Today 9-1-2023 they delivered my new LG washer and dryer that I bought at Lowe’s. My washer worked fine but when I put the clothes in the dryer it did not work. I tried troubleshooting it and nothing worked. Called customer service and they said that dryer has a problem with latch and they will send a service man to fix.

Well the service man cannot come till next Thursday and that is almost a week to get a new dry repaired. The more I thought about this the madder I got. I feel you should have sent someone out and replaced the dryer with another dryer instead of making me wait to have a new dryer fixed.

I have bough LG appliances on 09/2019, 2 weeks ago I started having problems with the fridge ( model # LFXS26973S) (serie# 906TRUB38190) which is under guaranty of 5 years, the problems is not cooling, similar to the last class action suit that LG has and was granted by the court 11/16/2020, but apparently the compressor and condenser is working fine, I called to claim the guaranty to this # 1(800) 243-0000, I made an appointment for 06/15/2023 at 8:00 AM - 12:00, the technician came at 8:40 AM, he proceeded to open the fridge, took some photos, he installed the pressure gauges on the compressor, wait for about 20-25 minutes and

I purchased a LG washer and dryer in 2021. Since that time, the dryer has been repaired once due to a noise it was making, the washer ring was replaced in March 2022, and now the washer ring is being replaced AGAIN.

The first repairs (dryer and washer) were done under the LG 1 year warranty. Given those problems, I purchased an extended warranty through LG Premium Care. The repair service (A&E that hides behind an automated phone system that makes it impossible to speak to a human) has done all of the work on the washer and dryer and up to this point their service has been acceptable.

However, that is certainly not the case with the present issue with the washer. We have been without a washer for nearly 3 weeks now. A part was ordered from LG and I was told by LG that is was shipped but…

Our LG refrigerator is four years old and the compressor died. When we called to complain we dealt with someone name John. He was rude and snarky and did not really help at all. He could have cared less. Our problem was not resolved and he was unable to even gives us someone who could repair the refrigerator. This refrigerator was not cheap and should have lasted more than four years.

We are in the building business and are able to influence what our customers buy. We have stopped recommending Samsung and now we will stop recommending LG since problems with their appliances do not seem to be resolvable and the customer service is sorely lacking. We will let our contacts at Lowe’s, Home Depot and our other appliance dealers know that LG can no longer be on our recommended list.

This is the second appliance I have bought that is a LG that has stop working on me, my stove had a gas leak after only having it for 1year and now my refrigerator is not working after 5 yrs and LG Want to charge my $550.00 to come out. I just found out that they are having problems with there compressor. Way to go L G I will never purchase anything made by LG.

Hi we purchased a LG refrigerator and couldn't afford the extended warranty and purchased the refrigerator in 2020. Your customer service sucks, we called a licensed tech. and was told that the compressor was messed up and is covered by LG factory warranty. My husband is disabled and needs a kidney transplant. We are really in need of some help. We thought that LG appliances were good but come to find out that they are not. I had an LG Range that sold for $1200. Got an offer for the care plan before 3 year anniversary. Bought the plan, file a claim in Nov 22. They told me it was a known issue and they would refund purchase price. Since then nothing.

I have called 20+ times, chatted 9 times, submitted receipt 9 times, been transferred 12 times, promised callbacks 5 times, escalated to managers and ESM 5 times. Still nothing and the last guy just apologized and told me it looks like I am out of luck.

I called customer service three times on 1-12-23 for help to replace a plastic vent grille for our over the range microwave (part of our LG Studio appliance set). The forst call, just about noon was answered by a male associate.

I told him what I needed,he then asked me to email a copy of my receipt to him. I told him I was sorry but that I was 83 years old and did not know how to do that. He stated then to me that if I was not going to cooperate that he would not help me.

Again I told him I simply did not know how. He then terminated my call. On my next attempt, I spoke with three different ladies, all very nice but after 50 minutes on the phone I was cut off. My third call lasted for 57 minutes again transferred twice, I finally spoke with a nice young lady named Jos.

Got my fridge on 4/1/2022. After about1 month I noticed the freezer part had chunks of ice and heavy frost all over it. Then I called told them what was going on. They told me to empty the freezer and pull the shelves out twice.

A few day later it was doing the same thing. But then the fan started making loud noises. Called again they schedule someone to fix it. Over2 weeks later a man showed up. He took pictures on the label on the inside.

