15 days back, I lodge complain for LG AC repair, they came & observed condenser was damaged and assuredd me to repair in a week but till now ur engineer did not report me for replacement as i was agree with. My complain no - RNA160424006910.

So tell me can it will be replaced with a new condenser . pls.

I contacted LG because my refrigerator was not cooling as well as the freezer. 00 to send a technician to repair it including all parts. The technician arrived and I told him what was wrong. The regrigerator was not coing and the freezer was also not working and that the light also stoped working.

The technician repaired thr refigerator and freezer but did not repaired the light even though I calles LG and they 1st said they it was covered repair call and would send him back. I got a call from the techncin telling he was canceling the call and to contact LG again and ask for a "APM".

00 to send him back, I requested a supervisor to complain and she said she would have the technician supervisor call me but I have not heard from anybody. 00 to finish the job.

I brought a Bluetooth Headset as a gift for my son for Christmas at the retail store a my job with a Federal facility. By Feburary the had completely stopped working. I filled the online service request and downloaded the receipt.

A day later I got an email stating the receipt was "invalid" Doing a "Live Chat" LG Customer Service I was informed that they did not see a place of purchase on the receipt. so I widened the view to make everything more clear and resent the receipt as well as a resubmitted work order. Same result!!! "Invalid".

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought an LG glad 8.3 and it developed a screen fault under warranty. I contacted LG and they arranged a courier to pick up on the 9th of March. LG had it for around 2 weeks with no correspondence so I called on the 24th of March but I was told nobody was available to speak to at that moment and that someone would call me back that day. Nobody called me until the Saturday and then I was told my Gpad was fixed and was out for delivery by Tuesday following the bank holiday. It never showed until today 12th of July. Enclosed was my Gpad which had not been fixed and an attached letter saying it was water damaged and therefore exempt. I bought LG-G4 (LG-H815P) on 24-8-2015 from iMedia store in Cairo, Egypt. My G4 had a boot loop on 4-4-2016, I called the customer service for LG in Egypt, they refused to replace the phone (which is still in the 1 year warranty), they only offered to replace some hardware internal components, at the end I agreed, then I emailed them the receipt I have alongside with the warranty certificate and the S/N of the phone, they confirmed that these are the only required documents and they told me that the only available place for replacing the hardware components is outside Cairo, almost 50 Km outside Cairo.

Purchased two v-10 phones from Verizon store in Daytona Beach Fl. on December 3, 2015. Lg is supposed to send me two batteries, two chargers and two 64 bit cards. I have made numerious trips to the Verizon store asking for help and being told first to wait four to six weeks, then six to ten weeks and now ten to fourteen weeks.

Now it is going on sixteen weeks and still do not have any of the items. I would like to have an answer to why its took so long and when I can expect my items.

I cracked the screen on my phone and sent it into the LG repair department. I was told that I was covered under my warranty, but on receipt of the item, they changed their tune and said that the cracked screen was caused by physical damage. The amount to repair was more than the cost for a new unit, so I told them to just send my phone back.

I received the phone about 5 days later, and it no longer worked. I had to contact the customer service department several times, taking hours of my time. I finally got someone to agree to look at it again. So I sent it in and again was told the phone was not under warranty. I noticed a crack in my screen due to no fault on my part. After contacting LG they said my phone was still under warranty and now they are saying I must cover the cost if I want they phone fixed.

I did not damage my phone! All costumer service wishes to do is transfer me around and refuses to help and tell me it is against policy for me to speak to anyone in management. I keep getting my call placed on hold only to be told supervisors are busy and managers don't take calls its against policy.

No one will do anything to help me resolve this issue.

I have purchase a home audio system model no lg lh70a on 31 Dec 2015. Its sound just like small speakers which is available in market approx Rs 600. I am very sad to purchase this system. I have complained about this to tool free number.

My repeated request and shop keeper agreed to check another piece of the same brand which is placed open in his shop. The sound of those system found good and I purchased this item. Now I want to replace this product or repair so that sound can be upgraded.

Otherwise I destroyed this stupid set when I think I lost my my mony to purchase lg's brand. 1 speakers which is already held with me is always best in sound and woofer.

