I bought an LG appliance because they were rated pretty good compared to other brands. We previously got used frigs, to cut costs, but, we decided to buy a new one, however, we did not expect to have it for such a short period of time.

Now the company we have been dealing with. which you all referred us to, A&E have been horrible and unprofessional. they have soured us on your product. We have been postponed and postponed for months to get repair and are still inconvenienced.

Our refrigerator has had a cooling issue since late January 2020. A service technician has been to our house to attempt to repair this refrigerator on the following dates: January 30, 2020 February 6, 2020 February 10, 2020 February 24, 2020 March 2, 2020

Our refrigerator has been unusable since the end of January because of a cooling issue in both the refrigerator and the freezer.

I purchased an LG washer & Dryer from Home depot in 2015, I took out an extended protection plan from Asurion. I recently noticed that there is a crack in the plastic portion of the washer lid. After calling Asurion I was informed that its was covered.

The vendor they assigned call to inform me that it was not covered. I asked what would it cost if I wanted it fixed anyway, I was told that I would have t to pay $80 dollars for them to come out and if they cant fix it they will just keep the fee and

Over the range microwave appears to be overheating. Warm a plate for 2 - 3 minutes and open the door and a room full of steam comes out but the food is not hot. On for more than 5 minutes and it shuts off since November, Thanksgiving.

Purchased whole kitchen ensemble from Best Buy less that one year ago, repair line insists on me removing the microwave for repair and reinstalling or will charge me to do so. I cannot properly use the microwave for more than 5 minutes or it just off, its a fire hazard and I cannot get any customer service from LG or Best Buy.

Best Buy says they are not aware of the manufactures warranty so they are not educating their customers when purchasing. I am not satisfied with LG or Best Buy and if I do not receive some customer service I will never purchase and LG…

letting me know that the range I ordered three weeks ago (and told it took that long because of a backorder) once again is not ready for delivery, and that I will have to wait another month. Yes, this is a hassle, but that is not my gripe.

When I asked what could be done, I was told there would be recompense, but they wouldn't tell me how much until the appliance is in my home. What???? Why should I move forward with this order? I don't understand how you expect me to make a decision when you won't give me the information. Sound familiar?

I bought an LGWT1001CW top loading washer from Lowe’s in 2014 on the advice of Consumer Reports. I have used 3 different liquid major HE detergents with the same low level of soil removal. My whites are dingy and heavily soiled work clothes about half cleaned. Another major problem is the “Bleach dispenser” simply dumps full strength bleach directly on the clothing - discoloring and damaging them. (Yet proves completely ineffective at bleaching.)

Due to a fire I replaced a vintage 1982 top loading GE washer which always did a superlative job at cleaning all my laundry. I used to buy this range in Home Depot,and I did not know is a special order,so not able to return in store if is something wrong,after couple of days found out that convention stove does not cook very good our food,called LG 11 times,had technician 3 times to fix it,made app for technician to fix something for fourth times,but he wants to charge me for visit,so canceled that visit.Still not able to solve my problem,that range is not cooking food how is suppose to,and I want to replace it or returne it.

I purchased a front loading washer on 6/1/2019 to replace a 15 year old LG machine. I never had problems with the old machine; it was just time for a new one. BIG MISTAKE!!! Initially the new machine ran fine- quiet & smooth running.

After 2 months or so it started to become unbalanced more & more frequently. It will "walk" across the floor. One time it "walked" sideways into my gas dryer and started to push the dryer into the wall. The last thing I need is for my washer to displace the dryer & break the gas line.

I contacted customer service and received written instructions on how to load the washer to avoid problems!! I've been doing laundry for 50+ years and DON'T need instructions on how to load a machine! Basically customer service told me the fault lies in how I'm using the machine…

On November 24, 2017 I purchase an LG TV 49" 4K, 071919261553,at Walmart. (See attached receipt of purchase, Note: unable to upload a PDF File) The television was a gift to my grandsons' (20yrs & 15yrs old) located in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. After 2 years, the TV's picture tube began to run colors together and or go to a black and white picture. I know the TV is out of warranty, so I want you to know that I am highly disappointed that your product had such a short life. By the way, 8/5/19, I purchased a 2nd LG TV 43", for my residence, hopefully I will have better results.