Then he said 2 parts had to be ordered. So it's still not fixed. or it get thrown out. 00 worth of food. It doesn't get cold at all. They don't give a dam about the customer. Today's date is June 18, 2022 what would you do??

My LG refrigerator, which is still under warranty, stopped calling. I had to wait over 2 weeks for service tech. 2 days before service, I was notified via text that the original appointment was being pushed out ANOTHER 3 WEEKS.

No one at LG or A&E service did anything to rectify this issue. I have been on the phone for over an hour being told by 2-3 LG reps and A&E repair that I have no recourse. This is unacceptable, bad business practice, and utterly ridiculous.

For over 6 months I have tried to get LG to replace my new double, electric ovens-the bake function has never worked. Four service calls - with the last repairman stating that I just need new ovens-there was nothing else he could do.

I have called 19 times, written 3 emails to the president (no replies) with no resolution in sight. The convection fan runs even in bake mode which means I have 2 convection modalities, but no bake mode. Therefore I cannot bake cakes, breads, cheesecake-anything that requires leavening or longer and slower baking. Can anyone help??

November ordered washer, drier, and refrigerator from LG at Home Depot. Washer and drier was delivered. Washer was a noisy and did not drain water. Called Home Depot and they send an LG service which diagnosed it as a defective washer.

Home Depot said they would replace it because they had one in warehouse. Deliver next week Wednesday. Oops Then it became next week. Talked to many Home Depo help people still.

In conclusion I now plan to start doing business with Lowe and Samsun. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Buy Samsun shop Lowe

I bought a brand new glass top double oven and refrigerator from home Depot in great falls Montana in 2018. My glass top left front burner spiked on its own set on low temperature and cought my whole kitchen on fire and setting my refrigerator on fire as well my whole kitchen is destroyed.

I bought an LG refrigerator from HomeDepot.com on 8/20/2021. It does not cool and they sent A&E services 7 times to my home and changed all major parts and still not cooling. Today is 11/19/2021. They are not replacing or refunding. Their customer service is horrible. They have been telling the defect claim department will contact me but they never calls. I call them every other day and get the same answer.

DO NOT BUY LG products.

Home laundry center only worked for a month after purchase. Called for service given a date service company called and cancelled saying no tech info availed called lg back they were looking for another company told me they would call me back .

I am 76 years old they had me crawling on the floor to get serial # (very low on machine) after over 2 hours on the phone on two days still have no help on a new machine If this is lg policy on service l will never buy another lg product! I think at this point lg should replace my machine .

This was not a cheap machine. And service is abig problem.

Customer service, communication & standing behind their products is for sure not their forte. If you every have a problem with an appliance that is barely or slightly over a year old mark my word you will spend several days off of work, several days waiting and several hours on hold.

Every successful company starts with customer service and standing behind what your product. This will soon all unfold. This company will eventually fail. Take the time and care of the people that have spent their hard earned money on purchasing your appliances.

I bought my top load LG washing machine in 2018 and started having trouble with it in 2019. I started having black specks and crud all over my clothes. We took off hoses and cleaned and ended up having to order a new plate for the bottom of the tub.

The problem seemed to be resolved, but now in 2021 it is happening again. I have cleaned the tub more times than I can count and replaced the tub plate again, and issue still not resolved. It is a same that a washing machine did not last more than 3 years.

Especially for an almost 70 year old woman. I have called your customer service line to question if there is a recall or anything I can do and that was no help at all. Please be a decent company (especially in this day and time) and help me resolve this by either refunding my hard to get…

Have been having problems with brand new refrigerator and LG won’t refund my money or reimburse me for spoiled food. I have been trying to get my refund since May and all they keep doing is sending out technicians who can’t fix the problem. They are the worst.

So here is the deal I bought Induction stove in June 2020. Received it in July , when i open the box realized the side of the stove was broke. Called US-APPLIANCES customer service, they CONTACTED LG, and they told me that i need to wait for the teqnition to come and fix it. Few weeks later , they told me that teqnition won't come because LG didn't approve it. So I need to send the broken stove back to the wear house , and ufter they will receive it the will send me a new one. So the new one was shipped to me ON JULY 31.2020. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

I’ve had problems from day I got my lg washer. Every time service tech com s out, they blame vibrations n plumbing. Every time I call plumber to repair what lg service tech says is problem, it costs me $$$ and machine still under warranty.

