00 for a recliner. It makes a horrible popping noise when the recliner unrecli nes. The back of the chair does not raise self back up after reclining. Only have 7 days to return product and then only with a 15% restocking fee.

I just got the chair 1 day ago. Will never buy a lazyboy product again. I wish everyone knew the poor quality of this recliner. The sales personnel was outstanding. The product lacks much. As I do not have any means of returning this product I will have to put it in the yard with a sign saying beware of Lazyboy.

Ordered and paid for a recliner on 5/22/21. Chair was delivered on 11/11/21. The chair was NOT comfortable!! When I called the store, I was told I can return the chair for a 30% restocking fee. No exchanges. And I was lucky it was not a special order or there would be no refund at all. What a ripoff!!

I had the chair less than 24 hours and this cost me over $600!! My advice is to Never shop at Lazboy!

We purchased our recliner about four years ago. We decided on La-Z Boy because of its reputation for quality. That was certainly a mistake on our part! About six months ago, the leather began to fade and a hole developed in the leather where I rest my head. In addition, the mechanism is slipping.

This chair was over a $1000. I will never purchase your product again nor will I recommend your product to my friends and family. Perhaps you should have considered your long standing history of quality before you took your production out of this country, built factories in China, and proceeded to destroy what your company had worked long years to build. A reputation that is no longer synonymous with quality.

Ordered on 2/2021 from Lazy Boy in Augusta Ga, several items including a Madison Square rug MDS-1000-810 but when the rug arrived it showed wrinkles-lines-nap, etc. The rug has been down 5 days and still appears the same. Would like to exchange out for another rug but the store is not receptive to an exchange.

It is a take it or leave it with them. Is this normal for Lazy Boy. I spent over $5000 last February on Order 158-71441 and feel that changing out a rug should not be a problem nor it is a very customer friendly way to treat a customer.

I can understand the custom furniture I ordered but this is not custom, in fact, I can order this rug online via other companies. Tried to send a picture of the rug but the upload would not accept the size of the pic.

I purchased 2 recliners on8/6/20. They were finally delivered on 11/24/20. I having been having problems with them since his past summer. I repairman came on 10/5/21 and ordered parts. I have had the parts since 10/16/21, and I was told the earliest they can come is 12/2/21. This is totally unacceptable since I am having a houseful for Thanksgiving. I have 4 large boxes and have no place to store them.

I called the store last week to complain and to speak to a manager who was not there. I was told she had a family emergency and that she would call me this week. I have not heard from her, and I was told I can only speak with her, and her name is Gina.

Received a chair from laZy boy. When you sit in it, it projects you forward. My 81 year old dad was projected forward and the chair almost fell on top of him. When contacting the store and speaking with a man by the name of Rob, who was rude and degrading to my parents.

He said they were unwilling to return the chair and stated that my parents need to learn how to sit in the chair properly. They would not take the chair for a return and continued to argue with my parents.

They are within there 3 day return period and are having all types of problems with lazy boy. I will be writing a letter to the CEO of this company and would recommend that you don’t buy any furniture from them.

My Lazy Boy recliner broke last February. A service rep came to my home, looked at it and said a part has to be ordered and I should call when it arrives to set up another service appointment. Since then and after numerous attempts to call the service department, I contacted the store directly (Wauwatosa, WI).

Eventually I got an appointment and a service rep was here last week. He told me the first rep did not report or order another part that was needed and it had to be ordered and I had to schedule another service visit.

We ordered two recliners with the top-of-the-line performance fabric knowing we have a 4-year-old and a dog.

After waiting 4 long months, they were finally delivered.... The delivery drivers dropped them off and quickly left. We sat down to test them out and one of the RECLINERS DID. NOT. RECLINE. Upon further inspection, they were also dirty with fingerprints and shadowing from them rubbing on something dirty (according to the technician), which was pretty disheartening. When I called La-Z-Boy, I was told there was absolutely no way I could return them for a refund, that I had to schedule a service technician to come out.

