I bought my glasses in Kansas City, Missouri at the Zona Rose location, my job transferred me to Florida as I work at airports. Then lens in my glasses have a growing propagation that has been and is continuing to grow and this has fogged by glasses in such as a way as I am no longer able to see out the glasses. I got glasses a little while ago. I've been trying to get used to them. They haven't felt right since I picked them up. They only measured my eyes once. Did not double check. When I picked them up they didn't check to see if they were correctly done according to the measurement. At the doctor's office I could see better. With my new glasses everything is blurry. They are progressive and even the reading part is blurry and that was not changed in my prescription! I've had my glasses done here for years. I haven't been able to get in touch with you until now. My question is now what do I do?

In May, 2021, I purchased eyeglasses at the Lenscrafters store located in the Parkway Place Mall in Huntsville, Alabama. They never worked well. The left lens popped out whenever I dropped the glasses. When they were under warranty (November, 2021), the store did a little something to them and told me that the lenses were not made for the frames.

And the left lens continued to pop out. Yesterday – a drop resulted in another pop out of the left lens. This time the drop resulted in two scratches to that lens. Today the same store (a different employee) again told me that the frames were not made for the lenses.

I am a long time customer of Lenscrafter's in Beaumont.

However, I will not be returning to that store. A lot of their help are sent over from Louisiana snd the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Sprnd your money elsewhere because the Beaumont store has forgotten who pays the bills!

I was told that I had to have my eyes dilated or mapped when I went to eye appointment. I did not want either and was told by eye doctor I had to do one or other. Since I drove to appointment I had to choose mapping since I wouldn’t have been able to drive home with eyes dilated.

I have NEVER in all my years going to eye doctors that I HAD to have either one. It cost me over $40 to have it done and I now know I was lied to!!!! I will be contacting the Attorney Genrrals Office!!!

I will NEVER go back to Lensrcrafters again!!!

I have had to have lenses remade 5 times know within 2 years time. Either from scratches or lens stressing and becoming foggy and distorted. Frames have been issues.

Also had issues when the lens tints to sunglasses only part of the lens tint. Not sure why I am m having such an issue about trying to get a good pair of glasses. When will these problems end.

On May 12, 2022, I had an appointment at the 121 Court St location in Brooklyn, NY. My order was for two pair of glasses (general use and reading) totaling $587.92. I was told a text would be sent once they were ready. On May 14, I received a text that my glasses were ready but when I went to pick them up, I was told my reading glasses were not ready and it takes at least two weeks. Fast forward to today, May 27, 2022 and upon calling I was put on hold twice and hung up on twice and still have no idea when my reading glasses will be ready. I purchased two pair of glasses Jan 14, 2022. Three times, the order was cancelled; and all three times I waited over two to three weeks. I ordered thin lenses, but got thick ones.

Also I was told because of the delays and cancellations, I would be upgraded to the top lenses. I ordered the second from the top lens in the regular pair, and third in the sunglasses. When they were finally ready, I went in and got them, but the sunglasses had scrapings on the lenses, so they were sent back.

When they came back they were good, and much thinner, as you see in the attached photo. The other pair, they are thick and not what I paid for. I was told that it was because they were bigger glasses.

That made no sense judging by the two pairs of sunglasses sitting side by side, one being much thicker…

Ordered two pair if glasses weeks ago. Received message glasses available for pickup. Went to store today, only sunglasses there and no one knew anything about regular pair.

Ultimately, I was told glasses were shipped to wrong location, and they didn't know where???

They said glasses needed to be re-ordered. This appears to be a case were they just forgot and didn't want to admit the mistake!

Subsequently, I cancelled the order.

This is a poor way to run a business.

My daughter glasses was in the store ready for pick up for almost a month, at Lenscrafters, Mall At Millenia 4200 Conroy Rd, Ste 269 Orlando, FL since 03/15/22 I was just told today 04/08/22. I was told that someone call me on 03/15 and on 03/30.

I didn’t received that call, no voicemail or no text was sent to me.

However, I received a text msg on 03/25/22 to pick up my own glasses and when I called and ask for my daughter glasses I was told that my daughter glasses will be delivered to the store on 03/02/22 and will be ready for pick up on 03/03/22, but the store will text me.

