My complaint is that my car was hit my a driver with Liberty Mutual Insurance, and they refuse to put the right parts on my car and pay for the parts that go on my car. They refuse to use new parts, and they refuse to respect me and my property, after their client ran into my car causing damages.

I hope Liberty Mutual realizes that they will be sued eventually. And they will end up loosing clients. Buyer Beware. Liberty Mutual costumer Service will not help you in any car accident.

My complaint is lodged against Liberty Mutual investigator Nataly Miguel in regards to claim #050224067-01. He sent me an email July 28, 2022 stating that it was determined that my fault in an accident was confirmed by 'too much proof'.

Please delineate what criteria or evidence Nataly Miguel examined to make this determination. Did Nataly Miguel notice damage on my vehicle that corresponded to measurements of the damage on the other party's vehicle? No, that action was no taken. Was the hospital's camera system ever consulted?

Roadside assistance was horrible. After41/2 hour and cancelled tow trucks . When someone finally showed up he demand $150 cash . He only had 1 eye no teeth and scared me daughter( . He had a tow truck we had been waiting for a flatbed all dam day .

We had to wait till the following day to get a flatbed to show up. Horrible experience.

I had wind damage to my roof and property (shingles flew off, glass table shattered umbrella broken, flue vent blown off roof). All an act of God. Yet Liberty mutual says I am actually not covered. Been a loyal customer for 10 years.

they have collected $25,000 from me over that time and paid like $500 for hail once. Liberty Mutual Ensurance ensures they are paid but not Insured.

Your roadside assistance program sucks . My daughter waited over four hours for a truck . Once the (toe truck ) it was supposed to flatbed . So her car is still sitting waiting !!! Only to be hung up on multiple times .

Also want to add that the tow truck driver was scary . he was missing a eye and no teeth .

Also wanted $$$ from her . I pay for roadside assistance and got shit on yesterday. Still waiting for the car to be towed. On a scale of 1-10 !!! I give a negative —100

My wife and I experienced a loss on 6-08-2022. The the first person we spoke with Thomas Chasten informed us of all of the things that you would do regarding inspections estimates repairs etc. What really occurred was I paid out of pocket to remove the tree from the house after locating my own vendor, contacted a roofer to take care of the damage and

stop a leak in the roof that was shorting out electrical systems in the home, called the adjuster and convinced him to come to my home to do the inspection and initiate virtually every contact with your company. The company you contacted to secure the roof and cover it called us 3 weeks later.

Liberty mutual has The WORST roadside assistance. I waited 5 hours for a battery jump, i ended up canceling due to them pushing the ETA another 45 minutes. They give you map to follow the ETA of the driver but they turn it off and on to pick up other “nearby” services at their leisure while you suffer.

You’re better off getting a private roadside company.

We have been in subrogation for over a year with an outside company. Our subrogation contact Brandi Dietsche, has been unwilling to give us any feedback re the status of the claim we joined with Liberty Mutual against American Standard plumbing.

Despite dozens of phone calls, emails to Ms Dietsche, all we have received is an unsigned, computer generated form letter. We have recently complained to her supervisor which resulted in a brief phone call from Ms Dietsche stating she has been “in and out of the office” (apparently for the last 8 months of ignored correspondence).

No stars. Very poor customer service. Filed a claim for an auto accident on 6-5-22. As of 8--2-22 it still has not been resolved. Cannot reach adjuster. Cannot reach anyone. Always sent to someone who is unavailable and they never call back.

Vehicle has been towed 3 places. We were told it was totaled, now it's not. Rent a car time has expired and even though it's not our fault we now have to pay out of pocket.

Liberty Mutual handled a roofing claim of mine. Throughout the process the roofing company was sketchy and now that everything's been done a year and a half later they're getting a lawyer after me asking for more money than what Liberty Mutual agreed to they're taking me to court I contacted Liberty Mutual sent in for all the lawyers documents and

my own and nobody will answer me or call me back I have tried for days left emails left messages have had no response my court date is on Monday August 1st and I have no feedback from Liberty Mutual on helping me or what's going on.