To whom it may concern:

I am soo disappointed in my purchase of all LG stainless steel appliances I purchased at Home Depot! It took me 14 years to finally be able to purchase these and after only 6 months my microwave broke and 8 month my refrigerator compressor is shot. Yes these appliances are warranties are for a year but my old Kenmore appliances never broke in 15 years. I have lost multiple days of work and most food in my refrigerator. They would not replace either and had to try to fix. I just don’t feel confident that any of them won’t break down at any time. If this was a car, I would get rid of it. I feel their all lemons and soo upset I went with this brand. I won’t even be paying them off on Home Depot credit card for over a year! What a disappointing purchase!

I bought a lg 65 led tv on june25 2019 through Best Buy. 45 days later it stopped working LG has told me multiple stories and never done what they said. Today I was scheduled for a repair from a third company and after waiting weeks only to get a call to reschedule to wait for parts on back order.

I have also been told by executive that they would request a refund if I would wait 10 business days. Today I was told she never put in request. 00 with no tv. I wish I had looked at how low lg was rated for customer service before I spent my money with them. They are not trustworthy. Very very bad service.

The ice maker quit making ice in July. A&E has sent technicians to repair the ice maker, replace it and ordered a door. Confirmed the first apt 7/27, they have come7/29,8/5,8/29,9/3 reschedule to 9/9 (no show), schedule again on 9/16 with a no show and no notification.

It has been two months of buying ice because the ice maker is not working.. It is hard for me too justify their product to friends and family. I am truly sorry I bought the product. It is less than one year old.

I can't blame the technicians but I can sure fault the manufacture. I can fault A&E Service and the technicians for lack of communications.

Beginning in April 2019 the ice maker in conjunction with the ice maker fan have been failing. The repair techs have been to my home 10 times the last visit on 7-19-19. The repair/ replacement of the fan could not be made because as usual LG sent out the wrong fan.

This slipshod repair part replaced has occurred at least 4 or 5 times and appears to be caused from a conflict between the tech section and LG and the parts people. As near a I can figure the correct part is not listed in the parts data base used by LG when sending out replacement parts to their designated repair techs.

My wife and I are now scheduled for the 11 the visit on Thursday 7-25-19 assuming LG provides the correct replacement fan. Every time the tech comes to our home to fix the refrigerator will must schedule a five…

I have an LG refrigerator LFX31925ST/00 that I purchased in 2012 from Home Depot. It has a 10-year warranty on the compressor and the compressor went out on June 6, 2019. I was unable to reach LG via phone when I needed it fixed right away, so I contacted my regular repairman. He came the same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor. I have been waiting since June 25th to get reimbursed by LG for the compressor via case #CNN190625432964. All I get is the run-around when I call LG. I am owed $370.60 and have supplied LG with all the documentation.

If you cannot resolve this case shortly, I am going to the BBB, Home Depot and the FTC to file complaints!

Refrigerator/freezer not cooling. After waiting over 10 minutes for a non-English speaking customer service rep and having me do several things he then tells me to reset refrigerator to 33 and freezer to -3... if it doesn't reset in 4-6 hours he tells me to call back.. Nope..

this is a nearly near (about 6 months old).. not going to call again ... I need to have a technician come out immediately as all of my food is now ruined. This is terrible customer service for a new appliance ....

It also might be beneficial for you to have your reps in this country and if they are, teach them to speak English so your customers don't need to keep saying "excuse me" over and over again!

We called on 7/15/19 for service on our LG refrigerator, to start off we were put on hold for 45 minutes twice. Then we were finally told we had an appointment, and compressor was under warranty. Found out via email that service would be a week out?? Our refrigerator is broken, food is going bad. My husband called asking for someone to come sooner, they sent an email stating yes. Then we just happened to see it was canceled hours after it was confirmed, lack of technicians. This is ridiculous, first off for my refrigerator to need a replacement piece only after a year is terrible. We always liked LG all our appliances are LG, so we are very disappointed.

I hope this can be resolved soon, since we need a working refrigerator.

Our LG refrigerator failed after only 3 years of service. Both the compressor and a circuit board are out according to the repairman. It has taken over a week to get the spare parts. I am very disappointed in this product and do not plan to buy any additional LG appliances.

