We purchased 2 swivel rocker recliners from the Palm Beach Gardens FL store during your July 4th sale. The burgundy floor model we took home that day. The 2nd chair was a floor model we were told would be delivered to us the first week of August, when it would come off the floor.

My mother's Medical Emergency resulted in our need to purchase a hospital bed, leaving us no room for the 2nd chair. I called to cancel the 2nd chair & was informed there would be a 30% " re-stocking charge". We were told we would be getting that Specific floor model.

Purchases a Jay Reclining Loveseat in Nov 2019. Purchased 5 year Fabric Protection Plan per advice of salesperson. Called today to report a tear/hole along inside seam of seat cushion. Told by ServCo rep that tear was not covered because it was not “accidental” ???

Warranty does not cover wear & tear??? Was told to contact LaZboy directly as it was a manufacture issue. Called LaZboy and was told they do not cover either. Wanted to change $125 for service call PLUS cost of repair. This is ridiculous.

You should stand behind what you sell (furniture & warranties). Loveseat is less than two years old and I purchased extended warranty. Do not appreciate getting the run around from all parties involved. Please contact me to correct this issue. Thank You.

The worst customer service...will never do business with this company again...not only did this company not allow me to get a larger dinning table..and.after a signed contract stated the my order for a couch would be delivered in 32 weeks..it has now been delayed till possibly next April 2022...this is unacceptable..no explanation no compensation offered by the manager at the Columbia sc store...if I am bound to a contract why then isn't lazy boy also bound to this same contract

00. The foot rest has quit working and the faux leather portions are peeling showing white cloth underneath. I have the screw that has broken off of the foot rest. I called the store in Salem to report the shoddy furniture.

00 to repair my chair. I am a senior on a fixed income and am appalled with the treatment by this store. Their furniture is certainly not the quality it was in the past and their customer service is rude and uncaring.

I have had Lazy Boy furniture in the past that lasted 10 to 20 years. I will never buy from Lazy Boy again and will warn all my family and friends to do likewise as Lazy Boy does not value their customers.

I purchased a sofa, love seat, and a chair some years back at the Douglasville GA store, now out of business. My love seat needs a repair of a broken cable to the foot rest. I have tried for weeks to reach the service department.

In November of 2020, my husband and I purchased dining room furniture from the La-Z-Boy store in Wyomissing, PA. After using the table only a few times, we realized there was a problem with the finish on the table top.

On December 8, 2020, I contacted your Comfort Care Team, who responded immediately with an email asking for pictures and some other information. We complied with their email within a few days. I apologize that we do not have exact dates for everything that happened, but we were ignored for weeks, the only communication being those we initiated.

Ordered a chair, was located in Ohio with deliverery taking two weeks, got calls and emails it was to be delivered today.. get a call late Wednesday that due to software problem the chair is stuck in warehouse and cannot be put on a truck to get it delivered. A stupid process for sure.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the items I recently purchased. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the store where I purchased the items to return the furniture and to have the funds paid credited back to my account, without success.

I have made five attempts and it's like playing a shell game with the store staff. The store address is 40551 Margarita Road, Temecula Ca. Sales ticket number: 252-40114. Date of purchase 5-30-2021. Have a recliner sofa that’s about 6 years old. Was sold a material the sales person described as more durable than leather. It’s deteriorating. No help from the store purchased from nor the online customer care. The mechanism works fine, the rest not so much.

Chair arm came apart 18 months after I purchased chair.

Finally got around to getting with Lazy Boy, granted my fault, 1 to 1 1/2 years or so after it happened. Then find out that what the salesman told me was not the full truth... it is a lifetime warranty but you still have to pay for it.

And pay to have the part shipped to you, and you have to pay in advance. I tried to call customer service once the part came in. Tried for 4 weeks 2 to 5 calls a week and all I got was on hold for 30 to 45 mins before I had to hang up, some of us work when their customer service office is open.

Called the store to see if they could contact customer service. Guess what, no one answered the phone again. Drove to store on Wednesday talked to Asst. Manager finally got a call from CS on Saturday at 1230…

12/26Chair delivered damaged with and stained. Delivery service said they would call it in… never did and we have them a very generous tip. 2/10Had to wait another few months for service. Was told chair would be replaced. Was then told parts not chair would be replaced.

