This is the worst experience we ever dealt with. We purchased the Lexus certified preowned ES 300 H 2022 with 1000 miles on it in 2022. Remember, it’s certified preowned you pay for certification. The car has now been broken down for nine months in and out of the shop, nobody can fix it.

Nobody knows what it is. We have nothing but aggravation now after getting Lexus cooperate involved. I purchase a PreOwned 2016 Lexus GS 350 on March 7, 2023 at Nalley Lexus Roswell and was told by my Sales Representative that the Water Pump had been replaced when the vehicle went through their Service Dept prior to me taking delivery. On Friday 9/29/2023 I visited the dealerships service dept to have a loud noise diagnosed.

Deposit $1000.00 for NX350H Premium on 12/03/2022. The car arrived at the Lexus of Orange Park dealership on approx 7/9/2023. At that time I was traveling in Thailand and making plans to change my itinerary pickup on the vehicle around 8/2/2023. I told the salesperson would be paying cash and that no loan or credit checks were required. The 8/2/23 date was unacceptable to management. Per the Lexus management, they haven't gotten allocation for my type of vehicle often and I need to pick up the vehicle ASAP, or it will be sold to another customer.

My Lexus is not Drive able, learned this after brought in for a complaint I’ve had twice prior and was told nothing wrong with car Buying new Lexus, had to turn in one loaner and they didn’t have another for me, while waiting for new car to be shipped. Didn’t tell me I wouldn’t get another loaner so I don’t have a car.

I brought my vehicle in July 10 for a leak in the trunk. The technicians were not able to detect the issue and recommended the body shop. The vehicle was released but I called the service department back on July 14 because water had leaked inside the vehicle over the back windshield and speakers since it was released from AK.

I brought the vehicle back in on the 7th of August because I just wanted it double checked for the new inside leak. Service again could not to detect the issue and the vehicle was brought to the body shop.

I had asked if the vehicle can be dropped to Nestor since I have spoken to him about the vehicle already. I had clearly asked both shops if the vehicle can be in a covered area because of the leak.

Two weeks ago when I was buying a new 2023 RX 350 I was not told by anyone until after I wrote the check paying for the vehicle that I would receive one key fob. To me I have paid for something that I may or may not receive some day.

Almost a scam to me. I have already had problems having just one key and not happy. I would not have bought this vehicle if I was aware of the situation. Now to solve my problem I can give Lexus more money to buy a new key fob and have them program it.

I will only do the service requirements required with a Lexus dealer and do all the rest somewhere else that I can trust.

My 2013 RX 350, the BSM is not working. They charge $1500 to take rear bumper down to diagnose it, and maybe more if they need to replace parts.

Now they can not repair it, and they don’t have in house body shop. I was never told that they may not able to repair it. If I knew it I may decide not to. I don’t think I should have to pay the $1500. This doesn’t sit right with me.

I am very upset, where am I suppose to my Lexus to? If Lexus can’t stand behind their cars.

Ordered a new Lexus (complete with down payment) in Malaysia over one year ago. It was a 2022 model. It is now one year past the order date (delivery was to be March 2023) and still no sign of the vehicle (or even an updated delivery date).

The 2023 models are out and still waiting for the 2022 model . Very disappointing. The dealer mentioned that the order is sitting with Lexus Japan and they are not getting stock. When (or should I say if) the car does show up, it will already be one year old. Very disappointing service

We traded our 2021 LX570 for a 2023 GX460 because we didn’t need such a big vehicle. Now we know why the LX is so much more than the GX. The GX we purchased is awful, the car pulls hard right when going on a starchy road, the steering wheel has to have consent pressure on it to stay straight.

We took it to our local Lexus dealership, Moses Lexus, this is not where it was purchased but closer to us. They ran some test, change a few things and stated the steering wheel was offset to the left a bit but could not feel the pull we stated was there.

Keyes Lexus of Van Nuys is a joke!!!!! i took my car in for the same moonroof issue the second time. Not only did the consultant handling my case fail in communicating with me. They kept my car for 7.5 days only to tell me on pickup that they couldn't duplicate the same noise i duplicated in my original complaint, but also when i was there. I have a Lexus Gx. The peeling paint and cracked dash is out of warranty but I decided to call Toyota/ Lexus customer service anyway not expecting anything. They strongly implied that they probably would give me a paint job and new dash.

Then they called a day later and back out. What!!! I mentioned how frustrated I am that they had backed out and how my Lexus Gx is not holding up like it should. They blamed it on me not taking it to a Lexus dealership as they only had one record since I have had her.

The dealership did a bad job on that repair left a hose lose and caused all the sensor lights to come on. My mechanic had to figure out what had gone wrong and I had to pay my mechanic of course.

Ok so while the service at danvers lexus is great the guy that i deal with always pleasant and takes care of all my needs. I have had to take my car back there three times for the same issue.

