My Jasper Rocker Recliner arrived. On day five, while in a deep sleep the chair crashed back to the floor. I banged my head to the floor, the wind knocked out of me. It was 4:00 AM, very dark, and I had no way to call for help and live alone. My diaphragm was blocking my air and I could not breathe. I was blocked in at the sides by other furnishings.

I am handicapped and 79 years old. I knew if I did not move shortly, I would die. I managed to push things beside me out of the way enough and with much struggle was able to make it out of the chair and onto the floor. It took me 45 minutes to drag my body to the next room and pull myself up on a sofa. I was grateful to be up and living.

I have been attempting to repair or replace a damaged sofa bed frame since June, 2020. It is almost impossible to reach a Customer Care representative by phone. The wait time is over 30 minutes and most often never connects to an agent.

I have tried enlisting the help of a sales representative from the showroom. His name is Frosty and although he had a similar lengthy wait he was finally able to reach Rebecca in Customer Care. Rebecca assured Frosty that I would receive a same day return call.

That was a week ago! I finally paid for a replacement frame after two failed scheduled visits by a repair technician. Those visits were cancelled same day as scheduled without explanation. After 9 months I paid for a replacement frame on March 5th.

Made service appointment On April 17 2021. La-Z-Boy called and canceled made New appt on May 3rd. No One showed up! Called and they said they would ck to see why. No One ever called back. Just called this morning 5/12/21 at 8:15 am.

I will never Go to lazy boy furniture store for my needs again. I had to wait 6 months untill my sofa came in and the staff was so rude after I made my purchase. they told me I can have them both delivered together.

Very poor quality on recliner, rude employees, and harassing letters. My chair was delivered May 1 - the color was wrong but that was ok. The left leg was missing a chunk of wood - I colored it with a brown Sharpie, the fabric over the wood frame was torn, so I covered the tear with Gorilla tape, and I was unable to assemble it myself.

I called the store manager in the Brookfield store and left four messages for her to call me. She never did. So I called customer care and was told that the first service date available was over a month away on June 2nd, but not to worry, I WON'T BE CHARGED for the service call and the repairs on my brand new chair - it was now 3 days old!

I purchased a leather sectional from La Z Boy 2 years ago - with an extended warranty. When the leather sectional arrived, it had several rub marks - which La Z Boy was fantastic and replacing all the bad parts.

A few months later, I noticed rub marks coming back. Frustrating, but I just used the leather paint to fill in these light areas. About 18 months later, I noticed the leather was "checking" in different places on the sectional. ).

They did send a company representative out to take a look. (He was the same man that did the repairs initially) He told me that the leather looked like it did not have the full coats color and ?? put on the leather.

I purchased furniture back in November of 2020. When we purchased the furniture we were told we would have it by February of 2021. Well, February came and went with not furniture. Called and was told May. Called yesterday to see about when in May I could expect my other 2 pieces of furniture to be told it would be August before I received my other furniture.

I spoke with the manger at your Layzboy store in Montgomery, Al. to be told that there was nothing he could do. He also stated that he could not even offer me my money back or even any discount. I bought a house in November of 2020 never in a million years did I think I would still almost a year later not have but one piece of furniture in my livingroom.

I spent the extra money on lazy boy because it was supposed to be quality. Ever since the beginning of this process it has been a complete nightmare! I ordered my furniture in August. I custom ordered everything and was up sold for higher quality to materials that were supposedly indestructible.

Originally I was told it would be delivered in october. It ended up being delivered right before Christmas and guess what, they brought the wrong piece! They custom built the wrong furniture! Now I had already been waiting since August and have out of town family coming for Christmas so my two choices are to let them take it back and rebuild it to deliver in another few months or I can keep it.

On 09/20/2020 I purchased a James Power Recliner from the La-Z-Boy at 10070

Reisterstown Md 21117. The sales associate was Max Cline. The chair was delivered and

set up in my home by La-Z-Boy technicians approximately November 18, 2020.

Unfortunately the chair never worked and sat unused for more than two months before

a technician could take a look at it. Once seen the technician discovered it needed a

part. Another month passed before the part came in. Now I am expected to waite until

June 17, 2021 to get the part installed.

