I called customer service support regarding my LG refigigator model # LFX28978ST /02 Compressor . This compressor was change in December , 2020 and now is not working again, I was told that they will not replace the compressor becuse I purchased my refrigerator over 10 years ago, but I did explain that I was given a new compressor 3 years ago and that I should have warranty on the new compressor . Regardless if you yous replace it or I bought I should have warranty for a minimum of at least 5 years, I don't want to take this to the TV news so I can get help from your manufacture company. LG's problem is not about being "cheap," but cheaply made. The sound has almost zero bass or depth, the photos TERRIBLE- it's the one phone I geniunely regret buying. Thankfully it's so old, no more will he made.

I recently purchased an LG 65 inch TV it is a piece of crap it's very difficult to use. I agreed to the terms to use the TV and then it comes up and says that I need to re-enter it but when I want to bring up the information it doesn't allow me to do so.

It's very difficult to add apps. I'm returning it to Walmart tomorrow.

I hired an LG approved repair service and paid the $130 service fee to be told it needed a motor, which I knew. Motor is under warranty and the company wanted $430 to install. LG customer service did very little to help me resolve the issue.

Now I have to pay another company to come out.

My 55 inch LG TV fell over and smashed on the floor where my little granddaughter sits to watch. Thank God no one was in the room when it happened. I was standing right out side the room and heard it.

LG Users Terms. e. HULU to post software upgrades which reverse engineers how all LG TV(s) function. Hulu has altered how the LG TV's return (EXIT) button, so the Hulu app remains as the primary display. Hulu's home menu does not have an exit option either.

The user has to pop up apps menu list, then enter another app to exit back to the LG Web OS screen. Question for LG: Do you make Hulu and other app creators agree to your Do Not Reverse (alter) your Web OS terms or just the TV users??? Idiots.

In 2018, I purchased an LG refrigerator model # LFXS30796D /00 for $3019.41 (after taxes) On September 13, I reported my refrigerator as not working (cooling event). Two days later, on the 15th, the crew came in (the second day of missing work) and "repaired" the refrigerator. It took LG three months to find a service center to repair my washing machine. Was serviced from March-July. It is now nonop. LG refuses to schedule any more service calls, refuses to replace, refuses to refund my purchase price.

My extended warranty reads LG MUST do one of those three.

LG insists that e problem with my TV is due to m having the wrong remote (which came with their TV), and says I must purchase a new remote from their supplier.

However the remote they say I MUST have has been discontinued, and has no available replacement. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, to help resolve the issue. They also will not send me an email stating that it isn’t a software Problem, so my warranty co.

Square Trade can go ahead and replace TV! And, my warranty is about to expire!

Three times I have called to get replacement handles for the brand new LG fridge delivered with damage (cannot open door). Each time something was missed at LG, so the 7 - 10 day waiting period for parts came and went with no parts.

The appliance seller called and issued an RNN, but LG said they did not order parts. I ordered parts 10 days later, then after waiting 7-10 days for delivery I call LG and they said they forgot to get my Proof of Purchase. What??

They admitted they spoke to the seller, also that they never followed up with me to get proof of purchase, I had to wait the 10 days then call when parts didn't show. There’s a recall on my refrigerator. Nobody at LG customer care knows how to process it. They keep telling me I’m out of warranty! It’s a RECALL which is entirely different. I’ve been on the phone for HOURS on my only day off trying to get my refrigerator fixed… I asked for a manager..

I have a new washer/drier in one, on 3/24, the water valves didn't work on my 3rd wash and water kept cycling through my machine then on my floor. I have tried for two days to get an appointment for repair man to come, their customer service just says when we have someone scheduled to come to your area we will let you know of an appointment.

When asked to speak to a supervisor, I have now been left on hold for approx. an hour. This is the worst customer service I have had to deal with, I will not be buying LG, or through Trail Appliances again.

Brand new washer broke down 30 days after initial use and covered under warranty. Fighting with them for about 4 months for replacement or money back. Refusing indirectly causing undue stress. My call to customer service can't be escalated to managers as they don't have contact info but internal only.

Won't provide info about getting phone call recording transcript. Worst brand ever and surely breaking advertising standards and misleading consumers.

My freezer has not been working for a long time the technician finally came on the 24th of September. Is now October 6th and I’m still waiting for a part that’s gonna be here on the 11th supposedly, so the technician should be here on the 12th to fix the refrigerator.

What am I supposed to do with almost a month with no freezer, all the food that spoiled??? It’s ridiculous that I paid more then $2,000 and this is what I get.

We ordered an LG refrigerator on 5/1/2021 and then called to make sure the order went through okay, and that the unit was indeed ordered, reserved, and would be available when our new house was completed in September 2021. We were ASSURED that the order was placed and that the unit would be assigned a specific unit number and reserved.

Our biggest fear was that because of covid-19 a refrigerator would not be available at the last minutes, and we would not have food; I have a specific medical condition so refrigeration was VERY IMPORTANT to us. Less than a month before delivery, we received an email that the order was CANCELLED .

