I called the LG customer service number on Mon September 16th about our 3 year old refrigerator (under warranty) no longer cooling and the freezer no longer freezing. The customer service lady was very nice and walked me through the digital diagnosis process, asked if there were any vents blocked (no food in fridge or freezer anymore so no), and then walked me through the resetting process.

She told me to wait 4-6 hours and to call back if the refrigerator was still not working. I called back on Tuesday morning to report that my refrigerator was now completely warm. I was told they would put in a work order and that I should wait to hear back.

By Friday, I called again to see if I could get an update on the progress and was told they would pass it on to service (again) and that it could…

only have 1 year warranty on expensive TV! Estimated 410 to fix! only 2 1/2 years old. Called to complain, said may be able to help with cost, will call in 3-5 days. Waited a week and called customer service back and they said they were waiting to get serial number from me! No one called!

Then when I found on the box from the TV they transferred me to someone who would only say its only a 1 year factory warranty! Product is junk obviously. Shouldn't have to buy expensive additional warranties on expensive products. LG doesn't care.

We are an older couple who doesn't abuse TV and no warning. Just didn't come on. This is the 1st and last time buying LG! Estimated cost is $410 which we don't have. So we now have a large piece of useless junk mounted to the wall!!!!

The customer service and delivery department are totally not run correctly.. I ordered a fridge in the middle of May for delivery at the end of June. The delivery was late because the shipping department did not put the fridge on the truck.

I called and was told by customer service that there was nothing that could be done. I spoke to Kevin and he sort of said he would compensate me for the delay. The customer service rep I spoke to before Kevin pretty much laughed at the issue and really pissed me off.

I said I could cancel the order and the rep said go ahead, he did not care if I did. Nice way to run a business. Customer service What a joke. I sopke to customer service yesterday to follow up on my compensation and the rep said it would take 6 weeks for the check to process. Once again…

I have a two-year-old LG refrigerator. At the end of May on Labor Day weekend the compressor went out. I had a service man from electronic experts come out and replace the compressor which he said had been a long running problem with LG The new compressor does not stop buzzing and rattling and the service man came out multiple times to correct the problem to no avail.

No the service man won't even return my calls. After talking to LG again spoke to Michael on June 20 he said things would be taken care of. Spoke to Maria on July 5 with a new approval code to be repaired again to no avail.

Model # LMXS30776D /01 bought in November 2015 Actually I purchased Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryers and 2 LG televisions at the same time costing a little over $10,000 dollars. We have BGE HOME extended warranty. Had problems with refrigerator in 2018.

it took 6 weeks to repair and multiple trips. was without the entire time. Have problems this year going on 7 weeks. Every possible part was replaced without success. LG technician came out on May 21st ordered parts. Technician came back out May 23rd installed new part still not working.

Now I'll get to it, we called LG around the first of the month, they scheduled appt. for May 10 , he took the unit apart and found the compressors needed to be replaced along with numerous other parts, put it back together ordered new parts and said the parts would be shipped here and he scheduled the next job on 5/22/19.

My wife and I purchased new LG phones through Sprint in early November of 2018 . It was part of a promotion where we were promised a free LG tv. After 2 months I went back to Sprint and they gave me the phone # of your promotions dept.

The person I contacted said they never received the paper work . So I went back to sprint and watched as they sent in the paperwork , and saw the conformation of it being received . Another nearly 2 months passed and no tv .

LG makes the Sears Elite 795 72093 312 refrigerator. Ours is barely 3 yrs old, it was the top of the line and largest fridge at the time, costing us $3000! It quit cooling the end of June 2018 and still isn't repaired.

The agent booking the repair tech knew our complaint and prognosis of which part is out but the tech didn't have parts on his truck. I asked for the parts to be ordered overnight express and him return in 2 days, no cooperation.

So here it is 7-16-18 and our next date for tech repair is the 26th! That's a full month without a fridge and we thought we were buying a premium product. My biggest complaint is that the LG design has an obvious flaw!!!

