifically from the manager, I forget his name, Eric maybe. Anyway, each time I went in there I was basically lied to as to what Eric was going to do.

He said he would call or email my wife with updates and he never did because it was way past 9 months we had been waiting. We just received our couch today, 362 days after ordering it and guess what?

first you can not get ahold of a live person at any phone number listed in their web site or advertisements. chairs use to come with arm covers, but not anymore. the arm chair cover is a piece of fabric the size of a washcloth not fitted to the arm at all.

We bought a leather/sofa recliner unit from Lazy Boy in whitby ontario, canada in Feb. 2017 with a 7 year extended warranty of which we paid extra for a total cost of over $ 6,000.00 . After 4 years the right side started to crack at the seams and sides of the backrest and is also out of alignment on the left side. We sent pictures and details to their insurance company ( Zucoro Ing. ) with the reply from them that it was not covered. They didn't even send someone out to look at the sofa. Note, we have no pets or children. I purchased living room furniture at the Union City store and have had nothing but trouble with the furniture. I have had 8 service calls and am waiting for another appointment. I have had no success in trying to get this resolved The Union City store manager, Chenelle is EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT helpful at all.

It is appalling that someone like this is a manager. Not a good look for the company. I have a sofa and loveseat that both need service and they keep sending the wrong parts and a new technician so it is not productive.

I finally got a decent technician, Gilberto to really look at what was needed and he ordered parts to complete the repair. They sent the wrong parts so he ordered again but one of the parts has still not come in.

00 dollars for a chair and the back cover is becoming detached and the inner round piece on the handle slides back and forth and it didn't do that before. What happened to Lazy Boy quality which is why I bought Lazy Boy to begin with?

Purchased from Slumberland in Ankeny IA in December of 2020, chair was a custom pattern and we didn't take delivery until April, but because we took partial delivery of other furniture in February 2021 so they have it all down as that date and we have no way to dispute it.

We bought this bogus warranty plan and it covers absolutely nothing, at least they refunded our money for that. It would be interesting to know when Lazy Boy shipping our chair to Slumberland, since they are doing nothing for us.

We have been waiting for our furniture for months. Today we stayed at home waiting for our delivery when we got a text message that it would be here today. NO SHOW. Called the showroom. OH NO YOU WEREN’T SUPPOSED TO GET IT TODAY.

Regarding Sales order # 2202090037 , order date: 2/9, at point of sale we discussed where the items would be picked up, we chose to pick them up at the store location. When I arrived on March 9, (around 5ish), There were no items to pick up.

I purchased a new couch which was delivered on January 14th. Soon afterward, the fabric is failing, looks like a cat scratched it, looks awful. Also, the fabric is leaving divets where people sit, the couch already looks old and frumpy, many people have commented on how bad it looks. I contacted the customer complaint department in Portland, OR, and was told I have to shave my couch and the warranty is not valid for the fabric. First of all, I don't purchase a couch that needs maintenance and I don't have time to shave my furniture. I purchased from Lazy Boy because the salesman told me the couch was totally covered with warranty and I expected this furniture to be top quality, which it is not.

On 11/28/2021 we ordered 2 custom furniture pieces at the Wyomissing, PA La-Z-Boy. 00 Talledega Power Rocker Recliner was ordered for my husband, Dave, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2009. It would replace a 25 year old La-Z-Boy still in good condition, but had a manually operated footrest.

Due to the progression of his symptoms, Dave is not able to raise the footrest without assistance. An $1100 cash down payment was made. A $1300 cash payment on 1/31/2022 paid for the recliner and a delivery date of 2/03 was scheduled.

Ordered 2 sofas from La-Z-Boy in April 2021 with a promised delivery date of October 2021. I paid over $3,000 as a deposit and have yet to receive my furniture. I have been repeatedly lied to about expected delivery dates and have been disappointed every time.

The worst customer experience ever. I spent around 20K in the store (Burlington, ON) in August/September 2021 and the amount of hustle I still have to do is mind - blowing. Basic things like getting back to me when it was promised, issuing refunds, providing accurate sales bills and estimated time of delivery - just do not work.