I purchased an LG V10 smartphone along with 2 G4s through Verizon. The V10 is a hunk of junk. Slower than a turtle, keeps freezing and crashing forcing me to reboot 3-4 times a day. This is the WORST smartphone I've ever purchased and I'm kicking myself for doing it. Never again.

I bought an LG phone on august 20 2015 a lgvs986. Pasted on a motox because of a 100.00 rebate, so Verizon put a rebate claim in for me and said 6 to 8 weeks I would receive it, well I went 10 weeks and nothing ,so I went in to Verizon and they called lg got a number for me to call customer service at 1-877-333-9203. They told me they did not have any info on me ,my phone, or rebate told me to contact verizon. They got a number for a lg rep, said they would call me,no call went back to Verizon they said LG just keeps telling them rebate for august is closed.

I have been a committed and loyal Samsung phone customer for over 5 years. Never wanted anything else. Never had a single issue with their products. When the note 5 came out I got it but soon traded it in for the LG V10. Being a professional photographer, I fell in love with its capabilities. Today, Dec 13, 2015 I had my phone in my jacket pocket, sitting outside. My phone then fell no more than a foot and a half from my pocket and landed on my WOODEN deck. No biggie, right? I bought an LG G4 cell phone on 14/11/2015 at the Vodacom shop in Lakeside Mall Benoni. I paid R3700 cash for the phone. I called the Vodacom shop who wants me to bring the phone in, who will send it in for assessment, which can take 7 - 21 days.

Received a refurbished Nexus 5 phone in April 2015 as replacement for a defective charging port through Google. This phone experienced a failure of the power button, which by googling we see is a very common problem. When we called LG we were told that this phone had been sent in many times in the past (none by us) and was out of warranty.

They said they would fix the power button if we sent the phone in. Received word that they will NOT fix the phone as they claim it had water damage on the circuit board despite the battery water damage indicator not being changed to pink.

I purchased an LG Tone headset HBS-900, which kept stating the battery power left on the unit when I was on the phone. It was very annoying. I called customer service who attempted to get two forms for Return Authorization sent to me. Both failed.

They told me to use FedEx and make sure I have the RA number on the inside and outside of the return unit. I did. 15 and LG signed for it on 10/29/15 at 10:18 am. I was told a 3-5 business turnaround, then a 7-10 day turnaround.

It is now December 7th and I have called over 15 times. I was hung up on by customer service 5 times, and also once by a supervisor. They keep telling me to call back in 24-48 hours and that it has elevated, whatever that means.

As it stands I have not heard from them, the web page for return status shows it waiting…

The LG phone is a piece of junk. I paid over a hundred dollars for it. The stupid thing keep shutting it self off and loses all my messages and my phone numbers. I think it might have something to with the google app.

Hi I bought my TV in April of 2014. It's just been over an year when it stopped working. There is no picture and all you here is clicking sound. 00. Told me it is power source board. We ordered it and that didn’t work so he told me the TV is bad.

I paid 1200$ for this TV from Fry's electronics and still making payments on it. I called a second LG technician. He came and told me it’s not the power source but is the YSUS and Y drive. It’s blown up and now those parts are not available so he can’t fix it.

rd, Sinthimore, Kolkata 36. Invoice no 13/SA/1516/13629. 15. Model no. LGD292JMFL 258ltr. The refrigerator was delivered on 23/11/15 and demonstrated on 27/11/15. Then I found some scratches on the body while demonstrating! Then the service man told stick the lamination.

Already he unstuck the plastic on the body. The lamination is required to protect color of the body. So, why did I stick the lamination? Then I communicated customer care and corporate service center (RNA15112308056,RNA151130012012). I want to replace the refrigerator but they didn't cooperate with me. Its unjustified!

Roughly around 12 November, delivery was schedule for 2 Refrigerators (So I thought) . We have a complete kitchen in our basement onsuite. LG Side by SIde -------never even scheduled. LG French Door ----- Damage to the back of refrigerator, denied delivery by Electrician.

They took back the French door refrigerator. After waiting 2 weeks I still hadn't heard from Lowes about a delivery date, so I called them. Spoke to RIck. Nothing was even annotated or reschedule for delivery. Its now 2 weeks before move in date, and was worried because they were special order.

I have a LG 3G mobile phone bought in March 2015. Recently, my battery drains out quickly even if my mobile is charged for the entire night. It is just like the charge does not hold for even 35 minutes.