Liberty Mutual made a billing error that they recognized.

However, they have not resolved the issue with the credit reporting agency. I have attempted to ask that this issue be resolved since May 21st 2022. At this point, it’s reporting fraud and insurance fraud. This has had a direct impact on my personal life and credit score.

A woman insured through Liberty Mutual ran a red light, admitted fault, told the police it was her fault, & also admitted to illegally going through the intersection on a red light. I retained a written statement & contact info from a witness, along with 2 different police reports.

My calls, voicemails, & emails have been ignored, along with the witness' calls and voicemails. I have called corporate & customer service several times to no avail. I also reached out to the Team Manager Aaron Brown, who also does not answer nor return phone calls.

Had to use Liberty Mutual home owner's policy for 3 water leaks. They have never fully repaired any of the damages. Two floors of our home still have unrepaired damages. Now Liberty Mutual is telling us that our Home Owner's policy is unrenewable because we asked them to help us repair our home.

This status also causes other Home Owner's insurance companies to now want to insure us because we had legitimate claims. How can you possibly believe the apparently fraudulent TV advertisements that you ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOU NEED!

I had Liberty insurance on my vehicles last year & spoke with a rep about canceling my insurance at the end of the term bc the price was too high. I couldn’t afford to keep paying it. She GUARANTEED REPEATEDLY that my payment amount would decrease after June & suggested I not cancel.

YET when the term renewed, my monthly payments were DOUBLE what I had been paying. When I contacted a representative about it, she told me she could cancel my policy.

I filed a claim on 12/16/2021 on a fraud contractor that was insured by Liberty Mutual. In January, 2022 an adjuster was sent out to do an inspection and provide an estimate. I was never contacted by the agent Mathew Kleyne.

In March I called another agent and their supervisor and left a message. I got a call back from the supervisor and received my agents information. I spoke to Mathew in March. In April, 2022 he scheduled for two building inspectors to come to my property, so we could get an estimate.

Mathew said the adjuster from January didn't feel comfortable providing an estimate, which makes zero sense.

However, here we are having another inspection. I have yet to receive a copy of the January, or May inspection. I filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner for the State…

My complaint is against the customer service agent who answered my call. His name is Scott. I need to get a quote for home insurance on a property that I have not purchased yet. I told him I didn't have a lot of the information, but I just needed a quote.

I had an Auto Policy with Liberty Mutual which after a month the rate was raised without notification or reason. I understand sometime a new policy has some tweaking such as milage driven, zip code location etc so a little change is expected.

The rate was bumped up by almost $100 per month so my rate for 3 drivers, 3 cars went from $460 to $580. I contacted them and was told I would be getting a break down in the mail (it wasn't recceived).

I continued for another month and the rate again was raised without notice or reason given another $200 per month so it was now $790 per month. This was crazy so I called to cancel since the website wouldn't allow me to cancel.

The representative confirmed my payment was made and said the policy would be canceled before the next cylce. I didn't get…

I called on behalf of our customer doing a refinance with us. Since we are the vendor who will be paying the premium on this account, we should be treated as customers also, and the service I received from the customer service agent in the flood department was terrible.

She made the whole conversation seems as if she was yelling at a child. As if she was talking to one of her grandchildren. Very demeaning and just flat out right rude! This customer on this policy is very irate and so difficult to deal with, not knowing how the whole refinance process works.

So having to go to him for assistance is going to create a terrible customer service experience. This one little conversation just made my whole day. Making me wonder, maybe I am in the wrong line of work.

I've paid over $18,000 in premiums over 8 years on my rental property and never until now had a claim. My slab leak claim was denied because the policy was originally set up a non-residence policy since my father lived there with Alzheimer's until he passed 2 years ago.

Not realizing my policy needed to be changed, they denied paying for the slab leak even though my policy covers it since I didn't live there and was now renting it out. Why pay for insurance if they aren't going to pay what the policy clearly states.

I've filed a grievance with the Texas State Board of Insurance and plan to consult a lawyer on the matter. If nothing else, I should at least get my premium reimbursed for never using it.

