The fraud specialist by the name of Brittany from a call made Monday, January 2nd at approximately 3:00 pm was rude, condescending, and nasty! We are outstanding customers of your company ! Check your records! Our payments are made on time and are usually of a large amount!

We were calling about fraudulent charges on our account!! Please listen to the audio since we were informed calls are recorded! No customer should be talked to in that matter!

This complaint is not about a dealer, it's about the Lexus corporate office. The LS 500 is a great car in terms of engineering and appointments, however, it's the worst car I tested for EMR/electromagnetic radiation. The corporate office completely ignored my requests to fix the issue or buy it back since it was still under warranty.

I tested other, more expensive, cars and even with more electronics and other dc-generating parts in the presence of their dealer technically qualified personnel but none were as bad. It's a pity because otherwise it's a fine vehicle that I loved but my and my family health is crucially important.

People, customers, should not be used as guinea pigs just because there is a lack of standards limiting exposure to car occupants.

I have owned and driven Lexus cars since 1999. I currently drive a 2016 IS300h F Sport, a beautiful car. Problem is the paint has started peeling off the bonnet, when asked dealer on why this is, basically told I am washing my car wrong!!!

The paint is fine on the rest of the car!!! Is this something Lexus should at least look at before pushing blame onto the owners???

On 12/15/2022 I called Lexus roadside for assistance with a flat tire at around 4pm eastern standard time. I called 4 separate times and did not receive a call back. Each time I called, no one knew about my issue. Each time I called I had to repeat myself all over again and still no help. I did however receive 3 text messsges: We apologize for the delay. We are still working to secure service for your vehicle's needs. You should hear from us again shortly.

I called roadside again at 9 pm and the representative was apologetic (at least) but was still unable to assist me. At this point I was able to receive help- from the dark parking lot that I was sitting in for several hours hoping to receive help from Lexus. I am completely upset about this entire situation. On February 23rd 2022 we ordered a new Lexus NH Hybrid Car from Sidcup Lexus. We were told at the time that, because of the prevailing shortages with semi conductors, we would not receive the new car until September 2022.

Few months later we were informed that "good news" our car would be delivered December 2nd 2022. Two months late, but we thought so be it. Today I phoned the dealership expecting to find out when I would be able to collect it on Friday 2nd, but was told it would no be ready until end April, 2023.

SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 I’m so damnably tired of being bruised and battered. It would be fine if all the airbags had saved me from a disastrous collision. The car moved from just outside my parking space to the facing wall. That produced a huge hematoma in my right breast, stark black and blue parts on my right arm, my underarm, my abdomen, my leg , etc. plus, I just feel sick. I had to stop using Flexaril because it made me more than my usual dull and dizzy. Besides, Geico, Lexus and Takata have been badly mishandling the process so that I’m still waiting for inspections. A pox on all their houses.

The sales process was unprofessional for a vehicle lease on a new RX 450H. The finance manager did NOT explain the terms or agreement just had me sign and rushed me through the process as fast as possible. I will never buy a car here again or recommend this dealer.

After a week, we notified the dealership of the Bluetooth system and voice commands especially when you use the telephone not working properly. There is also a voice lagging and the longer you have a conversation the longer the lagging gets. You need to dial a number physically from the phone as well due to the voice command not working properly. (Al problems is already on your records)

Tire/Rim protection package. I purchased my RX350 from Wilkie Lexus, PA( Jan 2021) . I drove hours to get the vehicle I wanted. I also purchased a T/R protection during my transaction and was told cuts, scratches, damage, or repairs would be covered.

I hit a curve which damaged my tire & rim. I took my truck to Sheehy Lexus for a routine service along with the T/R repairs. Sheehy held my truck for two days only to say the third party company would not honor the tire/rim replacement request.

I spoke with the service manager, Johnathan, who said he'd looked into this matter and contact me (Mon, 9/26). Today is Tue, 9/28 and I have not heard anything from Sheehy/Johnathan. Not to mention that he said Thursdays are the only day a rim specialist is at that location.