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture 23JA21. Invoice states 20 week lead time. As of today have NOT received furniture. That’s 40 weeks later. 00 deposit. No one from La-Z-Boy has contacted me. 00 Recliner, I am going home without it! I was told it would be inspected, apparently it was not! My chair had a sewing blemish, bump, in front of arm. Visible. Visable. A dirty long visible spot in front back.

I now am waiting another week for another from Jersey warehouses to De. I am suggesting that your Sales-team , who sold me the chair, should follow up with the inspection also. I am upset by my time being wasted, a truck rental to pick up, and thinking I was doing busines a American made company with pride in reputation.

Bought a 1600 chair less then a year ago. It was making awful noise when rocking. Called the store I got it from they came out and replaced a large portion of the base. 3 weeks later the same sound was starting to happened again.

This time I called customer support. They said that the repair person would reach out. It's been over two weeks no one has reached out. With the amount the chair cost I should not have to replace the base twice in less then a year of ownership.

My flex steel furniture does not make this wood on wood grinding sound. I have been a customer from over 20 years. I am now questioning why I gave you my business. will be filing a claim with the BBB and my attorney General.

Because I had a blown disc in my back and an operation I wanted a comfortable reclining chair to be able to rehabilitate in. My brother and I both went and found a very comfortable chair that we both liked and so we both ordered the same chair except that I had the leather and he had a cloth.

We waited for about six weeks before it was delivered and right away I noticed something was different. But my brother actually measured the distance from the back of the chair to the front and then compare this to the one we tried out in the store.

Well it turns out it was about 4 inches difference which made it where I could not touch the floor when I’m sitting down. Their policy was that you couldn’t return it unless it was within three days and plus you had to pay for the charge to return it.

Lazy Boy sent me damaged furniture and the Pleasanton Ca manager told me I need personally return them back or they will charge me for damaged stuff. They refused to sent someone to fix the problem. This is an awful experience for over 10000 dollar worth of furniture.

Never buy anything from these unprofessional people.

Took nearly 8 months to receive loveseat and 2 recliners. Recliner came damaged - requested repair 2 months ago. Repairman came 2 days ago and broke my recliner - it is now in garage in pieces and I have nothing to sit in.

Who knows when it will get fixed. Attached is a pic of chair in my garage with pieces . We have stored all this stuff ( 2 arms and foam for loveseat) in house for 2 + months!

We bought our furniture January 10, 2020 at the LazyBoy store in Wichita, Kansas. Furniture was delivered and there was a flaw in the Leather chair so appointments were made to fix the chair dating back March 17, 2020. We were in contact constantly with Lazy Boy for a total of least 17 times from March 17,2020 to March 8,2021.

In July of 2021 we moved to Olathe, Kansas and gave our new address to the store. Each time we called them we checked with them to make sure they had our new address. Technician came to our new address and had many reasons that he couldn't fix the chair.

The wrong parts were sent, didn't have the right tools. or the company didn't allow him enough time to fix the chair.

I received a robo phone call from Robin @ Lazboy in Saugus, Mass. as well as a notice in the mail saying there was a gift waiting for me @ that store & offered me 2 different days to pick it up. I was not able to come in then & called the store speaking to Greg. He told me he would put a gift aside & I would pick it up on 9/24. I called today to verify this & spoke to Greg who said he would check out back to make sure the gift was there. After waiting 5 minutes I got disconnected. I called back & spoke to Christian, the manager who said Greg had left for the day. Christian said no gifts were available. I ordered and paid for a power rocker recliner on Jan 2 in Metairie La I didn't get to pick my chair up till July 16 Then the motor and a bar fell out under the chair for the foot rest on August 20 I have been trying to get my chair fixed since then and I have had no success .

I tried to use their contact form, but it only allows 254 characters to voice your concerns. That is not nearly enough. I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner from Skeen Furniture, Carlsbad, NM, many years ago. It recently broke and I returned it (with receipt) to Skeen to get it fixed under your “lifetime” warranty.