Bought an LG 38UC99-W 38-Inch monitor in Sept 2018, and it stopped working Nov2019. Reported and requested a box, got the box and shipped it Mar2020. In short, they told me Aug2020 that they lost my monitor in Jun2020. Two months ago lg ac has been gas refilled due to error shown CH 38 by authorised person, who has been provided by company. He charged Rs. 3450/- and not given any receipt. Promised to give it online but not given.

I purchased a microwave on 05-04-2019. It is model LMV2031BD. I neglected to purchase the extended warranty as I assumed the microwave would last for at least five or so years. I have been purchasing nothing but LG products for over twenty years and have recommended them to my family. I have also always purchased extended warranties with my other appliances. This time, I didn’t. The microwave started making a very loud noise about a month ago and now will not heat the food. I was advised that it is the magnetron which is covered under warranty. However, I would need to pay $129 for a service call plus any labor involved. I don’t think this if fair as the microwave isn’t even two years old and has been treated with kid gloves since I purchased it.

Refrigerator filter popping out is an on going issue with your LFXS26643D units seen by 75+ complaints. Have spent over 2 hours speaking with multi CS Reps. Lex, CS scheduled a 1 time courtesy call to look at the issue since warranty had expired. 21, afternoon.

Send email for proof of purchase which denied due to warranty. When calling to verify info on receipt, I was told they would not send out anyone. 2 of the times I called left on hold over 30 minutes when I asked for Supervisor.

75+ written complaints on the same issue of filters were previously installed with no issues, then replacing and filter does not lock in and when closing case and dispensing water filter pops out! 00 way over a plumber to visit the problem.

I brought a Lgk51 phone February 2021. I had my phone for three days and it stop charging, running hot, freeze and say it's charging and the phone is not connected to a charger. I called Lg they said send the phone back.

Ref/freezer stopped working all food spoiled called to set an appt. Tech apt set for 1 1/2 weeks out, appliance is only 18 mos. old. Was told there was not a L G service in my area I am 20 miles from Sacramento.

We bought an LG Refrigerator from Home Depot in Greensboro,Ga on 01/22/2020. Beginning in May the freezer section started icing over and not defrosting. We contacted LG on 05/28/2020 about repairing this refrigerator. We have yet to get a repair person to our location.

We can hardly open the freezer section now. We needed help last week but we cannot get any help. We are very disappointed in our over all experience with LG. Why can't we get some help.

LG Refrigerator continues with problems even though it has been repaired several times. Technicians servicing the product contradict each other and the one technician who appeared to be the most knowledgeable refused to work on the unit because, according to him, LG did not pay attention to his recommendations. So the LG refrigerator continues to malfunction and not cooling properly, ice maker continues to not work and LG customer service is refusing to deal with this matter.

I have been going in circles for almost 2 weeks attempting to remedy a “burn in” issue of which the LG OLED specialist acknowledges the damage (see profile pic). I have only had the set for less than 15 months (the damage was becoming visible at about 10 months) and I did not have abusive viewing patterns other than watching a couple news programs on a daily basis for 2-3 hours.

I have since resorted to watching news programs on my IPad to prevent further damage. Last Saturday I was told a service technician (a name was given) would be contacting me in 3-5 business days to schedule replacement of my screen at no cost to me.

After not receiving a call I contacted LG again (3rd call and several emails) only to be told that was incorrect and they need a digital copy of my purchase receipt. I…

I called the LG customer service number on Mon September 16th about our 3 year old refrigerator (under warranty) no longer cooling and the freezer no longer freezing. The customer service lady was very nice and walked me through the digital diagnosis process, asked if there were any vents blocked (no food in fridge or freezer anymore so no), and then walked me through the resetting process.

She told me to wait 4-6 hours and to call back if the refrigerator was still not working. I called back on Tuesday morning to report that my refrigerator was now completely warm. I was told they would put in a work order and that I should wait to hear back.

only have 1 year warranty on expensive TV! Estimated 410 to fix! only 2 1/2 years old. Called to complain, said may be able to help with cost, will call in 3-5 days. Waited a week and called customer service back and they said they were waiting to get serial number from me! No one called!

Then when I found on the box from the TV they transferred me to someone who would only say its only a 1 year factory warranty! Product is junk obviously. Shouldn't have to buy expensive additional warranties on expensive products. LG doesn't care.

We are an older couple who doesn't abuse TV and no warning. Just didn't come on. This is the 1st and last time buying LG! Estimated cost is $410 which we don't have. So we now have a large piece of useless junk mounted to the wall!!!!

The customer service and delivery department are totally not run correctly.. I ordered a fridge in the middle of May for delivery at the end of June. The delivery was late because the shipping department did not put the fridge on the truck.

I called and was told by customer service that there was nothing that could be done. I spoke to Kevin and he sort of said he would compensate me for the delay. The customer service rep I spoke to before Kevin pretty much laughed at the issue and really pissed me off.

I have a two-year-old LG refrigerator. At the end of May on Labor Day weekend the compressor went out. I had a service man from electronic experts come out and replace the compressor which he said had been a long running problem with LG The new compressor does not stop buzzing and rattling and the service man came out multiple times to correct the problem to no avail.
