Quality service at park Royal West Vancouver

l recently visited the lenscrafters at park royal west Vancouver to pick up my frame and the lenses. The service I received as always was 5*. The first person I saw, like always was the store manager Michelle, who enquired if I was there to pick up my lenses. As always she was patiently helped me with a nice smile and explained everything that l need to know, and made sure that is f the right and comfortable. Fit for me

I am so delighted to have gone there and I that's the reason that l have been a long term customer will continue to be. Once more l want to thank Michelle for her exceptional customer service and care. without hesitation. I hope other people will enjoy reading this review and consider what I have said.

Picked up my glassed and tried them on and everything was blurred. The rep took measurements a week before to make sure my new glasses were perfect, well like I said before everything was blurred and was not happy. I asked the assistant what happened and was told the lab had a bad day and also said it like going to the Dr's and the Dr made a wrong diagnosis. No apology, just excuses.

I thought Lenscrafters were better than that. Very disappointed, Go to the Lenscrafters website and read the reviews, they remove all the bad reviews and only post the 5 stars. What a joke. I am writing to address the gross incompetence and unprofessional conduct exhibited by LensCrafters at Mall of Millenia in Orland, Florida. The service rendered has been nothing short of a series of disappointments, causing immense inconvenience and frustration. On August 13th,2023, I initiated an order for three pairs of prescription glasses with assurances of maximum 3-4 week completion timeframe, including shipping two pairs to a specified LensCrafters branch in Tallahassee, Florida. Unfortunately, the store’s failure to process the order resulted in a cascade of errors and extensive further delays.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses (prada) in July 2023 at your St. Laurent location. I have had these adjusted over 10 times as they are tight (indented my scalp and with adjustments they keep falling down and I get constant headaches).

They also pinch the area around my nose and I now have bags under my eyes. I went to the store today as I want exchange them for a better fit. Your store manager, Andrea Corey is rude, disrespectful, a bully , cocky and dismissive especially to a senior citizen with a handicap.

She just did not care and walked away and passed me onto someone else who could not help. She offered a discount on the new pairs. I informed her she needs to be attentive when selling frames as frames fit different on each individual.

Optometrist was great at Ken's Crafters Colonie Center. FOLLOW Up on glasses for pick up us abominable. Paid over 1,000 fir two pears of glasses and frames on Nov 1. No follow up calls to status nor pick up nor readiness of glasses for pick up.

Says glasses are federally ready within 3 to 7 days but despite ci start calls to the automated message abd status of order Lind no calls back no text messages of emails. Frustrating as hell and I've always gone to Ken's rafters in the oast but this isbad service when local providers like Colonie Center Lenscrafters can't be contacted directly for information.

Ypur automated phone lines don't work and infuriate consumers. I will not look to Lenscrafters for future eye wear and exams.

I had an eye exam for contacts on 7/27 4pm was there a bit early was told doc would be with me shortly on a break. Was seen at 4:30 had my appointment the doc was very nice wanted me to try a different contact.

He gave me a sample told me to try and then call. I called back on 8/1 explained did not like contacts doc told me to call and to try another trial pair. Was told they would call back called again on 8/2 was now told needed appointment to see doc made appointment for 8/3 at 1:00 was not seen till 1:45 after all that doc told me I did not need to be seen gave me another trial set.

I have been trying to get a resolve with getting funds returned to my humana spending account card since July 5,2023. Talking to a supervisor by the name of Maggie. She is very rude. She cuts me off while I'm talking,but,gets angry when I cut her off.

She hung up on me saying that I keep calling so I'm going to get the same answers. I told her I was told something different from Humana and I was trying ask about it but she didn't care and hung up.

I'm getting told different information from different agents about the same question. I just want my funds returned to my card so that I can go elsewhere to purchase glasses.

These reps. need to be retrained and so do the manager that I spoke to. They all gave conflicting information on the same question (s)asked of them as,well as lied about my credit card not being charged at time of purchase.

All the misinformation I was given resulted in me having to wait an additional 2 days before I could replace my order just to change the color tint for my sunglasses after the initial order was placed 5 days prior because they was contacting my Dr for my RX which I had already sent them. Dealing with them was a horrible experience ! Never again!

I got my prescription from the doctor went to Lencraters, told the lead person i was trying on glasses while she was waited on another customer she was finished with the customer and i stood in the niddle of the store for 6 minutes b4 being ask did i find a pair.

( I'm afro American also so I'm not being racist. If I'm stand in the middle aisle 6 minutes, this says I'm no longer looking for glassrs.

Well first, having no representatuve for a complaint is HORRIBLE! Especially for a handicapped person.