Waited another several months ( for parts to be replaced). 4:/23Technician was very late chair had more problems so needed to schedule another appointment and wait for parts.

Waited several more months 7:8 for service and then a NO SHOW.

Called 7/9 another month before service. Was not able to speak with a manager as they “ have a new computer system”.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Have had 3 sets of Lazy Joy and due to service will never recommend again.

00, a week later I was interested in the bedroom set but decided I wanted to see it in person and not by the picture, I was able to find the bedroom set at another store and did not like the set so I never placed an order.

However, for some reason the store placed the order. I never gave them any deposit or advised them to place this order and they never called me asking for any deposits. The furniture is now in and they will not make an appointment to delivery my dining set.

I am told that I owe for the bedroom set and that they need to speak to their district manager. I do not want this bedroom set.

However, I did give you a deposit for the dining room set and have every intention on paying the balance…

My La-z-boy LEATHER recliner's headrest area's surface on the right side peeled away in a 2" x 2 1/4" triangular section recently. This did not happen from abuse or lack of care. Purchased Sept.19, 2019, it received annual cleaning and was used by two "little old folks" since then. Because we share our time between our residence and a waterfront condo for 9 months of the year, we actually used the chair only about 4 days each of those weeks. After FAR LESS THAN 2 YEARS, I noticed a small space on the headrest where the leather surface had totally disappeared.

I called the La-z-boy showcase where we bought the chair. Immediately I was apparently blamed for the damage--- as the employee asked about the care of the chair: Was it cleaned frequently, at least 2 times a year; did I use La-z-boy…

Never will we buy a La-Z-Boy product again. What a poorly run organization. We were misled about when our furniture would arrive. We were called and told our couch was coming in 7/6 and that we would be contacted on 7/5 about our three hour delivery time. No call on 7/5.

Called the store about our delivery and was told by Erica (the only human I was able to reach) that our file had a note saying it couldn’t be delivered on 7/6 but rather on 7/13 AND that we had been notified (Dara was the person who called us and arranged the 7/6 date).

The only problem is that is not true, no one bothered to notify us. We have waited a long time to buy this couch and if we hadn’t been misled about the chairs we also ordered we would be looking forward to having them.

What I purchased my items I was told there would be a 6 month wait for the products due to COVID-19 issues. I was just called back and was told the items would not be available for almost 8 months.

When asked about compensation I was told there would be none. I even suggested I fo pick the items at the manufacturer in Knoxville, TN. I was told that would not be possible. These items have already been paid for and I would like to get compensation for having to wait a total of 8 months for my items.

Me and my wife purchased furniture in Nov 2020 and still have not received it. The wrong furniture arrived in Feb 2021. They are allowing us to us it, how we want what we purchased. It will not be available until the end of Aug 2021.

I am writing to let you know how displeased we are with the service we have received from your company.

On May 1st we purchased a Brooks reclining sofa and the sales associate indicated to us that we should have our new sofa in 4 to 5 weeks. After 5 weeks passed we hadn't been contacted about delivery so we went back to the store in Sterling Heights and an associate looked up our purchase and informed us that our new sofa was estimated to be shipped to the distribution center on June 24th. That is substantially longer than first indicated.

From the first month I purchased a motorized recliner I've nothing but problems with the chair falling apart from screw's dropping out and things bending out of ailment and the final straw was a weld let go and now the chair is useless to sit in. SO MUCH FOR QUALITY CONTROL.

DO NOT buy from this company, it’s a JOKE! Our couch took 8 months to get to us, but that isn’t even the worst part. It is a custom piece that came with a broken chaise and a reclining piece that would not close when it was opened.

I called the store and was told that since it was delivered I would have to go through customer service and use the warranty. Every time I call customer service I am on hold for 45-90 minutes. I was told a technician needed to come asses the furniture which took weeks.

” They told me I have to have it repaired, not REPLACED but repaired. The piece came to us broken and they won’t replace it like any other furniture company would. I am so disappointed in the service we not only received in the store but with the company as a whole.