I am retired and wanted a good recliner. Went to your store in Duluth Ga. Found what I wanted but you wanted $300 to deliver. Went back home and ordered from local dealer, Keller Furniture in Clayton Ga. About $1800,with a 25 week wait.

It is the leather Deal. All power and rocks. The head support also too far out at lowest point. It sits nothing like the one in the store. Keller Furniture has been great. Probably nothing can be done but just wanted yall to know.

It took us 6 months to get our furniture which wasn’t special order. Which we waited. But a month after getting it a button broke off. We called in December and the soonest appointment to fix the button is May 3!? That’s 6 months! This is unacceptable! 6 months!

Let's start with the fact it took almost 8 months to get my couch then when we get it it's cheaply made. The backs are lose the cushion isn't the same as in the store my husband can feel a bar when he sits and the footrest on one side is giving us problems.

I email about getting service starting 2 months ago and my couch still isn't fixed. When I was contacted 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for service the day the lady chose wasn't good my son had surgery and I worked she could not schedule for another day because your company doesn't use any kind of schedule it goes based off of service techs.

On August, 25, 2017, Hurricane Harvey destroyed our condo in Port Aransas, TX. Our unit was totaled and we finally were able to regain occupancy in December 2021. I realize covid was an issue, but I was amazed at how long it took to be delivered.

I was told that because I chose speciality fabrics, it would take longer & that I would not receive any priority with my order. In December, we went to move the sofa to clean behind it and the fabric in the front bottom right seperated from the top fabric.

Frank, the service rep looked at it and said the fabric was never sewn to stip above. I found out yesterday it will take 8 weeks or longer for La-Z-Boy to get the replacement piece, pick up the sofa, repair it in San Antonio and return it to me. com. 816-214-2800

Sales person was told I had to have a battery operated chair because there was no outlet near where chair was to be placed. Chair was delivered with no battery pack. Salesperson feels she told me it was separate .....

but there's no record of it being ordered. There is a record of other add ons. I felt she should provide it, she offered a @100 deduction, I persisted, she offered 50% deduction or to take the chair back. I agreed to 50% off.

She offered meeting me in a shopping center to get it to me, I agreed, I said I would still provide a poor review, she told me to come get it myself at the store then. We are meeting for the exchange, but I am providing a poor review of performance by Terry Monroe. San Marcos CA.

I am moving this complaint to federal court. For violations of GAAP, Fair Credit Lending Practices Act, violations of Sarbanes Oxley in your business process management. I never applied for a credit card with your store. I applied for a special financing promotion for one purchase that was a special order with a down payment paid to Lazy boy.

Synchrony Bank never honored your promotion with me. I was harassed from day one by collectors. The collectors were not trained on Sarbanes Oxley and never moved my complaints up to the CFO for proper financial reporting.

I have 2 rooms I’m needing to furnish and I would like to do this safely considering the pandemic and my family just recovered from Covid-19. I filed a form to set this up online and received a call from Alanis Vera Cruz who said yes this is possible and asked me to wait for her to return from vacation.

I bought a 2000 leather recliner last October: The leather started wearing away within the first year. The seat on the chair was buckled when delivered, and they were going to replace the seat. The frame started creaking, so they ordered a frame.

Ordered sofa, love seat, recliner, ottoman and a few accessories. The furniture is about the same quality as you could purchase at Bug Lots. Horrible. There is no padding under the leather and when you sit in the couch, a metal bar hits you right in the rib cage.

One of the cushions on the back does not have enough filling and the corner is already collapsing after only 3 weeks. Stitching of leather was done sloppy and you can see and feel something under the leather that was left un trimmed, looks like a worm underneath. The leather looks fake.

The absolute worst furniture I have ever purchased. Please do not waste your time or money.