This was unacceptable in every level since my daughter is been in desperate needs of her glasses for school and to drive. I do need someone to reach out to me regarding to this matter. Thank you

On October 11,2021, I purchased from your store in Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD, a pair of progressive glasses at the cost of $817.65. I paid with VISA and have the receipt.

The glasses were never quite right. I had a lot of trouble reading. I later went to another optician and discovered that the lenses I had received did not match the prescription on which they were supposedly based. I have saved both the lenses and the prescription to prove it. I then wrote to the store (7101 DEmocracy Blv'd, Bethesda MD 20917, #2218) and asked them for at least a partial refund. Me and my family have been a customer for over 20 years. Ordered a new pair of glasses and paid for them in full. This was on 1/31/2022. They told me one week approximately to be ready. One month later still not in with all kinds of excuses.

Finally I was told they were “in review”??? I left many messages at the store with David and customer service Latisha. I left a message with area supervisor named Matt. No response from anyone. I need to make you aware of a series of events that happened with your store, spanning several months with multiple competency issues.

I originally came to the Stonestown San Fracisco CA store in mid-December to have an eye exam and a new pair of glasses made. While in that store, I had my previous pair of glasses from Lenscrafters tightened. The associate performing the adjustment shattered my lenses during the heating process and destroyed my current glasses. This left me without glasses for several weeks.

While getting ready for work this morning I accidentally tore one of my contact lenses, and knew immediately I was in for a bad day as I was on my last pair of contacts. I can't legally drive without corrective lenses, and my job requires driving a semi truck all day. This took place around 4:30am, my shift started at 5am, and my deliveries had to be placed on hold until I could get a replacement contact lens.

TLDR: Store lost my glasses and the Manager Rudina gaslit me for over half an hour.

Synopsis: I went into the Redmond 7330 location a few weeks ago to get new lenses added onto my frames after having confirmed with the optometrist and clerk that this could be done. Prior to dropping my frames off, I was told that I did not have an account despite having just made one a week ago during my appointment. A store associate (Damani) helped me search for my account but could not find it and ended up having to make a completely new account for me before taking measurement photos. When I originally purchased my glasses I emailed the complaint center concerning the treatment from the person that helped me get my glasses not the original sales person but the person I went to pick up the glasses from he said to me you see with your brain not your eyes the glasses that he gave me I could not read the diplomas on the wall. The assistant manager was very rude on the phone. We just called that its been 2 weeks and we have not heard from you guys about my daughter's glasses and the man was very rude and started yelling at me.

Last 2 new glasses usually needed to be adjusted by me when I was trying to read or use computer. Thought might be something wrong with eyes so asked eye doctor to look at glasses when I went for annual eye check-up.

Was told the middle band on my trifocals was not wide enough for my eyes and I was seeing through middle band andlower or upper band depending on use. went to store I think Feb 7 as thought not as busy as on a weekend. to have adjusted.

Was tormented by LensCrafters overv& over again! Six visits for changes, different prisms & a good amount of insurance money they were paid gave me nothing but wrong prescription & prism 2nd they put on is not seen on my glasses by other Opthomologist.

I’ m going to return & demand insurance money is given back & amount I paid returned to me. I'm on disability and did not need this tremendous stress with my health issues.

The last experience I had in Anderson,SC, the optometrists could not fit me with lenses that I could see with, and after 4 attempts I got my money back and went somewhere else! This is to bring to your notice how I was recently deceived during eye testing at your Woodbridge, NJ store.

It started with my setting up an appointment online for eye checkup on October 27th. A day or two earlier, I received a call from Lenscrafters. The caller explained to me that I would have to pay $39 copay for my eye test. So far so good.

Re Sales Order 1026467130232 from LensCrafters 0232, 113 West Town Mall, Madison WI 53719 I placed the order on 09/03/2021 for frames with tri-focal lenses with delivery expected in seven to ten days. After 20 days I called to check on them and was told there was a delay in the lab.

A week later I called and got the same response. On October 4th I called and was told by Timothy Blair the store manager that he would check on the order and call me back. He did not. I was always a customer of Nashua Eye Associates and over the years have had three pairs of glasses which I can still use as they are crystal clear. For all three pairs I paid less than the almost $500 I just spent with your company back in the spring after trying you out.

