My house had a severe fire July 27 2023. No arson. Liberty mutual refuses to accept my claim. I am 82 and my Son is permanently disabled. The cm said they denied our claim for the following:we are operating a motorcycle repair shop, we have a security camera in our house we lied about, and did not like how we filled out the standard form for personal property.

I hired a project adjustor who was very thorough at summiting everything. I am hiring an attorney for this unfair illegal decision

Will be sure to warn everyone that I know to not do business here and if they do to pull and find another company. Tricia Ramirez is a fraud and a thief. I can’t believe liberty would allow for this to be a representation of their company.

Disheartening to say the least. They trust someone like this with personal information of their clients. She needs to be fired. ASAP!!

I have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years and as of the past 14 years, a bundled customer (home and auto). It used to be LM would return my calls almost immediately or at least have a live person available to speak with and resolve issues within a timely manner. Now, you can barely ever get a live person to speak with and if you are lucky enough to, that person promises to help you resolve the issue and get you to the "right" person, but to no avail. I have left multitudes of voicemails and sent multitudes of emails to various folks (including "my" representative...such a joke) as well as management, with NO response and obviously NO resolution.

I am totally disgusted by the lack of attention to my property claim and am so disappointed in the lack of work ethic and quality (NOT)…

For at least 10 months I have been trying to access my account online and I am unable to do so, therefore I cannot make any policy changes on a regular basis as needed. I have called and called and called, and every time they tell me they are opening a ticket and every time nothing else happens.

They even had my wrong phone number and never corrected until now I hope. I need them to fix my account so I can log in, I need a supervisor to call me, and no one ever does, and I need to be able to make online changes.

From the time of my accident well over a year ago I cannot get my never-ending carousel of claims representatives to respond to my phone calls, emails and texts. When calling in my number is on file so I cannot talk to anyone else but my claims representative who refuses to take my calls.

I am being railroaded into accepting a paltry sum for the claim without proof of value of my vehicle. I'd give them a zero (0) for a rating if that is possible.

I talked to a Liberty Mutual person on the phone to get home owners insurance. I trusted the person was giving me correct information. It was my understanding if I had a claim my deductible would be $2500. I did want the type of insurance that would replace my home due to a loss.

I explained to the person that there was no way I could pay $7000 deductible. it was explained to me that if I had a loss I would have to pay a deductible as it would be taken out of first and I would receive a check for the loss.

NEVER was it explained to me that if I had a loss it would have to be more than the deductible. My premium went up $75 a month which after talking to the person, I still don't understand. I was also told it would go up ever year.

I had a loss due to my roof. An adjuster was sent out…

Liberty Mutual is good until it time to file a claim. I had an accident last month, I started out handling my situation and claim with liberty mutual. I called and informed them that I was an the accident. When my call was returned by the adjuster(Ms. Mayo).

She asked me to explain what happened, almost immediately I was being treated as if I was the at-fault party. Once the police report came back, and said I was not at fault in the accident. She slightly changed her tune.

But my experience only got worse from there. 1st she had my car picked up and towed. The tow company lost my car. Did not know where my car was for a couple of days. Then I explained o her that i really didn't know what was needing to be done handling the situation going forward.

My son and I share a vehicle. He has his own policy for the car, on purpose. My son has significant ADHD. He merely rear-ended another vehicle from a dead stop. He was exhausted from working two jobs. He puts in about 60 hours a week. Because he was hungry and tired and probably a little shock he handed her what was in the glove box. My insurance. Now, Liberty Mutual says I have to pay, despite the fact that I wasn't even there.... Says there's a loophole. I informed them that losing an over 20 year Geico customer (LM is owned by Geico), that they would actually lose money in the long run. All we want to o is handle this out-of-pocket, but the Liberty Mutual won't give me the phone number and is holding it ransom, so they can collect.

The lady that is working my claim has been very rude since day 1. She is not helpful and has a very smart/ rude mouth. I would like to know if our calls have been recorded so you can see that way that she speaks to customers.