Why would you put the coil laying tn the drip pan?!?! Obviously it rusted thru, causing the freeon to leak out and the working…

I returned my headset to LG after speaking to a representative and submitting all required documentation via email and internet. I returned my items in the original box with the charger as requested. That was 2 weeks ago. On 7/5/2018 I received my headset back, minus the box and charger.

The packing slip state the proof of purchase was not received and the device was returned as is. I tried to get this resolved via phone to no avail. I will not buy another LG headset again. Their service is horrible and they do not back their devices.

LG5 is a loser and the customer support won’t back it up! Bought the LG5 new from Verizon because LG was no longer going to sell this model with its interchangeable parts. Phone purchused Feb. 21, 2018 for $250. June 27 the phone requires updates. I ran the updates. It is Ground Hogs Day with the phone. It won’t update and requires another and another. The update takes tons of battery life and the phone is super hot. Ran and reran five times then took it to Verizon. They ran it twice then reset the phone. I left 21/2 later. I had a G4 in a Otterbox for over a yr now. Not one scratch on it or water damage! Was in my pocket on vibrate and someone tried to call me. I let it go due to I was busy.

A few minutes later it started again and never stopped! It took about 5 or 10 minutes of trying everything until I took the battery out. Waited 30 min and put it back together to get nothing. Tried charging and no response.

Took it to TMobile for them to tell me that it was an internal problem with software and lost everything on the phone! I am a small business owner that keeps a lot of info on that device between txt messages, pics, videos, and visual voicemail.

I have an LG smartphone and the fingerprint security feature of the phone stopped working. I get it, these things happen. Since it's 7 months old I contacted the LG company and they offered to repair it in late August. We went through this process twice, each time being without a phone during the repair process, and the feature still does not work. I have gotten the phone back both times with the fingerprint security feature still not working.

Instead of stepping up and taking care of me, as a customer, by sending a replacement phone, they want me to send it in for a third time to repair it! I bought 2 new batteries for the LG G3 phone in May, by July they were loosing battery juice like a battery would after a year or so. I called LG Customer Svc to get them to stand behind their crappy battery which both were dated 2/13/16 and I was told I would need to give them my order number to get them to replace the crappy batteries.

I could not locate any order number anywhere. In Aug, I called Verizon and told them the LG phone would get so hot that I literally had to hold it over my car air vent to cool it off. I told Verizon it was a safety issue and instead of dealing with a crappy phone for 6 more months, I wanted a different phone.

Gladly, Verizon replaced the phone at my expense but I don't have to use the LG phone any more.

LG's repair policy is completely unacceptable and I will be filing other complaints with agencies. My husband purchased an LG flip phone which is outdated and on day 3 of buying the phone from AT&T the flip portion went blank with a yellow/orange screen so he can't see the number calling in. The phone is also not connecting with Bluetooth which is illegal in California to drive without a hands free device. We had tested the Bluetooth device and it connects to my phone successfully. The phone is also poor quality since it's hard to hear beyond the static.

Hi there, upgraded my old phone on contract and had to wait for the Lg G4. Received it last year and was very happy! On the 7th day after receiving my G4, I was caught in a rain storm and my phone got wet inside my jacket pocket. When I arrived home I checked my phone and it was fine and working!

That night when I placed it on charge - it freaked out and the screen went dead. Everything else was working, lights, sound - just the screen. I'm very disappointed with AT&T's inability to provide basic customer service. I bought an LG G4 cell phone in July 2015. It failed due to a known hardware issue called a 'boot loop'. I finally got a replacement LG G4 and within a few weeks, it failed with the same issue. I took the replacement phone to a store to where I was told the phone had to be in working order to upgrade. So I had a 3rd phone sent to me.

Hopefully I can get an upgrade before this one fails. I have transcripts of numerous 'online support' chats, went to the only AT&T Service Center in Indiana only to have them dial LG and hand the phone to me, and visited the store where I purchased the phone. I sent my lg g5 for repair last month due to a spot on the LCD. My phone was serviced and I received it but it was missing the lower module. Without I can't use my phone. As soon as I received it I called and they said they would file a missing accessory report and I would get the module back in between 7 days.

