I called customer service support regarding my LG refigigator model # LFX28978ST /02 Compressor . This compressor was change in December , 2020 and now is not working again, I was told that they will not replace the compressor becuse I purchased my refrigerator over 10 years ago, but I did explain that I was given a new compressor 3 years ago and that I should have warranty on the new compressor . Regardless if you yous replace it or I bought I should have warranty for a minimum of at least 5 years, I don't want to take this to the TV news so I can get help from your manufacture company. LG's problem is not about being "cheap," but cheaply made. The sound has almost zero bass or depth, the photos TERRIBLE- it's the one phone I geniunely regret buying. Thankfully it's so old, no more will he made.

I recently purchased an LG 65 inch TV it is a piece of crap it's very difficult to use. I agreed to the terms to use the TV and then it comes up and says that I need to re-enter it but when I want to bring up the information it doesn't allow me to do so.

It's very difficult to add apps. I'm returning it to Walmart tomorrow.

I hired an LG approved repair service and paid the $130 service fee to be told it needed a motor, which I knew. Motor is under warranty and the company wanted $430 to install. LG customer service did very little to help me resolve the issue.

Now I have to pay another company to come out.

My 55 inch LG TV fell over and smashed on the floor where my little granddaughter sits to watch. Thank God no one was in the room when it happened. I was standing right out side the room and heard it.

LG Users Terms. e. HULU to post software upgrades which reverse engineers how all LG TV(s) function. Hulu has altered how the LG TV's return (EXIT) button, so the Hulu app remains as the primary display. Hulu's home menu does not have an exit option either.

The user has to pop up apps menu list, then enter another app to exit back to the LG Web OS screen. Question for LG: Do you make Hulu and other app creators agree to your Do Not Reverse (alter) your Web OS terms or just the TV users??? Idiots.

In 2018, I purchased an LG refrigerator model # LFXS30796D /00 for $3019.41 (after taxes) On September 13, I reported my refrigerator as not working (cooling event). My refrigerator model is under an extended five-year warranty because LG lost a class action lawsuit for selling defective refrigerators. https://www.lgfridgesettlement.com/

LG sent the repair people on September 13 to see what was wrong with the refrigerator (1st day of missing work). The compressor and the lines were blocked. Two days later, on the 15th, the crew came in (the second day of missing work) and "repaired" the refrigerator. It took LG three months to find a service center to repair my washing machine. Was serviced from March-July. It is now nonop. LG refuses to schedule any more service calls, refuses to replace, refuses to refund my purchase price.

My extended warranty reads LG MUST do one of those three.

LG insists that e problem with my TV is due to m having the wrong remote (which came with their TV), and says I must purchase a new remote from their supplier.

However the remote they say I MUST have has been discontinued, and has no available replacement. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, to help resolve the issue. They also will not send me an email stating that it isn’t a software Problem, so my warranty co.

Square Trade can go ahead and replace TV! And, my warranty is about to expire!

Three times I have called to get replacement handles for the brand new LG fridge delivered with damage (cannot open door). Each time something was missed at LG, so the 7 - 10 day waiting period for parts came and went with no parts.

The appliance seller called and issued an RNN, but LG said they did not order parts. I ordered parts 10 days later, then after waiting 7-10 days for delivery I call LG and they said they forgot to get my Proof of Purchase. What??

They admitted they spoke to the seller, also that they never followed up with me to get proof of purchase, I had to wait the 10 days then call when parts didn't show. There’s a recall on my refrigerator. Nobody at LG customer care knows how to process it. They keep telling me I’m out of warranty! It’s a RECALL which is entirely different. I’ve been on the phone for HOURS on my only day off trying to get my refrigerator fixed… I asked for a manager..

I have a new washer/drier in one, on 3/24, the water valves didn't work on my 3rd wash and water kept cycling through my machine then on my floor. I have tried for two days to get an appointment for repair man to come, their customer service just says when we have someone scheduled to come to your area we will let you know of an appointment.

When asked to speak to a supervisor, I have now been left on hold for approx. an hour. This is the worst customer service I have had to deal with, I will not be buying LG, or through Trail Appliances again.

Brand new washer broke down 30 days after initial use and covered under warranty. Fighting with them for about 4 months for replacement or money back. Refusing indirectly causing undue stress. My call to customer service can't be escalated to managers as they don't have contact info but internal only.

Won't provide info about getting phone call recording transcript. Worst brand ever and surely breaking advertising standards and misleading consumers.

My freezer has not been working for a long time the technician finally came on the 24th of September. Is now October 6th and I’m still waiting for a part that’s gonna be here on the 11th supposedly, so the technician should be here on the 12th to fix the refrigerator.

What am I supposed to do with almost a month with no freezer, all the food that spoiled??? It’s ridiculous that I paid more then $2,000 and this is what I get.