Liberty Mutual will not return my escow funds. I have been paying a higher mortgage than I should since December 2022. They said they've mailed it 3 times now but at this point I do not believe them. These funds are mine and are way past due.

Their numbers and contact people keeps changing. The last person C. Rainey a Customer Advocate, her informatio changed and no one has reached out to me. This is very unfair and frustrating. If I owed them money they would have sent someone to my home by now.

I NEED someone to assist me. These are my funds should be reimbursed to me immediately. My next step is to go get support from social media. Maybe that will get someone in charge's attention.

I recently filed a claim against one of your customers under claim#053051599-002. I am with State Farm and your clients claim against them was denied immediately. The accident occurred when i was driving up the street leaving my hoys in a residential neighborhood, as i passed your clients townhouse she backed out of her parking space into my vehicle.

I had the right of way and she ran into me. How my claim was denied is a mystery to me. The person who is handling the claim is Anthony Fox and he was not helpful at all in explaining anything.

ON OCTOBER 1ST, 2022, MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND WRECKED. TO START OFF, LIBERTY MUTUAL HADNT CONTACTED ME AT ALL, OTHER THAN THE INITIAL TWO MINUTE CONVERSATION TO GET MY INFO WHEN I FILED THE CLAIM. I WASNT ABLE TO FILE IT ONLINE, NOR WAS I ABLE TO REMOVE SAID VEHICLE FROM MY POLICY.

Their quote on quote customer service is a joke. I'm on day 17 from my accident. I have full coverage insurance through them. Their goal is to string you along with emails with very little or no information pertaining to the problem.

One person blames the other person and eventually blame the repair shop. Like I said day 17. Apparently they don't like paying for repairs regardless of your clean driving record and coverage. This is what's wrong with the world today.

From the moment Chris stepped out of his car not even checking damage he called out an amount n he stuck with that amount!

I’m sure that’s not how it’s done! My dad had been with Liberty since 2014 and home burned 2022 always on time etc…. Yet when it came to getting what he had covered which I’ve been told by an expert he has received Pennie’s to the dollar !

This insurance is the worst insurance I have ever had for my home. $5000 dollars were decided for repairs according to the inspector. After $3000 deduction and some other deductions, I am left with $600 for repairs. The lowest bid is $2,500 l now understand why elderly people don’t get repairs done on their homes.

I can’t afford to get my roof repaired. Liberty Mutual is not a good insurance for elderly retirees!

For a few weeks now I cant log in to my account. I tried all the ways they say such as creating a new account. Nothing works. I tried calling and usually about a 20 minute wait to talk to someone, and always the same answer, we are having issues.

A large company like this should have better service. Ive been with them for about 25 years and I think IM done. Im looking for another company.

My home was broken into and by luck when my friends weren't checking on my house or my dog, they caught a burglar, saw a pick up truck, all were neighbors and or friends. tools, I was upgrading my house and had 29k in flooring to tiles and new tools, they first said I took too long and I was defeated and exhausting because the adjustor never emailed me back 39 times and

Just had to call SIX times in a row as was auto disconnected each time. SEVENTH call actually got through to a human- English native- first time in YEARS- but sadly I this k it may have been day one on the job- all she needed to do was take payment card info and

apply to bill as well as co firm auto draft fem correct account- but after keeping me on a SILENT HOLD for 32 plus minutes she then hit wrong button and disconnected me. What has happened to this company? Its been a horror show dealing with them the last three years and I am ready to bail.

I have been with Liberty Mutual since 2007, I received a letter saying you all were cancelling me. I called to appeal the cancellation, the girl told me from the looks on my insurance, there should be no problem, she said she will give to her boss then it goes to underwriting again and to call back in a week.

So i didn't look for another company because from TV you all stand by your customers and get the insurance you need...... 00. And now March 1st of 2023 you all are cancelling me. I was never late on payment on my insurance for my car and condo insurance.

Is this for real, you all cancel me for this? 66 years old. They said no Manager is ever available to speak to me, no one in Underwriting can speak to me either. That this was their decision and once they deny an appeal, I cannot…

I’ve been with LibertyMutual for over a year and when they rewrote my policy, they increased my premium up to $300 more making my policy $614 a month. I called numerous times to ask them. Why this was they said that there was an SR 22 placed on my account that I needed to get a motor vehicle report and send that to them which I did that very day, that was on December 8, 2022.