I realize that the warranty does not include labor, but that is the major cost. ) to repair it and informed me that Lazy Boy will charge me shipping charges to send Skeen the parts they order. This makes the “lifetime” warranty a joke (but not funny).

The major cost of the repair will be the labor and Lazy Boy only pays for a few nuts and bolts (mechanical parts). I could buy me a new Ashley for the cost of fixing a Lazy Boy under this phony “lifetime” warranty.

If you are a person without a lot of wealth and things happen to you in life beyond your control, then don't bother with this company. We recently special ordered two recliners, put down $1,700. We were told that this would take up to 9 months to receive.

Who realizes what can happen in that amount of time. After about a month, unforeseen things with our home, like being flooded, we decided that the amount of money charged and the amount of time it was going to take to arrive was ridiculous, so we decided to cancel.

They told us we could cancel the order but we would loose our $1700 Down Payment. They haven't even started the order yet, and are holding the no cancellation policy over our head. This is not like when we were getting furniture in 6 to 8 weeks, where they could not get it…

Bought two swivel rocking recliners in San Antonio for new addition to our house. Picked them up as to not have to wait longer to be delivered. One of them makes noise. Tried silicone spray and wax. No go. Was told I would be charged a trip charge for service man to come and fix.

Reason being because I picked them up. I was never told if I picked them up I would have to pay a trip charge if something was wrong. But if delivered I wouldn't be charged. These are my sixth set of chairs I have purchased over the years. I live in Fredericksburg.

If I bring them to San Antonio I have to leave it then go back and pick up. Or wait for another if they can't fix. Had I known I would have had them delivered. I don't feel I should have to pay for the trip charge, for a faulty product.

I had a couch for a year , cushions became flatter than expected with only one person sitting on . The fabric became worn especially around the edges . They sell you the warranty like it’s the best thing out there and when something happens you can’t use it .

Customer service is horrible even the managers . I had to email the Corp office and finally got my issue resolved . I’d be better off going to big lots for furniture less money same quality as la z boy and that just plain sad to pay and expect more than what I was sadly disappointed with .

I am not satisfied with the quality of the items I recently purchased. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the store where I purchased the items to return the furniture and to have the funds paid credited back to my account, without success.

I have made eight attempts and it's like playing a shell game with the store staff and customer service. The store address is 4960 Center Pointe Dr, Suite 102, North Charleston, SC 29418. Sales ticket number: 159-82432. Date of purchase 5-17-2021. Received delivery 7-15-2021.

We have had difficulty getting a refund from the Local La-Z-Boy in San Antonio, Texas. We initially asked for the $900 deposit refund on July 26. We had used a Visa card so the refund should have processed quickly. After numerous phone calls, we were notified August 14 that our refund was processed.

If someone had $900 of your money & failed to return it in 18 days, you might be angered; we were. Hopefully the money will be in our account in 2-3 business days. If it’s not, we’ll be back in touch.

There were problems from day one but the worse problem was when they delivered my sofa and knocked a big bump in my hallway wall. It would have become a hole but was not hit hard enough to make a hole.

There is a big place standing out on my wall which needs to be repaired and painted. I called the store and talked to the manager and he told me the store was not responsible damage they made during deliveries.

I ordered two side tables a long time ago, a few months back and I was told they would be delivered in August. Now I was told the delivery would be in November and to take it or leave it. That’s not the first time this happened! I ordered a whole bedroom in January and the same thing happened regarding the delivery dates. Purchased a recliner/swivel on 6/16; went to warehouse on that day, and was told the swivel would need to be installed, and that there was one in stock at the warehouse and I could pick it up, complete, on 6/23. On 6/23, no one at the warehouse knew anything about the swivel, but the chair was there if we wanted to take it without the swivel.

Sales Manager, Pete Kennedy, apologized, and said he would refund me for the swivel, and as soon as a swivel was available, it would be shipped to us and we could install it. He estimated 2-4 wks. Checked in on July 6.