Second, I had purchased progressives or transition and for years I have been told what I was wearing was not single vision because it had a number on it. It was my error and to live with it. This happend when returning, many times, even though this is my local store and 40 miles away 1 way.

Yesterday a mice lady actually took my glasses to the back and checked. YEP they were single vision. She had checked my order and I had not recieved the right order. Then she said, my warranty has already expired. So.

I got charged for an item I didnt receive. Are you willing or able to fix this?

Paid for my eye glasses april 20. They said I needed to wait 7 to 10 days but it has already been a month and a half today. I called them a few minutes ago, they told me to wait for another 2 weeks.

I already had an accident caused by my poor eyesight I tripped and fractured my ankle. This could have not happened if I have my eye glasses. This is exasperating . They cold not even give me an exact date as to when it shall be ready.

The LensCrafters store in Macy’s Boca Raton filed a false insurance claim under my insurance program and received payment for glasses I never received. 93 and did not refund my money and refused to do so. The associate simply returned the glasses back to their main office, kept her commission, and the company itself kept the proceeds from my insurance company. I am Ed.

I made one final attempt on May 4 to resolve this issue with the management at Macy’s. They once again refused to refund my money or replace the glasses. I will now seek damages against both LensCrafters in Macy’s. There is also a class action going on right now against LensCrafters, so everyone please join.

I had a wonderful experience in yourstore in the Oaks Mall in Gainesville Florida. Every person in that store was very sweet and helpful. I found my new frames with much help from the young woman in the front. I payed for my order and was told it would probably take about a week. When I didn’t hear from them, I gave them a call and was told they weren’t there yet, but they would more than likely be there by the 19th because they were on the last stages of making them, which was putting the anti reflective coating on the lenses. Didn’t hear from them on the 19th and called back again on the 21st. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased my eye wear at Lencrafters at Dadeland mall for years. this past year in December 2022, I went for my yearly checkup and decided to purchase a pair of very expensive prescription eyewear but I am NOT happy with the outcome!

I was assisted by the Manager at the Dadeland store and everything went well at the time of purchase. But soon after, I began to have issues with the nose guard. It was leaving a deep gash on the bridge of my nose and I was not happy with the scaring.

I went to your crossgates mall location on Friday March 17th to get my glasses tightened. I purchased these glasses from LensCrafters as with many other pairs in the past for myself, my husband and my children. I walked into the store around 6:40pm (hours posted say they’re open until 9pm).

I was told that there is only one person that could help me and she was only there until 7pm; if she was not done with the client she was currently sitting with by 7pm, she could not help me. I waited, but as the person prior to me tried to decide what glasses he wanted, your worker just sat there with them instead of saying “while you think about this, do my mind if I help this client”.

Hello. I did an eye exam last February at Dr Fallon at Oakville place, right next door to Lenscrafters. Ever since I got my glasses, I had vmbeen in several times to complain about the fact that I found them blurry sometimes and had to look up to read things clearly. Every single time, I was told they just needed to adjust them. I finally went for an eye exam with a totally different optometrist yesterday, who told me that these glasses bothered me for an entire year because they're a quarter of what my prescription should be! How did this happen? Did the doctor at Oakville Place just get it that completely wrong or did Lenscrafters staff mix up my prescription with someone else's?

Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an eye exam, got the Rx (first time needing glasses) and decided to order at Lenscrafters.com so I uploaded the Rx and entered all information carefully. Order went thru with no issues, or so I thought which was 6 weeks ago now.

About 2 weeks after placing the order, and receiving nothing beyond an emailed order confirmation, I checked order status online, which said “CANCELLED “ but no reason given. I called CS, but they had no clue why it was cancelled nor why no one contacted me and they just recommended I reorder them which I did the same day. I bought 2 pairs of glasses. 00 in total. I had a current unchanged prescription from last year. The store manager, Paula, that helped me told me about a new kind of progressive lens that I was willing to try based on her liking it.

Both pair my vision was blurry. The previous pair I bought are perfect. With the original type of lens. She checked and said the prescription was the same however I can see perfectly with my original pair and both of the new are blurry.

They supposedly were sent back to put the kind of lens in that I can see with. Went yesterday to pick them up and no change. So either they were never sent back to change or when they arrived at the lab they were not changed.

I was at your BAYSHORE store to purchase new glasses, there was one associate working and a manager sitting at her desk, there was another associate working but apparently on break. I waited about 15 min to be assisted the manager Connie never offered help.

But when a white woman walked in she immediately got out of her chair to assist her. I feel very disrespected and I let her know exactly how I felt. I’ll never go there again.