Shawn McGuigan from the Manchester/Bedford NH location socializes with the other advisors and hasn’t acknowledged me since I checked in. All other clients that have come after me have been seen by their advisors. I’m sitting here and my car is still waiting to be worked on half hour after check in. This has happened before.

He has advised me to get all kinds of work done to my car but changed his mind when I brought my husband with me for the next appointment. Shawn is not to be trusted. I also had a coupon and he would not accept it.

At 4:30 pm, my car stalled and would not restart. I called Lexus West Palm Beach service at 4:59 pm and informed them my car would not restart and the person in service recommended I call to be towed to the dealership.

I placed the call at 5:03 pm to report the problem and I need to be towed to the dealership. The customer service rep told it could take 2 hours or less. My information regarding the car was verified with customer service and another representative who called to let me know the tow would be there shortly.

At 6:16 pm the tow did not arrive and I was unable to track the tow with the link that was sent to me. I called the 800-25-Lexus number to ask the eta for the tow because I needed to get to service before it closed.

Hello, I called the Lexus USA Corporate complaint office and they put me in touch with an agent who handles complaints. He called back a few days later and told me my request for replacing the dashboard was rejected. I then sent them an official complaint letter and their Corporate USA office called me and said they could not resolve the problem. I told him this was not acceptable and he said there was nothing else that can be done by Lexus. We currently own two (2) Lexus RX SUVs, but this will be my final Lexus based on my recent experience with a defective dashboard. They do not stand by their Lexus product when a defect occurs.

Went to get an oil change on my 2008 RX350 W/ 178,000 miles before traveling to New Jersey from Cincinnati! I asked the Service Dept about the break sealing required on the Lexus and didn't get any response on my concerns! Got your typical service of $61.00 and assumed there was no concerns, especially after no concerns from the Maintenence Dept..

After weeks of returning home I had oil gasket blowout in my driveway (blessing)!

It cost me now over $610.00 today to repair what should have been recognized and repaired over three weeks ago! I'm a design and construction Designer and I can't stand that type of negligence when trying to satisfy Manager! This laid backed attitude should not be tolerated at the high cost of service!

I went to Lexus in late Apr 2022 to find a car. Select a hybrid SUV. Put down deposit as asked. Requested a written cost estimate. Car was estimated to be at Lexus of Sacramento dealer by late June or early July.

Communicate with salesman over time for car status and price. On the day of pick up I paid MSRP price plus $5,000 marked up. In addition, we have to pay for add-on security and Permaplate packages by dealer. These add on was not on estimate cost which I asked from time to time to prepare my budget.

After completed the transaction we drove car home. Car was not able to start again. Dashboard meter displayed all errors. It broke down in our garage. Odometer reading was at 31 miles. Lexus sent technician to check on the car but still not able to start the car.

I dropped my car off for service. At the beginning I was told the bill was gonna be $500 so I agreed to fix it. H called me back and said it was gonna more like $1500 and I was skeptical.

I told him to wait and asked for it to trade in. He said he would give me number to their team for trade in. I waited waited with no phone calls. Then I got a voicemail saying it was fixed for $1500 and still investigating for more issues.

Today I got a phone call, stating I have a $1800 bill from Lexus. The person said that I told him to do it. If I wanted to fix it why would I ask for it to be traded in?

Took ES 350 in Wed. 7/13. Passenger door and both back doors would not open with FOB. Service Adviser said was not a FOB battery issue as light was flashing red. Told me a minimum diagnostic service would be $210 plus any parts and labor to fix.

Made an appointment for 7/14. A friend said FOB light should not be blinking. Went to an auto parts store. The tech put in a new battery in the FOB. I held the lock/unlock buttons until a beep. Then tried the FOB and now everything fine. Quote of $210, plus?? 07 to fix.