I am extremely disappointed to have paid for anti glare, the coating for blue lights and for them to be scratch resistant as they have a horrible glare and many tiny scratches . I get constant eye strain and headaches from then.

I stopped in and was told they dont know how to help me. This is a huge expense for such poor quality. I do not know what you used for the lenses but they are like worse then cheap reading glasses from the drug store. Please advise. Thank you. Dawn

So on 7/20/2021 I had a new prescription from my eye doctor plus an advertisement from your company for free sunglasses, (full lens and frame) with purchase of full pair of new glasses.

So I go to store # 325 with the coupon, and pick out a new frame and lens for the new prescription.;see Receipt #1056687 and paid for them (or so I thought). I go back on 8/11/2021 for pickup, Receipt # 1057366 thinking I would have two pairs to pick up.

Unfortunately there was only a single pair ready the regular lens. I asked what happened to the free prescription sunglasses and they apologized. I went back a week later and this time the sunglasses were ready, but they would not give me my original new lens and frame unless I paid extra.

I returned glasses for a refund and was told that it would take 7-10 business days. It has been four weeks and no refund has been issued. I have called several times and being told a different story on the matter.

I was told on the last call that someone is taking care of my refund and it will take 7-10 business days. I am frustrated because this is what I was told in the beginning and it has lingered on for almost a month.

I will never recommend Lens Crafters to anyone. I feel as though they brushed me off when it was known that no one was handling my refund. I asked that my refund be completed ASAP because I have been patient. This is simply ridiculous.

If this is how they value customers then I suggest they get more training because my rating is a strong, solid F.

I have tried to go into the store to order glasses. They were able to find the frames that I wanted online, so they ordered them for me. I waited two weeks only to find out the couldn’t get them to the store, and that I could order them online my self.

Once again I was disappointed. So, I found them on the website just to be disappointed again, because they were single vision only. So, today 4-18-21 I went back on the website to order some different sunglasses. Only to be disappointed again, Every sunglass frame I wanted was single vision only.

I had an appointment today at 12pm. I called Lens Crafter to let them know that I was going to be 10minutes late. The gentleman that I spoke to said that I have a 15 minute grace period and as long as I make it there within the grace period that they will still see me.

I purchased Ralph Lauren glasses October 2019 and before December 2019 the glasses had spots and the protector was coming off. When I returned they gave me a very hard time but finally repaired them. A few months later it happen again.

Spoke with 2 dirrent reps over the phone and advised me it was my fault without asking for me to come in. I told him I had glasses for years and this never happen. They didn’t care at all.

On May 30th I went to lenscrafters optique in Glendale (Indianapolis IN) where a pleasant enough young man tried to help me find a screw to fit in my Ray Ban frames. He put in a screw that was both too wide in diameter and too short in length which is not correct, leaving my frames damaged and permanently unstable/wobbly to where they do not sit properly on my face.

He did not pull up my profile in the store, inform me of the fact that my glasses require special screws due to the way they are made (which I was told on my return trip to fix the problem yesterday) nor did he offer to have me pay the fee to have my frames replaced with the correct screws as my glasses were insured through July 9th. My appointment was June 29th and I received my glasses on July 10 ty with them being ready for pickup on the eve of the 8th. My lenses were progressive and I was measured incorrectly so I could not see out of them.

They were immediately returned the the next day and today is the 22nd and still no glasses. My prescription changed and I really need my new script. We this delay I will never buy my glasses from here again.

When I scheduled my appointment , I advised that I was on Medicaid Insurance. They asked who my insurer was and I told them: Paramount Advantage Ohio. They said that my visit was covered. Upon arriving today (6/12/20), I was advised that I needed to wait.

I waited for 45 minutes and was finally taken back for an eye exam. I was told I did need glasses and a prescription was prepared. I asked which glasses would be covered by Medicaid and I was tI would have to pay for the glasses and frames.

I told her if I had the money, I would not be on medicaid. She handed me the prescription and turned and walked away. I asked why no one told me that ONLY the exam was covered? I should have been told this on the phone at the time the appointment was scheduled. I WAS NOT.
