I have a 2015 Lexus I S3 50 F sport AWD at the time had 49,000 miles. I noticed my car was getting about 10 to 12 miles per gallon. Made an appointment for the dealership and took my car to get its 50,000 miles scheduled maintenance along with a bumper to bumper mechanical look over to see what could be wrong with the gas mileage.

Nothing was done about the gas mileage. They claimed that they drove my vehicle two times which they did not. I found out they never even changed the oil that they charged me $280 to do. They also charged me for a rear and front differential service that I did not need as well as a transmission service that I did not need.

It took me a week to get a breakdown of the mechanical look over and the reason being the sales associate did not want to give I it to me…

Lexus Case Manager was of NO HELP Today! They do not stand by their product or name for being A Leader of High Performing Cars!! They make faulty transmissions on "2006 IS 250" Then want to use their warranty as excuse not to replace transmission up to 70K miles when they quit performing at 125K!!!

Shame On Toyota for knowingly creating a defective product and not doing your do diligence to replacing or repairing faulty transmissions after the FACT!!

We trade in our brand new car with the Lexus RX 350 2019 online with legit dealership (Lexus Kingston). With all the agreed terms and condition, we drove 250 Kms to reach there from our home with kids to this trusted and legit dealership to get our Ist car of Lexus from them.

We had truck, SUV and a car before that so we have plenty of experiences with the dealership and like other people we do have blind trust with such big names as they are not any private dealership who May fraud or play tricks with the customers. I bought a new RX 350, 2021, chassis # JTJBZMCA4M2054340, I did the 1000 km check, however, I notice strange noise on the break strong system, metal touching, even while driving on low speed, which really annoying. I did ask the engineer who received the car for check up, but he told that this noice is normal !!! I had check with other Lexus owner, but they told me that they have never experienced such noise in the break system. Moreover, there is a kind of black powder accumulated on the the front tires rings , the car mileage is 1600 km only.

Note that after sending that response, I discovered an unaddressed issue related to the bumper damage that was to be corrected by Rohrich Lexus West Liberty Avenue Pittsburgh, PA, and also additional damage caused to my rear privacy cover that did not exist when I delivered my 2017 Lexus RX 350 (VIN#: 2TBZMCA2HC127212) to this dealership to have the rear damage corrected on 11/22/21. My wife bought a brand new es350 2021 and when they searched the inventory it was described as all black interior so we went with it; almost two months later the car shows up and isn’t blacked out on the interior AND has a different VIN (which explains why it wasn’t the same as we were expecting).

So we tell them to replace headliner because this isn’t what we ordered and they flat out tell us no, we will just sell the car to someone else then; so out of frustration from waiting so long my wife proceeds to buy the car anyways and comes out of pocket to pay for changing out the headliner and associated parts $4,000 !

I tried to schedule routine service at Darcar Englewood Lexus in NJ. I needed a 9:00AM appointment for 11/29/21 (10 days from now) and requested a loaner. I tried to schedule on line, but the web site said no appointments were available. When I called the dealer directly, I was told that no loaners would be available until 12/2/21, and that if I wanted a morning service appointment, the earliest would be 9:45am .

I have been a Lexus customer for the last 20 years. When did it become so difficult to schedule a routine service appointment?

I have been thinking of a Tesla....Darcar Englewood Lexus just made that decision easier.

My name is Kevin Spear. On 11/4/2021, I had my 2010 RX350 serviced by Nalley Lexus in Roswell, GA. The 100,000 mile service was delivered. Included in this service episode was new tires and a tire rotation. My wife and and I subsequently drove from Atlanta to Pittsburgh on 11/12. In driving this 650 mile interstate highway trip, I noticed an intermittent thumping in the front left wheel. Upon arrival in Pittsburgh, the noise became progressively worse. I took my car to Rohrich Lexus in Pittsburgh to determine the root cause.

The Rorich service personnel (truly exemplary Lexus brand ambassadors) shockingly informed me that it was a bona fide miracle that the left front wheel had not fallen off the car. The cause of the thumping was due to the fact that Nalley Lexus never bothered to torque…

Employees are rude and disorganized. No customer service whatsoever. I reserved a rental for my service appointment and when I arrived, no one knew about the appointment or what service I was going to get. The third person who approached me was a lady who also didn’t know why I was there. No smile, no hello.