A valuable complimentary car wash was available for Lexus vehicle owners till the pandemic. Once the pandemic was in force (beginning 2020) the dealership stopped that practice. It was understandable. In USA the pandemic finished a year ago. As of this day, the dealership has never resumed that complimentary car wash.

I do not know if that is a new policy from Lexus or from the dealership but giving the excuse of the pandemic is ludicrous at this point. Either Lexus or the dealership should be more honest and say that that perk will no longer be provided. Fernando YUNIS

On March 24 2022 we received an email from Lexus customer service department that offered us a $750 loyalty payment we would receive because we were buying our Lexus RX350L that we had leased for 4 years and that we had to replace all 4 rotors and breaks very early in the lease. They were defective!

After we received the email, we went ahead and bought the Lexus and the money was received by Lexus on March 31 2022. The customer service person said we would receive our check in the mail after we sent the sales agreement and papers we signed to close the deal.

I wish I could place 0 stars and give a review. I called the day before I needed an oil change.

I was pleased when they informed me that I could bring my car in and receive service on Saturday July 2nd, at 1:30. The next day, I drove approximately 30 miles to get my car it’s routine maintenance. When I entered the service department, at first they refused my service, after telling me to come in the day before. I had to basically plead my case for 15 minutes in 100 degree weather, so they could work on my car. I thought in my mind, this is a basic oil change and tire rotation. It is not like I was getting major work done in my vehicle.

I bought Lexus UX 200 on Nov. 2021 and currently have 1,100 miles on odometer. 4 MPG. I brought my car to a Service Dept in Jim Falk Lexus in Beverly Hills but manager in Service dept explained that it is normal, refused to check a car.

When I explained that I took this car expecting PMG as 27/city and 34 freeway displayed on window sticker, he explained it never happens in reality as it should be ideal conditions which neve happens in real life. We have owned two Toyotas, one Honda, one Volvo, one BMW, and one Lexus. We’ve had no mechanical issues with the Honda, Toyotas, or Lexus. The same cannot be said for the Volvo or BMW.

When we decided on the NX450H+, we also decided to keep my Lexus Rx350 and sell my husband’s BMW.

Our daughter even said, “I can’t believe you want to have two Lexus SUVs.”

As a person who researches all big purchases, the plug-in Lexus SUV is the best car for us at this time. For the first time in our lives, we resolved to pay sticker price for a car.

My husband called Ourisman Lexus to put down a deposit on a NX450H+ that is going to arrive in mid-July. To our surprise, he announced that we would also need to pay an additional $7,500.00 “dealer markup”, on top of paying sticker price.

***Poor customer service on a huge safety issue*** How can you have a warranty on your SRS Airbag system but not cover the issue because it is caused by a faulty wiring harness? A car with less than 70,000 miles should not have an issue which causes none of the airbags to deploy when in an accident. If the SRS system is covered then it should be covered if it doesn’t work! Totally Bad business with Lexus roadside assistance. I’ve been waiting a full day for roadside assistance, which never came. I was text all theses different times that they would arrive. No one never showed up. Now I’m told to call back tomorrow, which is bad business.

Or my second choice is to use a outside service and I would be reimbursed. Why should I have to do that when this is apart of my contract with Lexus. What if me and my family were out on the road stranded and would have to wait over a day for roadside assistance, this is totally unacceptable.

The last text says that service was completed when my vehicle is still sitting in the same spot. Unreliable and truthful.

I have a issue with my 2022 RX 350 Lexus with an electrical issue, where my vehicle couldn’t move. I called Lexus road side assistance to pick my vehicle up and take it to the dealership here in Savannah,Georgia. ), I’ve called back several times and here it is 6:07 Pm and my vehicle hasn’t been picked up yet.

This has cost me an entire day and possibly another tomorrow, because the dealership service department closes at 6:00pm. I’m a very unsatisfied customer. I wouldn’t refer Lexus roadside assistance to anyone.