I purchased a Jasper Power Rocking Recliner on May 28, 2021 and was promised it would arrive no later than June 15, 2021. To this date(June 25, 2021) it has not arrived. I have talked to the manager of Laz-Z-Boy (Dana) a number of times starting on June 16, 2021 and he said he would attempt to track it down. He has been unsuccessful in accomplishing this due to the way La-Z-Boy runs its tracking business. This is unsatisfactory and makes us not want to do business with La-Z-Boy anymore. The La-Boy I bought the recliner from is located at 8901 E Country Line Road, Centennial, Colorado.

We bought a Jasper Power Rocking Recliner on the 28th of May. We were told we would receive it by the 10 tp the 15th of June. We still have not received the chair. We’ve been in contact with Dana the Manager for over a week & he tells us it’s on a truck but they can’t find where the truck is. How is that possible?

If that’s the way you do business then I can see why your rating is awful. We have bought several Lazy Boy recliners & never had this problem. This will be our last & if we don’t receive it VERY SOON we will most likely cancel our order.

We bought a very comfortable sectional in March of 2030. We even got a fabric upgrade. 15 months later one of the cushions has holes (see image) and two others are following. Since it is (barely) over a year old we have to have a service guy come look at it fior $124 an hour.

The main thing they emphasized on the call was even if he stays 10 minutes we pay for a full hour. It looks worse than the one we replaced that was 11 years old. Don’t ever buy from them.

I was a complete fool to buy another La-Z-Boy recliner. The recliners they sold 25 years ago were dreat. Now they are expensive junk. I bought a recliner last year from Lafayette Indiana. This was 60 miles from my home.

I had such a nightmare experience from the Champaign Illinois store, which is 30 miles away that I decided to travel twice as far. I am disabled and need this recliner. The reclining mechanism is broke. It crashes back down when you are reclined.

This causes much pain throughout my body. I have had other La-Z-Boy recliners do the same thing. I did not bother to call La-Z-Boy because I know they won't help me.

Purchased 2 recliners in May Complained days later how very uncomfortable they were and wanted to return them. Tod we had to just get use to them.. We have bought nothing but La-Z-Boy since 1973. These 2 recliners are numbers 21 and 22.

Never had to “Break any in”. Our main requirement was comfortable. A short time setting in the store is not the same as setting each evening relaxing! Very unsatisfied loyal customer.

We have purchased 5 high leg, wing back style recliners in the past, 3 in Canada and 2 in United States States. My husband has congestive heart failure and often find the chairs the only place he can sleep. We have just bought #6 and unlike the others it is extremely uncomfortable.

If I sit in it for any length of time I have a terrible back ache. I certainly will not purchase another one it is very disappointing.

Couch was delivered on Friday 5/28/21 and I later noticed some type of pin/staple hanging out at a seam. Contacted the sales rep by e-mail and asked him if I should pull it out or pound it in but dont want to leave it, as it is very sharp.

He gave me the phone number for the "customer care" line. I have made multiple calls and have not been able to talk to a "tech" yet. Sent multiple e-mails to the sales rep asking if he can get in touch with them to call me.

Today I was on hold for 49 minutes before hanging up. There is no way this company is this busy. My last call was to the retail store (even had to leave them a message) which was that my next phone call will be to the credit card company to dispute the charges.

Think I will do that tomorrow!

We went to lazyboy for a reason and I am floored at the treatment and what we received. Spent 5 thousand on a couch. Delivered damaged. Would not send anyone out for over six weeks. So yes this was bad enough.

The worst part about it? That no body cares! No concern. I look at this couch every single day and see what’s happening to it. We can’t sit on half of it. Delivery scraped up my walls which I was just shrugging off until the treatment got worse.

I was told by a “manager” he pled my case and could offer nothing saying he had no influence. Are you kidding me?? Asked who he pled my case to as I should also have this opportunity and he will not give any names just to say they’re on vacation.