On February 15 ,2021 we purchased a Lazy Boy product from Charles Furniture with a deposit of $400.00. We were told of this store by our neighbors who made a purchase a week prior to us and who received their identical furniture in August or September. WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR ORDER. For the last several months I have been given excuse after excuse after excuse. I have spoken with the store at least 6 times in the last two months and they have no idea where our furniture is. Today I called and asked for a refund and was told they do NOT give refunds. The latest story is that it was shipped on December 28 but no one seems to know where it is now.

The purchase a lazy boy recliner 2 years ago. It took one year to get the lazy boy because of covid. Because of all the problems we had with the chair they had to replace it and now we still don't have the chair and it'll be 2 years in March.

Purchased a new "Trouper" Lazy Boy swivel rocking recliner, in the Warwick, RI store, on October 28th. Was delivered on December 2nd. By the end of the first week, it was apparent that the chair was seriously messed up. The side lever goes 180 degrees, but the foot rest only goes up a short distance so that my legs are still down.

After the Warwick salesperson advised me to contact service, I was able to secure an appointment - IN FEBRUARY.

Meanwhile, in order to get the footrest up, I have to rock the chair back and forth. I am a small, 73 old and this isn't exactly easy. ) but the dealer told me that you only have four days in which to return it, due to Covid.

I figured out there was a problem less than two weeks after delivery, but now have to wait until FEBRUARY to get service on…

I ordered a couch and recliner last March. Possible delivery September, changed to November, changed to mid December. Still not here. Was told by the store the couch is in a truck that is waiting for a driver. What kind of a line of crap is that?

Why cant you get your product to the store for delivery to me?

We bought a very expensive La-Z-Boy leather couch and chair set. The lower cushions for the lower back section have crushed in to where your head is tilted forward and is extremely uncomfortable. The set is a little over 4 years old.

I would never recommend buying their furniture unless you want a very expensive lemon.

In March we ordered several pieces of furniture, one of them was a custom order. We were aware that there were most likely going to be delays. I contacted them regularly about the piece. This is the timeline of those contacts.

- In May we were told it would arrive in June. - In June we were told it would arrive in July. " - In August we were told it would arrive in September. ” - Two weeks later: "It's on a truck somewhere between TN and Columbus, OH" and there was no record of a fabric issue. - Five days later…

I have been waiting since May for an order of two sofas and a recliner. I have called the Clearwatet store several times and do not get helpful information. I know there are supply chain issues but that is not an excuse not to keep customers informed about the status of orders When I call they do not seem to have up to date information.

Good customer service would include the salesperson calling me to keep me informed rather than methe customer having to track this down. I am exploring my options if I do not get timely service or a refund of my deposit.

The fact that I can't get my money back for custom furniture that takes longer than 8 months. So LZBoy can make me wait forever and I can't get my money back. You can hold my money and or furniture hostage for as long as you want with no time limit.

That seems illegal as fuck. Basically I just gave you my money for nothing in return. I'm going to fight this tooth and nail. Its rediculous.

My chair caught fire on thanksgiving morning! The cord is in the reclining mechanism. I called corporate on 11/26/2021 and spoke with Angel! She said someone would contact me in 2-4 business days! No one has yet to call me!

I’ve made all the calls and sat on hold for LONG periods of time! I’ve sent 3 emails with pictures! I’ve been very patient! I want this resolved ASAP! Trying now to send pictures but it won’t allow me to saying the file is to big!

My recliner was supposed to be delivered in early November, we are now in December and I still have no recliner. I bought it on July 3. I got one recliner delivered fairly quickly, but still waiting on the second one.

At this point, I want a full refund for both chairs. I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT!!! I WANT A CASH/CHECK REFUND! ) Who do I need to talk to , to get my refund???? Waiting....

Recliner is 20 months old. Top layer is starting to peal off, see attached pictures. Customer Service said warranty is only 12 months and nothing they can do. It is a shame you pay 1300 for a so called quality recliner the the leather does not last 20 months.

I have other leather furniture that has lasted 20 years. I will be sure to not recommend to any of my Friend and family