The plumber insists problem is inside machine, your service techs deny. I am at a point where I’m going to have to take legal action against this sham of a company I will tell anyone listening NOT to purchase lg washer.

If I have to go to newspapers or 7 on your side. I want everyone to know they are not a reliable company and will give you the run around!

Although my issue may seem menial to you it is very disturbing to me. I know this is not your fault, however, it is your job to fix it.

We purchased a LG refrigerator on 8/9/2020, LG refrigerator, model# LMXS28596S/01 - Product code GR-X28ANSXM.ASTCNA1 - Ser N0. 006KRZH0317, paid $3,246.96 and an additional extended warranty of $310.

We noticed about 3 or 4 months later there was a white milky like substance leaking from the water and ice dispenser. Without even using it. It was running down the fridge. Wipe it up thought nothing about it then went to get water and ice and there were white little particles in the cup of water. Then saw white milky substance leaking from it again without using the dispenser.

Phoned your company and they sent out a tech repair both Feb 2021 they came out took the left side door off and saw the problem they called the tech people asked about the issue and I heard the person on the other end…

I have never in my life experienced such poor/non-existent service from A company. I have a refrigerator that broke 3 months after having it. I immediately had a tech come out. Said he would have to order all the parts that had to do with cooling it and they were backordered.

There is 100% failure rate on the model fridge I bought. I filed for a replacement since it would be backordered a month. They said it is a long process so if part comes before replacement is issued they would have to fix.

I kept calling for updates and they told me part is still coming and claims kept getting denied for replacement for reasons they could not explain. After waiting. A month I finally spoke to a supervisor who was no help.

She said it looks like the part that was ordered was cancelled the very same…

Bought a Washer and Dryer two years ago, and there are only two people in our household so usage is low, but there are issues with both now. Washer does not spin properly so getting clothes ready for the dryer is super difficult and the drum in the dryer is not spinning properly.

Called service only to get the run around and now need to call a technician to come out and service. This only then starts the "maybe" you are under warranty process which nearly requires an act of congress to complete.

So much for the simple things, LG has complicated what should be easy.

Ordered a new washer and dryer set on September 15th 2020. Did not receive the machines until October 31st 2020. The washer came damaged so they took it back. Received the new washer on November 10th 2020. In February, I noticed that the boot/seal to the washer was shredded apart, and the washer was leaking.

Called Home Depot, who told me to Call LG. LG set up a repair man to come out, who rescheduled 2-3 times.

Finally he came and said that he would have to order a part and come back. The part came two weeks later. I had to call to schedule a new repair, that did not happen automatically. New repair man came out and ripped off the boot (washer had only been leaking a little).

We moved into this house in November. The refrigerator (LFX 25970, stainless steel, French doors) took a long time in the defrost cycle—several hours instead of several minutes.

Then, on March 30, 2021, we smelled burning in the refrigerator. Everything was warm. We realized the lights were not turning off when the unit doors were closed. We unplugged the lights and called Avery Appliance. They ordered a new control board, which was installed on April 2. (The old board was clearly burned and was very hot when they pulled it out.)

The new control board seems to fix the problems. However, the light casing has been damaged, so the light cover doesn’t fit on, and the light sockets have been burned. The ceiling of the unit also burned.

I have spent $320.74 on the control board and labor…

Refrigerator under warranty for parts. Not cooling either compartment. 5 calls to LG have resulted in nothing but empty promises. They have not contacted the local service tech (that they recommended) to authorize the repair even though they have told me that they left messages and sent emails.

Now they are telling me it takes up to 5 business days to send an email. Fridge has been down 6 days. Service tech says it takes 5 days to set appointment after they receive authorization. This means fridge will have been down almost 3 weeks before tech can get here!

if they have to order parts it could be another week! Who wants to pay $3500 for an appliance and then it take at least a month to get it repaired under warranty? I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with their service rep in So.…

Defective washing machine-model # WT7300C. 2021 Carlise Stewart from LG executive office responded the complaint by sending LG technician to the house 3 different occasions however he was not able to repair the washing machine and

also left the machine inoperable ,before this at least I have the machine working but making noise on spin cycle. we are out of washing machine for 1 month still no resolution. It is very disappointing and frustrating I paid $799 a year and half ago having thought LG is quality.