My air conditioning didnt work took it there the motor was blown the replaced it while doing so my radiator got cracked it was relplaced. The ACC worked fine for a few now its not working again. Along with the fact that my radio isnt working because of some unknown issuse that apparently is common in this year IS250 of which i have a 2015.

The screen turns on then goes off again an some times the radio will work if its cold out and then once the car is off and turn it back on it wont come one again. Before you tell me to unplug the battery i tried that many times no such luck.

There are a lot of nice features on the new Lexus 350. Only minor problem I have found during my first month of ownership is the feature that displays the speed limit on each street you are driving on. The information is shown on a small window on the dashboard.

It is shown in a white window and it is very easy to read.

However if you are going above the speed limit the screen shows in red and it is almost impossible to see the legal speed. I have to slam on the brakes to get back to legal speed. The color of the screen should be changed to yellow if driving above speed limit so the window could still be reviewed.

It would then be much more easy to slow to the approved speed limit.

I just purchased my lexus UX about 30 days again ibwent it o get the fender and windshield fix. I dropped my car off April 1st and dint get it back until April 15th. When I first went to go pick it up after having to call to see what's going on I was told the car was ready.

When I got there the car was so dirty, there was tape around the windshield and the inspection sticker had void going through it. 2023 Open Road Lexus Port Moody) I received a service message to change the oil in my car. I immediately contacted your service center and scheduled an appointment for March 31,2023, two weeks in advance.

However, on March 7, 2023, I visited Mr. Lube, and they changed the engine oil without an appointment. Although they placed a reminder on the front glass for the next oil change, I also needed to change the transmission oil since the speedometer had already reached 90000.

I missed an opportunity to get the door panels replaced on my 2008 IS 250 because I never received a recall notification on the faulty inner door panels. I was able to reach out to Brand Engagement in 2001 and started the process with an associate but I was not able to connect with them after our initial conversation. Today 2/20/2023, I went to Lexus of North Miami with intentions of purchasing a new 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid. The sale representative was seemingly nice upon arrival, but the deeper that we got into the process the sales representative became less knowledgeable and ultimately tried to make me take a car that I didn't want.

The dealership wrecked our car when returning to us after services were complete. The issue I have is they are not willing to sufficiently compensate for our inconvenience, time, nor care about responding in a timely manner on updates on when our Lexus 350 will be out of the body shop.

McGrath Lexus of Chicago I came in for an oil change and a car inspection of the backseat, but I was unaware of the pricing for the inspection. No one told me before I made the appointment that there was a fee to look at the backseat. Hello, I purchased an LS 500 on January 10th 2023 from Ray Catena of White Plains. I only received one Key Fob. I am 66 years old and do feel more comfortable with a second Key Fob. On Monday I had to drive my wife's RX 350 to work because I was running late and could not find my LS key. How soon can you provide me with the second fob? The dealership referred me to you. They weren't much help. I have owned the LS series since 1991. This is my 15th LS and the first time I am faced with something like this. I had scheduled my cars first appointment (1800 Km). I requested to have 2 “door dents” removed at the same time. I booked this one month ahead of time as it is a 4 hour trip to the nearest Lexus dealership for me for 9 am January 23.

I received a loaner, but when I returned to the concierge desk to inform them the car the gave would not start, I was rudely treated (she rolled her eyes, and I told her to come try it, she handed me a different set of keys). I called at 2 pm to see if the car was ready, and was told it had not gone in for its inspection.

I was not notified of a customer Service warranty regarding the ABS system for my car. It took me months to figure out what the farting noise of my cars braking system was, before it finally threw a code a week after the warranty expired.

I think it is wrong that I was not notified of this warranty, as the registered owner. I think it was wrong of Lexus to not cover the repair, under the spirit of the warranty process. After all when they came up with the expiration date why would it expire on November 30th instead of December 31st 2022???

It's mind blogging you can't tell a 2019 es 350 from a 2023 Lexus Es350, they could have tweet the headlights and backlighting, just like a slight difference in 2007 to 2010. There's nothing to upgrade to except concole of cup holders.

True Lexus fan to complete with Mercedes & Bmw, especially interior, Bmw & Mercedes put Lexus technology too shame. Lexus of different locations want me to upgrade, it's a shame you can't tell a 2019 from a 2023, that's why y'all losing profit, we you make a car design, extra change should be involved like changes in 2 yrs instead of 5 or 6 years.

Been with Lexus since 1991 with LS 400. I have a 2022 es 350 right now why upgrade.

Purchased a Nx350 in December, The first of January scheduled to have right window repaired again and torn seat repaired, which didn’t take long for the tint. I asked about the torn seat and was told I need to make another appointment to have seat repaired. Inconvenience.

I had to come back for seat repaired, took off time from work!!!