I had a glasses exam and paid full cash price for a new pair on 27th December 2022. The glasses were not available for pick up until mid January 2023; then they had to be posted to me that took a few weeks and so I have been wearing them for a few days now and

they are extremely heavy and I am not seeing in them clearly. They are not the lenses I paid for. 60 high index which I can see when I look at the number that is etched on the lenses. Since, I am not currently in the USA I would like a full cash refund for the glass lenses and frame, since I now have to get a new workable pair of glasses.

Please share how to proceed.

I just got off the phone with lenscrafter.com customer service. I was told I would recieve an email address that I could contact someone in corporate to discuss the status of my order.

They told me in 15 minutes I should receie the email. It has been an hour and I have not received the email.

The issue is that I ordered glasses on 10 January 2023 and I have not received my glasses as of today. I paid for my glasses on 10 January, approx. $1000.00.

The store manager is very nice and can only give the status of the order, corporate should review all orders and work to improve their turn around time on open orders.

I know I could cancel the order but I do need the glasses and I have been dealing with Lenscrafter's since you opened.

Just one final comment,...no that is enough..

NO Complaint, Only Praise..... Greetings today I walked into your Lens Crafters Store in S. Burlington Vt... I have been hesitant to trust another eye glass place in my area in Vermont.

Finally I got brave and I went to your Fine Store. Mind you I was on egg-shells worried she would have to order the frames. ALL smiles and COMPLETED!!!!! Let me tell you the UGLY service I had in my town of St. Albans, Vt.

I stayed 2 years with one armed frame glasses cause they had broken off and paid 12 times for those cheap frames!!!!!! I am old I have just medicare nothing else so I had to pay cash and credit card with that "Other" Place!!!

I scheduled my first appointment at LensCrafters after going years without getting my eyes checked. I was excited to see how my vision was doing and possibly purchasing glasses. My appointment was scheduled at 2:45 pm on Tuesday Feb 14th. Valentine's Day!

Prior to my appointment, I received 3 emails as well as a phone call confirming my appointment and advising me to be on time. I arrived a few minutes early. i filled out the necessary paperwork & sat down. I waited an hour, watching the eye doctor passed through the waiting room no eye contact.

Used Oceanside, CA LensCrafters to have an eye exam on 1/9/23. They changes my prescription from the prior exam I had with them. Using their prescription, I has lens put in a pair of frames at another optical lab, but the prescription was WRONG.

I opened up 3 Customer Care Form Tickets which they closed without ever talking to me. They lied and said they left me a message, but no message or trace of their call on my cell. Now for 3 days I have been playing call and speak to the store Mgr, who is NEVER available.

WORST customer service EVER, not to mention the double to triple price they charge for eyeglasses. RUN, RUN, RUN if you ever think of using this worthless company.

We went to LensCrafters in Port Richey Florida about 45 miles from our home . I have purchased my last 3 pairs of glasses from LensCrafters and this is the nearest store . My complaint is not about my purchase but after ordering my glasses my wife asked to use the restroom.

she has to use a walker she is 83 and I am 82 we were told we had to use the public restroom on the other side off the mall which you a can check is a really good distance away . I think as a customer spending several hundred dollars at LensCrafters just asking to use their restroom is a small request !

I got the normal e- mail back when I filed their survey telling me how much they appreciated my business!

Hello, HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE ! I placed Order #1053650780084 on 12/31/2022 at Lens Crafters store 0084 Anaheim, Ca. 00, $50 extra w/ no explanation!. My Ins. 00 /yr). Can NOT use the glass, because the lens was defective or not the right ones.

I was told by the attending person that I was purchasing a pair of lens' that had anti glare, no line bifocal and, transition lens'. > dollars for this. When I picked them up today I found that they did not transition when I went outside.

I called the store and I was told that they were not ordered as transition. 00's for? The answer was anything but satisfactory. I was not given a receipt at the time I purchased them or when I picket up the lens'.

I do however have my bank statement (Chase) to validate the purchase. I want what I believe that I paid for. My Phone is 330-204-1662

Great customer service from Andrew who works in your Westland, MI store.

Andrew is courteous, has Excellent Customer Service, and is Knowledgeable of Lens Crafters' duties. He deserves a 5-star customer service rating.

Andrew has been very helpful going beyond his duty to satisfy my needs in wearing my glasses and adjusting to my new prescription and lenses.

My glasses were made 3x and he did an excellent job each time. Please bring the Westland store lab up to the 20th century, I had to go to your 12 Oaks Store for a roll in polish (clear finished for rimless glasses), the Westland store roll and polish was cloudy, and their equipment is outdated.

Unexpectedly, I haven't been able to adjust to this prescription and have visited my eye doctor several times with prescription updates.…

I purchased a complete pair of glasses and the reflective coating is coming off. I had problems with two pairs of glasses. Lisa put extended vision and reflective coating on these glasses(not telling me it would come off) as being complimentary.