Car was showing throttle body codes but dealer said it was the computer , I paid $1700 for this service and now 2 days latter throttle body codes are back and now wants $2660 to replace this part. We were on our way on a trip for my husbands birthday and hit something in the road that slices our tire (run flat) . We used our button to call for assistance and we’re told they would be therein 80 min.

We waited 90 then called back only to be asked to hold while they tried to locate a driver after about 15 min were told they would notify us. We finally had to call our insurance company to tow us after waiting hours on the side of a double lane highway.

We were towed within 45 min. My question is if they could get a tow truck there that quick why couldn’t the roadside service? We had no food or drinks until the road ranger showed up to give us water.

We finally received a call saying they had a truck on the way which was7 hours later. I have no idea why this service is available I’m glad…

My Lexus was recently stolen. I only had liability insurance. I have been desperate to recover it. Lexus has not been helpful to say the least. In every Google search of any variety of “ find stolen Lexus” you will find results that simply state that this is a simple process with a police report.

Please do your research before assuming. Because this is 100% false in my case.

The escalation rep Jaquitta S. handling the case and the Riverside dealership have denied a recall with conflicting information on dashboard melting issue. The program has now ended but I took the vehicle in 2019 and no notes taken regarding this issue.

The second case opened they have now stated they found an inspection but there were no issues to repair although I have pictures. The problem has progressed to the point the dashboard cannot be cleaned and is damage.

I bought a used Lexus 08 Gs350. It had an issue with headlights and some lights on the dash. Was told for $130 they would fix my headlights and give me an inspection. Then told no it's $178. Then told they need it for at least three hours.

Gave me a loaner with maintenance lights on and empty tank. Few days later another guy says yes not sure why they said that price or timeframe but that guy quit. So now you are looking at almost $700. And that's also getting my inspection. A week goes by. No communication.

Then when I keep bugging him the price is going up and yet work isn't getting done. Telling me the same stuff I've already been told. I'm being patient as I can be but when it gets to be three weeks into that so called three hours job and no one is calling me back I'm getting ticked.…

I’m emailing about my Lexus IS250 2006. A few months ago I took my car to the dealership to get the passenger airbag recall done. Immediately after getting that recall fixed. My airbag light on my vehicle came on. We did not think anything of it, we thought it would come off over time.

Time has gone by the light has not gone off. So today we took our vehicle to Lexus of Bellevue. They told us that there was an issue with the driver side airbag harness. Something about tension on it or it Deteriorating.

The dealership is now saying that my car is not safe. That none of the safety features airbags or seatbelts will work due to this light being on. They will not be covered because there is no recalls for this harness.

On Monday February 21 I purchased a certified 2019 NX 300 with the VIN JTJBARBZ2K2204762 from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, NY. The saleswoman Ms. Daniels and I looked over the car and we saw damage on the front right wheel and the middle of the back bumper.

I was willing to purchase the car even with the damage having been told it was being sold as is. I checked the 161 point inspection report and thought it odd that the damage was not recorded. I had no problem accepting this since this was my third purchase of a certified car, the first two were from lexus of Route 10 in Whippany, NJ.

Those two looked brand new when I bought them. Not a ding or scratch on either. Since this auto went through the inspection I assumed everything else was fine.

Lexus sent me a notification of FEBRUARY 11, 2022 about a program that they had regarding a malfunction on the A/C servo motor of their cars. i NEVER received any other notification regarding this program until this Friday (february 11, 2022) only saying that the program already expired and i cannot be eligible to get covered anymore!

how is that fair to know about the program for the first time AFTER it already had been expired??? I bought a lexus thinking it’s a high end car and they will for sure have a great service but I AM COMPLETELY WRONG!

i called the customer service to get an assistance and spoke to JILL (case manager) who was so rude and is NOT WILLING to help me out and just called me to say that my claim has been DENIED! I will never recommend to ANYONE at all to buy a Lexus…