Go figure out even LG repairmen can not fix the washing machine.

Purchased LG refrigerator for over $3K in Sept/Oct 2015; Refrigerator manufactured in 2014. Unit quit cooling, lost frozen food on 7/25/20; On Monday 7/27/20 called LG, said it would take 24-36 hrs to get a tech to accept the assignment to repair; they said it would be under warranty as we purchased in Sept/Oct 2015.

on 8/4/2020 called back, hadn't heard a thing from tech. was told having problems finding anyone, had to wait 1 more day before they would send up to "next level" and widen the mileage looking for tech. Asked if I could call myself to try and locate and was told no it would void the warranty.

Called customer service, Monday, July 6, 2020, to schedule a repair on my LG dishwasher, still under warranty, Error code AE. After 3 calls, waiting 30 minutes per call, finally got a Service Rep. He wanted my serial# and model#.

I gave them to him and he said "that's not the right #'s",I told him they were and he preceded to argue with me , I hung up on him. , I talked to a lady. She was going to set me up an appt.

First, I had to take off the lower cover to see if there was any water underneath the dishwasher, had to find a screwdriver while she waited. FYI: If water was on the floor under dishwasher, wouldn't it be seeping out onto the floor.

Called in complaint on 6/27/20 for refrigerator/freezer which was purchased in May 2018. Sent in original purchase info, it is July 6th and we still have no service, no refrigerator, had to purchase a small fridge just to keep milk & meds cool.

Had to dispose of everything in entire unit including food and meds. Waiting over a week for service on something that should last much longer is simply unacceptable. (The Whirlpool that I replaced with this LG was still working fine after 26 years, I just wanted to update, this type of appliance should last for many years with no problems and this is ridiculous.

I have purchased my last LG appliance. My first was a top of the line (the biggest, the best and the most expensive) washing machine. It failed after a year and a couple months. Yes it was repaired at a totally ridiculous price.

Finally my wife was so upset and our water bill was way high due to some stupid ass cycle this unit utilized. I finally paid someone to haul the piece of crap off and it still "worked". bought the cheapest machine "other" than LG and am much happier.

the next was a mini-split air conditioner, "top of the line ART COOL. it lasted about 3 years and yeas its another piece of crap that is getting replaced soon. Now I have a refrigerator that is again very nice 3 door that lasted maybe 5 years and failed.

Our 2 year-old french door LG refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling on Sunday. We couldn't get someone to come out until Monday morning. He said that we would need a new compressor that would cost $1700 for the part and labor! It was a major repair company, but they still needed to order the compressor that they said would take SEVERAL days! Meanwhile, several hundred dollars of food items had to be thrown away and we had to eat out every meal. $$$ We have a severally disabled daughter and we are senior citizens, so this was an extreme hardship.

It is Wednesday and we still have no refrigerator and doubt ours will be repaired until next week!

We are EXTREMELY disappointed, and with the COVID pandemic, not having a refrigerator/freezer is putting us over the top!

Bought an expensive LG refrigerator in Costa Rica. The compressor went out. Couldn't get LG tech to show up to fix it. Couldn't get Panama/ Central America LG customer service to help in any way. Product nice looking but junk.

I purchased a microwave from Best Buy on February 21, 2020. When it arrived the lights inside and on the outside did not work straight out of the box. I had surgery on February 23rd and was unable to open the microwave from the box for 16 days; when I was at home and mobile.

com said they could not help me exchange or get my money back or repair microwave. They said it was outside of the 14 day period and to contact LG. , and 2 local best buy stores. They were waiving returns until the end of April due to the corona virus but they would not help me, even exchanging the microwave.

I called LG and spoke to 4 different reps. One cut me off after spending 2 hours via chat. It was impossible reaching anyone by phone. I have copies of the chat calls. The last one said to upload my receipt,…

P536 from Home Depot on7/10/2017. On 3/23/2020, the refrigerator was not cooling, so I called repair man, who informed me that the compressor was defective and provided me with an estimate repair cost of $944+ $65 service call. I have owned many refrigerators in the last 50 years, but never experienced a compressor failure. 82.

Since compressors for all make of refrigerators come with a 10 year warranty, I demand reimbursement of the total cost paid by me minus 2 years usage of the refrigerator.