Pete said maybe another week or 2 before swivel would be available. On July 28, Pete told me the swivel was back in stock and he would get me an ETA in 3 days. I checked in again on Aug 3.

After six or more months waiting for delivery of my furniture I finally received my last piece, the sofa about two weeks ago. In moving the sofa in the delivery people made a big buckle in my hall wall. It would have been a hole but was not hit hard enough to make a hole.

The delivery people made a note on the delivery sheet. I received no call about it so called and ask what I should do? I was told they would call back but after a week I called again because I had not received a call.

When I talked to the manager I was told they are not responsible for damages to your home when delivering furniture. What are my options? I feel like Laz Boy should have insurance to cover this. The date is 08/06/21 today. Please let me know.

My daughter bought me a recliner from your De. store for Christmas 2020 to replace my worn out lazy boy . I sat in it once and when I went to get out the mechanism broke . Well because of the pandemic they couldn't replace it .

My leather couch is 3 years old. I bought protection for the couch. My couch is losing the color of the leather on the cushions and was told this was not covered. Why would I pay for protection and this is what they tell.

Went to store in Port Richey and was told the manager would call me and never received a call. This couch was $2,000 and replacement his $2,700. Why would I buy another couch when the store does not back up their protection plan.

A little upset with the sales representative. The initial recliner which had power and top grain leather was listed at $2,249. I purchased two recliners, one with power and the other Manuel. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed afterward that I was charged $2,469 for a fabric then for the top grain leather.

I reached out to the sales rep with this concern and basically he stated “it is what it is”. I’m pretty upset over the response of this salesman, especially when I spent $4 000 on two recliners. Bad business if you ask me and I’m on the fence of canceling this order.

My issue is not with the product or store, it has to do with the salesman. I purchased two recliners, one with power the other without. I could of chose the top grain leather chair @ $2 249 but went with a fabric.

My fault for not studying the receipt but noticed afterwards that I was charged $2,469 which is insane. Total purchase $4,000 for two recliners. Not too pleased with the salesman excuses.

WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!! After dropping almost 9 grand in the store at one time.. I have YET to receive my table that I have been told is on the truck for delivery so I take 3 days off of work after the first delivery failed.

I have yet to hear from ANYONE regarding my order that was placed almost a year ago. Beyond done with customer service and Angelo as a manager In novi Michigan. LEGIT THE RUDEST AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I LEGIT HAVE EVER DEALT WITH EVER!!!

Especially after dropping 9 grand. So, if this isn’t dealt with ASAP then I need all my money back plus more so I can go to a place that actually takes care of me!

We ordered our couch on 4/20:21 and was told we would have to wait 34 weeks because of Covid Delays(BS excuse). Customers who order now get there’s before 20 weeks. Why is that? Those that ordered earlier should get there furniture first.

I will NEVER order from lazy boy again and will start a campaign to all my friends and family to not buy from you either. Hopefully my campaign will go viral. Your company sucks which is sad because I used to love Laxy boy furniture

We ordered sofa dec 2020. Was told 6 to 12 weeks. It has now been 7months still have not received it. They offered no discount or anything for my trouble. I was told maybe here by sept. I feel I need some kind of discount for my trouble off my furniture.

It has been paid in full.

No one called me when my furniture came in. by NOT DELIVERING IT ON THE DAY THEY SAID!!. 2 pieces delivered. I called corporate, after calling the store, they keep blaming the 3rd party delivery service they use but really this serive fucked up 3 times??? For the SAME PERSON.

I told them if they can't deliver my sofa today I want my money back. Can't give me all my money. NEVER USE LAZYBOY AGAIN

I ordered a chair and a half in the first week of December and still have not received it and they are just now starting to work on it. I order a 12'X7'X2' entertainment center from another manufacturer and received it in 3 months.

It has now been 9 months wait on a simple chair and a half. 3 months past any agreed wait. I will never even entertain purchasing anything from this company again.