One of your insured drivers was responsible for my total loss of vehicle on February 11th. It is now March 15th, and I still have not had my claim number resolved. I have submitted a complaint as of last week Wednesday against Tiffini Jones and Queshadrien Willis who was supposedly in charge of my claim.

I have called them and emailed them as well as LVM's with no response from either person within 3 weeks of contacting them. I was told that a manager would call me within 24-48 hrs by Lisa Cunningham, and she has not attempted to make contact within 96 business hrs.

Was hit in parking lot by a person insured by your insurance. Driver of car that hit my car admitted fault & I contacted Liberty Mutual. Sent damages to my car to LM adjuster. She emailed me stating she received pictures.

Damage to passenger side back door, passenger quarter panel, & to rear passenger rim & tire. LM repaired all except rim & tire.

My filed a claim in December 2021. It is now Feb 16th 2022 and I have made several calls, left several voice mail messages and I have received ZERO response from anyone within the claims department. the repair shop working on this for me has had the exact same stone wall response to every request they submit on this claim.

I called Liberty Mutual to review my auto policy on 01/26/2022 and a service agent called "Tina Nancy" with agent number 115611 answered my call. This Tina didn't have the skill to navigate on her computer because she gave me different calculation results for a same and tiny issue. She also would not answer my question regarding why an important rider was not included in the policy. When I kept asking for it she rudely asked me if I had any other questions? meaning she was ready to hang me up should I continue to ask the same question. This Tina, in her 50s I guess, definitely needs an online navigation skill and customer service skill training to avoid losing company's reputation!!!

As a victim in a car accident with liberty mutual as the responsible insurer, I'm very displeased with my claims person. She won't reply to my emails and shows absolutely no empathy to the fact that I was the unlucky one stopped at a red light while their client fell asleep and ran into me.

I can't find info for her supervisor so I'm trying this route. I have pleaded with her to reply and give me some guidance and nothing. Crickets. So rude and making me a victim again and again. I filed an auto accident claim on 12/9/2021, Claim #047824103. I heard back from my original claim rep, Rylee Engelbrect, after I wanted to change my auto repair location from Caiber Collision to Western Auto Body beacuse Caliber was too booked up.

I took my car to Western Auto Body and went to get a rental car while they fixed my car. For some reason my representative was changed. I have tried to get Liberty Mutual, to contact Enterprise Rental Car about a reference number to cover my rental. They received no answer.

My mother had used Liberty Mutual for many years. She passed away and I contacted them and told them to stop taking money out of her bank account for the insurance payments as the car was turned back into the finance company. I sent them her death certificate and written address to send the refund check. They continued taking the notes out for 4 months. I kept calling them and asked for a refund. I was told, the refund was in the mail. I was told the policy had not been canceled. I was told they didn't receive the death certificate. ON and ON and ON.

I filed a claim on 11/11/21. Liberty had an adjuster review my damaged and I was informed the car would be fixed. My vehicle was towed to Collision Works on 11/13/21. Collision Works informed me that they needed to tow the car to Blue Springs Ford dealership for additional work.

On 12/23/21 was informed by Collision Works the car required extensive repair and Blue Springs Ford who not fix. I was now informed after 6 weeks the car was totaled and was offered $8106. When I inquired about the payment needed for Collision Works I was sent a reduced amount of $5450, the difference between Collision Works and the value of my car.

We have a $60 roadside assistance claim from Nov 2021. Liberty Mutual has not paid the claim. I have called the Claims department 3 times. They listen to me, take notes and then do nothing to resolve the issue. They have transferred me to another departments on 2 occasions.

Each time I'm on hold for 15 minutes or more and then the system puts me into a VM box that is full so I can't leave a message. I'm currently on hold for up to 1 hour waiting for a customer service representative.

There are no on-line chats options available on their web page. The do offer Facebook chats but I don't have a Facebook account. The are will to tweet or test with you but I use a LAN line. If you call a local office, you will not be put thru to an agent but transferred to their call center.