I still have yet to have my policy rewritten I have called in approximately 25 times and almost every time they either didn’t receive the document they needed more time my policy was still not rewritten and they are expecting me to pay $614 , I am a single mother and I am working on getting a new job at this moment.

This is taking up a lot of my time, and I am quite frankly disgusted with how they’ve been handling…

Had an accident claim, the vehicle was totaled. Were considering our options while being badgered by the claims rep by multiple phone calls about when we were going to release the vehicle.

Also got several similar phone calls from a variety of towing company's. One of the tow company's was in the driveway hooking (without prior authorization or any notification) up the car when my wife pulled into the driveway. They nearly damaged another vehicle as the car was being pulled onto the flatbed truck.

You can't call customer service and speak to a real person about the complaint. I'm changing our insurance.

I have always liked the rates at Liberty Mutual on my auto policy and been with them for about 5 years but, recently once my premium was supposed to drop it did not, I got the total run around. Liberty was going to make sure my premium stayed at what it was prior to January 01,2023 when m social security kicked in.

All necessary proof was submitted to them for my rate to drop. They however figured a way to still charge me a rate so that my quoted rate never went down. I can't believe how crooked they are and see to it I don't benefit from any reduction I feel I am entitled.

I have of course already sought out a group rate through another insurance company so the quotes will start rolling in, time to part with these dishonest crooks! I have however had to stay on top of their shady ways…

My truck got stolen 6 months ago and the guy wrecked it . I took to one of ther in shop mechanics network and month later it was completed . I left shop and my wheel flew off. I paid another deductible but fought for over a month to get them to pay .

I had my vehicle not even a week and I got into a minor I rear ended a van . Drive away , filed claim etc . In couple days before I could get into their shop my engine stopped working .

It’s been 3 months my jeep has been at dealer and they only covered body work . Adjust or never came to look at it .

Finally they hired a 3 rd party guy after I started to pay 3500 to disassemble engine to point if failures . I’ve paid out of pocket 4 months rental ontop of getting no response for 3 weeks now .

after signing up with Liberty Mutual in 2009 for auto and home coverage and not changing my policy during that time, I am now told (after having a minor accident on Dec 5 2022), that the coverage for a rental car had been removed from my policy.

After multiple calls I was finally told to file a Claims Dispute. I found out that a 2014 policy did have rental coverage but now does not.

The policies have always renewed automatically and payment is taken out of my bank account. No changes have been made. Still waiting for a resolution.

Please look into this matter for me

I spent about 15 or 20 minutes texting to someone about what happen to my car and she want me to talk to some one to fix my car. I had my car towed from Walmart and it hasn't delivered in the condition that I left it in.

When I decided to start my car. I heard a rough and loud sound that I wasn't making when I left it to be towed. The sternwheel was making noise and the whole was was vibrating. I don't have the money to take care of someone else handling my car.

He at least should have told me. Even you have me on record about me needing a tow, never had a complaint. Have I?

I paid for a policy in full for 1 year then realized I made a mistake before policy was even in affect and canceled it on 12/28/22. It was not to be started until 1/11/2023. They already charged my bank plus are now refusing to refund my money until the 11th when the policy starts!!! I paid 1577$ and need this money back now. They refused to give my money back before the 1/11

The agent that we have is the worst agent in insurance I have ever dealt with. Horrible response time, rude, careless and does not do his job correctly. I have had to call multiple times and email to get him to re do things took him 2 months to take care of a total loss truck and still waiting on him to finally get the CORRECT INFO.

To gap insurance refuses to get a hold of us directly when asked to.

Requested renters insurance with Geiko who provides my vehicle insurance. Supplied my debit card info during application process but appears monthly debit was never deducted from my account. Received a text from debit collection company but have not received one phone call from Liberty Mutual Customer Services regarding this problem.