I am shocked I am hurt. I feel I should have some money returned not only to fix my wall but…

I went in to the store in Huntsville, AL. I bought two recliners and they were set to be delivered Sat. I sold my recliners I already had so I'd have room for the delivery. I get a call the next day that a mistake had been made and there was only one recliner.

The other won't be here until at least Sep. There are two of these recliners on the showroom floor. To make things right, I should be given those but they said no. I've seriously bought 23 recliners, 3 couches and 2 love seats from this store.

You've now lost a "good" customer and I will not recommend you to anyone.

I'm trying g to explain to customer care dept. About a issue I have with our chair we bought and paid a lot for in 2002. The chair did not come with adjustment to the reclining part of the chair.

The customer care people do not listen ! They are trying to charge me for an issue that is lazy boys fault. I did not alter this chair in any way and because I use it,its is worn to a point that i can't adjust it , I have been cooperating with them to the fullest as far as submitting pictures etc.

I have bought lazy boy furniture for 30 yrs, in those 30 yrs ive never opened up a credit account with lazy boy, but decided to when i saw the free interest for 12mos. So figured id use your money for 4-5 mos, anyways got approved went to store to order a recliner and sofa. After finally selecting the items, went to pay using the lazy boy account and the gentleman say oh you have to pay half in cash. Now if i wanted to pay cash for the whole thing i would have, so basically your account is BS! With its long standing reputation, I did not think to look at reviews before purchasing a very expensive, power-operated recliner I need as a disabled person.

The La-Z-Boy store will not honor the warranty in a timely manner. My recliner was delivered 1-22-20. During a storm recently my motion chair quit working. I called the store and Leslie told me what to do to pair the chair and the remote.

I tried several times but was not successful. My complaint is that they will not come and fix my chair until July 16th. I have circulation problems on my legs and need to put my feet up. That is a long time to wait for a repair.

m. I picked up my new rocker recliner at the Coquitlam distribution center. About a half hour later, while unpacking it at home I saw that part of a zipper in the back rest was partly open, which I found odd.

I have been dealing with defective furniture from lazy boy for over 2 years now. I have never dealt with such incompetent customer service. The 1st 2 couches I bought were delivered defective. I was given the choice to order new couches and a new chair.

Surprise, surprise the 2nd delivery arrived with the chair features not working, and the delivery was 4 months late for arrival as well. 3rd defective piece of furniture. I have been trying to get the chair fixed since the end of February 2021 with no success.

I have spent way too many hours on hold waiting to talk to anybody that can actually help me. I have had to take days off of work in order to be home for the repair man on multiple occasions, costing me time and money.

The repair man has been out twice for this brand new defective…

This is my second recliner in a year. Still defective and very upset after at least 20 hours hold time on phone. Last person o I spoke to Crystal, haven’t heard since Patrick repair service was here. This is a year of nothing but grief, and 4 service calls later. I want this chair out of my home with a full refund. It is unjust to put anyone through this. I would think you would know this by now.

I have a hard time understanding management not know what is going on, and thinking this is good basic customer service.

went to make my final payment stopped at the door and was told they did not have time or personal to take a payment and was told to make an appointment was very rude. I would in the future would find someone to take the money to get their chair. this the second chair the first one was late and when it was to be delivered my wife had to pay more on my chair before they would deliver hers.

I ordered a chair from Lazy boy on 11/15/2020. On the contract it stated 16 to 20 weeks to come in. The salesperson Buck Julian told us it would be sooner than that. It is May 16 and I still do not have a chair.

I had to call to get an update and was told it would be here mid May. When I called back I was told mid July. I have paid half of the chair and would like to get my money back.

I really do not think the chair is coming at all. The owner of the store Steve was very rude and told me that we could get a chair that was in stock in exchange and he would have Buck Julian call me and let me know my options. That was last week.

I never got a return call. I need help with this situation. I am going to continue to call and write letters until this is resolved. Very very poor customer…

I wanted to buy a lazy boy which I did unfortunately it was too late by the time I realized a crappy situation was so they don’t deliver to the keys but once a month for the price of $200 so I went up there to pick it up and do you know that nobody could help me put it in my truck what the hell that’s just horrible. PS I’m a 60-year-old woman and yeah I got it in my truck by myself