Fed Ex lost my LG Tribute LS660 after April 20th intended to be shipped to the LG facility in Texas for warranty repair/replacement the gold contacts on the battery pack wouldn't allow the phone to turn on properly. Upon following up with fedex to track/find my package it was deemed lost after about an entire month requesting a search party and exhausting resources. FedEx mailed me a letter of denial stating they are not responsible for any loss or damage and can only reimburse the shipper (LG). I purchased an LG Stylo cell phone through T-Mobile. I purchased this phone for the increased camera resolution, operating system and many other positive perceptions that I had as it applies to the LG brand (especially with Cell phones). I was very disappointed to have received a cell phone that is probably the poorest performing cell phone I have ever had.

I am a person that travels a great deal and I am very reliant upon having a good operating cell phone (especially the GPS). To my great disappointment the cell phone has a great deal of problems with the built in GPS system.

Called customer service and was finally connect to a customer service person. He asked for my name And the product, problem I was having, serial number and model number. I told him my lg clothes Dryer was shutting off the dry cycle too early but when I set the time on manual it worked fine.

He Then asked me what size load was in it. I answered medium. He then put me on hold and left me There for several minutes and said that the issue was that the load was too small and not brushing Against the sensors and it was shutting off.

He never asked me any questions about what lights are On, what buttons did you push. I asked to be transferred to another rep, he said they would tell me The same thing. I said give me to your supervisor and he stuck me on hold forever. I finally hung up.

My boyfriend mike and I have the LG3 G3 phone mine is with fido and his with Virgin mobile he called LG about the fact that the power pack plug that came with his phone stopped working two monthss after he got his phone. The company told him to fax him a copy of the original recipt of sale which he did .

I purchased the LG Harman Kardon Model HB8-900 headset about 1 1/2 ago. The left ear just stopped working. I take great care of the headset because I paid over $150!!! So for it to just stop working is not a good thing. I used it minimally.

About 2-3 a week if that. I went to att and they said it is out of the warranty period of a year, that they can not do anything about it. Im luv the headset but I feel I was wronly done for it only lasted a 1 1/2....

I contacted LG because my refrigerator was not cooling as well as the freezer. 00 to send a technician to repair it including all parts. The technician arrived and I told him what was wrong. The regrigerator was not coing and the freezer was also not working and that the light also stoped working.

The technician repaired thr refigerator and freezer but did not repaired the light even though I calles LG and they 1st said they it was covered repair call and would send him back. I got a call from the techncin telling he was canceling the call and to contact LG again and ask for a "APM".

00 to send him back, I requested a supervisor to complain and she said she would have the technician supervisor call me but I have not heard from anybody. 00 to finish the job.

I bought an LG glad 8.3 and it developed a screen fault under warranty. I contacted LG and they arranged a courier to pick up on the 9th of March. LG had it for around 2 weeks with no correspondence so I called on the 24th of March but I was told nobody was available to speak to at that moment and that someone would call me back that day. I bought LG-G4 (LG-H815P) on 24-8-2015 from iMedia store in Cairo, Egypt. My G4 had a boot loop on 4-4-2016, I called the customer service for LG in Egypt, they refused to replace the phone (which is still in the 1 year warranty), they only offered to replace some hardware internal components, at the end I agreed, then I emailed them the receipt I have alongside with the warranty certificate and the S/N of the phone, they confirmed that these are the only required documents and they told me that the only available place for replacing the hardware components is outside Cairo, almost 50 Km outside Cairo.

Purchased two v-10 phones from Verizon store in Daytona Beach Fl. on December 3, 2015. Lg is supposed to send me two batteries, two chargers and two 64 bit cards. I have made numerious trips to the Verizon store asking for help and being told first to wait four to six weeks, then six to ten weeks and now ten to fourteen weeks.

Now it is going on sixteen weeks and still do not have any of the items. I would like to have an answer to why its took so long and when I can expect my items.