Then when I asked about getting the loaner since service would be couple hours, she just flatly said we don’t have any more loaners. I scheduled the 5000 mile maintenance along with a NYS Inspection for my 2022 Lexus NX 300 on Monday November 08, 2021 at 7:30am with Lexus of Freeport (formerly Lexus of Rockville Centre). An email from the advisor, Mr. James Collado was sent confirming my scheduled appointment for the stated services.

Upon my check-in the advisor informed me the NYS inspection could not be provided since the internet sevice went off on Friday 11/05/2021. I am extremely disappointment with the dealership, had I known the inspection would not be provided, I would have rescheduled the services.

My time is valuable to me, I am self employed and I closed my dental practice for this time period. The dealership definitely should have informed me of this problem in advance, since they knew of it on Friday.…

I had a new tire put on and service department did not put the key to the tire back and I end up with a flat tire spending hundreds of dollars on cabs because you can’t change it without the key To call to get a key foe them to tell me that I have to wait to order one .. Company refuses to replace my cracked sticky dash because I missed the deadline. This is a known manufacturing defect that lexus sent out a campaign about years ago. As a company that is supposed to stand behind their brand Lexus does not have a problem leaving me with a dashboard that is literally falling apart in my lap every time i drive the car.

This year I bought a Lexus ( FP 17 MUA ) from the dealership in Leicester, after 2 months my car doesn't start on the first try and started after I tried few times.

The next morning the story was repeated and I went to the Boston dealership (only Toyota) because it's close to where I live,they checked the car and said that the problem is with the battery but they don't have it in stock and they can check the stock for other dealership in the area and they told me that in Lincoln have a battery for my car.

I noticed that ocean water sound by passenger side. Guess what I found. Water has trapped in the panel of passenger side front and back. I recorded the whole process of water drain. More than 30min of time and approximately gallon of water drained.

This afternoon I walked into Lexus of Austin hoping to drive away in the new car of my dreams! After looking at my first option (UX300) I asked the salesman to see one more option. The (NX300). spoke to a young Lady who was not very professional due to the fact that I did not understand the nature of the vm and needed clarification. She was not able to assist properly and this was a bad customer service experience.

I lease brand new ux 250h here. They delivered the car really fast and I also traded my car but the cash back from my car I did mot receive after even 10 days or longer.

Since 1990, I have purchased 5 new Lexus vehicles, the last 4 from Jim Faulk Lexus in Beverly Hills (1990 ES250, 1997 ES300, 2001 GS300, 2008 ES350, 2021 RX450hL). I estimate that I have paid over $225K to Lexus for the purchase of the vehicles alone. This doesn’t include what I have spent servicing the vehicles. I believe I qualify as a repeat and loyal customer.

I needed to upgrade from my ES 350 so that I could accommodate my grandchildren and our bikes. On July 14, 2021 I went online to the Lexus website to “build” my ideal vehicle. The 2021 RX 450hL car that I “built” online had a tow hitch receiver and a third row, amongst other items. I need a tow hitch receiver for my bicycle rack. I need a third row for my grandchildren.

Good morning I recenttly called the lexus main number to complain about my dash on my 08 is250 being very gummy like and peeling, the young lady said someone will reach out to me within 24 hrs and gave me a case number, well no one ever called and I had to call several times with no call back finally I called again and was very upset and she said she will not hang up with me until the case manager would speak to which took him 20 mins.

I have 2007 Lexus ES 350 sedan and it has only 72,000 mileage, and it is a garage kept vehicle, however its dashboard is cracking and melting. Lexus has responsibility to stand behind their product, they misuse the warranty issue and refrain to solve this product flaw.

I contacted Lexus, they told me that the decision is belong to the case manager and he called me back and told me that it is not under warranty anymore. My vehicle is in excellent condition, it's not normal to have cracks on the dashboard.

6/16/2021 It was an amazingly bad experience to talk to case manager today, she is very rude and no help at all !!!