I didn't get a warranty, never have. These designer glasses are almost completely destroyed. 00 for new lens. I contacted this office before and never got a response. My insurance covers glasses every two years. Please give me some assistance.

The manager was nice and professional. However, the other employee was on the cash register when I walked in and the manager had a customer. I sat down but the [the other girl never ask me if I needed help. Another customer had came out from getting her eyes examined and she waited on her before me eventhough I had been waiting for a long time. The manager waited on me after she was finished with her customer and she did apologized. . However, the other young lady never said anything to me. I have been a customer for over twenty year and I was terribly disappointed in your customer service.

On October 1st I went to my local lenscrafters store to have my lens replaced do to a scratch. I didn't think there would be a problem since I purchased the glasses in April. I had paid for the warranty when I initially purchased them.

When I went to the store I paid the replacement fee and was told they would be in within the next week. Possibly sooner. Today is October 19th and I have gotten told several different reasons for them not being delivered.

The first time being that they were finished and just waiting to be shipped out, and the latest time being told that he keeps trying to find a lab that will make them for me. ThT tells me that I am being lied to by this manager.

At this point I don't believe that I will receive the glasses or possibly even the money I have spent on them.…

Worst experience ever! Placed order for 2 pairs of glasses $700! Paid overnight shipping.. one month later still don’t have them, I’ve called to cancel 3 times! No refund yet! Supervisor never available, never get called back. I had a eye examination on 12/7/2022. I was told by the Doctor I have a Cataract don't know how bad need to see another Doctor, when I came out the office I was given my prescription, then I was told I could go pick out some frames could go out and pick out some frames. 00 for contact examination.

00 for frames and prescription. I have both of my receipts. Someone from len carfter called told me to make a appointment to see a doctor at CEI. Made that appointment. I was told the Cataract was really bad and needed to have it removed.

I saw an optometrist yesterday and my visit did not go well. 0. I couldn’t see out of the glasses I have now and the eye doctor sees that. I feel I am not treated right by my optometrist. I need stronger glasses because Im old and I can’t see, I can’t read the computer monitor, I can’t see across the room, I can’t read a book close up and I can’t see the television.

Hello, I purchased my prescription lenses and frames at the Vaughan Mills location on 08/16/22 and have not yet received my correct pair of glasses. Unfortunately I missed my first pick-up call which I believe was on 09/12/22 (almost one month after my purchase) and I was told it would take up to 2 weeks or less. I contacted the store on 09/14/22 and I was told that someone had called me 2 days prior. Regardless I went to the store that evening to pick up my glasses and upon trying them on my progressive area on the lenses was way off. I was told that new lenses would be made and I would again be contacted within 2 weeks or less. Hello Please send me a copy of my eye glasses and contact perscriptions. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I was in your Moreno Valley store and was refused service because no mask. There is no mandate in this county for masks and have my right to not wear one as you do to run your business. I suggest though if your gonna require customers to wear a mask, then maybe you should have them available, instead of refusing service to a customer of 2 years. You just lost 4 accounts. Please send me my info so I can get replacements somewhere else.

I spoke with Karen at the Valley Fair location in Santa Clara CA. She said my sunglasses were ready. I go to BF to pick them up and not ready. I need corporate to contact me immediately. This is a continuing horrible experience I am having with Lenscrsfters and Karen the manager of this store.

This is in regards to the Lenscrafters located in Cary, NC near the Cary Towne Mall. I visited lenscrafters in August 2020, and the doctor that saw me gave me a very bad prescription. The lenses were not right and I didn't order any contacts. The doctor agreed there was some mistake with the prescription and told me I didn't have to pay for it. I returned the lenses with no issue.

However, this week I get a bill from Lenscrafters demanding to pay for the doctor visit and the prescription. This is 2 years ago! I explained to the billing department what had happened and they told me that since the doctor has left the practice, they couldn't verify it, so it's now my responsibility to pay for it.

I find this utterly wrong. Why should I have to pay for a lense/contacts prescription from 2…

Lenscrafters store, Corte Madera Town Centre, Corte Madera CA 94925: 1) I called two days before my visit to inquire if I needed an appointment to order lens replacements. I have a recent prescription, so an eye exam was unnecessary.

I was told an appointment was not necessary. Upon arrival at the store, behind another customer, we were told we required an appointment. The lady before me replied she merely wanted to select some frames. She was admitted. I was not.

" He neither greeted us nor stood up from his desk to show some attentiveness. He expressed no empathy for the mixup or inconvenience. , hence, a lost customer/sale. The experience was a complete waste of my time and gas.