Took delivery May 1 - drivers removed some plastic and left. When I got it inside my house, I tried to assemble, it myself. I noticed right away that the color was wrong, but I didn't care. Then I noticed a chunk of wood missing from the left leg and ripped fabric over wood frame where the inserts are, again I didn't care - this saga has been going on almost 3 years (Nov 8, 2018). However, when I looked at the base, I noticed that the cross bar wasn't fully connected to the right leg. Within 5 minutes, I tried to get the delivery truck back here but they wouldn't return. April 30 afternoon I visited store 825 E Boughton Rd Bolingbrook, IL 60440. I informed the sales associate (Tracy) I was looking for a sofa just something different (used for you tube channel). She showed me a few pieces that wasn't what I was looking for.

I've been having nothing but problems not only with the last two chairs I've purchased but especially with this chair delivered on Saturday May 1. 2021 at 1:30p. I was trying to keep the drivers safe because I MAY have a sick person in my house, so I asked them just to leave the two pieces in the hallway.

We purchased two recliners for an amount that came to approximately $4,500. It took 4+ months for the chairs to be delivered. Delivery was on 4/17/2021. On one chair, the foot rest did not rachett at all when the lever was rotated, so the foot rest can't be used.

On that same chair, the leather on the foot rest was obviously not installed properly. There are very noticeable creases in the leather. The other chair does not have creases. We went to the store that day (Saturday, April 17) but our salesperson was out.

I met with Shawn Reynolds about the lever problem. That was before we noticed the problem with the leather. We visited the store the next day (Sunday) and met with Mr. Reynolds again. He asked for a photograph. I went home and sent him a photo as requested.

today the assistant mgr Meg was supposed to call me back according to Robert. No return call. I have a dispute that I put down $300 cash and was never asked to even put any money down and now I’m moving and notified the salesperson, Pam that I can’t take the furniture at this time and return my money.

I am truly disappointed with the entire process I went through/ am still going through with my LA-Z-BOY purchase. I was feeling extremely excited to be in a position to even spend 4k-5k on a couch that you think will stay with you the rest of your days, only to wait for 5 months to get it delivered separately and

then to have it delivered with broken and missing parts. Wait another month to have someone come look at it and another month to get parts. Communication from your store is horrible. We ordered two of your most expensive recliners in October. We were told they would be delivered in Feb. Good with that. In Feb, I reached out to the store and they stated sorry it would be the second week of March.

Back in 2020 my wife called for service threw maple grove lazy boy, they said we would get a call to set up a time. Well we never got that call, we called again in March 2021 and they told us they got the phone number wrong witch was not true because they looked us up under are phone number. Anyway they told us someone will call to set up an appointment, never got a call. A month later tried again, and again no phone call. This has gone on for 6 times and still no call. Mu husband was recently diagnosed with cancer, he lost a lot of weight and is hard to find a good and comfortable recliner chair for him. We decided to go to LaZBoy for recommendations. I bought for him supposedly the best recliner lift chair, but not was for him.

I am completely disgusted with Lazy Boy !! I have a new sectional that was NOT manufactured properly. The center section is 2 inches shorter than the rest of the sectional, brackets were bent, the couch does not even fit together properly.

I have had a tech out twice, only to be told once that it was fixed and the second time parts are ordered to fix. I was subsequently delivered a piece of foam rubber !!! YOU CANNOT FIX A MANUFACTURE DEFECT !!!!

I cannot get anyone to acknowledge that this couch cannot be fixed !!! Next step, Better Business Bureau, social media expose' and complaints and possibly an attorney. Lazy Boy, you should be ashamed of yourselves for producing such an inferior product !!!

We purchased 2 recliners last April from the Waco Tx store. It took 4 months to get them. As soon as the delivery guy left we realized there was a tear in the leather and it made terrible noises. We received the replacement leather via ups but nobody came to fix it until last Friday (march 26th). The guy spent 2 1/2 hours but it looked worse when he left than it did. The second recliner completely stopped working in January and it’s still not fixed. Was told that it was the wiring and it would have to be picked up in about a week and then it would take a week to get it back. It has been one problem after another and we have gotten very poor customer service. The store won’t do anything. I was giving the name of the customer service manager (Michelle) but she doesn’t return phone calls.