The refrigerator was purchased through Lowe's and I plan to also lodge a complaint with them.

I do not have a complaint with the my product as a matter of fact after 5 years was the first time I had to call for service for my dryer. 00 just for LG to make a call for for a service person to come to my house.

Then after my dryer was repaired, I had to pay $150 for the repair. When I asked do I get credit for $125 that I paid to LG. I was told that was to make the call to the service company. Wow!!!! $125 for a call.

More than a doctor or attorney. If I had known I would have called around myself. This is what I call strong arm robbery from LG. I could have made my own call after looking on the internet. Wow LG!

By the way the service man did an excellent job. No complaints on his end!

Our refrigerator stopped working and its been a nightmare trying to get it repaired. It’s under warranty and still having a hard time.

First it took forever to find someone who could even come to look at it. When they finally came, we were told they were ordering a “dryer” part. It’s been more than 10 days, part still isn’t in and the company is not very good at responding.

Actually I would give a rating of "0" stars. I purchased a refrigerator from LOWES in November of 2015. The refrigerator was stored at the Lowes location for 4 months, and then stored by myself for another 8 months until the new house was completed and ready for appliance installation.

I purchased the entire LG appliance suite,Stove, DW,MW and Refrigerator. The Refridgerator quit cooling on or about June 1st. Called on June 5th. to schedule a repair Appt. Our refrigerator stopped working at 3 years old. We still had power the front panel on the door read 38 degrees for the fridge and 0 degrees for the freezer. We had no way of knowing that it was not staying cold until we had no ice.

We called the warranty people and they were in the Philippines. They scheduled for a repairman to come between 8am and noon the very next day which was the July 4th. Well they never showed up. We called the repair company twice and they never called back.

Finally we were able to reach them on July 5th and they couldn't do our repair until Tuesday July 9th. All our food spoiled and we had to take it all to the dump as it was stinking to high heaven. 00 worth of food.

I hve a six year old refrigerator , French door bottoms double freezer . Stopped cooling all of the sudden ! Called for repair and after arguing lg out of warranty finally set up appointment . They refused a one time courtesy repair .

I have an LG side by side refrigerator. It has not worked since the day we purchased it. The door is not sealed correctly. LG had a company replace the door. The tech stated the replacement door is worse than the origional door. It seemed like to took forever for LG to send out another door. This time the door worked, however the door was dented and the company reinstalled the origional bad door.

We waited and waited for the 3rd door and inquired what is the hold up. The installing company stated that LG wasn't going to replace the door. I am going to contact Home Depot because i purchased it from them. i am going to report LG to the local Better business bureau.

In the mean time we have items in the refrigerator that keep freezing due to this issue.

1. The range glass top color is dark black. It is very difficult to keep it clean. Even boiling water for tea, makes stains. 2. The surface it also not plain (it has lining or mesh), therefore, it can’t be cleaned with a blade. 3.

It has been a big problem for us. 4. Could LG replace the top with a matching “steel gray” or replace the range with the one which does not have this type of glass top. 5. I bought all LG kitchen appliances when I remodeled last year.

My LG Refrigerator has not been keeping my food cold for a couple of months. I bought it in September 2017. It's not even 2 years old. Basic warranty is or should be 2 years. I called on June 5, 2019 and went through the technical stages, things I had also tried on my own prior to calling mostly. Those attempts haven't worked.

2013 I purchased a refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher from Lowe's in Graysville as we were remodeling our kitchen. We took out the extended warranty on all appliances. This expired 12/18. The refrigerator had to be replaced twice due to factory errors.

I came home in February and the power had been off and the oven door was locked as if it were self-cleaning. I had never used the self-cleaning oven as I rarely used the stove. The door was locked, called your service dept and was told to disconnect the power, I did this even to the main breaker.

We have been without a refrigerator since April 28 when our LG no longer was cooling our food. It was making very loud grinding noises . We unplugged it for 10 minutes and reconnected it. It still was not cooling and it was still making the loud grinding noise.

The next day we went through LG and they contracted with A&E appliance service. The first technician replaced the condenser and it still was not cooling. He then replaced the compressor and felt that everything was fine and it was cooling.