Paid the $64 outstanding as per requirement. Your company arrive is less than satisfactory to useless! It is recommended you train your staff better as from a customer point of view I thank God that I did not need to claim anything from your company!!

Will not use or recommend your company by any whatsoever atress of imagination!! Will also log a complaint with Geiko

I called this morning and was treated horribly. I was told I was a 3rd party. I am not. I was logging in to get policy number even though I was just transfered by a repersintive and was able to update Marcels phone number.

It's your marketing. Marketing is important and you can't tell me that the CEO of Liberty Mutual sees the commercials and thinks these are funny. I personally will never buy Liberty Mutual Insurance products because of the ridiculous commercials and if you think I'm the only person that feels that way you should do a poll.

If you want funny and relevant maybe you should try and steal the marketing team from Farmers or Allstate which are really good.

I had a 1 day job I needed insurance for. The total billed amount was under $1000 and the insurance cost me $419. I knew the cost up front so no problem there. I cancelled the insurance at the end of the year and they audited the account since I closed it and they billed me ANOTHER $87!!!

I filed an appeal to the audit and it changed nothing. They charged that much to look at 1 receipt and say "YEP. LETS SCREW HIM A LITTLE MORE". I'm a disabled veteran and this is how they treat their customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Just recently, needing roof repair or replacement, was turned down according to them,because the issue already existed. I've never filed a claim, they get all the monies every month and refuse to help, but they even raised my Insurance just after all this happened just between Sept - October.

The agent left me hanging for 2 weeks with a leaking roof with buckets catching the water, down pours the whole week.

Finally returning my calls just to say" I'm sorry , Liberty will not cover this. What hell am I paying all this money for then. Roof still not repair. We have tarps over the damaged area where tree limb fell.

I went online to pay house & truck insurance like I do every month but this time Nov 20 2022 it wasn't showing on my acct. I was paying every month without knowing payment wasn't being accepted.

I received a $150 credit from them on July 11th, 2022 I called them. my car insurance was paid up they said. I didn't know why so I also asked about the house & truck insurance and they said it was paid for that month but would be due the following month. All 3 were to be on one bill when I set this up in Feb but they said it couldn't until car insurance was done with its;s contract so I have been paying 2 bills with one on automatic payments.

My husband has been driving his truck without insurance because of Liberty mutual!

My truck was stolen it has full coverage. This is a company truck and I have lost everything. They claimed my truck was a total loss right away. This put my rental to be back in seven days. My rental is do back today and my payment is seven days out.

I've had to do everything with taking off work to go and pay for a police report. After today I wont even be able to go to work because I wont have a truck. I cant even get what my truck is worth because you have forced me to need a truck to support my family.

I have called the manger of my adjuster and never even got a phone call back. This whole process has been terrible I cant believe I have paid as much money as I have over the years for this type of service.

Im just sickened over this if I treated my customers like you all have treated me…

I had a storm come thru and damage my house back in May 2022. the company has switched agents on me twice and now I'm on my 4th time to have someone to come out to the house because they don't like the results they have gotten from the liberty adjusters that have come out.

I have three vehicles insured with Liberty Mutual and on motorcycle insured with your company. My first truck has road side assistance, so does third vehicle but for some reason they left it off of second vehicle. I did not learn of this omission until I needed the roadside service.

They would not send anyone and said that they would add that to my policy for an additional fee but not active until after midnight tonight. Which does not help me at all being stuck on the side of the road now.

I was on hold for over two hours spoke to several people and disconnected several times. I had asked on another occasion months ago to have all of my insurance information mailed to me not paperless. The gentleman that I requested that with never did that.

And it still was listed that way until today…

On Friday October 21, 2022 at approximately noon I was transferred from Robert to Erin to discuss my policies with Liberty Mutual. I am registering my complaint about ERIN. She was incredibly rude, snotty and disrespectful. I have never been treated this way by a Liberty Mutual employee and we have held LM policies for over a decade!

She spoke over me multiple times, repeated her comments in a very condescending manner and did not listen to my questions. I am on the verge of cancelling my policies due to her singularly rude and disrespectful manner.