I purchased a LG refrigerator on 11/6/2020, it was delivered 12/10/2020. I have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator and started complaining in May 2021! It’s NOT keeping my food cold in the freezer or refrigerator area. I have lost food, can’t store food because refrigerator it’s cooling properly!

I have had two or three technicians and they couldn’t fix it and I have done everything I was instructed to do with NO results. I have talked to rude representatives and have been given the run around, hade several RNN and CNN numbers.

Now I’m told that I have to have another technician come before anything can be done. I feel I have waited and been patient to the point that I demand that I get reimbursed for my lost food and I want a refund for this refrigerator.

I have been trying to get my refrigerator replaced because I’ve had two maybe three technicians come to my home. I have been given the run around and complaining since May, 2021. I purchased in November, 2020; delivered December, 2020.

I have several RNN and CNN numbers. It’s NOT working properly!! My numbers are: (502)778-3004 or (502)457-5559. I have lost food from spoiling and I have never been reimbursed. I just want my refund at this point and my reimbursement for my food lost!

Purchased room ac in october 2020 only for it to go out in June 2021. Called LG and they told me they would have to send me a refund because they could not send out a repairman. They asked for ac labels, receipt and a letter requesting refund.

I've sent it 3 or 4 times. That was 6 to 8 weeks ago. No refund and when I call the call disconnects. DO NOT BUY LG!!!!!

Back end of April the compressor on my LG LFX31925ST quit. Damaging all food. Compressor under warranty but all other not.

However, it took technicians 3 tries to try to get fix. Since, the fridge/freezer has not cooled properly and compressor quit (damaged all food again). I was able to reset by unplug/plug unit. Could never get cooling capability to before standards.

On 16 APR I contacted LG only to find out that my so called repairs were out of warranty by 9 days. I have spent close to $1000 and can't get the unit to work properly. On top of everything I was informed via email I could elevate my issue (email should be on file) only to encounter 3 different departments that I couldn't even understand what they were telling me, then getting redirected back to "out of warranty" dept.…

We ordered an LG refrigerator on 5/1/2021 and then called to make sure the order went through okay, and that the unit was indeed ordered, reserved, and would be available when our new house was completed in September 2021. We were ASSURED that the order was placed and that the unit would be assigned a specific unit number and reserved.

Our biggest fear was that because of covid-19 a refrigerator would not be available at the last minutes, and we would not have food; I have a specific medical condition so refrigeration was VERY IMPORTANT to us. Less than a month before delivery, we received an email that the order was CANCELLED .

Service is extremely poor. We purchased an LG washing machine on February 26th 2021 from Home Depot. The unit will not provide warm water on normal setting, or any other setting. We have had 3 service technicians work on the unit and none were able to correct problem.

We have spoken with 8 executive team members with no remedy. We finally were told that we would receive a refund . It’s now August 2 and issue is still unresolved!! I believe it’s a design flaw and LG is just stalling customers in hopes they just go away!!

I have been delivered a microwave that goes above the stove. It is defective. I have called LG repeatedly and scheduled repair appointments one after another. No one ever shows up for these appointments and the call me at 4 am the following day to tell me the technician found nothing wrong. How a technician could know that without calling or visiting is beyond me. I have spoken to LG corporate and they are just as useless. The last call I made to LG, I could hear roosters while the operator was speaking to me. Turns out the operator has quite a few chickens.

I have been complaining for a month ever since this microwave arrived and to no avail.

I put in a service request for my 6 month old TV because with the exception of HULU none of the other streaming apps worked. A Technician came out and not only was he rude he messed up my TV even more.

He supposedly ordered the part that he said was needed to hopefully fix the problem. Product is only a month old and is not working properly. I scheduled a service repair on July 2, 2021 and scheduled date was for July 8, 2021 for 8 -12 and no show. I called 6 times that day and no service done. I am furious.

I took a day off from work and lost a day's wage. I will report you to the better business bureau.

Bought an LG 38UC99-W 38-Inch monitor in Sept 2018, and it stopped working Nov2019. Reported and requested a box, got the box and shipped it Mar2020. In short, they told me Aug2020 that they lost my monitor in Jun2020. Made numerous calls, and follow-up emails and texts to get a refund, including emailing Peter Kim and Jay Pak a couple of time, no response or follow-up.

Two months ago lg ac has been gas refilled due to error shown CH 38 by authorised person, who has been provided by company. He charged Rs. 3450/- and not given any receipt. Promised to give it online but not given.

I purchased a microwave on 05-04-2019. It is model LMV2031BD. I neglected to purchase the extended warranty as I assumed the microwave would last for at least five or so years. I have been purchasing nothing but LG products for over twenty years and have recommended them to my family. I have also always purchased extended warranties with my other appliances. This time, I didn’t. The microwave started making a very loud noise about a month ago and now will not heat the food. I was advised that it is the magnetron which is covered under warranty. However, I would need to pay $129 for a service call plus any labor involved. I don’t think this if fair as the microwave isn’t even two years old and has been treated with kid gloves since I purchased it.