The next day it was still not cooling. The same technician returned and added Freon. It worked from Tuesday till Monday of the next week. On Sunday it would not make ice and on Monday the temperature was 50 degrees.

April 9, 2019 called for service. Refrigerator making noise and not cooling correctly. April 11 technician arrived talked with LG technician on the phone ordered parts approximately April 23 came back out and installed parts. Call back next day to tell him still was not cooling they returned April 25.

Our 2 year old refrigerator went out a week ago and have been unable to get a competent repair person to fix it. The first technician said we had an infestation which was actually dust and dog kibble. The second technician never showed up!

I bought a dryer , my clothes got damaged, when contacted Lg they sent a technician who fixed the problem and replaced the part . Now I’m asking for reimbursement and they ask me for receipts. If I had known I was buying a faulty dryer I would have saved my damaged items and receipts.

I would never buy anything else from Lg and I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything, unless you decide to keep receipts and items . LG IS A RIPOFF. Very disappointing.

The condenser went out and some of my food got ruined. It took a week and a half and and a big big inconvenience to us. The other thing about this appliance, it dents very easily and the only way to fix this is to get new doors! .

I bought a LG gas range from lose in Kona Hi. It did not come with converter kit. Lowe’s told me to contact LG. LG said they would send it in 7-10 days. I waited 2 weeks and called back.

They said they could not send it to my POB. They then said they would send it by UPS. It still has not arrived, I have had no stove since April. I am on vacation in Mo and the people taking care of my house are there with no cooking ability.

I do not know what to do plz help me, I am at wits end.

Purchased on 4/30/16. Freezer stopped keeping food frozen. Serviced. Within a short period of time, the refrigerator stopped working completely. We had the compressor changed. Still did not keep food in the freezer hard. Got tired of calling service and just got rid of the refrigerator.

I am writing today to ask assistance in resolving issues we are having with 2 of the 4 LG appliances we purchased in February 2018 as part of a kitchen remodeling, To date, our dealer, Hoersch Appliance of Appleton Wisconsin, has been unable to resolve the issue and now is no longer communicating with us.

Issue 1 involves our LRG3193BD gas range which has been converted to propane. Since being delivered in late May of 2018, it has exhibited incomplete flame and a "whooshing" sound on ignition about 75% of the time. I am once again disappointed with LG. This is my second LG appliance that has failed. No More. My 4 year old electric range has quit working. No heat at all. 00; they want to charge me $800. to repair.

I made ten calls to their service department starting on March 4th to see if LG would stand behind what they sell and help me with the repair costs. They never returned any of my calls. I called again today and was informed they couldn't help me.

WHY didn't they contact me earlier. This is so discouraging. LG customer service is at the least marginal. LG standing behind what they sell is one of the worst. I purchased this product at Lowes and when I was looking for a repair tech, I was told no one in the area would touch LG appliances.

C. Pennys back in February. The stove that was delivered was defective in the the seal around the oven door wasn't completely connected and the bottom drawer wouldn't close, one end stuck out further than the other side. The next two stoves that were delivered had the same problem and one was dented on the top.

A replacement stove was scheduled to be delivered on 3/23, but was a no show after the delivery company, GE, notified us it was to be delivered between 12-4. It turns out they never had the stove, LG sent one which didn't arrive at GE until 3/25.

No one bothered to notify us, GE claims LG cancelled the delivery for 3/23. Another replacement stove was scheduled to be delivered on 3/30, GE's automated message said it would be delivered between 8 AM and 8 AM-??? After contacting GE…

purchased 3door 31 cubic foot refrridgerator 3yrs ago and the unit does not get cold compressor runs but makes gurgling sound ,paid 3500. for unit and only got 3yrs of use-your help would be welcomed

LG door in door refrigerator& freezer just three yrs old with extended warranty compressor went out 11 days ago LG tec came out unplugged the unit plugged it back in said that would reset computer stated he would be back the following day to check out unit. He never came back I Called the 1-800 number and have talked to four service Representatives each stated they would get in touch with there factory service representative and. get back to me.

We have heard nothing from any one from factory representatives to there service tec. We remodeled our kitchen and used LG appliances and now we hope that nothing else will breakdown