Today I has case manager called me regarding my Lexus ES has sticky dash board. The name of case manager's name is Laquitta S ( 1st initial only). my case number is 201616002072. There was an service warranty on sticky dashboard issues from Lexus, but it was expired. I reached out to Lexus to figure out a way how to get issues resolved. The case manager has no empathy on my situation, in stead, asking me questions in an accusing ways ! Not only the issue did not get resolved, also make my very upset with the way she talked to me. I had the opportunity of visiting your service department the maintenance light came on in the NX. I brought it in , I was introduced to I think his name is Jose. He ask why was I there I explained the maintenance light had appeared I guess it’s for a oil change I don’t know he looks at the computer and says I have no maintenance on my vehicle, I proceed to tell him he is incorrect and

to allow to retrieve the paperwork from the car. He said it does not matter for if it is not in the computer it is not valid. i own my 4th Lexux now having a 2020 UX 250H car ever since getting the car i have a rather strong noise comming from the runflex tires.

repeated compaints to the local dealer in Israel did not bring any help to bring this to an end even my request to change to another used car

just to get a noisless drive as expected from a lexus.

i took a test drive with the same car but a 2021 model which has no noise what so ever which as i was explained by the dealer is since regular tires were used which to my understanding should have been done with my car so that i can enjoy the drive as with my 3 previous lexuses.

My 2007 Lexus Is250 door panels are melting and my grandkids getting in back seat keeps coming up with black stuff under there nails. So I have to remind them not to put the fingers into their mouths because I’m afraid they might get sick. I purchased an Extended Warranty from Lexus of Edison in Aug 2020 only to find out in January 2021 that I had no warranty after all. I was just making payments in a vacuum. In order to cover up their mess, they went ahead and activated the contract after i confronted them and insisted they cancel it and issue me with a full refund - they are playing hard ball with me. First, they refused to refund me the taxes and surcharge. Now, they have figured out how to reimburse me the taxes but not the surcharge of $202.37 and all the interest I paid on my loan since August 2020. That is absurd. I am going to fight for my full refund. I don't know what I will be paying a surcharge for when the contract is cancelled.

I own Lexus 400h which I ordered in 2007 and was delivered some months later. I am very satisfied with the car and the service of the Lexos/Toyota concessionary in Greece. Some months ago when returning fro Piraeus going in my lane following the cars in front of me I had to break hard as the cars in front of me also had braked hard.

A heavy motorcycle crashed into the rear of my car causing substantial damage to the rear of the car and moving forward to the front right hand side door also leaving marks on the rear and front allow wheels. The motorcycle man agreed he was at fault and I waited for many weeks until the insurances involved finished their paperwork.

I’m very unhappy and disappointed with LEXUS not honoring or extending a manufacturing enhancement expired warranty for a brake actuary component in my LEXUS LS 460(model 2008), in good faith or good will to customers, especially when it concerns safety. The warning message populated on the vehicle’s screen, in which I promptly addressed to my service center in Margate/Coconut Creek, Florida. I was informed there was an extended warranty on this component, but no longer available for my vehicle. I have bought 2018 RX 450H on Sep. 2019. I have been hearing some noise from the back tiers, I thought it is normal because it is Hybrid and have extra equipment at the wheels), so I waited for the 40,000 Km service.

I was told it is the tires need to be changed and they told my the tires not under warranty, although it is only 40,000 Km).

Also, I was told their tires' warranty is limited to 10,000 Km or 6 months according to their contract6 with their suppliers. It was surprised and a shock for me, because any tire manufacturer has to give at least 60,000 Km. 00 USD.

I was so upset and completely unsatisfied and surprised to hear that from Lexsus dealer.

I just brought my 2016 RX 350 in for its 30K check up. The car only has 27,911 but wanted to get it done. This is my wife's car that is always in the garage and she drives less than 6 K miles a year maybe.

We always take my GMC truck unless we are going some where special. This is my 2nd Lexus the first one I brought her was a 2013 ES 350 which we both loved O issues perfect car. A year and a half a go we went to Lexus to look at a new ES.

We came across a pre-certified RX350 that she loved with only few miles on it. So we traded in the ES for the RX. I have always considered Lexus one of the best car / SUV on the market. Until today, yesterday I noticed an oil spot when she pulled out of the garage.

On Sunday Night 11/03/1019, on the Ohio turnpike we had a blow out and pulled to the side of the road in a rest area. We called Lexus roadside assistance 3 times to try and get service which we unsuccessful.

I want to piggyback to the note my daughter, Stephanie Lee Santos’s nightmare experience with Crown Lexus in Ontario since I was with her when she leased her vehicle. The transaction finished late thus, she went straight back to her apt.

I just bought 2019 LEXUS IS300 F SPORT , May 22 , 2019 at Swell Lexus Dallas , September 5 ,2019 the car break down on the street and then they towing my car go to Park place Lexus Plano , the tell me , my car have problem FUEL PUMP bad . Next Monday , September 9 they call me come pick up my car , when I drive the car almost come home , the light CKECK ENGINE come up again I drive back Park Place Lexus Plano Texas .