Moreover, my messages whether sent or received are delayed by mostly 20-22 hours. I also cannot access my you tube and Google map apps.

Overall is just like the mobile slows down and freezes sometimes. I sent it for repair and called LG customer service through my carrier from where I bought the mobile (Virgin Mobile Canada) and they claimed it as liquid damage and sent the mobile back un-repaired.

My mobile had no direct contact with water and no physical damage.

I have purchased LG LCD monitor for my PC on 7/7/2014. Before completeting one year the monitor shows black spots on screen I have reported to the shop and they registered a complaint in the service center. And my complaint number is 150715037393, one day a technician came in my house and examined the monitor and says your panel is broken there is no warranty.

I have told him I have warranty up to 3 years and the monitor is not broken it is happened automatically, it is related the dead cell problem. He issue me a visiting card of service center and said they will contact you.

My 42inch TV had a fault on the mother board I lost all hdmi outlets picture was still good,my local TV repairer took the TV away to get a new board fitted and charged me £165 ,they sent of for a new board when it arrived with a fault on it ,they did this twice and still the board had a fault when they got I touch with lg they said a batch of boards had the same fault so

they were going to order a new Batch of boards ,I am still waiting for my TV to be repaired this has so far been three and a half months of waiting so I am not very happy about the time it has taken

Called about a rebate for 300 from 6/3/2015 and after 4 completely incompetent reps in India I finally got connected to the rebate center. Very rude and told me that LG was not authorizing them to pay the rebates even though they we're suppose to arrive in 6-8 weeks.

I asked her to a least check our name to make sure they had our rebate and she refused to do that. " And then hung up. Am calling right now

My refrigerator was delivered on 3/26. On 8/16 it delivered an error code which required a new fan. I spoke with NE Electric who face me an appointment on Thursday but were apprehensive because their experience with LG has been a 5-8 day delivery.

It was now Monday so I called LG customer to request overnight delivery. They insisted that they could not help me. I demanded to talk to a manager. Was told that they would not come on the phone, but assured me that the part would go out that night for Wednesday delivery to that I could keep my Thursday appointment. It did not happen.

I was finally allowed to talk to. Brenda in Exec. Services with no resolution. No overnight deliver PERIOD! she promised to send a complaint and CC me. did not happen either. I called again for some information…

Bought new LG top loading washer 45 days ago. Outer tub leaking, all of the water, on every load as soon as it fills up. Flooded 1st floor. Not an intake or hose issue. LG says 5 days before they get back to me with a in-warrantee repair date!

My aire con system that cost me a fortune after 3 years using 3-4 months of the year for 1-2 hours a day, the pcb board needs replaced and its an expensive piece, LG came highly reccomend, i should have just bought the standard model at half the price, years of saving to buy this then its breaks down, extremely disapointing, LG must laugh at their customers when this happens and as i see through web pages, this has happened to several systems the S12AN system

2015. RNA150430002897 and that MACROSS Tech will do the installation. When I contacted Mascross Tech, they refused to do the installation. Thereafter, I followed up with LG customer care as well as Snapdeal but till today there has been no communication from LG and the AC is yet to be installed!!

I am not happy getting the run-around and am now at the point of wanting a refund and going elsewhere!

Every time the job is given to Engineer Mr. Rajeev Kashyap (Mob: 9711359766), who has not been attending. Mr. Naresh, Supervisor (Mob: 9711359736) had promised to get the job done on Saturday 2nd May, but his mobile is switched off, and I am not sure whether the job will be done by LG.

I purchased 2 galaxy note 4 phones and 2 LG tablets, which we've only had for 2 months and 1 of the tablets is not holding a charge. Sent to LG as instructed. 00 cover to protect in shipping and the manufacturer box.

LG Lucid 3 is my phone. have been a customer of Verizon for 11 years. I upgraded my phone to a LG Lucid 3 about six months ago and I am awaiting my fifth phone from them. My first phone had a faulty charging core and the keyboard would stop working, which meant I had to do a factory restore each time and lose all my data, apps and have to resign in to all my apps after downloading them again.

Due to the faulty charging piece, the Verizon chargers would not work, they went in and were loose. I had to hold it in their and make sure not to move or it wouldn't charge. Most times it still did not charge because it stated it was not a compatible charger.