I would like to know why it takes 6months to have a piece of furniture made and sent to Canada. At that rate you will be bankrupt in a matter of months. If there is no furniture to be sold or replaced then why are the stores open.

To be told that they ran out of material is ludicrous. I bought a manual operated love seat that I was unable to use. The store took it back under duress I might add and I ordered an electric love seat.

My wife and I purchased 3 recliners and a couch on 10/24/2020 under invoice 1024021LGTI. We were told 1 recliner was a special order and the remaining pieces would be in within a week. At the 2 week mark I called the saleswoman and had to identify I had paid for delivery and had to request it be scheduled for delivery on the single day the store delivers to my city.

I purchased a custom sectional from Lazy Boy in September of 2020. It took 4 MONTHS to get the sectional. This furniture is a piece of junk. It was built wrong as the middle section is several inches lower than the side sections.

The pieces will not fit together properly. There are threads starting to ravel on the arms of the sectional. I have had a technician out twice to try and fix it. This time he said the couch is defective. I would like some answers as to what LAZY BOY is going to do about this.

Sept. had problems with side arm, after 3 appointments someone came out and put new arm on, due to covid I did not stay in room when he put it on, when I checked later the new arm was also defected.

I waited again and they sent another arm. I called to get it installed and a month went by until arm arrived. Frank from lazy boy called and said they would exchange my chair with a new one. That sounded reasonable, I called the store to confirm this exchange and they they told me that I would get the chair in July.

Furniture was ordered with an expected ship date of about 16 weeks from 10 Oct 20. Now being told pushed out until after June 2021 making it a minimum of 34 weeks due to lack of materials. I would have not made the purchase if I would have been properly informed up front.

If the information on materials is available now it was at time of purchase. Therefore I was mislead and misinformed by the company in order to make the purchase. 34 weeks from about 16 is not close. The store took an order in which it was not able to produce the product for the customer.

Unable to get through to customer service. Email no reply. Call center wait time over 1 hour several times. I have two recliners and a couch. One recliner has a rip in the leather arm. Pinnacle recliner from 10 yearsago. How to repair.

Nothing on website and unable to get customer service. Dealer does not know how to do it.

I would have preferred to have my complaint go directly to the CEO of Lazy Boy unfortunately they don’t list their email addresses like reputable companies do. To sum up the best I can we purchased furniture back at the end of November 2020, was to,d delivery would be April 2021, called the end of December 2020 to be told that it would not be delivered until end of June 2021. I spoke to the Salesperson who said “well rooms to go is further out then us”! That’s not the response I expected to hear.. Her response came after I had to hunt her down with several phone calls & an email that went unanswered..

I called the store again on March 2,2021 and the finance manager who answered the phone explained that we received the usual run around & should not have been told that an April delivery…

I ordered and paid for 2 chairs on 12/29/20. I was told by the sales manager (Angel Kaur) (Southport Rd. Indianapolis) that delivery would happen in mid-February at the latest. She said she would call me at the end of Jan. with an update. She never called.

I called the store mid-February and was told it will be any day. I called the store March 1st and the gentleman who answered said he would look into it and call me back. He never called. On March 10 I went into the store and spoke to Angel Kaur in person.

She said that she has one chair, but the other one left the factory Feb. 15 and hasn't yet made it to the warehouse. She said there is nothing she can do, we just have to wait for the carrier to show up with the chair.

I want to know how it is possible that the carrier your company…

Bought a la z boy electric recliner from astons in wrexham the worst chair i have ever sat on very very scweeky every time you move its noisey i have had to put foom inbetween the leather to stop it making a noise ithink your product is rubbish not what i expected stressles chairs are more suppireor and i bet im not the only person to experiance this problem i am very disopointed to think it is only 3 months old yours mr Griffiths of wrexham

Burlington store, customer service is terrible. Spoke to Lorna Smyth, condescending and extremely unhelpful. Never followed up and I had to go to head office. Her attitude was so rude and repetitive.

Good afternoon. I'm having a very frustrating experience with your company. We ordered a new family room set 9 weeks prior. This was a special order with a $2,000 down payment. Unfortunately we have not taken delivery. My wife states 5/11 was the target, but no one has contacted us.
